“He Got Away With It” : Trans Activist Sentenced To Just Five Months “Good Behavior” After Leaving Woman Permanently Disabled

A trans activist has been given an astoundingly light sentence after brutally assaulting a woman over an apparent “misgendering” incident.

In a February exclusive, Reduxx reported that a woman had been left with life-changing injuries after being attacked by a trans activist during a night out with her partner. Ruby, whose name was anonymized for her protection, provided Reduxx with police reports and hospital records demonstrating that she had been the victim of a brutal assault.

The incident took place on September 24, 2022, while Ruby and her partner were attending the Punks Pub Crawl in Melbourne, a longstanding barhopping tradition for those in the punk rock scene. Ruby, a bass guitarist in a local band, had been attending the crawl since she was a teenager.

“I had only just arrived with my partner sometime around 3 p.m. There were about 70 people or so attending the crawl. The whole group of us stopped at Carlton Gardens for a group photo,” Ruby recounted, explaining that immediately after the photo was taken she would have an incident that has since left her with a debilitating injury.

“I was walking away, talking to a friend when I noticed one male walking beside the group but in the opposite direction to the rest of us,” Ruby said. “As he passed me he shoulder-barged me hard, and I stopped to address him.”

At the time, Ruby described her attacker as “male, but not obviously ‘trans.’” As she was with a group of individuals belonging to the punk rock community, she didn’t immediately believe he was attempting to present as the opposite sex, and simply thought he was donning classic punk attire.

Startled by the body check, Ruby confronted the man.

The aftermath of the assault.

“I said something very close to, ‘Is there a problem here? Do you and I need to have a conversation?’ He started denying and gaslighting. He claimed it was an accident and one of his friends backed him up. It was clearly no accident so I replied, ‘No, he just shoulder-barged me as hard as he could.’”

Ruby described that the onlookers immediately seemed to take issue with the pronoun she had used for the man.

“I heard a few murmurs of ‘He?’ Like people were offended at my choice of pronoun,” she said. “I stood facing him for another [few seconds] waiting to see if he was going to kick off, but he seemed to have nothing to say so I turned and walked away.”

But just as she did, Ruby explained that she was suddenly attacked from behind, with the man pushing her onto the concrete with tremendous force.

“I was wearing a heavy studded leather jacket so I went down hard and fast. I put my left arm out to break the fall with anything other than my head and the impact reverberated all up my arm, shattering my shoulder and breaking my arm at the joint.”

Ruby was ultimately treated at Austin Health hospital, where she was sent for a CAT scan and X-ray and diagnosed with a fractured shoulder.

A record from Austin Hospital provided to Reduxx.

While in hospital, Ruby had managed to track down the individual who had assaulted her through a band contact. She recognized her assailant had been friends with an individual who her band had performed with in the past, and skimmed his socials to find more information. She managed to identify the attacker, and, armed with the information, went to Melbourne Police and filed a report after being discharged from hospital.

In February, Ruby supplied Reduxx with the police statement she signed and witnessed with a Constable about her ordeal. In the statement, she named Sarah Cadzow, a male who identifies as a “woman,” as her assailant.

She also speculated that their mutual band contact had alerted Cadzow to her views on gender ideology at the Punks Pub Crawl, and that he had body-checked her in retaliation.

Despite having provided Melbourne Police with two witness statements as well as the identity of her attacker, it took them 4 months to lay charges against Cadzow. The attack occurred in September of 2022, and Cadzow was finally charged in January of 2023.

On the delay in laying charges, Ruby told Reduxx that she observed a definite “tone shift” when police learned her assailant was transgender.

A post on Cadzow’s now-locked Facebook account.

While Cadzow’s initial hearing was scheduled for April 14, he was finally sentenced on July 5. But the consequences handed down by the court have left Ruby feeling as though Cadzow effectively “got away with it.”

Cadzow was sentenced to a 5-month good behavior bond and was ordered to pay $750 AUD (approx. $500 USD) to an Aboriginal family violence charity. In Australia, a good behavior bond refers to a non-custodial sentence primarily requiring the offender stay in “good behavior” during the time specified.

Ruby provided a statement to Reduxx on the sentence, expressing upset at the outcome and revealing that Cadzow’s defense had painted him to be the victim during the hearings.

“His lawyer made up facts in court, moving the location and alleging that my assailant had been ‘viciously misgendered’ and ‘taunted till (he) couldn’t take it anymore,” Ruby explains. “Cadzow wrote a bullshit ‘apology’ that I never saw, and complained of having suffered terribly because the truth about his male violence was told on social media.”

Ruby revealed that during proceedings, Cadzow’s defense had interrogated the February Reduxx article, as well as Twitter comments from our readers on the piece, to craft a narrative that Cadzow had been subject to unacceptable online abuse as a result of our reporting.

Disturbingly, the defense also rejected the reality of the extent of Ruby’s injuries.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Ruby revealed that the injury had resulted in long-term disability in the arm where her shoulder had been shattered. She explained that a doctor had told her “your ability to lift that arm above your head ended when you hit the ground.”

Speaking to Reduxx in February, Ruby stated: “I will never swim again, [or] shoot hoops with my son, get things from high shelves, or hang washing.”

But in court, the defense appeared to accuse Ruby of lying about the extent of her injuries.

“The prosecution didn’t bother following up on medical records so [Cadzow’s] lawyer just stood there and said it’s not true that I’ll never raise my left arm again. I just gave it another go but reality seems to be interfering,” she says.

Cadzow was found to have “recklessly caused injury” to Ruby but was handed the sentence without conviction, meaning he will not have a criminal record associated with the assault.

Despite the fact that Cadzow was seemingly allowed to “walk away” from the incident, Australia has recently gained a reputation for cracking down on women who oppose gender ideology.

In May, Reduxx learned that two women who criticized a transgender male who had induced lactation to breastfeed a baby had been told by Twitter that they had broken Australian law.

Breastfeeding counselor Jasmine Sussex and Leah Whiston of Standing For Women Queensland (SFWQ) were both contacted by Twitter on May 16 and informed that content posted to their accounts would be censored to Australian users in order to comply with Australian law. Both had tweeted their concerns about a trans-identified male who had been breastfeeding a child.

In 2020, Canberra radio newsreader Beth Rep was ordered to pay a trans-identified male $10,000 AUD (approx. $6,600 USD) in compensation after “liking” Facebook posts he considered offensive.

UK: Drag Queen Who Was Set To Host Welshpool’s First Pride Parade Arrested During Predator Sting

A drag queen who was set to host a Welsh community’s first-ever gay pride parade has been arrested after being caught in a sting by predator hunters. Andrew James Bryant, also known as Miss Gin, was arrested on July 3.

Bryant’s arrest was first announced by STOP Stings in collaboration with the Lincolnshire-based Guardian Angels, both of which are community predator hunting groups carrying out volunteer child safeguarding activities. Bryant, who also goes by the name Andrew James Way, is alleged to have attempted to groom a decoy posing as a 14-year-old boy.

The sting targeting Bryant was streamed live to Facebook on July 3, with multiple predator hunters confronting the man in a public parking lot.

Andrew Bryant, also known as Andrew James Way.

“I’ve got in my possession a chat log that is disgusting. It is very, very consistent with somebody who is a very proficient groomer, and is grooming somebody who he believes to be a 14-year-old boy,” one of the predator hunters says to Bryant, who is casually smoking a cigarette throughout the interaction.

Bryant initially attempts to deny the claims, stating that he believed the decoy account belonged to someone of legal age. But the predator hunter immediately pushes back, advising Bryant he has written proof of the decoy advising Bryant he was underage.

“That is an abject lie, isn’t it,” the predator hunter says, with Bryant finally conceding after some discussion.

Perhaps most disturbingly, the predator hunters reveal that the decoy account has been posing as a mentally vulnerable child who was unsure about his sexuality, something Bryant appears to have used as leverage.

“Do you know what chilled me about this particular chat log,” the predator hunter asks. “This lad you’ve been speaking to doesn’t know if he’s gay or not, does he? You are forcing yourself on him.”

Bryant shrugs off the revelation by attempting to apologize.

“Your apology means absolutely nothing to me. You have been speaking to what you believe to be a child online, and you were telling this 14-year-old boy that you want to ‘break him in.'”

Bryant requested lewd photos from the boy, and reportedly tried to make the child more comfortable by telling him that other minors had already sent him photos. The predator hunters were unable to determine if that was a grooming tactic, or if Bryant really had received other photos from children unrelated to the sting.

In addition to requesting lewd images from the boy, Bryant also reportedly asked to meet the child in a hotel for sex and gave him instructions to state he was Bryant’s nephew if questioned.

The sting live-stream ended with police arriving. The predator hunters announced shortly after that Bryant had been arrested and charged.

During the interaction with predator hunters, Bryant called himself a “drag artist” and a “drag queen” in apparent response to the mention of the account he used to message the decoy. He was well-known in his community as a drag queen by the name of Miss Gin.

In 2019, Bryant was profiled by North Wales Live, which described him as a “drag legend.” The fluff piece stated that Bryant had been working in drag for decades, and first began performing in women’s clothes when he was 10 years old.

Bryant retired from professional drag shows that year after sustaining an injury and deciding to settle down with his then-fiancé Timothy King. Bryant and King, who appears to be significantly younger than he is, were set to be married in 2020.

Earlier this year, Bryant announced he was reviving Miss Gin for the purposes of throwing the first gay pride parade in the community of Welshpool, Wales.

The event, which had been due to take place on July 22, was first floated at a town council meeting in December after Bryant submitted plans to host the event. But, on June 26, it was announced that the event had been cancelled as a result of “unforeseen circumstances.”

Welshpool Town Council has confirmed the event will not go ahead, with the Town Clerk releasing a short statement reading: “The town council and Andrew James Way have decided not to work together in the near future, meaning that the planned Pride event for 2023 will be cancelled.”

The event, which was advertised widely, was reportedly sponsored by major retailers including Tesco, Morrisons, and Rikki Lloyd.

Bryant is the second known pedophile drag queen to be identified in the small country of Wales.

As previously reported by Reduxx, well-known drag queen Darren Moore was found dead on the evening of Sunday, January 22, on the streets of Cardiff City Centre. Following his suspicious death, media coverage was largely focused on Moore’s career as a drag performer and member of the Cardiff gay scene, with many outlets, including the Guardian, failing to note that he was also a convicted child sex offender.

Moore was once known as Darren Sewell, and had been convicted of four counts of rape on a boy under the age of 14 while living in South Wales in 1999. As a result, he spent 3 years in a Young Offenders’ Institution. Following his offense, Moore was also banned from having contact with children.

Just after Moore’s death was announced, the founder of Drag Queen Story Hour UK, Sab Samuel, rallied his supporters to donate to a GoFundMe to support Moore’s funeral costs and husband.

EXCLUSIVE: Trans-Identified Male Presents on “Women’s Empowerment” at NJ Prison Plagued by Violent Male Transfers

A man who identifies as transgender presented a speech for a Women’s Empowerment event held at New Jersey’s only correctional facility for women on June 20, where he lectured female inmates on the importance of “inclusivity.” La’Nae Grant reportedly told the women that he believed “cisgender women” may hesitate to accept trans-identifying men as female due to jealousy or “competition” between the groups for male sexual partners.

A source inside the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women passed information on to Reduxx regarding the reactions of the female inmates who attended the event and heard Grant speak. Kokila Hiatt, an inmate at the facility, told Reduxx that many, if not all of the women who attended, had not been made aware that the event would be addressing the topic of gender identity.

Hiatt explained that a portion of Grant’s presentation emphasized that female inmates ought to accept that “transgender women are women,” amongst other pro-gender ideology themes.

“Many women behaved in a polite manner by sitting and listening. A lot of people just tuned out. No one was anticipating what this event was really about. It was billed as a Women’s Empowerment Event. His picture was on the sign-up sheet, but this person visibly ‘passes’ as a woman, so no one thought anything of it when they signed up to attend,” Hiatt told Reduxx.

“Attendance was not required in that people signed up to attend, but please remember, no one knew what it was they were really signing up for. They were duped into attending something for this transgender person,” she continued.

“This event was government-funded and facilitated. It occurred in the gym of this unit which means New Jersey’s Department of Corrections executive staff from Trenton had to have approved it. Custody staff members here had to enable inmate movement and supervise attendance. Some members of this facility’s administrative staff was present,” Hiatt added.

Speaking with NJ Advance Media in 2021, Grant explained that prior to claiming a female identity, he believed he was a gay man. “I remember playing with a group of kids, and I just had a natural attraction for the same sex. It was a couple of boys I thought were cute, and as I grew older I gravitated more in that direction.”

He stated that he “began transitioning into a woman” approximately ten years ago, when at the age of 28, he began taking estrogen. He has since undergone genital surgery and received chest implants, which the outlet referred to as “breast reconstructive surgery.”

One struggle cited by Grant which motivated his decision to undergo surgery was his discomfort at attending pool parties or going to the beach.

“I didn’t feel comfortable going to the beach… it stopped me from doing a lot of things — events, pool parties especially, anything that involved me showing my body. Those [breasts] are essential parts of a female that’s not just physically for the eye, but for the mind, too,” Grant said.

Last year, Grant was quietly appointed to the Board of Trustees for Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy. According to an announcement posted to the state-run website for the Office of the Governor, Grant was touted as “a longtime activist for the rights of the transgender community, including transgender persons that are currently incarcerated.”

Prior to his appointment in a leadership role at EMCF, Grant worked as an HIV counselor and tester. He has created promotional materials for the North Jersey Community Research Initiative on the topic of AIDs awareness.

In June of 2021, the state of New Jersey reached a settlement with the ACLU-NJ and agreed to adopt major reforms to prison policies which would allow housing according to a self-declared and subjective ‘gender identity’ rather than on biological sex.

The case which prompted the policy change was brought forward by ACLU-NJ on behalf of convicted terrorist and Marine Corps veteran Danielle Demers, born Daniel Smith, who was investigated by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office for attempting to sell ammunition and pipe bombs.

In August of 2019, ACLU-NJ filed a lawsuit against the state Department of Corrections on behalf of Demers, arguing that a “woman” named only as “Sonia Doe” had been “imprisoned for the past seventeen months in men’s prisons,” a situation that was said to constitute “cruel and unusual punishment.”

The legal action, which used “she/her” pronouns to refer to Demers, claimed that he was discriminated against “on the basis of her gender identity or expression and on the basis of her sex,” and that he had been “treat[ed] differently than other women solely because she is transgender.”

It was further stated that Demers suffered from an “exceptional vulnerability as a woman,” which included prison staff “referring to her as male, using male pronouns to address her, and sometimes even explicitly telling her she is a man.” The lawsuit sought financial compensation for “the more than seventeen months” that the DOC “caused [him] to suffer in men’s prisons.”

Also mentioned in the complaint was Demers’ lack of access to “gender-affirming undergarments”. In one specific example, a bra owned by Demers was confiscated, and he had filed 13 grievances to the NJDOC related to his desire for women’s underwear.

Since his release from prison, Demers has been active online in communities related to a sexual subculture in which adults, primarily men, achieve arousal by behaving and dressing like babies.

According to previous testimonies provided to Reduxx from women incarcerated at Edna Mahan, among the first men to be transferred to the prison after the ACLU was victorious in their lawsuit was a sadistic murderer who had boasted about drinking his victim’s blood.

Perry Cerf was handed a 50-year sentence in 2003 for the brutal rape and murder of a sex-trafficked woman from Ecuador. Cerf, who now goes by “Michelle Hel-loki Angelina” and is recorded as female by the DOC, had been found wearing his victim’s clothes and utilizing her identification with his photo superimposed over hers.

Another male transfer to the facility made headlines last year after it was discovered that he had impregnated two women in the prison. According to sources at the prison, Demetrius ‘Demi’ Minor had been trying to have sex with the female inmates from the moment he was transferred in.

In May, Reduxx revealed that a female inmate was battered by a male transfer after she repeatedly refused his sexual advances. Inmate Shakira Reed described how she was assaulted by Jermaine Gibson, who identifies as transgender and uses the name Cyntara, who had been sexually harassing her for weeks leading up to the assault.

UK: Trans-Identified Male Spared Jail After Being Found With “Horrific” Child Sexual Abuse Images

Content Notice: This article includes photos which might be considered upsetting to some readers. Discretion is appreciated.

A trans-identified male who was convicted of possessing horrific child abuse material, some of which was in the most severe category, has been spared jail time as the court stated he was “cooperative” during proceedings. Tanya Howes, 66, was a former employee of the Prison Service.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Howes pleaded guilty in May to three counts of “possessing indecent photographs of a child” and a separate charge for possessing 100 “extreme” and “grossly offensive” pornographic images and videos. Of the images in Howes’ possession, 29 were classified as Category C, 17 as Category B, and 39 as Category A, which is the most serious type of child sexual abuse media. Images and video in this category can depict penetrative sexual activity, bestiality, and/or sexual sadism.

The Eastern Daily Press, which referred to Howes by “she/her” pronouns, reported that the Norwich Magistrates Court acknowledged that some of the children in the photos possessed by Howes were being subjected to “horrific acts.”

Despite the severity of the crime, the magistrates decided to allow Howes to remain free in the community as they handed him a 12 month suspended jail term.

In the United Kingdom, a suspended sentence indicates that the offender avoids jail completely and is instead released into the community and expected not to commit another offense within the timeframe of their “sentence.”

Ian Taylor, chair of the bench of magistrates, admitted that Howes’ offenses would “normally attract immediate custody,” but went on to justify the decision by stating: “However, because of the time lag, no reoffending and because probation feel they can rehabilitate you it’s going to be an unusual sentence because we’re going to suspend the sentence.”

Howes was also ordered to carry out up to 30 days’ Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, pay £145 (approx. $184 USD) costs and a £149 (approx. $189 USD) victim surcharge. He was also made the subject of a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and put on the sex offenders register for 10 years.

It is unclear how his conditions will take into account the apparent fact that Howes is currently living in immediate proximity of a children’s park.

In June, Reduxx exclusively spoke with a former victim of Howes, who revealed that he had been living across from a playground after being granted unconditional bail for his offenses.

“The UK justice system is a joke. It is not fit for purpose … [Howes] lives across from a park. There are no bail conditions. So he can go to any parks, see any children. Drug takers will be tagged, but not pedophiles,” the victim, who Reduxx identified as “Jennifer,” stated at the time.

In addition to revealing Howes had been living across from a park, Jennifer informed Reduxx that Howes was a former official with the Prison Service, and had worked in the men’s prison in Norwich in a sensitive position.

Howes had regularly given talks to inmates, and had even represented the Prison Service at Pride parades in the Norwich area.

Howes was reportedly well-known in his community, and often cared for children in the area. Following his charges, Jennifer says Norwich police were inundated with calls from local parents terrified their child had been amongst the abuse imagery — a concern Jennifer shared as she had small children at the time she knew Howes.

But Jennifer says the Police had informed her that the images in Howes’ possession were “first generation.” Child sexual abuse images classified as “first generation” indicate they were materials already in circulation when compared against an official database of known child abuse media, and were not new images produced or obtained by Howes. Classifying images as known or unknown often assists police in tracing the circulation of existing media and differentiating them from new abuse images where unknown victims may exist.

The images in Howes’ possession had reportedly been dated from 2009 to 2020.

“He had a lot of friends who had families. He was well-known in the community,” Jennifer said.

When asked why she felt Howes had been overlooked by police for so long, Jennifer says his gender identity likely played a factor.

“Honestly, probably because no one would dare accuse the trans person. Its too taboo, very much ‘you can’t say that.'”

Jennifer provided Reduxx with her reaction to the sentence, noting that she wasn’t surprised because she already had a lack of faith in the UK justice system.

“They said it was a difficult time in his life? From 2009 to 2020? 11 years is a stretch,” Jennifer said, expressing exasperation with the ordeal. “I’ve had difficult times in my life, and you don’t see me turning into a nonce.”

UK: Man Who Calls Himself a “Mother” Admits to “Breastfeeding” His Child, Dismisses Concerns as “Anti-Trans Hate”

A trans-identified male who was profiled as a struggling “mother” in a recent ITV News video on soaring water bills in the UK is now defending himself amidst backlash for “breastfeeding” a baby. Mika Minio-Paluello, a man who identifies as a woman, is calling criticism of transgender breastfeeding “anti-trans hate.”

On June 28, ITV published an article about the country’s biggest water supplier, Thames Water, reporting that the company risks collapse due to soaring debt. The broadcaster shared a video along with the article that featured a trans-identified male presented as a Thames Water customer.

During the video, ITV Consumer Editor Chris Choi stated: “This customer fears that either bill payers or taxpayers will end up picking up the tab [of the failing water supplier].”

Minio-Paluello then gives his input on the current state of affairs but curiously refers to himself as a “mother” during the interview.

“The idea that we’re going to have even greater water bills, soaring bills, a time of prices already being hiked, and we have to pay a lot for food… that’s tough if you’re a mum like me already struggling to get the things that my kid needs,” Minio-Paluello says.

The very next day, UK writer and broadcaster Paul Embery shared the clip of Minio-Paluello and wrote: “ITV news did a piece about the impact of soaring water bills on an everyday mother. So naturally they got a man to play the part.”

As of writing, Embery’s tweet has garnered almost six million views.

The clip generated a massive amount of backlash, with women’s rights advocates concerned about ITV being complacent in the erasure of mothers.

Member of Parliament Rosie Duffield shared the clip of Minio-Paluello and added her own commentary, writing: “Dear @itvnews, I am sure this is a lovely, intelligent and decent human being. This was an important piece. This is not however a struggling ‘mother.’”

Early on, some users also noted that Minio-Paluello appeared to be washing a breast pump during one of the scenes in which he is at the kitchen sink.

User ‘Gender Is Harmful’ posted a close-up of the breast pump, prompting concern from users questioning why he would possess such an item.

“Okay, I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed this. It’s not there in the initial wide shot, but then it’s suddenly there for the dish washing close up. I immediately recognized it and was wondering wtf it was doing in this clip about a man concerned about his water bill,” one user wrote in response.

“Hopefully, it belongs to the child’s mother, and she’s expressing her milk before work, or whatever,” another user speculated.

As commentary continued to swell on social media, Minio-Paluello responded to the intense social media backlash following his appearance in ITV’s video.

On July 2, Minio-Paluello shared a thread of 17 tweets to address the situation, beginning the lengthy response with a photo of himself and his child watching drag queen Aida H. Dee.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Aida H. Dee, the drag name of performer Sab Samuel, has previously raised concerns on social media for his conduct around children in addition to having fundraised for the funeral costs of Darren Moore, a fellow drag queen and convicted child sex offender.

Later in his thread, Minio-Paluello included a photo of himself “breastfeeding” his child in an apparent effort to address the breast pump questions, and asserted that “trans women can breastfeed, and I did breastfeed my child.”

He says that the “anti-trans hate” he’s received is a “distraction from the actual issue” he was interviewed on. He calls for solidarity in times of inflation and wage loss but adds: “Adoptive mothers are mothers. Lesbian mothers are mothers, whether they birthed the child or not. Step mothers are mothers. Trans women can be mothers. It’s not up to a [Member of Parliament] or anyone else to march into a family & enforce what a child calls their parent.”

He continues in all-capital letters: “JUST LEAVE QUEER FAMILIES ALONE,” as he rejects the comments he has read online that have called for his child to be removed from him.

Minio-Paluello then lists a slew of issues that impact women and families and inserts himself into the issues of motherhood, saying: “Mothers are always judged for our choices, made to feel guilty for not being perfect, told we shouldn’t be working, or aren’t working enough… Is this because trans women exist?”

He goes on to address the ITV feature specifically and tells readers how he was chosen for the video interview, and also reveals the breast pump that had caused controversy in fact belonged to his housemate. But he still defends the idea that if the breast pump had belonged to him, it wouldn’t be noteworthy, as “trans women can breastfeed.”

He rounds off the questionable string of response tweets with the assertion that concern over a man being labelled a mother is a “right wing distraction tactic” to “obscure the real struggle.”

He says, “Ultimately, the weird hate I’ve faced these past days is a distraction from the real fight. Water companies are ripping us off. Inflation soared with corporate profiteering. Real wages have fallen. Austerity has robbed us of safety nets. Nature and climate collapse is here. That’s the real fight. Women, black people, disabled people, queers, workers (and especially those in the intersections) face the biggest burden. Creating a safe, just, more equal society now and for our children – it’s not easy, but it’s possible.”

He urges those reading to avoid being swept up in the “right wing distraction tactic,” stating: “Don’t fall for it.”

The controversy surrounding Minio-Paluello feeding a baby comes on the heels of multiple recent incidents involving trans-identified males inducing lactation. In May, Child Welfare Services in Illinois was contacted by concerned citizens after a transgender porn model announced he had induced lactation to breastfeed an adopted baby.

That same month, Reduxx reported that two women in Australia received notices from Twitter informing them they broke the law after tweeting about an Australian trans-identified male who had been breastfeeding a child. One of the women, Jasmine Sussex, is a veteran breastfeeding consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in maternal healthcare.

Speaking to Reduxx, Sussex stated that she believed induced lactation in males was “biologically and psychologically dangerous” for all those involved.

“Men who covet female physiology in this way are, in my opinion, either suffering from a serious delusion or sexually motivated by the idea of themselves as lactating women,” Sussex said.

“There is no evidence that drug-induced secretions from a male nipple are in any way equivalent to mother’s milk. It is more likely the secretions are akin to galactorrhea, which occurs when abnormal levels of prolactin are released from the pituitary gland in females who aren’t pregnant or males with disease.”

Change.

SCOTLAND: Transgender Rapist ‘Isla Bryson’ Lodges Hate Crime Charge From Men’s Prison

A Sottish man who was convicted of the rapes of two women has now lodged a formal hate crime complaint of ‘transphobia’ against a man while incarcerated. Adam Graham, 31, who now goes by the name Isla Bryson, sent letters to the Sunday Mail wherein he complained about his current placement at the men’s facility, saying: “This jail is full of transphobic people.”

Bryson told the news outlet that he had been treated like a “monster” in the correctional center, and implied that he intended to pursue further legal action.

“They are breaking the human rights laws. I’m not doing too good because of abuse from the staff members all because I am transgender and other prisoners too,” Bryson said.

“This jail is full of transphobic people. The police are involved because of the abuse to do with my gender. People won’t stop being transphobic.”

Bryson without his characteristic platinum blond wig.

The convicted rapist also set a fee of £1,000 (approx. $1,200 USD) for media interviews, and wrote: “If you want to interview me it will cost you £1,000. If you refuse then that’s on you. I am not doing it for free so you can twist my words.”

Currently incarcerated at HMP Edinburgh, Bryson has reportedly filed a hate crime charge against an unnamed, 24 year-old man.

A Police Scotland spokesman told The Independent: “Around 11am on Thursday 8 June 2023, we received a report of a hate crime at HMP Edinburgh. A 24-year-old man has been charged in connection with threatening and abusive behavior. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”

In February, Bryson was handed an eight-year sentence after being found guilty of raping two women in incidents that occurred in 2016 and 2019. He was referred to with feminine pronouns both in court and in UK media coverage, with court documents stating he had been charged with raping the women with “her penis.”

Through a pre-recorded statement, one victim gave testimony to the court noting that she had met Bryson on dating app Badoo in July of 2016. After establishing rapport, Bryson claimed he was being abused by a female partner. Concerned for his safety and wellbeing, the victim offered Bryson shelter at her mother’s property, where she also lived, until which time he could be moved into a homeless unit.

According to the Clydebank Post, on the night of the assault, Bryson entered the bedroom where she had been preparing for bed and locked the door. At first, the victim thought Bryson was cuddling her, but said “everything felt weird and wrong.”

Bryson then pulled the woman’s pajamas down and raped her despite her vocal protests. The assault only stopped when the victim’s mother turned on the hallway light outside of the bedroom.

Three years later, on June 27, 2019, Bryson is said to have assaulted a second woman at an apartment in Glasgow.

After having engaged in consensual sexual activity, the victim states, Bryson became sexually violent and assaulted her. The court heard that Bryson allegedly bit the victim, lay on top of her and restrained her, and went on to rape the woman “to her injury.”

After his arrest in January, Bryson was set to be detained in a women’s prison for up to a month while awaiting sentencing.

Following international outcry, Scotland’s former First Minister Nicola Sturgeon walked back the decision and announced an urgent review of the policies surrounding the housing or transfer of transgender inmates – despite her own campaigning favorably for self-identification policies. Scotland’s Parliament had previously struck down an amendment to the recent Gender Recognition Reform Bill which would have prevented convicted sex offenders from changing their legal sex marker.

During the trial, Bryson was called “vulnerable,” and the defending counsel argued that the he was “in no way a predatory male.” Defending him at the High Court in Glasgow, lawyer Edward Targowski was heard comparing Bryson to his victims, claiming that all three individuals involved in the case should be considered “vulnerable,” including the rapist.

“If you look at the circumstances, you do not have a predatory male — you have somebody who is vulnerable,” he added.

Targowski also leveraged Bryson’s self-declared transgender status in his defense, as reported by The Daily Mail, and told the court: “She is transitioning from male to female gender. If you accept that evidence, that she is transitioning, that she is aiming to continue on that path to becoming female gender, that goes a long way to acquitting her of these charges.”

In the wake of continuing controversy, a former college classmate of Isla Bryson’s came forward to share her insight into the sexual predator. Sharyn Muir, who attended Ayrshire College with him in 2021, told Reduxx that while participating with him in the college’s LGBTQIA+ and allies group, Bryson had complained that he had been “mistreated” by police, alleging that they were “transphobic” and had used incorrect pronouns to address him.

Last fall, it was revealed that half of Scotland’s prisoners who claim a transgender status began doing so only after they had been convicted of a crime. In response to a Freedom of Information request, the Scottish Prison Service (SPS) confirmed there were 16 trans inmates in Scots prisons, of whom eight began to identify as transgender while “being cared for in custody following their remand or conviction for their current offence”.

However, the SPS said it was unable to disclose whether or not there were allegations of sexual misconduct involving the trans-identifying male prisoners due to the cost that would be involved in providing the information.

No me presionaban. Si no, no”.

Change.Org Deletes 12-Year-Old Girl’s Petition Calling For Single-Sex School Bathrooms

Change.org, a popular petition hosting site, has reportedly taken down a 12-year-old British girl’s petition to have her school install sex-segregated bathrooms. The move comes amid a wave of sex-based violence erupting in gender neutral restrooms across the UK.

The petition, which garnered over 13,000 signatures prior to its deletion, was established in May by the daughter of a woman who runs a pro-woman Twitter account under the handle @mjeslfc.

Change.org, which claims that “anyone can start a petition,” told the girl’s mother in an email that the petition was taken down because it was notified that the campaign was “started by a user under 13 years old.”

@mjeslfc responded on Twitter by informing her followers that, despite her daughter launching the intention of the petition, all elements of it were managed by her and that she had explicitly informed Change.org of that fact.

“I had written to them [at] the start of the petition to explain that I was managing the account but clearly it’s been reported,” she said on Twitter yesterday.

An archived version of the petition includes a plea from the 12-year-old girl, describing the uncomfortable bathroom situation at her school, explaining that because they are ‘mixed-sexed,’ many boys and girls refuse to use them:

“I am a 12yr old girl and my school, like many, has open plan mixed sexed toilets with only sinks to act as a divide. This makes many boys and girls uncomfortable, with many refusing to use them.”

She continues by proposing that her school should install single-sex toilets for the comfort of all students:

“I would like single-sex toilets to be available so I, and many other children, can feel comfortable and safe when using more private spaces. I propose we have male only, female-only and a mixed spaces to give people choice.”

Gender-neutral bathrooms have been a topic of contention in recent years due to the encroachment of trans-identified males in female-only spaces. The UK in particular has been grappling with a wave of attacks on female students in gender-neutral washrooms at schools across the country.

On February 28, Reduxx published a report about a 13-year-old girl from Coventry, England, who was admitted to the hospital after a trans-identified male physically assaulted her in a unisex washroom.

According to Gemma Brennan, the mother of this girl, a teenage boy kicked a toilet cubicle door open to take photographs of her daughter while she was using the facilities with so much force that the door hit the girl in the face, leaving marks on her arm and a huge cut on her forehead.

Although the incident happened after parents expressed their disapproval regarding the unisex toilets, Brennan explained that their “concerns had ‘fallen on deaf ears’ and not been taken into consideration by the administration.”

That same day, protests broke out at schools across the UK in which female pupils expressed their desire for single-sex facilities for their privacy and safety. Local media outlets reported that students in Southampton, Essex, Blackpool, Yorkshire and other cities throughout England all participated in the demonstrations over gender-neutral restrooms.

Most recently, a teenage boy was arrested over four allegations of “serious sexual assault” at a school in Essex. The horrific attacks took place in a gender neutral lavatory.
