A trans-identified male is standing trial along with a millionaire from Munich for the horrific sexual abuse of prepubescent girls. The case has sent shockwaves throughout Germany due to the depravity and well-organized nature of the pedophilic acts.
Due to strict privacy laws in Germany, the press has anonymized the identities of both of the men involved, but Reduxx can exclusively reveal that the 81-year-old millionaire at the center of the case is Helmut Reiner Dorsch, who lived in an expansive villa in Pullach, Munich. His transgender compatriot, known only as Arbend, would procure young girls for Dorsch to abuse, delivering them to the man’s Pullach villa.
Dorsch reportedly demanded girls who were as “small and slim as possible,” and had a preference for those under 8 years of age.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, Dorsch is said to have first sought out vulnerable mothers on the internet between 2005 and 2017 in order to coerce them into prostitution and making their daughters available for sexual abuse in exchange for thousands of euros.
According to the Rheinische Post, in at least two cases a woman handed her children over to him and was even present during the rape. A 12-year-old girl was forced to call him “daddy” while he sexually abused her.
Between 2021 and 2022, Dorsch met Arbend, a male who identifies as a “woman.” The men had a sexual relationship, and Arbend agreed to help Dorsch procure children for him to rape.
On one occasion, Arbend contacted a friend who had a 5-year-old daughter and invited her to Munich for a spa-day, offering to take care of her child while she indulged in some wellness treatments he had arranged. While her mother was at the spa, Arbend gave the girl to Dorsch. The elderly millionaire raped the child and paid Arbend €1,800 for his role in facilitating the abuse. On another occasion, Arbend is said to have arranged for Dorsch to rape his 7-year-old cousin.
But Arbend later sought more money from Dorsch, and filmed him sexually abusing children for the purposes of using the video as leverage in financial negotiations. Threatening to publish the recording, he was able to secure an additional €200,000 from Dorsch.
According to the Munich public prosecutor’s office, Dorsch and Arbend are said to have also made plans for a “child abuse program” using drastic language about how they could rape several children at the same time. This plan is not believed to have been implemented at this time.
According to BILD, Dorsch also ordered a prostitute to his home via the online platform “mysugardaddy,” who he instructed to act as his own 8-year-old daughter while wearing childish clothing. During the role play, Dorsch showed her child pornography and played the recordings of his own acts of sexually abusing children. He also attempted to coerce her into prostitution and offered her money to procure him children that he could abuse. She refused.
Arbend and Dorsch were taken into custody in June of 2023 after authorities began investigating Arbend’s online activity. A raid of Dorsch’s villa uncovered hundreds of recordings of child abuse, including images of infants. Both men have been in custody since.
However, Dorsch’s defense attorneys have filed a motion accusing the judges presiding over the trial of being biased because they are contributing to a book about sexual criminal law. The verdict is not expected until January 2025 at the earliest.
During a recent hearing, Arbend did not comment on the allegations against him, and only complained that he would suffer from being housed in a men’s correctional facility because of his transgender identity.
Germany is soon set to implement a far-reaching self-identification act, which will enable individuals to more easily change their legal name and sex. After the law comes into effect in November, Arbend will be allowed to change his name and sex with no medical or psychiatric documentation, even while behind bars.
However, the transfer of male inmates to women’s prisons in Germany has already begun ahead of the official implementation of the law.
As previously reported by Reduxx, at least 15 male inmates have been transferred to the Berlin women’s prison so far. The government has refused to release information on these men’s criminal convictions, citing concerns about “stigma” against transgender people. But despite a lack of official data, a number of the inmates transferred are known to be sex offenders.
Renowned criminal lawyer Udo Vetter has argued that the penal system must respect the changed legal sex of convicted criminals, stating: “The principle of equal treatment for prisoners applies.”
This is despite Vetter admitting that he anticipates that “many inmates” will take advantage of the law.
