EXCLUSIVE: Trans-Identified Male Pedophile Brutally Assaults Female Inmate At Washington Women’s Prison

A female inmate at the Women’s Correctional Center in Washington has come forward to tell Reduxx that she was brutally beaten by a trans-identified male inmate being held there due to the state’s gender identity policies. Faye Jones, whose name has been altered to protect her safety, says she was struck repeatedly in the head by convicted pedophile Christopher Williams, who has remained in the women’s prison despite having been accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate just last year.

According to testimony provided to Reduxx by Jones, the two were in a common area on August 7 when Williams, who stands 6’3″, began punching her in the face in an apparent retaliation against her for calling him a “rapist.” Jones, in contrast, is 5’4″.

Leading up to the incident, Jones says she had made an active effort to avoid him. Noticing that she was going out of her way to keep her distance, Williams began to sit near her in the cafeteria during meals. “I think he noticed a pattern, so he sits where I sit on purpose,” Jones said.

But on the day of the assault, Jones first attempted to assert herself. She asked Williams to sit elsewhere, as she didn’t want to leave her friend in the day room while the predator was present. Williams responded by calling her a “fucking weirdo.” Offended, Jones remarked that he was a “fucking rapist.”

Fearing a continued escalation and sensing danger, Jones and her friend decided it was best to leave after they got their food. “I rushed over to the microwave to make our pasta so we could both eat,” she said. “[My friend] headed upstairs to finish getting ready for school.”

Jones continued: “So I was standing at the microwave with my back to the day room when I was punched in the side of my face on the right side. I was stunned by the pain and the realization that I was being attacked. I had no chance to defend myself…”

The inmate explains she was then struck repeatedly in the face and the back of the head before being thrown on the ground.

“I was kicked and punched continuously. At this point, I saw who was doing this – Christopher Williams. I was immediately in fear for my life, trying to block while protecting my face and head, kicking out with my feet,” she says.

Despite there being a corrections officer nearby, no prison staff intervened to stop the brutal assault on Jones.

“Officer Solomon stood ten feet away [during the assault]. She possessed OC [oleoresin capsicum, or pepper] spray, but stood there watching. She later apologized to both myself and my cellmate, saying she didn’t know what to do because she was afraid for her own safety.”

Ultimately, it was a fellow female inmate that jumped into action to protect Jones from Williams.

“In my panic, I saw nothing outside of the attack, but was later told it was one of my closest friends who stopped the attack. I am traumatized by this. It will be a long time before I feel safe in the day room. Several of the women who witnessed this also feel the impacts of the traumatic event.”

Jones said the horrific assault damaged her teeth, and that she was also left with swelling to her head and bruises that persisted for weeks.

This is not the first time Williams has been accused of assaulting a female inmate while being housed at the women’s prison, where he has been serving a sentences for charges related to a 2005 conviction for sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl, and a further conviction for assaulting a cellmate while still at a men’s prison.

Last March, a different female inmate at WCCW told Reduxx that she had been violently sexually assaulted by Williams in April of 2022 after he was moved into her cell.

The woman, who Reduxx referred to by the pseudonym Mary, had been prescribed sleeping medication to help with her growing anxiety at sharing a cell with the sexual predator.

Williams had been sexually harassing her with increasing aggressiveness. she noticed that Williams began to sit next to her bed at night after she took her medication. One night, she was woken up to the sound of an officer pounding on their cell door, demanding to know why Williams was sitting next to her bed. Mary speculates that the officer likely saw Williams touching her during her rounds.

“I’m not sure how many times he touched me because of my [meds]. But one day I came back to my cell from a work shift and he had two strap-on dildos and asked me to use them on him. I refused. That night, I was woken up to him touching me.”

Mary says she was voicing her concerns to staff, but was “pretty much being ignored.”

Williams’ first conviction occurred in 2005 for the sexual assault of a child. Williams, who was 16 years old at the time, rubbed the vaginal area of the child and groped her buttocks. He was initially charged with child molestation in the first degree but was ultimately convicted of assault in the third degree with sexual motivation, to which he pleaded guilty.

Williams was ultimately handed a suspended 52-week sentence in juvenile detention, and was required to register as a sex offender.

He would go on to again be convicted of assault in 2008, and then would rack up multiple arrests and convictions for failing to register as a sex offender as required over the coming years.

As previously revealed to Reduxx by an internal source at the prison, there are currently almost one dozen male inmates at the facility. Of the 11 names provided for review, 9 were convicted of crimes against women or children.

In March, Reduxx learned that one trans-identified male at WCCW had been charged with intimidating a public servant and malicious mischief in the first degree after he threatened and assaulted a female correctional officer. Nonnie Marcella Lotusflower, born Nathan Goninan, has a history of violence against women and is currently serving a 10-year sentence at the women’s prison for the murder of a teen girl. He had previously been accused of physically assaulting one female inmate, and sexually assaulting another.

Last June, a self-described “transsexual” murderer who killed his own parents was transferred out of WCCW due to his sexual behavior with the female inmates. Amber FayeFox Kim, whose birth name is Bryan, had been observed having prohibited sexual interactions with a female inmate. In December, the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington announced their legal support for Kim in a bid to have him transferred back into the women’s prison while arguing that incarceration at a men’s detention center places him “at imminent risk of harm.”

Other male transfers to WCCW include Brett David Sonia, who was convicted in 2005 and 2006 on dozens of charges related to the sexual exploitation of a young girl, and Jolene Charisma Starr, born Joel Thomas Nichols, who was convicted of two horrific sex attacks on young girls.
