A transgender pedophile is attempting to sue the Australian state of Victoria over alleged “human rights violations” he has experienced while housed in a women’s prison. Autumn Tulip Harper, also known as Hilary Maloney, previously sparked outrage after receiving a shockingly lenient sentence for the crime of sexually abusing his own 5-year-old daughter.
Harper, whose male birth name Reduxx is choosing to withhold in order to protect his victim, was first brought to the attention of Australian authorities after the FBI arrested an American pedophile in September 2023 that he had been communicating with.
It was revealed that Harper was in a BDSM-inspired relationship with the sex offender, who he referred to as his “Master.” The American offender encouraged Harper to sexually abuse his daughter for his own gratification, and praised him for doing so, calling him a “good girl,” and saying how “impressed” with him he was.
According to Australian police, Harper created at least 77 files that were identified as child sexual abuse material between May and June of that year, after his devices were seized in a raid on September 15, 2023. The images of his daughter, who he had abused on at least 19 separate occasions, were sent to the American pedophile over Discord, which has gained a reputation for allowing the grooming of children in various chat rooms on its platform.
In some of the videos, Harper can be seen kissing his daughter’s genitals, naked buttocks, and licking her anal region. When asked by Harper if she “liked” the abuse, the child can be heard clearly responding “no.” Other photos showed Harper sexually posing with her, and other images of her naked and in the shower. Despite the graphic nature of his offenses, he was allowed to remain free before the trial, and was even permitted to change his legal name during the proceedings.

During the trial, Dr. Rajan Darjee, a forensic psychiatrist, framed Harper as if he were a “female” who had been “pressured” into the offending by a sinister male pedophile. Darjee claimed Harper had no sexual attraction to children, and would not need any “specific interventions to prevent further sexual offending.”
The judge in the case, Nola Karapanagiotidis, allowed Harper’s supposed experience with “gender dysphoria” and “transphobia” to serve as mitigating factors, and accepted the argument from the defense that he had abused his own daughter solely to be “validated… as a woman and a sexual person.” The four year and nine month sentence handed out was a significant reduction from the potential maximum of 25 years, with an ability for parole after just two years and six months. Following his conviction, Harper was placed in the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s correctional facility.
Last week, the Herald Sun revealed that Harper is set to sue the government of the Australian state of Victoria over his treatment in prison. The paper confirmed that the lawsuit will focus on supposed violations of his “human rights” since he was moved into isolation after his crimes received international attention.
Victoria had previously operated on a policy of putting trans-identified prisoners into jails aligning with their declared gender identity, instead of “their sex assigned or assumed at birth,” as a “guiding principle.” The policy was scrapped just last month, following various trans prisoner scandals in the state.
Victorian taxpayers forked out an undisclosed amount in a secret settlement to a female prisoner who was sexually assaulted by Clinton Rintoull, a trans-identified murderer who had been placed in the minimum security Tarrengower female prison. Voters in the state overwhelmingly backed the change in policy, with 72% of Victorians saying that the nature of the crime should be far more relevant than the gender identity of prisoners in deciding which prison they are housed in.
In 2022, female inmates at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre blew the whistle on a trans-identified male offender who was moved to the Murray Protection Unit in July of that year. The name of the offender was not publicized, but the details of the background that were released matched up with Lisa Jones, a trans-identified man who was sentenced to three years and three months in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in 2021.
