Male Cyclists Take Home First, Second Places At Women’s CycloCross Cup In Chicago

Two trans-identified males dominated women’s competitions at the Chicago CycloCross Cup yesterday, leading many women’s rights advocates to condemn the tournament for allowing men to self-identify into the women’s categories.

The CycloCross Cup was held at Jackson Park in Chicago, Illinois from October 7 to 8, and comprised of over one dozen different competitions for men, women, and junior athletes. But two trans-identified males topped the podium in two different competitions, taking home medals and, in one event, prize money.

In the Women’s SingleSpeed and Category 1/2 races, trans-identified male Tessa Johnson took first place. The Category 1/2 competition also came with $150 in prize money.

But Johnson wasn’t the only male on the podium in the Women’s SingleSpeed, with Evelyn Williamson taking silver in the competition. The result means that only one biological female, Allison Zmuda, was on the podium for that race, placing third for bronze.

Williamson also participated in the Women’s Category 1/2 race, placing fourth and winning $75 in prize money.

According to the Chicago CrossCup’s website, the competition prides itself on “first and foremost fostering a positive & supportive community built around competitive cyclocross racing,” continuing: “That means welcoming and challenging everyone who wants to contribute to the series and make it better in that regard.”

In its official FAQ on the topic of transgender cyclists, the Cup notes that “discrimination or harassment of any kind on the basis of race, color, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, national origin, or any other stupid idea someone comes up with to belittle another racer will not be tolerated at [our] events and may result in disqualification.”

On X (formerly Twitter), news of Johnson and Williamson’s victories was shared by user @i_heart_bikes, an anonymous female cyclist who frequently calls out males self-identifying as “women” in the sport. In response, many women’s rights advocates and sports enthusiasts condemned the competition for allowing the men to participate.

“What impressive men who can beat women with their testosterone,” one user said sarcastically.

“Male athletic advantage exists. It doesn’t belong in the protected category of women’s sports. More importantly, it is not the responsibility of any female athlete in any level of any sport to validate or affirm the identity of men. Ever,” Jess Kruchoski replied.

“Pathetic failed men proud of winning prizes meant for women. Total failures both of them,” user @crusepat wrote.

Speaking to Reduxx on the results of the Chicago CycloCross Cup (CCC), a spokeswoman from ICONS condemned the competition for not prioritizing fairness towards female athletes.

“The CCC states that discrimination will not be tolerated; however, they fail to recognize that by allowing advantaged male athletes to take podium awards in women’s races, they are blatantly discriminating against half the population,” she said.

ICONS, or the Independent Council on Women’s Sports, is a campaign group dedicated to defending the rights of female athletes to single-sex sport and has vocally advocated against policies which allow males to self-identify into women’s athletic categories.

Referencing the CCC’s FAQ on trans athletes, the ICONS representative points out a particular passage in which those who have an issue with gender self-identification are told they shouldn’t participate.

“If you are at a CCC event you are here to race your bike hard (or cheer on someone else who is), have a good time, and you are welcome as part of this big, goofy, oddball family … If you can’t do that without trivializing someone because they are different than you, then just stay home and enjoy the game on TV,” the FAQ reads.

The ICONS spokeswoman takes issue with the framing, and labels it misogynistic.

“Presenting old-fashioned misogyny as something their ‘goofy, oddball family’ does to ‘have a good time’ is insulting to female riders who suffer profound harm from being told that their accomplishments don’t matter, and they must take a backseat to the preferences of men,” she says.

Both Johnson and Williamson have been racing in women’s cycling for years, with Williamson collecting 18 first place titles in races across the country since 2017.

In September, Reduxx reported that Johnson and Williamson competed as a team in two separate women’s races in Illinois, taking first place in both of them. During one of the competitions, Williamson and Johnson competed under the team name “TS-ESTRODOLLS,” a reference to cross-sex hormones.

Johnson and Williamson celebrated their initial first place win on August 27 after their victory at the xXx Racing-Athletic Relay Cross in Chicago. The two men surpassed nine pairs of women for first place.

Just days later on August 31, Johnson and Williamson beat out two teams of women at the Ed Rudolph Velodrome during the State Championship in Madison.

Williamson is reportedly in a polyamorous relationship with Austin Killips, another trans-identified male cyclist who has become notorious for his frequent participation in women’s competitions. Killips has similarly taken several first place wins in women’s categories and has forced at least one woman out of the sport after targeting her with physical aggression during a race.

UN Women Prompts Outrage After Focusing On “Uplifting” Trans Lesbians While Violence Against Women In Israel Rages On

The official account for United Nations Women is under fire after posting in celebration of “trans lesbians” despite having released no formal statement condemning the violence against women in war-torn Israel. The posts, of which two were made on October 8, were intended to celebrate “International Lesbian Day.”

In the first post made to X (formerly Twitter), UN Women stated that there was “no one way to be a lesbian or express womanhood,” leaving many users confused as to the underlying meaning.

“There is only one way to be a lesbian,” one user wrote. “To be a female exclusively attracted to other females. And there is only one way to express womanhood — to be an adult human female,” user @OneSmallVoice wrote.

“Nah, there’s only one way to be either,” another user responded.

After hundreds of negative replies, UN Women made a second post hours later in an apparent effort to double-down on their narrative.

“Remember, trans lesbians are lesbians too,” the post read. “Let’s uplift and honor EVERY expression of love and identity!” The post was accompanied by an image reiterating “trans lesbians are lesbians.”

Immediately, UN Women was hit with a storm of backlash from users who called the post “homophobic” and “rapey.”

Giggle Founder Sall Grover said the notice was “anti-lesbian,” stating: “Men aren’t lesbians. Deal with it.”

Another top reply on the post, written by UK-based safeguarding group Safe Schools Alliance, accused UN Women of propagating rape culture.

“You are a disgrace. Delete this tweet, then delete your account. How DARE you contribute to the #RapeCulture women & girls suffer, from childhood, worldwide. Stand down & let people who know #SexMatters advocate for women & girls including our lesbian sisters.”

Other advocates that fight for women’s sex-based rights similarly called out UN Women, with many noting that the organization has yet to release an official statement condemning the brutality committed against women in Israel.

On October 7, Hamas militants launched a surprise offensive on Israel, targeting civilian areas with violence. Almost immediately, horrific videos began to circulate on social media showing the Islamic soldiers kidnapping and brutalizing women. In one of the most shocking pieces of footage, Hamas militants were seen parading around the corpse of a woman now identified as a German-Israeli civilian who had been in the region to attend a pro-peace festival.

As of the writing of this article, over 700 people in Israel have been confirmed dead and over 2000 are injured. In Gaza, the Palestinian Health Ministry has reported 370 dead, with over 2200 injured. Over 100 people have been taken as hostages by Hamas, a great number of them are women and children.

Jewish journalist Eve Barlow pointed out that despite making time to advocate for “trans lesbians,” UN Women hasn’t discussed the violence committed in Israel against females.

@UN_Women has not issued a single tweet from their account about the crimes committed against Israel’s women. One [repost] on the subject, one tweet about Afghanistan and two about #LesbianDay. Jewish women deserve your advocacy,” stated journalist and activist Eve Barlow.

This is not the first time UN Women and the United Nations has promoted gender ideology at the expense of women. UN Women has a well-established history of calling for all nations to allow men to be able to self-declare their legal sex as female.

“Trans women have the right to recognition of their self-identified gender – but in most countries, this is not available or subject to abusive restrictions,” UN Women posted in June.

This was blasted by British Member of Parliament Rosie Duffield who responded to the organization’s statement.

“No, this is not a universally accepted ‘right’ at all. And as a Member of Parliament in England, I will continue to work with other legislators to stop self-id from destroying women’s rights – rights to sport, single sex spaces, same-sex medical care.”

On International Women’s Day in 2020, UN Women endorsed a statement made by a trans-identified male in which he referred to women as “formless.” The man being celebrated by UN Women, model Aaron Philip, bragged about being platformed by the United Nations and referred to women who protested as “TERFs.”

EXCLUSIVE: Award-Winning Polish Musician Removed From Performances, Teaching Contract After Criticizing Gender Ideology

An award-winning Polish electronic and noise musician has found herself “canceled” after speaking out against gender ideology. Ewa Justka, a musician and electronics teacher, has spoken exclusively to Reduxx about her experience becoming the target for harassment and abuse because of her views.

Justka’s ordeal began on July 1, when she posted on her Instagram in support of Harry Potter creator JK Rowling and professor Kathleen Stock. Justka uploaded multiple screenshots, including one with the definition of “lesbian” as a “female homosexual,” and another of a Telegraph article which denounced the term “TERF” as “the ultimate slur against women.” TERF is an acronym meaning “trans exclusionary radical feminist,” but has been applied more broadly to any woman who criticizes gender ideology, often accompanied with threats of violence.

“Are you a woman who experienced sex-based discrimination? Have you been canceled for expressing your views regarding recent misogyny and hatred towards feminists like JK Rowling, Kathleen Stock, and other brave women having the balls (metaphoric ones) to speak out?” Justka began her Instagram post, continuing that she wanted women who fit her description to contact her.

But shortly after the post was uploaded, Justka found herself the target of a cancellation campaign intended to penalize her for her views.

Following her post on Instagram, Justka received hate mail in her direct messages and emails, angry comments on her post, a removal from a pending compilation album, and the cancellation of workshops and gigs.

One of her shows, which had been arranged at The Old Hairdressers in Glasgow, was cancelled, and Justka began to receive intense online and in-person harassment from local musicians. One local establishment, Stereo, even refused her service due to allegedly making patrons “feel unsafe” because of her views.

One of the hateful messages Justka received included a threat from music journalist Peter Kirn who stated “…tell you what, Ewa- we’ll beat you. I’ll do my best to absolutely makes sure no one works with you. So you want to see the power of this patriarchal system you’re so upset about? Watch me.”

While she was immediately struck off from some events she had been scheduled at, one of her most pressing concerns was her appearance with an influential artist.

Justka was due to perform alongside British electronic musician Mathew Herbert in October of 2023 at the Gulbenkian Art Centre in Canterbury, an event associated with the Oram Awards. Worried the campaign against her would reach the Awards administration, she contacted them for support and assurance that they would not cancel her appearance. But she found that her invitation to perform was being rescinded.

Justka won the Oram Award in 2017 and is an alumna of the institution, having won the “inaugural” competition judged by Róisín Murphy and mastering engineer Mandy Parnell. As described by FACT magazine: “The PRS Foundation and The New BBC Radiophonic Workshop have announced a new awards initiative to celebrate women innovating in the fields of sound and music. The awards are named after BBC Radiophonic Workshop co-founder Daphne Oram and purport to “build on her legacy.”

Justka was offered the invitation in May to travel to appear in the October 7 event where she was contracted to run an audio-visual synth workshop, appear in a Q&A panel, and do a performance, with brochures for the event being produced.

In an email seen by Reduxx, Justka reached out to The Oram Awards on July 7 to ask whether they were planning on removing her from the event due to her opinions.

“I’m not sure if you are aware, but during the last few days I have experienced quite a big wave of harassment, attempts of intimidation, bullying and I lost numerous workshops and gigs,” Justka wrote. “I have stated in a public post, that I stand for JK Rowling and Kathleen Stock and I’m against calling women ‘menstruators,’ ‘birthing people’ and other dehumanizing slurs. Consequently, I was told I’m a transphobe and homophobe, which is absolutely untrue.”

She then elaborated on her opinions on the political situation, linking it to the Oram Awards’ mission statement.

“Please let me know where you stand on that, as I won’t stay silent about this, and also I want to have an actual discussion with people about this topic, no matter what they identify as. Unfortunately I wasn’t given this opportunity yet.”

Days later, the Oram Awards responded:

“Thank you for reaching out to us about this. We weren’t aware of this situation and sorry to hear how this experience has affected you personally and professionally. We want to carefully discuss this and reply to you when the rest of the team comes back from holiday next week.”

Justka chased them up a week later as she had received no further communication, and finally received a reply on July 18.

“We are an organization fighting for women’s rights in the music industry by providing a much-needed platform for their work and supporting their creative development,” an Oram Awards organizer wrote. “Our position on trans rights is that trans women are women and we hope that everyone we work with responds to that respectfully.”

Confused, Justka asked for an elaboration, and inquired as to whether the Awards was suggesting that males could change their sex or identify into womanhood.

On July 20, Justka received a response condemning her “negative emails” towards the Awards, and stating that “it has become clear that we can no longer work with you.”

It continued: “This email is confirmation that the invitation to participate in our event at the Gulbenkian on October 7th has been revoked.”

Following the months-long ordeal, Justka continued to lose work, including a provisional arrangement to lecture for the London College of Communication at the University of the Arts in London. She has since moved to Italy in order “to escape” the situation.

While continuing her work in solitude, Justka has created an album in response to her cancellation and started a women-only project to encourage female musicians to create and build their own electronic synthesizers.

Speaking to Reduxx, Justka explained that her July comments came from a place of concern for the impact gender ideology was having on women’s rights.

“I’ve been listening to women’s voices and hearing about the discrimination so many of them went through just by stating biological facts and by sharing their concerns about having dangerous men in women’s prisons, and predators who take advantage of self id laws in UK,” she said. “Moreover, I’ve experienced domestic abuse throughout my life, I couldn’t stay silent anymore.”

Calling gender ideology “extremely dangerous,” Justka notes that the language employed by trans activists often dehumanizes women and erodes women-only spaces.

“This all damages women’s rights so many feminists fought for. The art scene that celebrates this ideology is, in my view, extremely hypocritical and I could not subscribe to their agenda anymore.”

Justka notes that her expulsion from the Oram Awards was the most hurtful incident in her ordeal.

“The Oram Awards claims to be a ‘women-supporting foundation,’ yet it clearly does not stand for women since, in their view, men can be women and they’ll drop a female artist in a whim if she dares to question gender ideology,” she says. “I moved to the UK from Poland as I believed I would be valued according to my work, knowledge, and capabilities. Clearly, I was wrong – it’s unfortunate, but in UK, if you’re a female artist and don’t subscribe to gender ideology, you will be cancelled, and your work opportunities will be taken away. It’s very clear to me, that this is vindictive, Stasi-like discrimination of women and girls and we must speak out against it and stand for women’s rights.”

Ironically, one of the judges who awarded Justka the Oram Award in 2017, pop-musician Róisín Murphy, also recently found herself being attacked for making a statement against gender ideology.

Murphy made international headlines after screenshots of a comment she made on her personal Facebook page began circulating on X (formerly Twitter). In the post, Murphy stated: “Please don’t call me a terf, please don’t keep using that word against women. I beg you! But puberty blockers ARE FUCKED, absolutely desolate, big pharma laughing all the way to the bank. Little mixed up kids are vulnerable and need to be protected, that’s just true.”

Murphy soon after penned an apology following some backlash from trans activists, and it is alleged that the BBC refused to play tunes from her chart-topping album as a result of her comments.

German Pedophile Rights Group Calls For Members To Watch Film About A “Trans Kid,” Claim Children Must Be Allowed To “Self-Determine” Sexuality

A notorious German pedophile lobby group has endorsed the new gender self-identification law, stating that “trans kids” are “politically important” for advancing pedophile rights. Krumme-13, also known as K13, are also directing its members to watch a movie about an 8-year-old boy who is transitioned to live as a “girl.”

On October 4, K13 published an announcement on its website regarding a film that was set to be screened on television. The movie, Simply Nina, was initially released in 2022 and featured the story of a child “rebelling” against their body.

According to the film’s synopsis on the Hamburg Filmfest’s website, the 8-year-old main character, Nina, is “convinced that a mistake was made at birth” and “plucks up her courage and informs her family that she has always felt like a girl and would like to live as one.” Nina is portrayed by male child actor Arian Wegener.

K13 offers praise for the film, which they noted was being screened on television on October 6. They continue that “the issue of transsexual children is currently of great political importance,” and mention the newly-passed draft of Germany’s new gender self-identification bill. The bill is intended to make it significantly easier for people to change their name and sex, something they will be able to do once per year with no medical documentation needed to demonstrate the individual is transitioning.

In their announcement, K13 notes that “minors from the age of 14” will be allowed to change their name and legal sex with the consent of their guardians or, if their parents will not consent, the permission of a family court. But K13 suggests the age proposed for gender self-determination is too high.

“Why is gender identity also politically important for pedophiles/pedosophists?” K13 asks. “Gender and sexual identity does not only begin on the 14th birthday, when the so-called protection age limit ends. Children can and want to experience their childhood sexuality self-determined beforehand.”

The post continues: “Child sexuality as a whole must no longer be a taboo. Because pedosexual relationships are not conceivable without self-determined child sexuality.”

K13 was founded in 1993 in Trier, Germany by Dieter Gieseking, who was briefly imprisoned on possession of child pornography. Gieseking has been a vocal advocate for the legalization of pedophilia, and frames adult-child sexual activity as normal.

In a 2018 interview for the program Veto, Gieseking repeatedly refers to pedophilia as a “romantic relationship,” and insists that children can seduce adults. “On the forums and in my experience there are many times, for example, when a boy of let’s say 12, actually initiates the relationship,” he says.

Gieseking also made several references to the Netherlands, a country known for its prominent pedophile activism and which currently hosts the majority — 66 percent — of all CSAM sites in the European Union. He told the interviewer that Germany should follow the Netherlands’ lead and lower the age of consent to 12 years old.

“That is just the current zeitgeist, in the past studies have shown the many benefits (of sex with children) for children… The problem is that victim protection and child protection organizations have sprung up and influenced mainstream media,” Gieseking added.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Gieseking has filed a total of three petitions with Germany’s parliament calling on members of the Socialist Democrats, Free Democratic Party, and Green Party to agree to an amendment to Germany’s anti-discrimination legislation which would protect pedophilia as a “sexual identity.”

Gieseking frames his campaigning as an effort to defend “children’s rights” and to protect “sexual minorities” from discrimination. The two most recent petitions submitted to the government were lodged on February 14, 2021.

On July 2, members of K13 congregated at the Cologne Pride Parade, colloquially known as Christopher Street Day (CSD), and displayed a flag representing “minor-attracted persons” pride. They also carried signs opposing the “censorship” of the organization Queer.de and advocated for a “diversity of opinions” within the LGBT community.

PORTUGAL: Trans-Identified Male Charged With Murder Of Father, Attempted Murder of Mother In “Psychotic” Episode

A trans-identified male has appeared in court on charges of the brutal murder of his father and the attempted murder of his mother. Tânia Ferrinho, 43, is accused of stabbing his father seventeen times and stabbing his bedridden mother seven times, in a horrific incident that occurred in October of 2022 in Samora Correia, Portugal.

Ferrinho’s case was heard in the Santarém Court, beginning September 13, with closing arguments presented October 4. The court heard how Ferrinho’s elderly parents, Carlos and Maria Cristina, had suffered numerous instances of violence at the hands of their son, and had already taken out a court order banning him from approaching them.

Sources of the conflict between Ferrinho and his parents were said to have centered around his sex change procedures, which they disapproved of. Ferrinho began to identify as transgender in 2020, when he legally changed his name to Tânia.

Another significant source of tension related to finances, as Ferrinho reportedly had never worked or held down a stable job and was living at home dependent on his aging parent’s resources. Ana Gomes of the Public Prosecutor’s Office told the court that the relationship was strained due to the “inertia of the defendant” in finding a job while using his parent’s income for “online shopping.”

According to the Public Prosecutor’s Office Indictment Order, the brutal assault occurred after Ferrinho was named in a new domestic violence case by his parents, who were attempting to have him expelled from their apartment.

On September 26, 2022, just weeks before the crime took place, Ferrinho posted a video to his Facebook account wherein he claimed to be a victim of stalking, and made a vague comment seeming to suggest that his parents could “accuse me of prostitution as a way of keeping the house.”

On the day of the crime, October 10, Ferrinho is said to have engaged in an argument with his parents related to money. He demanded an allowance, which his parents refused to provide. Shortly after, the National Republican Guard (GNR) visited the family’s home to inform Ferrinho that another case was being filed against him for abuse at the Benavente Court. Ferrinho was already on probation for a 2021 double conviction of aggravated physical assault against his elderly parents, reported Rede Regional.

Just after law enforcement left the premises, Ferrinho began slashing his 77 year-old father repeatedly with a knife, who fled into the apartment building’s hallway before falling to the ground. He succumbed to his injuries in December while being treated at the Vila Franca de Xira Hospital.

After stabbing his father seventeen times, Ferrinho then turned on his mother, who was bedridden and in poor health, and began assaulting her with the knife. A neighbor who had heard shouting from their apartment intervened and prevented Ferrinho from murdering his mother. The neighbor later stated that Ferrinho had initially attempted to frame his father for the assault on his mother. While she was not fatally wounded by the stabbing, she would later die of illness shortly after her husband.

In the final deliberations of the case, the Public Prosecutor’s Office attempted to rationalize the murder as being the result of “the inner conflict” presented by Ferrinho’s transgender identity. Gomes stated that there is “sensitivity to understanding the inner conflict of someone who, from a young age, does not identify with the gender they were born with.”

However, Gomes further added that “[he] did not show any remorse” for the crime, and asked for a sentence which considered the gravity of the offense.

Lawyer Maria João Alves, defending, argued that the killing occurred following a series of traumatic events, including his “gender change” and the death of his older brother, which allegedly caused him to suffer from “psychotic outbursts and sometimes interruptions of consciousness.” Alves claimed that Ferrinho was in a psychotic state when he stabbed his parents.

“I have the greatest doubts that Tânia had committed this act consciously and I am certain that [he] was never helped,” Alves said. Ferrinho was “unable to control [his] impulses” at the time of the crime, the lawyer said, and requested that the Court’s sentencing take into account his personal circumstances.

The Court will deliver a sentence on October 18.

Ferrinho’s case first became known to the wider public after media reported that female prison guards had refused to conduct strip searches on him during his detention in a women’s prison. Despite retaining a male sexual organ, Ferrinho demanded to be searched by women guards at the Tires Prison Establishment.

The women employed at the prison refused, because “the procedure involved biologically seeing a person of a different sex and seeing a penis,” said the president of the Association of Heads of the Guard Corps Prison, Hermínio Barradas.

After an hour, two female guards ultimately conducted the search “under protest.”

Portugal passed a law allowing sex self-identification in 2018, but Ferrinho’s case is said to be the first known instance of a clash between female prison staff and a violent trans-identified male inmate. Reports of the incident note that the guards “fear the arrival of new transgender inmates.”

Ana Aresta, president of ILGA (Intervenção Lesbica, Gay, Bissexual, Trans e Intersexo) told the media at the time that the sex self-identification legislation was correctly implemented by prison staff. “People don’t have to pass through any kind of process of surgical affirmation to be considered men or women,” she said.

However, Barradas disagreed, and stated that the law does not require female prison guards to strip search male inmates who have not undergone genital surgery. Yet according to reports, an internal document circulated within Portugal’s prison system states that a transgender inmate must be searched “by a member of the surveillance and security service of the same gender with which the transgender person identifies” even if they retain their sexual organ.

Prominent Trans Activist, Anti-Trump Protestor Arrested After Allegedly Financially Exploiting Parents

A prominent trans activist has been charged with crimes related to financially abusing his parents after reportedly attempting to intimidate them into giving him money and stealing hundreds of dollars from them. Danielle Tatiana Muscato, born David, was booked as a “female” by the Columbia Police Department.

On September 26, a warrant was issued for Muscato’s arrest by the 13th Judicial Court in Boone County, Missouri, on three charges — one count of stealing and two counts of harassment. Notably, the court determined Muscato was an imminent risk to the “victim, community, or another person” and was not likely to appear on a summons. Muscato was booked that same day at the Boone County Jail as a “female” detainee.

According to the prosecution’s complaint against Muscato, he is alleged to have financially abused his parents on three separate occasions this year.

In May, Muscato ambushed his parents while his mother was attending a medical appointment. He live-streamed the interaction to his YouTube channel in a video which is still up on the account.

In the video, Muscato is seen following his parents through a parking lot while playing an electric guitar. His own vehicle is seen plastered with decals reading “Dr. Muscato Is Abusive,” a reference to his father, who is an Oncologist and one of the founders of the Missouri Cancer Associates in Columbia. Muscato has reportedly created t-shirts, a website, and other merchandise attempting to portray his father as a “child abuser” and “domestic abuser.”

In January on his social media, Muscato advertised he was going to raise funds to perform a “one-woman play” on his father titled “Dr. Muscato Is Abusive: A True Story of Child Abuse, Police Corruption, and Domestic Violence.”

In the livestream, Muscato’s mother retreats to her own vehicle, at which point he stands between her car and another parked vehicle and attempts to speak to her through the window.

According to court documents, just prior to this ambush, Muscato had demanded $10,000 “cash in an envelope” from his mother via text message, threatening her with consequences if she did not comply.

Muscato’s targeting of his parents continued in June, in which two separate incidents were recorded.

On June 6, Muscato again visited his mother while she was at a dentist appointment, threatening to report his father to the FBI for “child porn” he claimed his parents had on “USB drives.” This claim was made in the lobby of the office in front of multiple staff, and left his parents “shaken up” and in emotional distress.

From the redacted police report.

The third incident, occurring between June 9 and June 28, involved Muscato charging over $1,089 to his parents’ account at County Club of Missouri for take-out food by misrepresenting his authorization to use their tab.

According to the police report, Muscato’s parents had changed the locks on their house due to fear he would show up. His father reportedly suffers extreme emotional distress when seeing Muscato in public, and begins to “shake as he is very scared” of what Muscato might do to him. His father also told police that he believes Muscato has access to his email and family scheduling app, as he manages to find them no matter where they are.

In June, Muscato’s parents filed a protective order against him on the basis of adult abuse, and were granted the order shortly after. Muscato reportedly attempted to evade service for the order, but was finally served on July 25.

While in police custody, Muscato was sent to the emergency room at the University Hospital after complaining of chest pain.

From the hospital, Muscato snapped a selfie and uploaded it to social media, claiming he had experienced a “heart attack.”

Muscato was released the next day after posting a $50,000 bond with the strict condition he did not contact the victim or appear at the victim’s residence.

This is not the first time Muscato has been accused of abusive behavior.

In November of 2022, a woman accused Muscato of sexual impropriety, claiming he had “groomed” her in an effort to have her become his sexual partner. In a public statement on Facebook, Sarah An Myers, a writer for Psychology Today, stated that she had befriended Muscato during a vulnerable moment in her life.

“I was desperate for someone to understand me and I agreed to befriend Danielle under a guise of pro-feminist, progressive, LGBT pride,” she wrote.

“After 1.5 years, Danielle began grooming me as a potential sexual partner. When the third attempt of physical contact was breached (repeated attempts to kiss me goodbye), I cut this person out of my life attempting to rid of the disgust I felt and betrayal of a platonic friend turned into a sexual conquest.”

Myers claims Danielle later attempted to manipulate her into sending him lewd photos and persuade her into entering a sexual relationship with him. She also says that she later discovered other young women had been similarly manipulated by Muscato, who she also claims was writing “books on pedophilia” under a pseudonym.

“There’s so much more but to keep this short, I will point out that this person was using liberal politics to play under the guise of the ‘victimized, traumatized, mentally ill TRANS WOMAN’ and many of us suspect this is entirely a MADE UP AND FALSE GUISE used to gain status and notoriety given their appearances on NYT, CNN, AND MORE.”

In response to the public statement, which is still up on Myers’ account, one user said: “I remember you telling about your deep concerns about this person and their motivations and intentions 4/5yrs ago.”

Muscato is well-known for his advocacy on trans rights and Black Lives Matter, though his involvement in civil rights has been ongoing since the Trump presidency. In 2016, Muscato gained widespread notoriety after “clapping back” at Donald Trump on social media.

Muscato was highly praised for his rants against Trump, which were covered by NBC, Mashable, Huffington Post, and other mainstream news outlets. Despite having a full beard at the time, Muscato identified as a woman and was referred to in the feminine by media.

Muscato is also credited with popularizing the #RESIST campaign, which became a symbol of resistance to Trump’s presidency, but also Republican policies. In an interview, Muscato stated that the hashtag was “about stopping the erosion of our civil liberties and human rights before it happens—not just actively oppose, but proactively oppose.” He added: “Waiting until bigotry is codified into law is a mistake, potentially a deadly one.”

Muscato has also been an active member of the atheist community, and, in the past, has gained massive attention for social media stunts including holding inflammatory billboards in public, inviting individuals to “prove God is real” or “convince me your religion is true.” He has also spoken at conferences held by Atheists United, and was involved in a campaign to “normalize atheism.”

In 2017, Muscato came under fire from women’s rights advocates after posting to social media “some women have penises, if you’re bothered by this you can suck my dick.” The statement was made on International Women’s Day.
