UK: Trans-Identified Male Rapist Back in Prison for Breaching Harm Prevention Order

A convicted rapist who identifies as a “woman” is back behind bars after breaching the conditions imposed on him to protect the public. Freddie Millar, 31, who also uses the name Xenia Jade-Millar and Xenia Woodward, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for violating a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and notification requirements.

Millar, of Northampton, was first convicted of rape in 2017 and served three years in prison for the crime. In 2020, he was again detained for misconduct, and incarcerated until September 2023. The conditions of his most recent release, as per the SHPO, legally required Millar, a registered sex offender, to disclose any new relationships, devices, and social media accounts to authorities.

However, during an unannounced check-up conducted by authorities in December of 2023, officers discovered an undisclosed laptop at his residence. Additionally, Millar had become involved in a relationship with a woman without alerting law enforcement.

A follow-up visit in January revealed that Millar had been operating multiple social media accounts under his various aliases — thus violating three stipulations specified in the SHPO.

On February 5, 2024, Millar appeared before Northampton Crown Court, where he was sentenced to one year and four months in prison.

Lead Investigator Detective Constable Will Corlett said in a press release: “Registered sex offenders are very closely managed by our team and I want to be clear that any breaches are dealt with robustly. We do not give second chances or ‘the benefit of the doubt’ – anyone who breaches their order is charged and brought before the courts with a view to sending them to prison.”

“I’m pleased to see Millar jailed as it means the streets of Northampton are that little bit safer,” Constable Corlett added. “I hope this case reassures the public with regards to how seriously we take offences such as this and shows the relentless determination of Northamptonshire Police to put as many people like Millar behind bars.”

Several comments appear to have been deleted from a post made on the Northamptonshire Police Facebook page announcing Millar’s sentencing.

On one Facebook account belonging to Millar, he confirms he identifies as transgender in a post dated December 28, 2023.

“Too [sic] everyone in the world listen to me right now, anyone who has a judge [sic] against me being a transgender come say it to my face,” Millar wrote. “This is just me being nice you don’t want to see me when I lose my sh*t cause trust me I’m dangerous when I’m angry.”

Millar’s sister commented on his post, suggesting that his threatening remarks were “not very lady-like.”

“I have known Freddie all my life and I struggle to believe this is reality, something Freddie struggles with,” she replied. Speaking directly to the 20 year-old woman Millar had become involved with, she added, “I wish you all the best, just be careful.”

The two women then exchanged in a brief back-and-forth, with Millar’s current girlfriend stating that “she is no longer a he and she is no longer Freddie… She is Xenia and why are you saying be careful? However, likewise I wish you all the best.”

During the course of their conversation, it was revealed that Millar had not undergone any surgical interventions. Millar’s sister asserted that she had “an opinion which I’m entitled to,” and insinuated that his history of sexual abuse had made her suspicious of her brother.

“Yes, you’ve done your time, but the nature of what you did, in my humble opinion, is unforgivable. If you are truly transgender, good luck to you… My one and only issue is what you’ve done. Maybe if I didn’t have a daughter I might think differently,” she stated.

Millar’s Facebook profile also suggests he has an estranged son whom he was trying to reestablish contact with.

While it is unclear which prison Millar will be sent to in order to serve the 16-month sentence, an unofficial national sex offender database established to inform the public has recorded his sex as male, and lists his offenses under the name Freddie Millar rather than Xenia.

Un hombre de 52 años que se dice trans, condenado por la posesión de repugnante material de abuso sexual infantil, ha declarado ante el tribunal que veía el material para ayudarse a desarrollar su “identidad de género”. GERMANY: Trans-Identified Pedophile Spared Prison After Claiming He Viewed Child Porn To Help Him Develop His “Gender Identity”

A 52-year-old trans-identified male convicted for the possession of sickening child sexual abuse materials has told a court that he viewed the material to assist in the development of his “gender identity.” The man, who has not been named due to Germany’s strict privacy laws, was granted a lenient sentence after a judge accepted his excuse.

News reports have used the false name Jürgen or Beate Kämmerer when referring to the pedophile, who had saved over 70 child and youth pornography files on various devices. Kämmerer appeared before the Hersbruck district court last Monday, where he presented his bizarre reasons for accessing the heinous material.

Kämmerer told the court that he “did not view the pornographic content with pedophilic intent or to satisfy a sexual desire,” reported Nürnberger Nachrichten, but instead to aid in his gender transition. Presiding Judge André Gläßl and the public prosecutor both accepted the reasons given by Kämmerer justifying his possession of child pornography.

At the beginning of December 2021, police officers discovered the illicit materials during a search of Kämmerer’s apartment, which was in a state of disarray at the time. A police officer described the premises during the hearing as giving the impression that he had “lost control of his life,” and noted that the conditions in Kämmerer’s apartment were so poor that a report was even made to the health department.

Investigators found 70 child and youth pornographic image files at Kämmerer’s home. One police officer summarized on the witness stand that the child pornographic content depicted children “posing partially clothed, but in a clearly sexualized form.”

Additionally, “naked genitals and sexual acts” involving minors could be seen in some of the images. One such image, for example, shows a 14 to 16-year-old girl performing oral sex on a much older man.

Kämmerer admitted to possession of child pornography, but claimed the content was “part of [his] transsexual history.” He told the court that he had identified as female from an early age and had endured a difficult childhood.

“I am truly sorry,” Kämmerer said. “I didn’t want to have sex with anyone.” Instead, he argued, he looked at the pornographic images to “catch up on something that had always been denied” to him.

The public prosecutor, who has not been named by the media, applauded Kämmerer for the confession, and accepted his argument that the pornography helped him “discover [his] identity.” The prosecution requested a sentence of one year and six months of probation, while Kämmerer’s defense attorney similarly asked for a sentence of one year probation.

Judge André Gläßl ultimately sentenced the man to one year and two months, but suspended the sentence so that it could be served in the community on the basis that the pornography did not depict “extreme” sexual acts.

La Policía de Tránsito del Área Metropolitana de Vancouver dice que “no sabe” si el principal sospechoso de una agresión sexual en un tren aéreo es hombre o mujer, a pesar de haber recuperado semen durante la investigación.

Reino Unido: Un hombre que se dice trans, acusado de agresión sexual a un adolescente, es denunciado como “mujer”

Un hombre que se dice trans ha sido acusado en Witney, Inglaterra, de delitos sexuales contra menores tras la presunta agresión a un adolescente. Osareen Omoruyi, de 51 años, fue acusado el 9 de febrero de dos cargos de agresión sexual con penetración y de provocar o incitar a un menor a mantener relaciones sexuales.

Varios medios de comunicación que informaron sobre los cargos no han mencionado que el sospechoso es un hombre y que ese hombre se identifica como transgénero, y, en cambio, se han referido a Omoruyi simplemente como “mujer”.

UK: Trans-Identified Male Charged with Sexual Assault of Teen Boy, Reported As “Woman”

A trans-identified male in Witney, England, has been charged with child sexual offenses following the alleged assault of a teen boy. Osareen Omoruyi, 51, was charged on February 9 with two counts each of sexual assault by penetration and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.

Multiple news outlets reporting on the charges have failed to mention that the suspect is male and identifies as transgender, and have instead referred to Omoyuri simply as a “woman.”

The error in reporting appears to stem from a press release issued by Thames Valley Police on Friday, which announced that “a woman has been charged in connection with sexual offenses” and made no mention of Omoyuri’s self-declared transgender status.

Social media accounts belonging to Omoyuri reveal that he recently migrated to the United Kingdom from the South American nation of Guyana. A series of photos posted by Omoyuri one year ago show him at the Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados, and on the plane heading to the United Kingdom.

Once in the United Kingdom, Omoyuri shared a number of photos of himself in London.

Omoyuri frequently uses filter applications to make his photos appear both more youthful and more feminine, and appears to bizarrely operate several Facebook accounts which interact with each other as though they are separate people, often leaving positive comments on his appearance.

An X account believed to belong to Omoyuri is following porn accounts as well as trans activists. He repeatedly shares his private contact information in what appears to be an effort to engage in either “hook ups” or prostitution.

In June 2022, Omoyuri shared a promotional image for a drag festival organized by Guyana Trans United (GTU), indicating an interest in attending drag events. A 2019 Facebook post made by Omoyuri depicts a young man in bondage fetish gear and lingerie and is captioned, “I love crossdressing.”

The sexual assault is said to have occurred in close proximity to Witan Way, near a public shopping area. Details about the offense have been withheld from the public pending Omoyuri’s appearance at Oxford Magistrates’ Court, scheduled for Saturday, February 10.

According to a report by Oxford Mail, investigating officer Detective Sergeant Katie Ford, told the press: “We are in the early stages of this investigation and work is taking place to establish the exact circumstances. We have made an arrest and our officers will be in the area carrying out inquiries.

As such, members of the public are likely to see an increased police presence. I’d like to appeal to anyone who has any information about this incident to come forward, particularly any drivers who might have dash-cam footage.”

CANADA: Metro Vancouver Transit Police Say They “Don’t Know” Whether Sexual Assault Suspect Is Male Or Female Despite Having Semen Evidence

The Metro Vancouver Transit Police say they “don’t know” if the primary suspect in a skytrain sexual assault is male or female despite having recovered semen during the investigation.

On February 8, the Transit Police issued a press release pleading for help to identify the suspect. While photos and videos showed what appeared to be a male with long hair, some basic information on the suspect was curiously omitted from the release. No pronouns were used, and no information on the suspect’s sex was included.

In a recorded phone call with journalist Amy Hamm, Constable Amanda Steed said the information had been intentionally left out because the Transit Police were unsure of how to refer to the suspect.

“We’ve left it out for a reason; it’s because we don’t know. The video evidence shows someone who… would appear female, who is female presenting, but the physical evidence is that of a genetic male,” Steed said. She later confirmed in an email to Reduxx that the physical evidence is in fact the suspect’s semen. 

Despite claiming that the Transit Police “didn’t know” what the sex of the suspect was, Steed admitted that they “believe” he has a penis.

“The suspect we believe does have a penis,” said Steed, when asked if the victim was raped. “But the video shows someone who appears to be female presenting, so that’s why we left the gender out. Because we weren’t really sure how this person identifies—we didn’t want to get it wrong.”

According to the press release, the incident took place in August of 2023 in the early hours of the morning. A woman entered Surrey Central SkyTrain Station and was making her way up to the platform, but as she stepped onto the escalator, the suspect followed closely behind her. While they were on the escalator, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim.

The suspect is described as 30 – 40 years of age, 5’10’ – 6’ tall, with a dark complexion and slender build. He was seen wearing a wig with long, dark wavy hair, a light colored t-shirt, black biker shorts, light colored running shoes.

Constable Steed said she was unable to disclose any additional information.

“The investigation’s quite complicated and we’ve omitted some of the evidence to preserve the integrity of the investigation when it does go to court; so that’s why we’ve withheld that information,” she said.

According to their website, The Metro Vancouver Transit Police is “the only dedicated police service in Canada focused on reducing crime and disorderly behavior in and around the public transportation system.” They also describe one of their four operational priorities as “reducing sexual offences.” In 2018, the police force launched an “Anti Sex Offence Campaign,” which consisted of a poster campaign and a number for victims or witnesses to text or call the transit police.

EXCLUSIVA: Un trabajador de guardería que se dice trans NO irá a la cárcel por abusar sexualmente de un bebé cuando le cambiaba los pañales

Un hombre que se dice trans de Kentucky llegó a un acuerdo con la fiscalía después de ser acusado de abusar sexualmente de un bebé y evitará la cárcel siempre que cumpla ciertas condiciones. Maria Childers, ex trabajador de una guardería, contrató a un destacado abogado transactivista para que lo representara en el repugnante caso.

Como informó anteriormente Reduxx (artículo en español), Childers fue arrestado en febrero de 2023 después de que el Departamento de Servicios Comunitarios (DCBS) recibiera un chivatazo que detallaba un presunto incidente de abuso que había ocurrido en noviembre de 2022 en Explore Learning Academy. El chivatazo, que supuestamente vino de una de las compañeras de trabajo de Childers, lo acusaba de hacer comentarios inapropiados hacia un bebé mientras le cambiaba el pañal y de tocarlo de manera inapropiada.

Reduxx ha conseguido las actas judiciales en las que se detalla la denuncia completa contra Childers, que mostraban que fue acusado tanto de abusos físicos como sexuales mientras trabajaba en la guardería.

Tras recibir la primera denuncia anónima, un trabajador social de DCBS y un agente del Departamento de Policía de Paducah fueron a la guardería el 8 de febrero de 2023 para entrevistar a los testigos. Después de hablar con varios miembros del personal, pudieron corroborar la denuncia anónima.

Según un testigo, una compañera de trabajo le había pedido ayuda a Childers para cambiar el pañal de un bebé. La compañera de trabajo notó que el bebé parecía estar angustiado cuando Childers le limpiaba los genitales, y le preguntó a Childers si le estaba haciendo daño. Entonces lo vio frotar los genitales del bebé con un “movimiento circular”, mientras decía que “esa era la zona de su clítoris y le gusta. Le alegró el día”.

Si bien Childers fue denunciado a la dirección de la Academia, sólo se le dio un “parte” por escrito. La policía supo más tarde que Childers también había sido acusado por otros compañeros de trabajo de dejar a las criaturas en las tronas durante “horas” sin atención.

Tras llevarlo a comisaría para interrogarlo, Childers dijo en un principio que no había cambiado el pañal del bebé. Más tarde admitió haberlo hecho cuando un agente le presentara como prueba un mensaje de texto que había enviado a la directora de la guardería confirmando que había cambiado el pañal del bebé. Luego trató de negar que hubiera dicho algo inapropiado, pero admitió que a menudo decía cosas que se “sacaban de contexto”.

Childers fue arrestado acusado de un cargo de abuso sexual en primer grado de una víctima menor de 12 años y tres cargos de abuso criminal en primer grado de una criatura menor de 12 años. Fue ingresado en la cárcel del condado de McCracken.

Ha habido cierta confusión sobre cómo se escribe su apellido, ya que los tribunales, la policía y sus redes sociales usan diferentes ortografías que alternan entre “Childers” y “Childres”. El Tribunal de Justicia de Kentucky tiene su nombre escrito “Childres”, pero su propia firma y los documentos de la defensa dicen “Childers”.

Aunque Childers fue fichado en un principio como “varón” tanto por la policía como por la cárcel, documentos internos obtenidos por Reduxx revelan que la cárcel del condado de McCracken cambió su sexo registral más tarde a “femenino”.

Un popular TikToker que se dice trans de Australia, que se había ganado miles de seguidores como “mujer trans orgullosa”, se declaró culpable de cargos agravados de producción y posesión de material de explotación infantil, conducta obscena y atentado al pudor. El Tribunal de Distrito de Australia Meridional escuchó que Rachel Queen Burton abusó repetidamente de dos criaturas y luego las acosó a ellas y a su familia hasta dejarlos sin hogar, antes de empezar a decir que era una “mujer”.

Burton fue detenido por primera vez en octubre de 2022 (artículo en español) por el Equipo Conjunto de élite contra la Explotación Infantil y acusado de delitos de abuso y explotación infantil. En diciembre de ese año, Burton había negado las acusaciones, pero ahora se ha declarado culpable. Aunque él es de Coolalinga, en el Territorio del Norte, los crímenes se cometieron en el estado sureño.

EXCLUSIVE: Transgender Daycare Worker Avoids Prison After Sexually Abusing A Baby During Diaper Change

A trans-identified male in Kentucky has reached a plea deal after being charged with sexually abusing a baby and will avoid prison so long as he meets certain conditions. Maria Childers, a former daycare worker, hired a prominent trans activist lawyer to represent him in the sickening case.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Childers was arrested in February of 2023 after the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) received an anonymous tip detailing an alleged incident of abuse that had occurred in November of 2022 at Explore Learning Academy. The tip, reportedly written by one of Childers’ co-workers, accused him of making inappropriate comments towards an infant while changing the child’s diaper, and touching the baby inappropriately.

Reduxx has now obtained court records detailing the full complaint against Childers, which showed that he was accused of both physical and sexual abuse while employed at the daycare.

Following the receipt of the initial anonymous complaint, a DCBS case worker and a police officer from the Paducah Police Department went to the daycare on February 8, 2023, to interview witnesses. After speaking to a number of staff, they were able to corroborate the anonymous report.

According to witness testimony, a co-worker had asked Childers for assistance in changing an infant’s diaper. While Childers was cleaning the baby’s genitals, the co-worker noticed that the infant appeared to be in distress and asked Childers if he was hurting the baby. She then witnessed Childers rub the infant’s genitals in a “circular motion,” while saying “that was her clit area and she likes it. It just made her day.”

While Childers was reported to management at the Academy, he was only given a “write up.” Police later learned that Childers had also been accused by other co-workers of leaving the children in high chairs for “hours” without care.

After being taken to the police station for questioning, Childers initially claimed he had not changed the infant’s diaper at all. He later admitted to having done so after an officer presented him with evidence in the form of a text that he had sent to the daycare’s director confirming the baby’s diaper had been changed. He then tried to deny he had ever said anything inappropriate, but admitted he often said things that were “taken out of context.”

Childers was placed under arrest and charged with one count of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 and three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Abuse of a Child Under 12. He was then booked at the McCracken County Jail.

There has been some confusion over the spelling of his last name, with the courts, police, and his social feeds having different spellings alternating between “Childers” and “Childres.” The Kentucky Court of Justice has his name spelled “Childres,” but his own signature and defense documents read “Childers.”

While Childers was initially marked as a “male” by both police and the jail, internal documents obtained by Reduxx reveal that his recorded sex was later switched to “female” by the McCracken County Jail.

Court records show that just one month after being booked on the felony charges, Childers privately retained trans activist lawyer Madison Leach to represent him.

Leach, a male who began identifying as a “woman” seven years ago, was the first openly transgender candidate to seek public office in western Kentucky when he ran as a Democrat for the Calloway County attorney seat. Leach recently threatened to leave Kentucky over Senate Bill 150, which would make it optional for public school teachers to use a student’s preferred pronouns.

After taking on the case, Leach submitted a motion to reduce Childers’ bond, complaining that he did not have access to estrogen while in solitary confinement at McCracken County Jail.

After some negotiation with the court, the motion was ultimately approved, and Childers’ bond was reduced from $100,000 to $5,000 surety. The bond conditions included no contact with children and to remain away from the daycare where he had been employed. Childers was released from custody in January of 2024.

On January 29, 2024, Childers struck an apparent deal with prosecutors. In exchange for a guilty plea, his charge of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Victim Under 12 was amended to Class A Misdemeanor Sexual Misconduct, and the remaining abuse charges were dropped.

Judge Joseph Roark handed Childers a 12-month penalty, but withheld sentencing and imposed a conditional discharge for 6 months after considering his time in pre-trial detention as time he already spent in prison.

If Childers abides by the conditions set by the court during the 6-month period, he will not serve any prison time at all, and may not even receive a criminal record.

UPDATE 02/12/24: Article has been corrected to clarify that Childers’ time spent in pre-trial detention was considered towards his sentence, resulting in no jail time following his guilty plea.
