A former teen trans activist is under investigation in relation to the death of a man in Lake Township, Ohio. William John “Selena Leyc” Milligan, 29, was arrested last week after failing to appear in court for a preliminary hearing.
Milligan was first named as a suspect in the death of Kodiak Solomon in December of 2023, though the investigation into Solomon’s death has been ongoing since December of 2021. That year, emergency personnel responded to a call from the trailer home Milligan and Solomon shared on Loyalville Outlet Road in Lake Township.
Milligan told police that he and Solomon, who were in a relationship, had been watching television, but at around 2 a.m., he noticed Solomon was unresponsive. Milligan told investigators that he attempted to perform CPR on Solomon before making the call to 911. He also placed bags of ice on Solomon’s legs and arms, claiming he had heard it was helpful for overdose victims.
According to the Times Leader, emergency medical personnel administered Narcan at the site, but were unable to revive Solomon. An autopsy determined Solomon died of a fentanyl overdose.

But the investigation into Solomon’s death revealed a number of details that local police and prosecutors found suspicious.
Milligan was found to have been in possession of a video he had taken that night of Solomon while the man was fatally overdosing. Milligan claimed he had shot the footage “to show the victim what he looked like when he was overdosing.”
The video’s timestamp revealed that Solomon had overdosed and gone unresponsive over two hours before 911 was called, despite Milligan claiming he had only waited 15 minutes. In the video, Milligan can be heard expressing annoyance with the situation.
“Just to show it is 12:23, this is what I am dealing with again,” he says. The video shows Milligan pushing on Solomon’s chest as if doing chest compressions at that time.
Solomon’s social media history also suggests that his relationship with Milligan was littered with problems. Just two weeks before his overdose, Solomon reposted a meme to his Facebook which read: “Jack died because of Rose. Romeo died because of Juliet. Stay single if you want to live.”
Days later, he reposted an image featuring text reading: “I once loved someone so much that I tried to fix them while they were breaking me.”
A meme posted to Solomon’s Facebook account just one month before his death.
Just over two weeks following Solomon’s death, prosecutors charged Milligan with having administered the fatal dose of fentanyl. As reported by the Times Leader, Milligan surrendered at the office of District Judge Brian Tupper in Kingston Township where he was arraigned and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
Milligan was arrested last week after failing to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on charges of drug delivery resulting in death. Police state that Milligan was detained following a traffic stop, and was found in possession of an unspecific drug.
It is currently unknown if Milligan is being charged as a “male” or as a “female.” His legal name is being used in court documents, suggesting he has not yet formally changed his identification.
However, Milligan has a history as a trans activist dating back to when he was just 15 years old and first began to identify as transgender. Milligan was profiled by local news in 2010, and spoke out against bullying and transphobia on the Steve Wilkos Show.
“Prompted by the recent string of gay teenage suicides, Milligan, with the support of her family, is coming out and speaking out on national TV this Friday to tell teens like her that suicide shouldn’t be an option and to tell bullies to lay off,” the article reads. Quotes from Milligan’s parents are included, who encourage other families to “support your kids no matter what they decide to do or change.”
Milligan also expressed a desire to create a resource center or website for transgender youth.

Three trans-identified males were on the winner’s podium at a race in Washington last week, marking the first time men won first, second, and third place in a women’s race.
The Marymoor Grand Prix is an annual track bike race at the Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome in Redmond, Washington. The venue is known for its strict “no bullying” policy, which warns that it will not tolerate any derogatory remarks or criticism towards racers. The warning has become significant in recent years, especially as relates to protecting athletes on the basis of their “gender identity,” as males have been known to regularly compete in women’s races at the track.
The Grand Prix was no different, as at least three men were present in the female category during the women’s Madison race, a high-speed, two-person relay. During the race, one partner from each team starts while the “resting” partner pedals slowly along the top of the track. Partners exchange positions by pulling even with each other and then relaying or “slinging” the incoming partner into the race.
At least three Madison teams at the Grand Prix featured one female, and one male who identified as a “woman.”
Jenna Lingwood, Jordan Lothrop, and Eva Lin were the three men recorded as being present on Madison teams, and each had previously competed with other men.
Lothrop, a cyclist from Canada who had been racing with men as recently as 2023, came in first place with his female teammate. In second place was Lingwood, formerly James, who is the women’s masters 40+ national cyclocross champion, with his female teammate. And in third was Lin, who used to race as Henry Lin for San Jose State University’s men’s team, with his female teammate.
The wins were first highlighted by a women’s rights advocate on X who monitors males self-identifying into women’s cycling. The user, @i_heart__bikes, sarcastically questioned why the three teams with males beat out the all-female teams.
“I wonder what gave those teams an edge over the 100% female teams?” She asked.
Teams that had one male and one female went 1-2-3 in the women's Madison at the Marymoor Grand Prix.
In July of 2023, the world governing body for cycling, UCI, banned transgender athletes from participating in any of their events if they had gone through male puberty. UCI determined that the previous barrier, restricting testosterone levels, was not “sufficient to completely eliminate the benefits of testosterone during puberty in men,” their statement noted.
“Given the current state of scientific knowledge, it is also impossible to rule out the possibility that biomechanical factors such as the shape and arrangement of the bones in their limbs may constitute a lasting advantage for female transgender athletes,” the statement read.
David Lappartient, the president of UCI, said that the governing body had a “duty to guarantee, above all, equal opportunities” for all competitors in cycling competitions.
“It is this imperative that led the UCI to conclude that, given the current state of scientific knowledge does not guarantee such equality of opportunity between transgender female athletes and cisgender female participants, it was not possible, as a precautionary measure, to authorize the former to race in the female categories,” he explained.
British Cycling had introduced their own policy two months prior, creating an “open” third category where anyone of any gender identity and sex would be allowed to compete. The female category would be restricted only to biological women, including those who identified as transgender, but who had yet to undertake hormone therapy.
However, as noted by the Independent Council on Women’s Sports, USA Cycling has not adopted these new, stricter policies that prevent biological males from competing with and beating women and girls.

An Australian football club for “self-identified women and non-binary people” has been dominating women’s competitions, just weeks after concerns were raised about the safety risks to actual female players. The Flying Bats Football Club in North Sydney has at least five males who identify as transgender on the team, and has previously been accused of causing career-changing injuries to female competitors.
As previously revealed by Reduxx, one of the five men on the women’s football team is trans activist YouTuber Riley Dennis, who was previously accused of severely injuring women while participating on another women’s team in the region. But the Flying Bats attracted even more controversy earlier this year after audio recorded during a March 20 meeting of the North Sydney Football Association was leaked.
During the meeting, Frank Parisi, president of St. Patrick’s Football Club, described another incident in which a female player was so severely injured by a trans-identified male Flying Bats player that she was no longer able to participate in the sport.
“A couple of years ago, one of the Flying Bats players broke one of our players’ legs in a game. It was a clumsy tackle from behind. Our player had her leg broken in two places and she’s no longer playing football. It was a direct result of a real bad, tall player… he didn’t get a red card. Accidents happen, but this could have been avoided,” Parisi was heard saying in audio that was released by Reduxx on X.
Frank Parisi of the St. Patrick's Football Club spoke about how many players he had lost during a recent North Sydney Football Association meeting.
Parisi also revealed that one woman was suspended for making a transphobic remark after her friend was injured by a male player. pic.twitter.com/VLPWqe3eSH
“One of our players rushed over to try to help her, she was screaming in so much pain. At that time, she made a derogatory remark to the Bats player, which we apologized for. [She was] suspended. The Bats player, nothing happened to [him].” Parisi clarified that following this incident, the female player who was injured was suspended from matches for a total of eight weeks.
Parisi further revealed that 24 women had recently withdrawn their registration with his football club as a “direct result” of the possibility of competing in a match against the males on the Flying Bats team. “They’ve all said to me, ‘Frank, we do not want to play against the Bats players.’ I’m going to say it straight, there’s men playing in a women’s competition. And that’s wrong.”
The March 20 meeting Parisi spoke at was spurred by concerns that had begun to circulate amongst coaches and players regarding the safety of matching females against males. But, speaking to Reduxx earlier this year, Parisi also noted that there had also been some anxiety surrounding “how implausible it had become for any team to win against the Flying Bats.”
That implausibility appears to have been accentuated over the past few weeks, as the Flying Bats Women’s Premier League First Grade has dominated the leaderboards in every single match they have had since April 7. As recorded by Dribl, in 10 of the 13 matches the played during this time, the all-female teams have not been able to score a single goal against the Flying Bats.
At the most recent match, which took place on July 21 between the Flying Bats and the North Epping Rangers, the Rangers lost 0-12 against the Bats.
The discrepancy was highlighted by Australian women’s rights advocate and journalist Lucy Zelić, who stated that she was pursuing a response from the North West Sydney Football Association on the fairness of the competitions.
Another week, another own goal (or 12) for women’s sport. Today I wrote to the CEO of the North West Sydney Football Association to request comment on the participation of trans-identified males in their competitions. Our female footballers deserve better. #SaveWomensSportspic.twitter.com/MSB9bLC7mV
During the March 20 meeting, which was attended by CEO of Football NSW John Tsatsimas and convened by CEO of NWSF, Matthew Geracitano, attendees were told that a decision to boycott participation by forfeiting matches against The Flying Bats would result in “disciplinary action” being issued.
“If there was a concerted effort by teams to forfeit games against a particular opposition that would be viewed as an act of discrimination,” said Chris Salmon, Chair of the Board of Directors for NWSF. While incidents of discrimination are weighed on a case-by-case basis, possible penalties include suspensions, from as little as two months to two years.
Football Australia’s Anti-Discrimination Policy defines “excluding people on the basis of their sex and / or gender identity status from participation in a competitive sporting activity” as a prohibited form of discrimination.

No te hará quedar bien.

A family from Maryland has accused the Children’s National Hospital of encouraging their autistic teenage son to identify as a “girl.” The biologically male child was then taken from his family’s care due to their refusal to “validate” his transition, and has now been placed in the home of the Hospital’s non-binary “chaplain,” who has connections to Assistant Secretary of Health, Rachel Levine.
The lawsuit, which was filed in March by Maryland couple John Doe II and his wife, states that their 16-year-old autistic son was admitted to the hospital after a suicide attempt in November 2021. Shortly after his admission, the parents allege that hospital staff began to insist their son was transgender, despite the boy never questioning his gender identity before his hospital stay.
According to a press release issued by Partners for Ethical Care, the suit claims that the hospital “intentionally set out on a … program to identify, critique and then rebuke the family’s professed religion… [and] to expressly require the parents to convert to the ‘new Christianity’ by engaging in faith-conversion sessions with the hand-selected [hospital] chaplain not of any of the Doe family’s faith, Lavender Kelley.”
Kelley, a biological female who identifies as non-binary transgender, has repeatedly posted in support of the medical transitioning of children against the wishes of their families.
“I’m so drained from watching children die because their families don’t understand the science of gender or the psychology of coercion or the damage of weaponized religion. And to see government be not just merely unhelpful but outright violating means only more suicides and profound mental anguish to come,” she wrote on Facebook in March 2022, only two months after the family were told in CPS court proceedings that their son would only be allowed home if they affirmed his new trans identity and stopped reading “particular passages” of the Bible at home.
“Even if you don’t agree with gender affirming therapies, please, please, please know that they stave off suicides and give children space to grow up and grow into authentic identity,” she continued in the post. “There’s nothing that’s done in gender affirming therapies for children and adolescents that isn’t 100% reversable [sic] if they change their mind. We’re buying them time to understand the complexities of gender but in a way that promotes psychological growth along the way,” Kelley continued.
Prior to being placed directly with Kelley, the boy had been released into the home of a foster carer, one who is alleged to have been a close personal friend of Kelley.
The suit claims that the “foster mother” had a previous assault charge in Maryland, and began “exploiting” the teenage boy by posing him as a female in Instagram photos, despite allegedly writing that he “did not want to be a woman.”
Disturbingly, after being tested for sexually transmitted diseases in the summer of 2022, the boy was once again hospitalized for a suicide attempt.
The suit further adds that the “foster mother” suddenly died, and as a result, the teen was rehoused into the care of hospital Chaplain Kelly herself, where the parents claim he still resides to this day to the best of their knowledge, despite having turned 18 in March of last year.
In another Facebook post from June 2023, during the time period that the suit alleges the boy was living with Kelly, the chaplain and her partner are pictured at an event at the Israeli Embassy in Washington DC, with transgender Assistant Health Secretary Admiral Rachel Levine.
Levine has been one of the most vocal proponents of the medical transitioning of children. “Gender-affirming care is life-saving, medically necessary, age-appropriate, and a critical tool for healthcare providers,” Levine said in June 2022. “As a pediatrician, when it comes to making sure kids are healthy and happy, I know how important care that affirms someone’s true identity can be.”
Even though a judge found in August of 2023 that abuse charges brought against the parents by the hospital were unsubstantiated, the parents have not had their son returned to them.
“This is the craziest case I’ve ever had,” said the family’s lawyer, Mr. Amos Jones in March. “I don’t know why there are people who think this makes sense. But I guess lots of people agree with this in Washington D.C. now… There is a sensitive way to welcome and serve families caring for a child struggling with identity concerns. Instead, this hospital decided to disregard the parents’ rights, and the oppression has operated over a period that now spans four years.”

A trans-identified male recently honored by the City of Dublin’s public transit system has been found to be participating in disturbing fetish groups on social media, some of which sexualize pregnant women. Diane Somers, 65 and formerly known as Anthony, is a bus driver in Dublin and was included in a campaign celebrating LGBT inclusivity in public transportation.
Launched last week, the campaign was well-received by local media, and Somers was interviewed by popular morning talk show Ireland AM. During the interview, Somers expressed his excitement over the advertisement, which has seen his name and face plastered on some buses in the city.
Somers photographed in front of the advertisement [L] and Somers in a photo posted to his Facebook (nipples cropped) [R].
In a recent interview for the program Queeriosity on Dublin City FM, Somers explained that he had been working for Dublin Bus since 2000, but only publicly declared a transgender status in 2023 and praised the company’s welcoming attitude towards “diversity.”
But disturbingly, Reduxx has learned via independent journalist Róisín Michaux that Somers has been creating pornographic content of himself which he shares within Facebook groups, and further discovered that he has been interacting with pornographic pages which sexualize minors, pregnant women, black men, and black women.
On his public Facebook profile, Somers has followed hundreds of fetish accounts, most of which are related to the “sissification” subculture, in which a male is often forcibly feminized for the purposes of sexual servitude.
But even more prominent is Somers’ affinity for the Black New World Order (BNWO) kink, a fetish emphasizing interracial dynamics, particularly between black males and white females, that emphasizes highly racist tropes. Within the fetish, white males often take a subservient or submissive role, or are outright sexually enslaved.
Somers has followed and interacted with multiple BNWO accounts, some of which sexualize white women being impregnated by black men and post pornographic photos of the pregnant women.
Another one of the BNWO accounts features photos of a baby alongside the highly sexual imagery.
Another disturbing theme of pornography hoarded by Somers emphasizes the sexualization of schoolgirls. One account followed by Somers shares Japanese hentai of underage girls; however, a majority of the content features youth in Africa.
On one page followed by Somers, photos of cross-dressers, effeminate males, and drag queens in Africa are collected and sexualized. Some of the young men, whose photos may have been posted by the account without their knowledge, appear to be underage. Others appear in schoolgirl clothing including stockings and short, plaid skirts.
One profile apparently frequented by Somers advertises itself as an illicit seller of used women’s underwear, and is titled simply, “Panties, panties, panties”. Still another page, with currently over 13k followers on Facebook, promotes “shemale” porn stars selling live camming exchanges.
Somers also appears to have an interest in the sexualization of the “trad wife” subculture, and interacted with multiple accounts emphasizing the need of a wife to “submit” to her husband.
The 65 year-old has also been following the public pages of over two dozen strip clubs across the United States, many of which regularly share photographs of the women they employ.
Since launching the campaign with Somers, Dublin Bus has faced some backlash from women concerned about the public transportation administration’s policies towards males who self-identify as “women.”
As reported by Gript, Dublin Bus has confirmed that it allowed male staff members to access the women’s restrooms and other facilities intended for females on the basis of their self-declared gender identity.
Dublin Bus’ guidelines state that “people can change gender without any medical intervention,” and that no medical procedures are required to be considered transgender.
“In July 2015 the Gender Recognition Act was signed into law. This means that persons over the age of 18 can self-declare their true gender identity and allows them to apply for a new birth certificate, passport or driving licence that reflects this change. This new law means that Ireland is one of the few countries that allows a person to declare their true gender without medical or state intervention,” the guidance boasts.
It continues that an employee’s failure to “comply” with another individual’s gender identity “could result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of their employment.” It adds that customers and contractors will also be subject to their zero-tolerance policy.
Talent Development & Diversity Officer for Dublin Bus, Saoirse Murphy, who attended the Queeriosity interview with Somers last week, revealed that the Workplace Gender Transition Policy and Guidelines were devised in consultation with Trans Equality Network Ireland (TENI) in 2017.
TENI is Ireland’s leading trans activist organization, currently lead by interim CEO Tara Hewitt. Hewitt, a self-professed BDSM fetishist, has ties to another organization that has called for the release of all trans-identified prisoners regardless of conviction.

Your regular reminder that men who announce publicly they want to beat up women tend not to be very nice people. https://t.co/BY79jXZ72v

A US federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought forward by a transgender convicted killer who alleged that the Kansas Department of Corrections had discriminated against him. Thomas Preston Lamb, also known as Michelle Renee Lamb, 83, is serving three life sentences for crimes against women and is currently detained in a women’s facility in Topeka, Kansas. However, Lamb has been kept separate from the female inmates in a situation that he has complained is a form of discrimination which places his health at risk.
Last November, Lamb filed a legal complaint against Gov. Laura Kelly, as well as the prison warden and other staff at the Topeka Correctional Facility and the Kansas Department of Corrections, demanding immediate transfer into the women’s general population. Lamb also requested his security risk status be removed and expunged from his record.
In his complaint, Lamb argued that Gov. Kelly was “complicit” in “hate crimes” against him, which he alleged involved designating him a security risk and keeping him segregated from the female inmate population. Lamb repeatedly described himself as a “female transgender” person in the suit.

In a hand-written complaint dated September 2023, Lamb argued that his designation as a high security risk, which was established just two months after he was transferred into the women’s prison in January of last year, constituted a “hate crime” against him.
“This is a grievance against everyone involved in placing me on OSR [other security risk] and HR [housing restriction] status, and keeping me on this status for what is now six months,” Lamb wrote. “I request I be placed on general population status immediately, and all information used to place me on this OSR status be removed from my file.”
In a separate grievance letter filed the same month, Lamb claimed that the restrictions placed on him were so “severe” that he had been suffering from anxiety, had developed rashes and elevated blood pressure, and was at risk of death by heart attack or stroke. He also stated he had begun experiencing chronic diarrhea as a result of his lack of access to the women’s general population.
“I have had numerous bouts of diarrhea due to my high levels of depression, anxiety, and stress caused by this toxic and restrictive environment,” Lamb wrote. “I’m being treated as if I’m public enemy number one here at TCF, being escorted by two officers all the time. I feel miserable and wake up crying at night. I’m denied the most basic need, especially for us females: the need to have close contact and relationships with other females.”
On July 8, however, U.S. District Judge John Lungstrum dismissed Lamb’s lawsuit. The court decision referred to Lamb with feminine pronouns and stated that “Plaintiff has not shown that her housing assignment subjects her to atypical and significant hardship in relation to the ordinary incidents of prison life.”

A violent and "sexually sadistic" transgender inmate has filed a lawsuit with the help of the ACLU demanding to be turned loose in a women's prison.

In a last-ditch effort, Lamb responded by filing a motion for a preliminary injunction, which if successful, would have resulted in a temporary pause on proceedings. Though Lamb filed the motion four days after the ruling was already passed down, he dated the document July 8, the same day as the suit’s dismissal. Within the document, Lamb argued that his constitutional rights had been violated and that he would suffer “irreparable harm” should his requests not be granted.
Judge Lungstrum dismissed Lamb’s claim, stating, “Nothing in Plaintiff’s motion warrants reconsideration of the Court’s Memorandum and Order dismissing this case,” and the suit was ordered closed.
According to court documents, Lamb was designated as a security risk just two months after being transferred in to the women’s facility on January 27, 2023. Prison officials had intended to place him among the women in the general population, but became concerned after he refused to answer questions about his past crimes during an intake evaluation.
Within weeks it was reported that Lamb had repeatedly asked a corrections officer if his genitals “looked good and natural” as a result of the surgery he had, and posed questions to a different officer about her own anatomy and sexual habits. The ongoing sexual remarks led to an order from supervisor Major Dona Hook that Lamb must always be escorted by two female prison officers.
Lamb has also had three disciplinary reports lodged against him. One of the complaints involves violating a rule against lewd activity by giving a female inmate “a hug that continue[d] through another squeeze — appearing to be a ‘double hug.’”
Throughout the legal proceedings, Lamb displayed malicious behavior which included attempts to threaten and blackmail female prison officials.
In July of 2023, Lamb sent three letters to TCF Reentry Coordinator Angela Golightley, and the supervisor for his Unit Team Manager Linda Hull-Viera, who had filed the disciplinary report against him. In the letters, Lamb complained that his health was seriously impaired by his restrictions and offered an out-of-court settlement to his demands.
The letters expressed that if Golightley removed Lamb’s security risk status, expunged the history from his record, supported him for a parole release within the year, and transferred him into the general population, “it will all go away.”
If the administrators did not comply with his wishes, Lamb threatened to “send the ACLU a copy of my lawsuit.” The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has been behind multiple lawsuits across the United States which have resulted in male rapists and criminals being transferred into women’s prisons.
Lamb, in a sinister tone, encouraged Golightley to personally meet with him: “Come see me so we can come to an agreement, and this can all stop now. It’s up to you.” He further threatened to pass information about his lawsuit on to a reporter, Blaise Mesa, for Kansas City Beacon, “so he can do the story he wants to do… It will not make you look good. I have his word.”
Handwritten letter from Lamb threatening Golightley.
Lamb, who is described as “female” in the state Criminal Justice Information System and referred to as a “transgender female” in court records, was convicted of kidnapping and murdering Karen Sue Kemmerly, a 24 year-old student at the University of Kansas-Missouri, around December 5, 1969.
Reduxx uncovered news reports from that time and revealed that Lamb had murdered Kemmerly after she commented he was a “handsome man,” and told him he was “very capable sexually,” which sent him into a violent rage as he saw himself as a woman. Lamb strangled the woman to death, and left her nude corpse in a cornfield. The young student’s body was found approximately five days after her death on December 7.
In addition to Kemmerly, Lamb was also convicted on charges of kidnapping 18-year-old Patricia Ann Childs on January 15, 1970. Childs was returned to her family after her father paid out a $3,500 ransom demanded by Lamb. During the ordeal, Lamb bound Childs’ hands and raped her, according to court documents, though he was never formally charged for the sexual assault.
Lamb told Dr. Joseph Satten, a psychiatrist specializing in criminology at the Menninger Foundation in Topeka, that he “thought he was a girl” when he carried out the crimes against the two women. It was Satten’s view that Lamb was “intelligent” and aware of the crimes he committed. However, he emphasized “peculiarities” in his personality.
Olathe News, 27 May 1970
“At times, during the course of the kidnappings, there must have been some awareness that what he was doing was wrong. But during both of the kidnappings, he was in a peculiar state of mind in which he felt himself to be a girl,” Satten said.
The doctor went on to blame the “female version” of Lamb for the crimes, insinuating that the “male version” of Lamb was not mentally present during the time of the offenses.
Lamb was ultimately convicted of two counts of kidnapping and one count of first degree murder, and is now serving three consecutive life sentences in prison. While in prison, Thomas Preston Lamb began going by Michelle Renee Lamb, and in July 2006, filed for a legal name change.
As previously reported by Reduxx, the convicted killer has repeatedly used the legal system to his advantage. In a 2017 motion filed by Lamb against the KDOC, he alleged that his Eighth Amendment rights against cruel and unusual punishment were being violated. Lamb had demanded “more comprehensive treatment of [his] gender dysphoria, access to more female items in prison, recognition of [his] name change, and transfer to a female-only prison facility.”
Lamb’s original 2017 request to be transferred to a women’s correctional facility was initially denied by District Judge Eric Melgren. In the decision, it was stated that “Lamb is not entitled to transfer to a female facility.”
He continued, referring to Lamb with feminine pronouns: “Thomas was ordered to serve three life sentences so that he would never kill or hurt another woman again. Thomas is now Michelle, but Michelle is still a convicted kidnapper and murderer of women, and the justification for her sentence has not changed.”
However, Lamb’s attempts at a transfer to a female facility were realized in January 2023, after he underwent a genital surgery at the University of Kansas that he claims he obtained with the assistance of the ACLU.
