Winnipeg Protest Hit-And-Run Suspect An Alleged Sexual Predator

The man identified by Winnipeg Police as the driver who intentionally ran into anti-lockdown protestors is allegedly a pedophile, according to friend and victim statements.

David Alexander Zegarac, 42, of Headingley, Manitoba has been charged with a number of offences, including four counts of assault with a weapon, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.

Zegarac plowed his SUV into at least four protesters who were out demonstrating against pandemic restrictions on February 4, the footage of which has since gone viral and sparked outrage.

But while social media has lit up with debates about Zegarac’s political affiliations, disturbing testimony has resurfaced from several years ago in which a few individuals claiming to be victims of Zegarac recounted instances of sexual abuse. Two of them stated they were minors at the time of the incidents.

In a 2015 Tumblr post, a user provides a space in which they post statements from alleged victims of Zegarac. The account, gaslight-retreat, no longer exists, but the substance of the post has been preserved on another user’s blog and in archives.

“We have decided to carve out this space to share our stories in. Recently in Ottawa, Davey Brat Zegarac has been accused of sexual assault. We don’t know the survivor but do know the accused. Often when a survivor comes forward they are met with disbelief and scrutiny. We don’t want that to happen and felt our stories could serve as a character reference of Davey,” the user wrote, noting that none of the victims knew each other personally prior to collaborating on a post to document their experiences. They also state that they do not “wish any harm upon Davey,” and have made the post out of hope he would be “motivated to work towards getting help.”

The user then goes on to divide the post into three segments from three separate survivors.

One account, submitted in June of 2015, is from a woman who says she met Zegarac when she was 13-years-old and becoming initiated to the Winnipeg punk music scene, in which Zegarac has an extensive presence. She says that Zegarac acted as a role model for her, and bought her a guitar after they became close in 2005.

“He initiated beginning a sexual relationship with me over the internet, asking me questions about my sexual activity, sending me pictures of his body, telling me that because he was an anarchist he didn’t believe age dynamics were relevant. At the time he was 27.”

The survivor then goes on to state that the physical interactions with Zegarac became more coercive and forceful with each passing experience, “My presence and silence was taken for consent again and again…” She says she struggled with trauma for an extended period of time prior to meeting another individual who told her “That person raped half my friends.”

Another statement provided in the post from a separate survivor says she was 16 years old when she met Zegarac, who began to ask her for nude pictures.

“We communicated via email and msn messenger, and he had me send him naked pictures at this time. I guess because I was only 16 this made me feel special and cool that someone who was older and in a cool band would be interested in me (retrospectively, this is gross).”

The woman states that once Zegarac began exploiting her sexually, she was 17, and that the older man would regularly remove the condoms during sex without telling her.

Finally, the post provides a statement from a former partner and bandmate of Zegarac, who details extensive physical, sexual, and emotional abuse by him. She writes that she found Zegarac cheating on her, and the man trapped her in a room and convinced her it was her fault he had to do so.

“He had convinced me that I was messed up and was ruining what would be, otherwise, a beautiful relationship. If I could just be more affectionate, have sex with him more often, we would be ok,” she continues, “I didn’t want to be with him sexually but had been successfully convinced it was because there was something wrong with me, that I had a problem.”

The former partner goes on to apologize to Zegarac’s other victims, provide contact details, and note that Zegarac “is most dangerous because he presents himself as an ally, in safe places, in the company of good people who are respected and trusted.”

In 2015, Rebel Time Records dropped Zegarac’s associated musical acts from their label after sexual abuse allegations mounted against him.

Reduxx independently verified additional allegations which corroborated the statements made on Tumblr against Zegarac through a source close to the victims.

Tavistock Gender Clinic Head Supports Age Play, Furries

A prominent psychologist within the Gender Identity Clinic at Tavistock has called for normalizing age play, furry fetishes, and a variety of sadomasochistic sexual practices as “sexualities.”

Dr. Christina Richards, the Lead Psychologist and Head of Psychology at the London Gender Identity Clinic, is responsible for a number of publications which seek to rebrand extreme fetishes as “further sexualities.”

In 2013, Richards, a male who identifies as a woman, co-authored a professional guide on sexuality and gender, in collaboration with Meg John Barker, a senior lecturer in psychology at the Open University. In the writing, Richards places extreme and violent sexual practices on the same spectrum as heterosexuality, homosexuality, and bisexuality.

In the guide Richards introduces age play, which involves “an adult identifying as a baby or young child, and is also known as adult baby/diaper lover (ABDL) or infantilism. There may be a sexual aspect… associated with humiliation.”

Richards goes on to describe how adults who engage in ‘age play’ accumulate various objects and apparel associated with childhood, including children’s clothing. Often one adult will roleplay as being any age from infancy to teenage years, while another adult participates in a dominant sexual role.

“Terms which may be encountered here include daddy’s little girl (DLG) in which an older male top treats a younger female bottom as a nurtured child,” Richard elaborates. “The term ‘sissification’ intersects with age play as it is where an adult male is consensually ‘forced’ to don the clothes of, and behave as, a young girl as part of a BDSM scene. The humiliation the adult male feels at being dressed as a young female is the source of the eroticisation.”

Despite repeated assertions from Richards that age play is not related to pedophilic impulses, a 2016 study by Kevin Hsu and J. Michael Bailey published in Psychological Science found that autopedophilia, an adult becoming sexually aroused from fantasizing about themselves as a child, “was common among pedohebephilic participants,” with 49.1% reporting “feeling at least mildly sexually aroused when they imagine being a child or having a child’s body.”

In a 2015 publication again co-authored with Barker as well as in a presentation given that same year, Richards doubles down on his assertion that fetishism is a type of sexuality.

“Fetish is a broad term which might include most of the further sexualities listed here as well as various others. In its widest sense, it refers to gaining sexual satisfaction from a non-human partner or body part,” writes Richards.

“Due to a change in conceptualisation of further sexualities away from a problem-based understanding and towards one of diversity, there has also been a recent marked turn away from pathologisation among those people who have such identities and practices and towards a sense of community building and support. This mirrors the community building and acceptance of homosexuality in many Western nations,” Richards asserts, firmly associating a broad and unspecified range of fetishes to homosexuality. He then goes on to introduce the furry fetish.

The term ‘furry’, according to Richards, refers to those people who “have some identification with animals, whether for reasons of sexuality or, quite often, for reasons of identity more broadly (perhaps with sexuality as a part of that).”

Here, as with age play, Richards refers to the fetish as a ‘further sexuality’ while simultaneously implying that there is not always a sexual element involved. Once again, research conducted by Hsu and Bailey in 2018 found that among their sample of self-declared “furries,” 99% confessed that they were driven by “some degree of sexual motivation.”

According to their report, The “Furry” Phenomenon: Characterizing Sexual Orientation, Sexual Motivation, and Erotic Target Identity Inversions in Male Furries, “Both sexual attraction to anthropomorphic animals and sexual arousal by fantasizing about being anthropomorphic animals were nearly universal. Furthermore, male furries tended to be sexually aroused by fantasizing about being the same kinds of anthropomorphic animals to whom they were sexually attracted.”

In total, The Palgrave Handbook of the Psychology of Sexuality and Gender, co-edited by Richards, contains over 100 instances of the term BDSM, noting that sadomasochistic practices provide “an opportunity for individuals to align themselves with or enact a gender role that is more congruent with their gender identity”.

The handbook also expresses the view that revisions to the DSM which strive for the normalization of sexual fetishes and sadomasochism can be “a positive step forward towards depathologising non-normative sexual interests” and argues for the “complete removal of paraphilias from the DSM”, along with “the possibility of BDSM as a legitimate sexual expression.” This view comes from the British Psychological Society, where Richards serves in a leadership role.

Richards serves on the Executive Board of the European Professional Association for Transgender Health (EPATH), and as Board-Member-at-Large of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).

Before becoming a board member, he was selected by the executive board of the WPATH to be Lead Chapter Author for Adult Assessment in the Standards of Care Version 8 (SoC v8) revision, the drafts of which were issued in December 2021.

In addition to his work with the Gender Identity Clinic, Richards serves as the chair of the British Psychological Society and oversaw guidelines that advise mental health professionals that it can be acceptable to refer to a client as a “slut.”

Trans Writer Who Fantasized About “Cis” Rape Calls Joe Rogan “Transphobic”

A transgender writer with a history of disturbing, sexually violent rhetoric directed at females has published an article calling Joe Rogan “transphobic.”

Ana Valens, also known as Philip Wythe, is a biological male who identifies as a woman. Valens has written for the Daily Dot, Vox, Vice, and Rolling Stone, and is a committee member for the Trans Journalists Association, which steers media narratives on trans issues.

On February 3, Valens published an opinion piece with entertainment-focused outlet The Mary Sue, slamming Joe Rogan as “transphobic” and his podcast as inviting anti-trans hostility. In the article, Valens writes: “When you look at just how much anti-trans content has been on The Joe Rogan Experience in the past two years alone, it’s kind of nuts that Spotify is OK with just how much bullshit is coming out of his show.”

Valens cites Rogan’s hosting of guests such as feminist activist Meghan Murphy and journalist Abigail Shrier, both of whom are critical of mainstream narratives on gender ideology, as evidence of Rogan’s anti-trans rhetoric. Valens ends by calling The Joe Rogan Experience a “hub for conspiracy theories.”

In the article, Valens sources Zinnia Jones for comment on Joe Rogan’s “lies” about trans people. Jones, another transgender writer, has previously come under fire for demanding Adolf Hitler’s gender identity be respected in the hypothetical situation he was transgender. Jones has also stated that even if “100% of trans people were convicted rapists” they shouldn’t be denied access to the space of their choice.

But Valens himself has an equally disturbing social media history, with the writer having previously gone on extended rants on Twitter fantasizing about rape facilities for breeding “cis” women.

In an audio clip posted to his Twitter in 2020, Valens is heard elaborating on the sadistic concept:

“In the future, there are a number of institutions that emerge… that are community-run institutions where, if you are a trans girl, you can go ahead and sign up for a reservation slot to an all-day access to one of many breeding facilities where you get to breed the sh*t out of that cis girl p*ssy, you can absolutely devastate that sh*t, f*cking destroy it, murder it. They have to cycle the girls out. We have breeding saunas, breeding bookstores, breeding movie theatres. This is something we’re building. This is the future. This is what TERFs don’t want. The future that I want… is a world where you can walk down the street and don’t even have to worry about whether you’re going to be able to breed that good p*ss. That’s the future for all of us.”

The next day, Valens reiterated this violent sexual rhetoric in a tweet where he imagined “12 to 14 trans women who all initiate breeding facilities where we hive (sic) five each other while spitroasting cis women.”

Valens writes extensively about pornography for The Daily Dot and describes himself as a “NSFW reporter” specializing in adult content on his LinkedIn. He has also reviewed pornography games that feature themes of BDSM, hentai, and furrydom. In VR Kanojo, a pornography game reviewed by Valens, the main character is a Japanese schoolgirl designed to appear underage. Players can “hang out with her while she studies,” or choose to fondle her or watch her shower.

Beyond the deviant writing, Valens is just one of many concerning figures sitting on the organizational committee for the Trans Journalists Association (TJA), the style guide from which has apparently been implemented at multiple major media outlets.

Claiming the style guide as “a tool reporters, editors and other media makers can use to begin to improve trans coverage,” the document purports to advise journalists on how to be “respectful” of trans people in their reporting, but veers into propaganda territory with some of its reality-denying recommendations.

In one section, titled “guidance on covering anti-trans hate and disinformation,” the TJA encourages media to avoid coverage of certain topics, including detransitioning – wherein a person ceases a gender transition – which the TJA states have been “overemphasized” as well as “sensationalized and given a disproportionate amount of weight in the media.”

The association also encourages media to “avoid giving a platform to TERFs or so-called “gender critical feminists,” going on to state that “when reporting on fringe groups and hate groups, instead of calling them TERFs or gender critical feminists, use language like transphobic, anti-trans, etc. Avoid referring to anyone as a feminist when they are spreading anti-trans hate.”

More egregiously, the TJA encourages writers to avoid any negative pressdirected at criminals who are transgender. In the section titled “guidance on respectful coverage,” the TJA states that journalists should note the consequences for a trans person to have their criminal history disclosed, writing “publishing such information is rarely in the public interest,” and that journalists should “Consider killing a story if [they] have no alternatives.”

The style guide ends with a list of terms, including ones marked as “to avoid.” Among them, any reference to biological sex, writing: “Avoid the terms “biological gender,” “biological sex,” “biological woman,” “biological female,” “biological man,” or “biological male.” These terms are inaccurate and often offensive.”

In March, Open University Philosophy of Sport Senior Lecturer Jon Pike had one of his articles on trans-identified males in women’s sports edited without his consent to abide by the TJA style guide.

The Association’s guide was also advertised as a key reporting resource by AJ+ to its 1.2 million Twitter followers in December 2020.

OPINION: On Porn and Its Many Tragedies

Since 2020, there has been an arguably steady increase of pressure on the porn industry. This renewed criticism appears to be having a substantive impact on younger women’s perceptions of the misogynistic plagues liberal feminism wrought.

While the sentiment is still germinating and has plenty of pushback from the other side of the aisle, the increased momentum of anti-porn videos on TikTok, memes on social media, and even coverage critical of unfettered “sex positivity” in mainstream liberal news outlets are all welcome.

But where did it all come from? It’s not as though there was a feminist revolution in the West, zapping consciousness into girls with a laser gun. No, it likely can be at least partially chalked up to the chickens coming home to roost, so to speak. Actual material consequences manifest in the form of trauma after earlier exposure to sexual violence, erectile impairments cropping up in young men, and, of course, the very bleak tragedies.

In Australia, a 16 year old girl experienced bowel injuries so severe she’s now sentenced to a life wearing a colostomy bag after her male friends wanted to imitate an anal gangbang they saw in porn. In India, a 6-year-old girl was stoned to death after refusing to reenact a porn scene with a group of young boys who were addicted to the crap.

There are plenty more than can be listed, but beyond those present in direct attempts to replicate the violent hypersexuality in porn on an individual level, many parallel tragedies are running adjacent to the industry as a whole.

PornHub has met its fair share of lawsuits related to hosting videos in which the women featured were either sex trafficked or exploited underage girls. The prevalence of “rape porn” has similarly come under scrutiny, with some of the largest porn websites in the world getting a fair amount of its keyword traffic from people searching for genuine rape videos.

But I don’t think any other case quite drives home the tragedies of the porn industry and the violent sexual culture it has gestated more than the case of Dr. Piryanka Reddy, a young veterinarian whose brutal fate prompted mass protests in India.

On November 27, 2019, Priyanka Reddy’s scooter was sabotaged by a group of four men who were stalking her. She’d parked her vehicle at a toll plaza in Shamshabad and taken a taxi to a nearby suburb. The men, knowing she’d be back to retrieve the scooter, punctured its tire and waited for her. When she returned and discovered it was undrivable, the men then pretended to offer her assistance. One took her scooter under the pretense of bringing it to a repair shop while she waited at the toll plaza. During this time, Reddy called her sister and told her she felt scared. It would be the last time they ever spoke.

When the men returned, they claimed all of the repair shops were closed and offered to help her get home, but instead corralled her to a private area where they gang-raped her. Reddy was suffocated during the assault and died. Her body was then dumped beneath the Chattanpalli Bridge and left until the next day when the men returned to set her corpse ablaze in an attempt to destroy the evidence of their crime.

The rapists ultimately confessed to their crime and were killed while in police custody in what some claim was an accident, and others say was a deliberate extrajudicial execution.

While on the surface, Reddy’s case might not seem all that much different from the dozens of brutal gang rapes that happen regularly in India, the aftermath provided unique insight into a subject often avoided.

Namely: the deep, dark hole of immorality porn has pushed us down.

In the days following the avalanche of outrage prompted by Reddy’s horrific murder, her name began trending across porn sites where men were eagerly attempting to search for flip-phone video footage some say existed of her final moments. Most notably, Reddy trended for days on XVideos where her name was searched over 8 million times, primarily in India and Pakistan.

XVideos isn’t some niche, darkweb snuff site. As of August 2021 it was the number one most visited adult site (besting PornHub by almost one billion visits) and the seventh most visited website in the world. Its parent company, WGCZ Holdings, also owns Penthouse.

XVideos never apologized or even made a statement on the incident, even following ample outrage from Indian politicians on the discovery and a whole Change.org petition. They quietly made Reddy’s full name an unsearchable keyword, but that can easily be circumnavigated by simply dropping one letter… much like how “rape” is an unsearchable keyword on XVideos but “rap” is not, and yields over 600 results that have nothing to do with music.

The impact porn has had can be understood as a cyclical one. Porn prompts desensitization, which in turn prompts more extreme porn, which leads to more desensitization. In 2008 Dr. Ana Bridges, a psychologist and professor at the University of Arkansas found that more frequent pornography consumption was associated with a shift to “degrading” materials over time for the consumer to maintain a similar level of arousal.

Similar findings have been demonstrated in countless studies completed over the years, though it doesn’t take a rocket surgeon to figure out that porn today is nothing like porn 50 years ago.

Consider the 1972 hit Deep Throat, which, at the time of its release, prompted protests as it marked the most “extreme” porn film that had been made. It was even investigated by the FBI! But if released in 2022, Deep Throat would likely be considered a joke if not borderline televisable.

Today, once-outrageous sexual perversions can be found on TikTok, where anyone can log on and see fully grown men calling their young girlfriends ‘whores’ or get instructions on how to be choked ‘safely’ during sex. On Twitter, videos of women getting beaten black and blue get hundreds of thousands of clicks. And if that’s what’s happening on public non-adult platforms, just imagine what’s festering on the porn sites. The level of degradation, primarily of females, is off the charts and getting worse with every passing year.

This deep-rooted, progressive desensitization is what led to Priyanka Reddy trending on porn sites after her horrific death. While it prompted outrage then, that anger only manifested because it was a rare instance of the extent of the tragedies caused by increased desensitization to porn being unearthed for all to see.

This didn’t start with Priyanka Reddy, and it most certainly has not ended with her. Porn’s tragedies simply continue to fester and accumulate, and sometimes — just sometimes — we get a tiny peek at one or two and it horrifies us.

While Reddy’s video is now a thing of internet urban legend, nightmare-inducing photographs of the crime scene still exist and are widely circulated to this day. They show Reddy’s charred, crippled corpse curled in a display of her final moments of pain. She’s seen crumpled in the dirt, body so blackened you might not be able to identify her as a human being at all.

But it’s not as though the men who searched for her on XVideos saw her as one anyway.

Transgender Rapist Groomed Child Days After Release from Prison

A transgender predator has been sentenced to 100 months in prison after sexually texting a child with mental health issues just days after being released from prison for committing his second rape.

Joshua Bate, a biological male who identifies as a woman, was sentenced on Wednesday of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, the Daily Mail reports.

According to the prosecutor, Bate had travelled to Durham, UK to stay with a friend. Children were present on the premises, and Bate began to play with a young girl who is reported to have mental health concerns. Bate took the girl’s number, and later that night while the rest of the house was asleep, began to text the girl sexual comments.

Amongst other sexual comments, Bate asked her if she wanted to “spoon” with him, and told her to keep their conversation private. But the girl, who was under the age of 13, told a trusted adult who promptly called the police.

During the police interview, Bate admitted to officers he was sexually attracted to children “of both sexes.”

When the incident occurred, Bate had just been released from prison after serving time for a 2020 sexual assault of a schoolgirl on a bus. Prior to that, he had been in jail for raping a woman in 2015.

Bate was sentenced to 100 months in prison, and given a lifetime registration on the sex offenders registry, as well as a lifetime harm prevention order which would prevent him from having contact with children.

Under current laws, Bate will be sent to a male prison but is free to request transfer to a female institution. But in a victim statement, the adult whose home Bate was staying in at the time of the grooming incident questioned his claim to trans identity, and referred to him by male pronouns, noting: “I feel like he wishes to change his sex and identity simply to hide what he is.”

Bate was referred to as a ‘female’ and presented with ‘she/her’ pronouns in most major media outlets.

According to Keep Prisons Single Sex UK, an activist group dedicated to advocating for the rights of incarcerated women, 60% of trans-identified male inmates in England and Wales have at least one conviction for a sex offense.

Denver Police Alert Public to Trans-Identified Male Deemed ‘Sexually Violent Predator’ in Community

The Denver Police Department has issued a notice to local residents warning them of the whereabouts of a sexually violent predator that has moved to the Capitol Hill neighbourhood of the city.

Thomas John Maddock, a biological male who identifies as a woman, has been deemed a habitual child sex offender. He is described by police as being Caucasian, blue eyed, 6’5 and 237lbs. He is currently living under the name Tarah Jo Morgan.

According to Colorado sex offender records, Maddock received his first conviction for first degree sexual assault in 1993 at the age of 19.

He was convicted once more in 2000 of four counts of attempted sexual assault of a child, and again in 2008 of four counts of sexual assault on a child while serving as a person in a position of trust. According to Colorado law, a ‘position of trust’ would indicate Maddock had “special access” to his victim by virtue of an existing relationship or “other conduct or circumstances [that is] evidence of an implied duty or responsibility for the welfare or supervision” of the child he abused.

During the investigation for the 2008 crime, Maddock was found to have incited a relationship with the 14-year-old girl with the intent to sexually assault her.

The public service announcement issued by Denver Police listed the names of eleven schools and thirteen parks that are within one mile of Maddock’s publicly listed residence at 1272 Pennsylvania Street.

While in the community, Maddock has been involved with an organization that provides rehabilitation services and support for women survivors of domestic violence.

The Don’t Look Back Center (TDLBC) claims to “[empower] women and trans women with life skills to rebuild her life from the grip of addiction, trauma, and domestic violence.”

TDLBC also operates a shelter called the House of RAHAB, a “transitional living home for women and trans women,” as well as a Trans Outreach Program which focuses on “promoting safer sex practices providing condoms [and] lube,” as well as free HIV testing.

UPDATE 5/2/2022: Reduxx has become aware that a member of the local Sheriff’s Department, Melanie Pitkin, serves on the Board of Directors of The Don’t Look Back Center, which employed Maddock after he had been previously convicted for several offenses, including child sexual assault.

Pedophile Abused Girl, 8, While Living With Her Non-Binary Polyamorous Family

Disturbing details are circulating regarding a trans-identified male who was charged with sexually abusing an 8 year old girl in Boise, Idaho while living with her polyamorous, non-binary family unit.

‘Alyssa’ Celusta, 35, whose arrest records list his name as Odinn Valur John Celusta, fled to Crescent, Oregon after abusing the girl, where he was arrested on August 18, 2021 after coming out on his Facebook profile as a pedophile.

In a series of Facebook posts, Celusta declared that in addition to being transgender, he was sexually attracted to children, and decried the oppression of what he portrayed as an innocent sexual identity.

“I am a pedophile. I have felt attraction to the very young for as long as I’ve been aware of what those kinds of feelings were,” Celusta wrote. “I do not believe there’s anything shameful in my feelings. I don’t want to learn how to hide and repress and pretend I’m ‘cured’. This is part of my sexuality, as real a facet of me as any other.”

Celusta went on to claim that social stigma against pedophilia is what’s placing children in danger of sexual abuse, a talking point gaining popularity amongst sympathetic academics and pro-pedophile activist organizations like Prostasia. Celusta wrote: “A society that shrinks back in terror and shame from the topic of child sexuality actually makes children at more risk of abuse.”

He continued on to state that “pedophiles are the single most hated, persecuted, and misunderstood sexual minority.”

In a separate post, Celusta asserted that, “Criminalizing the existence of pedophiles idealizes dependency and vulnerability in kids,” and that the “present strategy” for safeguarding children wasn’t effective.

“If pedophiles are able to come out,” he said, “then we start in a much better way for making everyone less prone to abuse overall.”

Celusta gained access to the alleged victim while living with the girl’s mother, who identifies as non-binary and is a member of a polyamorous family unit.

A Facebook post written by the father of the victim, Brandon Waite, explains how Celusta’s brother was involved in a relationship with the girl’s brother.

The brother, in an attempt to help his relative, offered Celusta a place to stay. Shortly after he began living with the family, Celusta confessed he was attracted to their daughter. He was found to be in possession of a book titled, “The Incest Diaries”, which Waite describes as “sympathetic towards incestuous pedophiles” and “details how to groom and prey upon children for access.”

According to Waite, his daughter expressed to her mother that Celusta had confessed to having a “crush” on her and had been touching her in a sexual manner. Along with the girl’s mother, Waite then filed a police report. Mr. Waite’s post was removed by Facebook on the grounds of bullying and harassment.

On Reddit, a user claiming to be the victim’s mother came out and detailed some of the abuse, noting that Celusta had “put [his] hands between my girls thighs and had a boner while she sat on her lap.” The mother went on to state that her daughter would be testifying against Celusta. In all cases, the victim’s family was careful to use Celusta’s preferred pronouns, and called Celusta the victim’s “aunt.”

Celusta was released from detention on February 2, though the details of why are not presently known.

When a Reduxx writer reached out to a friend of Celusta’s via Facebook for information on the case, she was immediately condemned for misgendering him, the contact stating “I hope we can agree that even a pedophile’s preferred pronouns are important.”

Reduxx has filed a public information request with the Ada County Sheriff’s Department seeking additional information on the circumstances of Celusta’s release, and will provide an update once those details have been confirmed.

UPDATE 3/2/2022: Reduxx has received documents from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office indicating Celusta was released on his own recognizance into the community pending trial without bail or any apparent conditions. His first trial by jury for his felony charges is scheduled for March 22, 2022.

Biden Restores Trans Self-Identification Federal Prison Policies

The Biden administration has restored Obama-era guidelines surrounding the housing of transgender inmates in federal prisons based on self-identification.

On January 13, the Bureau of Prisons re-issued its Transgender Offender Manual, which includes guidelines previously scrubbed by the Trump administration with respect to gender self-identification for federal inmates. Under Trump, housing based on biological sex alone was taken into consideration for offender housing, but the new policies re-invoke Obama-era guidelines which make a transgender inmate’s “personal safety” a priority.

The guidelines also state that ‘misgendering’ is expressly forbidden, and that taxpayers must subsidize cosmetic surgeries, sex hormones, and brassieres for men who claim to identify as transgender.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued the new guidelines with the intention of ensuring that the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) “properly identifies, tracks, and provides services to the transgender population.”

The manual conflates biological sex with gender stereotypes and defines ‘gender’ as “ a construct used to classify a person as male, female, both, or neither. Gender encompasses aspects of social identity, psychological identity, and human behavior.”

It also defines sexual orientation in a manner which erases the defining aspect of biological sex, stating, “Sexual orientation [is] the direction of one’s sexual interest towards members of the same, opposite, or both genders,” and, confusingly adds, “Sexual orientation and gender identity are not related.”

“Deliberately and repeatedly mis-gendering an inmate is not permitted,” the document warns.

Male inmates who declare a transgender identity may request to be searched by female staff. “Pat search information refers only to individuals at male facilities who identify as female,” according to the manual. “The Bureau does not offer ‘male only’ pat searches. Unless there is a history of inappropriate sexual behavior suggesting approval poses risks to staff, requests are ordinarily approved by the Warden’s Office.”

Male inmates can also request to be strip-searched by women, referred to in the guidelines as a “visual search”. “Transgender inmates may also request an exception to be visually searched by a staff member of the inmate’s identified gender.”

Trans-identifying men will also be entitled to receive women’s underwear, at taxpayers’ expense, even if they are not being housed with female inmates.

“Inmates with the CMA assignment of transgender will have the opportunity to have undergarments of their identified gender even if they are not housed with inmates of the identified gender. Institutional laundry will have available institutional undergarments that fulfill the needs of transgender inmates,” the manual states.

The Bureau of Prisons houses roughly 155,554 inmates at 122 facilities around the U.S. Of these, the agency estimates that approximately 1,300 self-declare a transgender status.

Evidence is mounting that convicted sex offenders are taking advantage of the legal loopholes afforded to those who claim to be transgender. For instance, in 2020, a federal judge ordered taxpayers in the state of Wisconsin to subsidize a convicted pedophile’s demands for estrogen and women’s clothing. Mark Allan Campbell, a prison inmate who identifies as a woman, repeatedly raped and sexually abused his 10 year-old daughter.

Campbell, who began using the name ‘Nicole Rose’ after being incarcerated, claimed distress at being denied ‘gender-affirming’ surgery and is seeking transfer to a women’s prison. If Campbell is later transferred to a women’s facility it will likely be Taycheedah Correctional Institution, which hosts a summer camp for children and mothers.

According to Keep Prisons Single Sex, an activist group that advocates for incarcerated women, almost 50% of male federal inmates who identify as transgender are in custody for sex offences. This is compared to just 11% of the non-trans male inmate population.

The group has also noted that male federal inmates who identify as transgender are classified at higher security levels at three times the rate of their non-trans counterparts.

Woman Escaping Abduction, Torture Was Allegedly Denied Help for Not Wearing Mask

Note: This story contains details related to physical and sexual abuse some readers might find upsetting. Discretion is advised.

A woman who endured 7 days of horrific torture at the hands of her ex-husband and his girlfriend was allegedly turned away by shopkeepers she sought help from because she was not wearing a mask.

The victim, 37 years old, was kidnapped by her ex-husband on New Years Eve. Justin Wilson, 31, of Fulton County, New York had been out on bail after being charged with aggravated domestic violence in one county, and violating a no-contact order with a victim in another.

According to the Times Union, court documents detailing the woman’s ordeal say that on December 31, Wilson forced the woman at gunpoint from a home on West Fulton Street in Gloversville, New York and abducted her. Wilson drove the victim to his trailer home where he subjected her to brutal torture for almost a week.

The victim said Wilson made her sleep with a pit bull in a filthy room, used a baseball bat to sodomize her, choked her until she lost consciousness, sexually assaulted her, and amputated her right pinky finger before using a flame to cauterize the wound.

“Throughout the entire time I was with Justin, he was threatening to kill me and told me if I didn’t kill myself, he would kill me,” the victim told Police investigators.

At one point, Wilson took the victim to another location where he continued his abuse. He attempted to drown her in urine-filled toilet and hot tub, and whipped her with a charging cable. Upon being taken back to the trailer, the victim had a narrow window in which she managed to escape from the premises.

But her bravery was hardly rewarded with reprieve.

The victim, who was “beaten to a pulp,” sought help at Bowman’s Market, a family-run grocery store, but was allegedly told to leave because she was not wearing a mask. Shop owners have since denied the victim’s claim, clarifying that they only wanted her to wait outside while they called police. But the victim still left, and made it to a taxi stand where she was driven to her grandfather’s home. He took her to Nathan Littauer Hospital and called police.

Justin Wilson and his female partner Nicole Elmore were taken into custody after a 2-hour standoff with police on January 6, and both have been charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault with the intent to disfigure, dismember or disable and first-degree aggravated sexual abuse.

Since being charged, Elmore has revealed that Wilson allegedly sexually abused her 13-year-old daughter, who she had left in his care while she was in hospital with pneumonia.

Both are being held without bail pending a February 7 court date.
