GERMANY: Trans-Identified Male On Welfare Sues Over 240 Employers For “Discrimination” After Being Continuously Rejected From Jobs He Is Not Qualified For

"Alina Steffen"

A trans-identified male in Dortmund, Germany, is facing scrutiny after winning over €250,000 over the course of 240 separate discrimination lawsuits. Many have accused the man, who has been unemployed for 12 years, of using Germany’s strict protections for those who self-identify as transgender to enrich himself.

Apart from three internships and one short-term job, the trans-identified man has been unemployed since 2012 and receives public welfare. While Germany has strict privacy laws that have resulted in the man’s identity being censored, Reduxx can reveal his name as Alina Steffen.

In a recent interview with Westphalen Blatt, Steffen claimed to have applied for over 1,577 jobs over the last eight years, but reported he has struggled to find a position. But critics have accused Steffen of running something akin to a racket, labelling him an “AGG-hopper.” The German slang term refers to individuals who do not apply for a job with the intention of actually taking it up, but rather to receive compensation for alleged violations of anti-discrimination laws.

Steffen has been known to apply for jobs he does not actually qualify for throughout the North Rhine-Westphalia region. For example, in one instance he applied for a job which was a one-hour drive from his home despite the fact he does not have a driver’s license and cannot drive.

But the moment Steffen receives a rejection from a job he applies for, he files a lawsuit citing a violation of the German Equal Treatment Act (AGG). Steffen has also filed lawsuits for jobs he never applied for, but found to be “discriminatory” in advance by focusing on minor errors in the job advertisements.

For example, in one case, an advertisement omitted to specify that people of “diverse” genders can apply, and only stated that “male and female” applicants were welcome. Steffen sued over this omission and won.

Despite being on welfare, the hefty compensation awarded to Steffen by labor courts in various districts is not offset against his welfare benefits and is tax-free. As a result, Steffen is collecting welfare and raking in hundreds of thousands of Euros in court awards.

The director of the Bielefeld labor court, Joachim Kleveman, estimated that Steffen has so far won approximately €250,000 (approx. $257,000 USD) from various discrimination suits. Due to welfare checks, Steffen must regularly provide lists of his compensation payments. This year, Steffen has already reported winnings of €25,000.

Most recently, Steffen successfully sued ND-Rack, a company from Langenberg that distributes roof tents for cars and other camping-related gear. Nius reported on the case, noting that in his application, Steffen described himself as being 50% disabled, and a “male to female” transsexual as well as “intersex.”

Steffen justified his lawsuit before the labor court by arguing that he was rejected because of his disability and sexual identity. He also felt discriminated against due to his age, as the company advertised that it was looking for workers for its “young team.”

Moreover, the position was not reported to the employment agency, which is legally required for jobs that could be suitable for people with disabilities, and he demanded €7,500 in compensation.

Nikolaj Dudenko, the CEO of ND-Rack in Langenberg, explained that he did not intend to discriminate against anyone and only read the first sentence of the application.

“We receive 450 applications a year. I immediately filter out all applicants who live more than 30 kilometers away because experience shows they quit after a year,” he told RTL West. He did not read further and rejected the application immediately. He was not aware that he was required to report the position to the employment office.

During the hearing, Dudenko tried to offer Steffen a position, but the man declined out of fear of being dismissed during the probationary period. The court suggested a settlement of €3,750 in compensation. The CEO felt this was unfair and accused Steffen of using the discrimination lawsuits to enrich himself. He ultimately offered €2,500 in compensation, but Steffen insisted on €3,750 as per the court’s suggestion. The entrepreneur reluctantly accepted the settlement.

According to the State Labor Court in Hamm, Steffen’s repeat litigation does not constitute an abuse of law.

Recently, another hearing took place at the labor court in Hagen. In this case, Steffen is suing a printing company for discrimination. According to RTL West, his application was rejected due to insufficient qualifications, not, as he claimed, because of his transexuality.

“The reason I generally do not want to appear before the press is that I am withdrawing from public life because I am very much discriminated against in private, laughed at on buses, and insulted in the city because of my transsexuality,” Steffen said.

Alina Dünnebacke, responsible for personnel at the printing company, explained she had rejected the applicant due to having inadequate qualifications. But despite arguing that Steffen was clearly incapable of performing the job, the company paid out a small settlement of €700.

In addition to his lengthy history of court battles, Steffen is a self-published author who sells ebooks for less than one euro on neobooks.com. Among his publications are books on job hunting, including one titled “The Professional Application.” The book describes itself as offering expert advice on finding a job. Another book written by Steffen is called “Tips for the Perfect Job Interview.”

Pedophile Who Killed Young Girl May Have His Sentence Reduced Due To German Government’s Decision To Lower Penalties For Child Pornography Possession

Jan Heiko Pflur [L] and his victim, Ayleen.

CONTENT NOTICE: This article contains graphic descriptions of the sexual abuse and the murder of a girl, as described during the criminal trial. Reader discretion is appreciated.

A man convicted of the brutal murder of a 14-year-old girl may have his sentence reduced as a result of the German federal government’s decision to downgrade the criminal severity of child pornography possession. The convict successfully argued that the portion of his sentence related to producing child pornography should be reconsidered due to the shocking change in the law.

Due to stringent privacy laws in Germany, the identity of the murderer has been concealed by local press, but Reduxx has chosen to reveal his identity as Jan Heiko Pflur, 32.

In September 2023, Pflur was convicted of murdering a 14-year-old schoolgirl and procuring child pornography. At that time, the court not only sentenced him to life imprisonment for the murder, but also declared him to be a particularly serious offender and ordered him to remain in preventive detention after serving the custodial portion of his sentence.

Jan Heiko Pflur.

However, following an appeal by Pflur, the Federal Court of Justice overturned the preventive detention order and ordered a partial retrial. Pflur’s appeal was based on a recent change in Germany that effectively decriminalized the possession and procurement of child pornography – reducing it from a felony to a misdemeanor. As a result, Pflur no longer met the threshold for preventative detention, which requires an inmate to have been convicted of two felony crimes.

Pflur’s case is particularly gruesome. Two years ago, he sought out minors on the internet to groom into sexual servitude. After encountering 14-year-old “Ayleen” on social media, he started communicating with her, and, over the course of many months and 7,000 exchanged messages, began to expose her to increasingly sexual discussions and topics.

According to reports from Die Welt, which had access to the investigation files, Pflur offered the girl a “Sugar Daddy” arrangement, and demanded nude photos and videos from her. He set several rules, including that the child should promise him “unconditional and complete obedience in every respect,” and that she would make her body available to him “anytime and anywhere.” He also referred to her as his “property,” and told her that she must “serve” and “obey” him.

Pflur threatened the 14-year-old victim if she did not comply with his demands, claiming he would report her to her parents and get her in trouble, or even kill them.

On the day of the murder, Pflur showed up at Ayleen’s residence and threatened to tell her father about their “relationship” unless she got into his car. Terrified, the girl complied.

After abducting her, Pflur took Ayleen’s phone from her and sent messages to her mother and friends telling them not to worry about her sudden disappearance. He then took her to a forest in Langgöns-Cleeberg where he attempted to rape her and strangled her to death.

Pflur’s victim, Ayleen, 14.

Pflur then undressed Ayleen’s body, dragged her body into his car, and drove her to a nearby lake. There, he slid her into the water. Seven days later, Ayleen’s waterlogged corpse was found by police.

During the 2023 trial, the judge spoke of the crime as being “the full extent of horror,” and sentenced Pflur to life imprisonment followed by preventive detention. A life sentence in Germany typically lasts 19 years.

However, due to a change in law, Pflur might now avoid preventive detention altogether and have a right to a release assessment after serving 20 years.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Germany recently lowered the penalties associated with the distribution, acquisition, and possession of child pornography. The offense was downgraded from a felony crime with a minimum sentence of one year to a misdemeanor with a minimum sentence of three months.

The change was claimed to be a response to rare edge cases in which innocent third-party reporters of child pornography could possibly face mandatory penalties for possession. Proponents of the change asserted that it was a positive step towards ensuring the courts had the discretion not to prosecute individuals in such cases. However, it was a broad change that did not specify specific instances or motivations worthy of amnesty.

The shocking legislative decision was first initiated by former Federal Justice Minister Marco Buschmann of the Free Democratic Party (FDP). The FDP is also responsible for having developed and implemented Germany’s radical Self-Determination Act, giving people the right to change their legal name and sex with no questions asked.

Buschmann has defended the legislative change by arguing that downgrading the crime was a necessary step towards ensuring flexibility in certain cases, such as with “juvenile offenders … [seeking out child pornography] out of naivety, curiosity, adventure-seeking, or the desire to impress.”

Legal Tribune Online (LTO) reported that Buschmann had been asked by the 16 state justice ministers to draft a bill that would either downgrade child pornography possession to a misdemeanor across the board, or formulate a way to provide discretion on a case-by-case basis. According to LTO, Buschmann “opted explicitly for the first option,” thus downgrading all cases.

The fact that the decision to revise the penalties for the crime did not differentiate based on the intention of potential offenders did not go unnoticed by pro-pedophile activists, who celebrated the news.

Dieter Gieseking, the founder of pro-pedophile activist group Krumme-13 (K13), welcomed the change in the law almost immediately, and condemned politicians for not apologizing to “affected individuals” who were convicted under the previous law.

Gieseking advised any pedophiles charged with child pornography possession consult their lawyers to suspend any criminal proceedings until the new law came into effect.

In 1996, Gieseking was sentenced to eighteen months, for which he served one year in prison, on charges related to operating a mail order child pornography service from a van. In 2003, Gieseking again appeared in court accused of possession of child sexual abuse materials obtained between July 1999 and January 2001. The pornography was found on Gieseking’s computer after a search of his residence in August 2001. His devices contained a total of 216 image files of naked children, and he was sentenced to eight months in prison.

Gieseking has been lobbying the government for changes to legislation for several years. In 2023, the Bundestag accepted a petition on children’s rights authored by Gieseking which amends Article 6 of the Basic Law to add statements regarding children’s rights, and states that “children should be viewed as legal subjects with their own rights.”

German Criminals Boast About Using New Gender Self-ID Law To Hide Identities, Obscure Criminal Records

Convicted criminals in Germany are endorsing Germany’s new gender self-identification law for allowing them to easily hide their pasts by changing their identities. One violent criminal, Mirko Guth, even spoke to local press about his plans to change his legal sex and name by claiming to be transgender.

Guth, who spent several years in prison for violent crimes and aggravated robbery, described using the gender self-identification law to hide his past as a “fuck you to the state,” complaining that he had struggled with difficulties in opening bank accounts and obtaining mobile phone plans due to his lengthy record of serious offenses.

After the Self-Determination Act came into effect in Germany on November 1, 2024, individuals were permitted to change their legal sex and name through a simple declaration at the registry office. The new law also included a disclosure ban, which prohibits passing on the real sex and former name without consent and imposes harsh penalties for those who “misgender” or “deadname” a person who has changed their legal identity.

“This is the paragraph that erases my past,” Guth told Die Welt regarding the disclosure ban. “I am bankrupt and can’t get work contracts anymore. If I become a woman, I can have a mobile phone, an Amazon account, and a Netflix account again.”

Mirko Guth.

“I can’t be mistaken for a woman. I believe I don’t have a single feminine trait,” Guth, who is bald and covered in tattoos told Die Welt. “I’m doing this out of desperation.”

Guth reports that he first got the idea to take advantage of the law from a woman he had worked with at the youth welfare office. After being released from prison, Guth had attempted to offer his services as a “reformed criminal” to a youth-focused organization called “Gefangene helfen Jugendlichen e.V“ (Prisoners Help Youth). This association of former prisoners organized prison visits, conducted school prevention education, and offered anti-violence training intended to steer at-risk kids away from a life of crime.

However, the state cut off financial support for the association in 2024, leaving Guth dejected. He then pursued changing his legal sex and name.

Guth reports that many of his friends with criminal records will similarly seek to change their legal sex and names under the law. But not only do they seek to erase their past, they also plan to deliberately invade women’s washrooms and locker rooms, hoping to be thrown out so they can sue for discrimination and collect compensation.

There have been several cases in Germany involving trans-identified males demanding money after being denied access to women-only spaces. As previously reported by Reduxx, a man in Bavaria named Nicolas “Laura” Holstein was awarded €1,000 after being refused membership to a women’s-only gym.

Doris Lange, the owner of Lady’s First fitness studio, reported that one week after she was ordered to pay a €1,000 fine, she received a demand from Holstein’s lawyers for an additional €2,500 in compensation, along with a threat of a €5,000 penalty if she were to deny him access to the women-only gym in the future.

In another case, a neo-Nazi changed his legal name and sex, and is now suing a child safeguarding advocate for referring to him as a “man” without his consent. Last month, Reduxx spoke exclusively with Josefine Barbaric, the chairwoman of the association of Nein, lass das! e.V. (No, don’t do that!) for the prevention of sexual violence against children and adolescents, from whom “Maria-Svenja” Lieblich is now demanding €15,000 in “discrimination” compensation.

Barbaric is also being ordered to sign a cease-and-desist declaration, which would entitle Liebich to collect a €10,000 fine from her if she ever misgender him in the future and is raising funds for her legal defense.

In addition to hiding their criminal past and finding an easy payday, some men have admitted to using the self-determination law to avoid conscription and commit bank fraud.

One man who spoke to Die Welt said he hoped to avoid military service by altering his legal sex to “female” in the event a war broke out in Germany. However, the law does include a specific regulation forbidding sudden “sex changes” in the midst of impending or active war.

In other cases, men have planned to open multiple bank accounts in different federal states, obtain loans, withdraw the money, and then change their gender identity and name.

Spokespersons from Commerzbank and the Federal Association of German Banks (BdB) have expressed doubts that this plan would work, as they only grant significant overdrafts and loans if regular net income, for example from salary payments, is present in the account. However, a criminal in Berlin pulled off a similar heist in 2023, prior to the introduction of the Self-Determination Act.

The 32-year-old man claimed to be “transgender” at several registry offices, and thus obtained new personal documents multiple times. With the obtained documents, he opened several bank accounts, withdrew the money, entered into contracts with mobile phone providers, and made online purchases. According to the public prosecutor’s office, further investigations are pending against the accused for the same fraudulent scheme.

The police union had previously warned that easing the regulations around changing legal documents would open the floodgates to criminals seeking to use the law to avoid detection or commit further crimes. Registrars and government officials have also expressed fears of becoming the targets of discrimination complaints if they refuse or question the motives of some change requests.

Since the implementation of the Self-Determination Act at the end of November, almost 15.000 individuals in Germany have altered their legal sex. This figure significantly surpasses the initial estimate of 4,000 changes per year.

CANADA: Transgender Advisor to Minister of Women Who Claimed Trans-Identified Males Do Not Have Advantage In Sport Previously Beat Female Runner In A Women’s Race By 6 Minutes

The advisor to the Canadian Liberal government’s Minister of Women, who claimed on X that trans-identified men do not have an advantage over women in sports, is a trans-identified male who previously dominated a women’s 5km race.

Nathanielle Morin is currently the advisor to Member of Parliament Marci Ien in her capacity as the Minister of Women, Gender Equality and Youth. On February 6, Morin took to X to respond to the recent executive order from President Trump that finally banned biological males from competing in women’s and girl’s sports in the United States.

“Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition of female athletes, and we will not allow men to beat up, injure and cheat our women and our girls,” President Trump said on Wednesday. According to Morin, this was tantamount to “exclusion… discrimination… [and] promot[ing] hate.”

Morin shared an infographic made by Schuyler Bailar, a trans-identified male who competes in women’s sports. The infographic reads: “Trans athletes are not a threat; transphobia is,” an infographic created by fellow transgender athlete Schuyler Bailar.

In the infographic, Bailar claims there is “evidence” to support the claim that “trans women are… NOT biological men” and that sex is “bimodal,” not “binary.” Bilar goes on to state that “trans women do not have an advantage and biological diversity is everywhere.” The supposed evidence referenced by Bailar is not linked in the graphic.

In response to the post, Quillette editor Jon Kay highlighted that Morin himself had once dominated a women’s race in Ottawa, Ontario.

At the 5km event, organized by BougeBouge in February of 2024, Morin recorded a time of 25 minutes and 32 seconds in the Female 30-39 category. The fasted female in the same category came in second place with 31:16, a whole 5 minutes and 44 seconds behind Morin, followed shortly after by the woman in third place. Morin’s time placed him as the “fastest female” across all categories, nabbing the prestige from a young girl who had competed in the 10-12 age category.

Had Morin been running with other men, he would have come in third in his age category and 10th overall.

Before serving as Marci Ien’s right-hand man, Morin worked under Canada’s Minister of Health, Jean Yves-Duclos, from February 2020 until January 2022, where he was not only partly responsible for “working on Canada’s answer to the COVID-19 pandemic,” but also “trans-health issues.” It is unclear how much influence Morin had in the department during his time working there.

He had also previously received a glowing report from the CBC’s French language arm, Radio Canada, while campaigning to become a Liberal Member of Parliament during the 2021 election.

“Of the many, Liberal candidate Nathanielle Morin stands out for the uniqueness of her background. A woman and young – she is 28 – she is a rarity in the political arena. A trans woman to boot, although she does not base her campaign on this reality,” Radio Canada wrote, even though a significant proportion of Morin’s comments on his X account relate to transgender issues.

Aussie Women’s Rights Campaigner Hit With “Apprehended Violence Order” By Trans-Identified Male She’s Never Met

A trans-identified male soccer player in Australia has successfully petitioned a New South Wales court to obtain an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) against a women’s rights campaigner he had never met. Stephanie Blanch, a male who plays on a women’s soccer team, told the court he felt “threatened” by the knowledge of women’s rights campaigner Kirralie Smith’s views about men who participate in women’s sports.

Smith is a spokeswoman with Binary Australia, a campaign group dedicated to advocating for single-sex sports in Australia. Smith’s vocal view that males should not be allowed to self-identify into women’s sport had previously made her a target for controversy. Last year, she launched a letter-writing campaign encouraging concerned individuals to contact Football New South Wales after it was reported that a trans-identified male on a women’s football team had caused injuries to multiple female players.

For her role in bringing awareness to the injuries sustained by female athletes, Smith was visited by New South Wales Police and handed an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) on March 30, 2024, requiring that she neither discuss nor approach Riley Dennis, the male players involved. The AVO, a legal measure similar to a restraining order, was withdrawn by authorities in September.

But Smith has now been hit with a new AVO by a different trans-identified male player. While mainstream coverage of the ruling has censored the identity of the man involved, Reduxx can report his identity as Stephanie Blanch, a player with the Wingham Warriors ladies team.

Blanch first applied for his AVO against Smith in March of 2023, but was rejected in January of 2024 after the Civil and Administrative Tribunal of New South Wales found that the scope of the request was out of their jurisdiction. But Blanch appealed, arguing that Smith’s “conduct” had caused him to fear for his safety.

Among his evidence was that Smith had tweeted about “a bloke on the women’s team in Wingham” in January of 2023, as well as posted a publicly-available photo of Blanch receiving an award and referred to him as a “bloke in a frock.” Blanch also complained that Smith had been spotted in the general Wingham area one month later.

According to court records, which referred to Blanch with feminine pronouns, the player “believed the Respondent was focussing on her and her involvement in football as taking away women’s rights,” and “feared for her safety and the safety of her football friends and community. She feared that the Respondent was not going to stop.”

Stephanie Blanch.

In February of 2023, Blanch claims to have filed a police complaint against Smith, despite the fact the two had never even met in person.

In a December 2024 ruling on the AVO, the District Court emphasized the fact that Smith had declined to refer to Blanch by his chosen pronouns, writing that she “repeatedly referred to the Appellant as a male, a man, a bloke and ‘he,’ where the Appellant does not refer to herself that way.”

“The term ‘misgendering’ is a reference to the Respondent re-naming the Appellant in a way that she does not wish to be referred to, and in that sense, it was belittling and offensive. It denigrates the Appellant’s right to describe herself as she wishes, not as a stranger wishes to label her.”

The judge continued by acknowledging that while the relevant laws do not mention “misgendering” as a violation, it could be considered “sufficiently harassing.”

In the December 2024 ruling, the judge imposed an AVO against Smith, prohibiting her from approaching, contacting, or naming Blanch. She is also barred from gong to the Wingham Sporting Complex or soccer fields.

Since pursuing the AVO against Smith, Blanch has taken great steps to largely scrub his online presence. Multiple results related to Blanch have been completely withheld on Google, a likely response to an order from the eSafety Commissioner. The Commissioner is an agent of the Australian government who regulates “online harms.”

A notice that appears amongst the Google search results for Stephanie Blanch.

The eSafety Commissioner has previously worked to censor information related to the exposure of trans-identified males participating in women’s sport in Australia.

Last year, Reduxx was contacted by the Commissioner and advised to censor or delete an article naming Riley Dennis as having been the subject of complaint after he was alleged to have injured female players during a match.

In the article targeted by the eSafety Commissioner, Reduxx had revealed that Dennis was one of as many as five trans-identified male players currently competing against women in Football New South Wales competitions. An initial report from The Daily Mail Australia had chosen not to identify him when reporting on the injuries he was alleged to have caused, censoring images of him and declining to provide his name. However, Reduxx confirmed the player’s identity using the censored images from The Daily Mail Australia report and cross-referencing them to Dennis’ social media.

EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: Psychologist Who Counseled Minors on Gender and Sexuality Charged with Possession of Child Pornography

A Canadian “kink-allied” psychologist who worked with vulnerable youth in Calgary is facing child pornography charges following his arrest on January 30 by the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams’ (ALERT) internet child exploitation unit. Dustin Hrycun, 45, worked to treat both adults and troubled youth at Rising Sun Psychological Services.

Hrycun has been charged with possessing and disseminating child pornography through the online social media application Kik. Kik is a freeware messaging platform notorious for its use in facilitating in child sexual abuse.

ALERT told CTV News that it is “unknown at this time” if any of his young clients were among the victims.

https://twitter.com/ALERT_AB/status/1885373242627809368

“Given the suspect’s position of care and trust, it is certainly concerning, and we can appreciate how clients would be alarmed,” said Staff Sgt. Mark Auger in a Friday news release. “Our investigation will continue, and with a full forensic analysis of his electronic devices in an attempt to explore other evidence.”

Despite the ongoing investigation, Hrycun was released from custody into the community and is scheduled to appear in court February 25.

A now-deleted online profile posted to Psychology Today listed Hrycun as a “sex-positive,” “kink allied,” “queer allied,” “transgender allied,” and “non-monogamy” expert offering counseling services for teens and adults.

“I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, couples work, life transition, belief system struggles, religious trauma, existential and self discovery, and sexuality and gender issues. In being a survivor of conversion therapy I have a passion for helping people move through and past anything holding them back from living life unhindered,” reads Hrycun’s profile.

Reduxx has located several social media profiles belonging to Hrycun which reveal that he supports gender ideology and identifies as a homosexual who, he claims, was made to undergo “conversion therapy” at an earlier time.

On one of his profiles, Hrycun has shared his mixed media art which often depicts overt sexual themes. One image, posted in 2019, which shows a heart drawn with foam, is captioned: “Sadly, there are arguably few minorities that are misunderstood and less loved than the beauties that make up the ‘T’ in our LGBGTQ+ community.”

Another post from December that year is of a collage of nude men on a rainbow background with a pair of praying hands featured prominently in the foreground.

“I was once sadly a part of a conservative religious background that spoke of praying the gay away,” Hrycun wrote in the image description.

“I once was prayed for in hopes that the gay would be taken away… this also came with the expectation I was to be slain by the spirit; essentially overcome by the power of God so much so that my physical strength would collapse and I would fall to the ground,” he continued.

“It’s a shame the guys behind me, waiting to catch me when I ‘got slain,’ weren’t better looking… it woulda made the attempts by the man praying and pushing his hand hard into my forehead, seemingly to get me to lose my balance, easier to give into. So, perhaps instead we should use the golden hands of righteous prayer to pray for the gay as opposed to praying something away.”

Several other images created by Hrycun feature photo clippings from what appear to pornography magazines. However, it is the video content made by Hrycun, and ostensibly made readily available to his young patients, which is the most unsettling.

On another Instagram account, Hrycun has produced over a dozen bizarre videos of himself writhing to the song “Moonlight Desires” by Lawrence Gowan to advertise his services as a psychologist. The videos are part of a campaign Hrycun created which he calls “non-monotonous Mondays,” but rather than showcasing any professional expertise, they often depict him behaving as though suffering from mental illness.

In one video, Hrycun is dressed in drag and mimes a seductive dance; in another, his face is painted to resemble a tiger and he continuously sprays water on himself as the makeup runs down his chin; in his pinned post, Hrycun is seen bound with a bag over his head, and after he frees himself, what appears to be jets of soda burst in front of his lap.

In all of the videos, Hrycun lipsyncs the lyrics: “You’ve got ways to take hold of my thoughts, overriding my senses… These moonlight desires haunt me, they want me.”

Dustin Hrycun performing a song for his audience.

“Non-monotonous Mondays are about realizing that we get to be co-creators of the days we experience,” Hrycun has repeatedly captioned each video. “Not every day is the same, or has to be the same, just as much as every crack in the sidewalk isn’t the same, and very much about how not every ‘moonlight desires’ experience needs to be the same.”

Rising Sun Psychological Services, where Hrycun was previously employed, issued a statement on Friday, which read: “We are shocked and saddened by this news involving Mr. Hrycun. At Rising Sun Psychological Services Inc. we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Mr. Hrycun had a very short tenure with Rising Sun Psychological Services Inc. In light of the circumstances, any and all association with Mr. Hrycun have been terminated. We understand investigations are ongoing and, as such, we are unable to comment further at this time.”

Anyone with information about this investigation, or any online child exploitation, is encouraged to contact local police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at crimestoppers.ab.ca.

Notorious Killer Who Murdered Mother and Two Young Daughters Now Identifies as Transgender, Sympathetically Profiled by Newsweek

Steven / Linda Hayes

A sadistic killer serving life for the brutal murder of a mother and her two daughters has received a sympathetic profile in Newsweek that has sparked outrage. In the interview, Steven Hayes, who is now calling himself Linda Mai Lee, blamed his “gender identity” woes for the killings, and promoted “gender affirming care” for inmates.

Hayes is currently serving six life sentences and a maximum sentence of 999 years, plus 99 months and 999 days, at Oregon State Penitentiary for the Connecticut home invasion and slaughter of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two young daughters. The 2007 killings, which shook the country due to the brutality, has come to be known as the Cheshire murders.

In his interview with Newsweek, Hayes told reporter Joshua Rhett Miller that he was “happy to be alive” since he began claiming to be a transgender woman and started taking female hormones in 2018. Hayes said that he has been provided with makeup, jewelry, and women’s underwear, including bras. The fetish items, Newsweek states, “eliminated [his] thoughts of suicide,” and Hayes is now seeking to undergo a breast augmentation and hair replacement procedure.

“My whole life I hid who I truly was and tried to deny it to myself,” Hayes said. “I had so much hate for who I was pretending to be, I stayed high and always wanted to die.”

Referring to the violent killer with feminine pronouns, Newsweek reported that “her former anger” which led to the slaughter of the Petit family “had been fueled by the question of her gender identity,” and that Hayes was now participating in Equality-8, a club for “LGBTQ” inmates.

When speaking with Miller, Hayes claimed to have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria at the age of 16, but curiously was not told of the diagnosis at the time – leading to a storm of “intolerance” brewing inside of him, and resulting in the killing spree for which he was convicted.

“I hurt, so I hurt others,” Hayes said. Newsweek, while portraying the convicted rapist and murderer sympathetically, added: “According to research by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law, transgender people are over four times more likely than others to be victims of violent crime.”

In the early hours of July 23, 2007, Hayes, along with accomplice Joshua Komiserjevsky whom he met at a halfway house, broke into the Petit family’s home in Cheshire, Connecticut. The two men would then enact a horrific seven-hour crime spree that would result in the sadistic killings of mother Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters, Michaela, 11, and Hayley, 17.

The Petit family: Michaela, William, Hayley, and Jennifer

Upon entering their home, Komiserjevsky proceeded to beat Dr. William Petit with a baseball bat before restraining him in the basement. Hayes and Komisarjevsky bound Jennifer, Michaela, and Hayley by their wrists and ankles to their bedposts and placed pillowcases over their heads.

The two men then ransacked the Petit home in a frenzied search for cash. Hayes was spotted on a gas station surveillance camera purchasing $10 worth of gasoline. Dissatisfied with the spoils of their burglary, Hayes abducted Jennifer and drove her to the bank in the morning, forcing her to withdraw $15,000 from her line of credit.

Hawke-Petit was able to inform the bank teller that she and her family were being held hostage by the men, and that they were threatening to kill them. The bank manager called the police while she was still with the teller. The Cheshire police then dispatched a crew of officers, who sent up a vehicle perimeter around the Petit’s house, while concealing their presence.

After Hayes returned from the bank with Jennifer, both he and Komiserjevsky escalated their brutality. Komiserjevsky raped 11 year-old Michaela, who he had spotted at the supermarket the day before. Prosecutors would later argue in court that the entire spree had been motivated by Komiserjevsky’s interest in sexually abusing the young girl. Komisarjevsky photographed the assault and rape on his cell phone.

Hayes raped Jennifer’s corpse after strangling her to death with a pair of stockings, and the two men doused her lifeless body in gasoline. They also poured gasoline on the two girls, who were still alive and bound in their rooms, before setting the house ablaze. Hayley managed to break free of her restraints and ran out of her bedroom, but collapsed and died of smoke inhalation in the hallway. Young Michaela’s body was found in her bed, her hands tied to the frame.

William Petit was the sole survivor of the slaughter. He had successfully freed himself, exited the house through the basement, and crawled to a neighbor’s house.

Both confessed to their crimes when questioned by police, and both would write letters boasting about the murders. Hayes was convicted in October 2010, and sentenced to death that December. Komisarjevsky was found guilty the following year and received the death sentence, as well, but the two killers would later have their sentences revised to life terms in prison.

Ultimately, the revised sentence would come even after claims made by Hayes in October 2011 that he had murdered 17 other women, including hitchhikers, run-aways, and sex trafficking victims. During Komisarjevsky’s trial Hayes had been conducting written correspondences in which he had made the claims, which local press described as a “twisted pornographic fantasy,” in a three-page handwritten letter on notebook paper.

“Yes, I’ve killed before,” Hayes bragged. “I have 17 kills throughout the Northeast United States. Perfect victims and well-executed, controlled endeavors.”

Hartford Courant, July 1, 2012

The letter stated that Hayes was willing to provide details about “every victim, all 17, and where they can be found and the whole life story behind it.” He also claimed to have taken pleasure in forcing the victims to write goodbye letters to their loved ones in such a manner as to make their disappearances seem voluntary.

“With most, a second and third note would be written, by the girls themselves, and I would mail these weeks and months later. The notes would be detailed and disarming. This was key because while the girl would be gone within hours, the notes gave the appearance of what I wanted, a runaway or a girl who left her boyfriend, or a hooker drug addict who went to greener pastures,” Hayes said. “Easy pesy.”

In the letter, Hayes also criticized his partner in crime for not being “worthy” of him. “I’ve searched my whole life for someone who could embrace and had the capacity for evil as I possess,” Hayes said. “I thought I finally found it in Josh… But events show Josh, while (he) had the proper evil intent, lacked in the most serious aspects, commitment and control.”

“So yes,” Hayes wrote, “the Petit home invasion was a dry run in the partnership between Josh and myself. I do now realize that had we gotten away, I would have killed Josh. He was not even close to being worthy of my partnership.”

Hayes would later recant the claims, saying he fabricated them in an attempt to be killed more swiftly. Bizarrely, while already on death row, Hayes said he wrote about killing 17 other women because he wanted police to grant his request for soda, a pepperoni pizza, and oysters with hot sauce. Hayes has a lethal allergy to oysters and therefore the letter confessing to over a dozen murders, he said, was an elaborate rouse to commit suicide.

The death sentences doled out to Hayes and Komisarjevsky were vacated in August 2015, when the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that the death penalty was unconstitutional and retroactively commuted all death sentences to life imprisonment.

While incarcerated at SCI Greene, a state prison in Pennsylvania, Hayes told Newsweek that he first became aware of transgenderism via an inmate named William Scott, who Hayes refers to as “Kim.” According to Hayes, Scott slipped information for a transgender support group into his cell in 2018.

Hayes told the outlet that the Cheshire murders would never have happened if he had “accepted” himself earlier.

“Every moment of that night haunts me because that is not who I am as a person… What happened goes against everything I believe and will haunt me forever. What makes it worse is knowing that I would never have been in that situation if I had accepted who I am sooner. I could have prevented years of pain I caused everyone if I had only accepted myself.”

In 2019, Hayes told listeners of a podcast hosted by Joe Tomaso that he had begun identifying as woman while in SCI Greene, and that he had been cited for contraband because he had a hand-fashioned bow in his hair and altered his prison gear to be more “feminine.” It was while he was at SCI Greene that Hayes changed his name, noting that he adopted the surname “Lee” in honor of a man he had been in a sexual relationship with at the facility.

“I did finally openly admit my personal truth that I am transgender and lived a life of severe gender dysphoria,” Hayes said. The inmate is currently proceeding in an ongoing lawsuit demanding $150,000 from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections for having previously confiscated his “gender affirming” items. In 2023, he was transferred to Oregon State Penitentiary, which he described as being “amazing by comparison” to Pennsylvania.

However, Hayes’ repeat claims of “gender dysphoria” are somewhat contradicted by expert testimony that was given by forensic psychiatrist Dr. Eric Goldsmith for the defense team during Hayes’ trial. According to Goldsmith, Hayes was motivated by a sexual fetish, not by “gender dysphoria.”

Since the age of 16, Hayes had been in and out of prison for charges ranging from writing bad checks to petty larceny. From a young age, Hayes learned how to manipulate those around him. While being held at the Cheshire Correctional Institution at the age of 17, Hayes penned a letter to prison officials seeking to have his sentence reduced.

“I feel that in the three months I have been here at Cheshire I have learned that I cannot go around breaking the law and expect to get away with it. I know what I did was inexcusable, but I will promise anything that it will never happen again,” Hayes wrote. “You have probably heard promises before, so all I can ask is that you accept my promise as the truth.”

During Komisarjevky’s trial in 2011, his legal counsel said Hayes checked out 24 fictional books in prison the year before the home invasion. Komisarjevsky’s attorneys said the majority of the books, according to the Connecticut state Department of Corrections, “pertain to very violent murders to include strangulation, rape, arson, serial killing, satanic torture and the burning of victims. Most victims are women.”

Currently, the Wikipedia entry on the Cheshire murders lists Hayes under the name “Linda” and refers to him with feminine pronouns. The site’s “talk” page for the article, which provides guidelines for editors, advises that the article “should adhere to the gender identity guideline because it contains material about one or more trans women.”

The Wikipedia entry on the Cheshire murders refers to Steven Hayes as a woman called “Linda”.

“Precedence should be given to self-designation as reported in the most up-to-date reliable sources, anywhere in article space, even when it doesn’t match what’s most common in reliable sources,” read the Wikipedia recommendations. Any person whose gender might be questioned should be referred to by the pronouns, possessive adjectives, and gendered nouns that reflect that person’s latest expressed gender self-identification.”

The issue of referring to Hayes as though he were actually a woman named Linda is a contentious one, with disapproval being expressed by Wikipedia users and editors. “This is a rapist and a murderer, and he only started identifying as a woman decades after his crime, yet you call him ‘she’ when talking about the rape and murder. This is ridiculous and an insult to the victims,” one critic remarked.

“Groomers supporting rapists and murderers. I stopped financially supporting Wikipedia years ago. I don’t regret it,” replied another individual.

ARGENTINA: Trans-Identified Male Arrested After Prostituting Young Girl To Pedophiles

A trans-identified male in Argentina has been arrested following a months-long undercover operation into his clandestine bar and brothel. Carolina Juárez was reportedly the owner of the secretive business, where multiple exploited women and a young girl were forced to sell sex.

The investigation into Juárez was first launched in October of last year by the National Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DDI), Argentina’s law enforcement body in charge of managing investigations into organized crime, complex crime, and federal crimes. Through tips, authorities became aware of an unlicensed, private bar being operated out of a secretive commercial space in the Buenos Aires municipality of La Costa.

But detectives quickly learned that the illegal bar was also operating as a brothel, with several exploited women being forced to sell sex by Juárez. Local prosecutor Walter Mercuri then instructed police to go undercover and infiltrate the bar, with detectives having to pose as customers and contact Juárez via WhatsApp to gain access to the premises.

The undercover agents visited the bar periodically over two months to collect hidden camera footage and recorded evidence of illegal activities. During the course of the investigation, the agents discovered that Juárez was also prostituting a young girl, offering her to pedophile clients through private WhatsApp groups.

On January 26, the DDI raided the bar and arrested Juárez and a number of his male clients. The minor was rescued and has brought for medical and psychological treatment.

Juárez was charged with the promotion and facilitation of prostitution of children under 18, and his devices have been seized for further forensic examination.

During his arrest, Juárez was searched and escorted by female police officers, suggesting he will be treated as a “woman” by investigators.

Juárez is one of a number of trans-identified males in Argentina who have been arrested after forcing women or children into prostitution. As previously reported by Reduxx in 2022, a prominent trans-identified “sex worker” was arrested on charges of sexually victimizing 30 people, some of whom were minors. Daniel Ariel Araya Segura, better known as Paloma León, kept the victims in slave-like conditions, where they were forced to be available to sell sexual services 24 hours a day. The victims were routinely threatened, beaten, and even had their government social assistance checks stolen by León.

Argentina is considered one of the most “trans friendly” countries in the world, and was one of the first nations to introduce comprehensive gender self-identification laws.

In 2012, it passed the Gender Identity Law, allowing individuals to change their legal sex on official documents without requiring surgery or judicial approval. The law also mandated access to hormone therapy and “gender-affirming care” as part of universal health coverage. In 2021, the senate passed the Diana Sacayán–Lohana Berkins Law, which established that the national public sector must reserve at least 1% of its positions and vacancies for trans people.

FRANCE: Gynecologist Suspended From Practice After LGBT Organization Files “Transphobia” Complaint

A French gynecologist has been sanctioned by medical authorities after a trans activist group reported him to the Minister of Equality for comments which they deemed to be “transphobic.” Dr. Victor Acharian, who operates in the Pau region, has been prohibited from practicing medicine for five months, with an additional one-month probationary period.

In August 2023, a trans-identified male and his partner visited Dr. Acharian’s office in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. After a few minutes of waiting, the secretary told the man that the doctor had refused to see him.

“I told her that I’m not competent, but I can guide you. I can refer you to services that can take better care of you. But after I said that, things went south,” gynaecologist Victor Acharian told Euronews, while referring to the trans-identified male with feminine pronouns.

“I thought I was being honest when I said it wasn’t my speciality. I don’t know how to treat them,” he added, while stating that this was the first time someone claiming to be transgender had requested an appointment at his office.

The trans-identified male allegedly shouted, “You’re transphobic!” while leaving the clinic. According to Dr. Acharian, the patient then began reacting violently to the refusal and insulted the staff.

The trans-identified male’s partner left a negative Google review for the gynecologist’s clinic, complaining that Acharian refused to provide services to him. “It was my trans partner’s first appointment. He refused to see her, his secretary threw us away coldly. I advise against [visiting]. Never again,” the review stated.

In response, the doctor remarked that his practice was only open to patients who were “real women.”

“SIR, I am a gynecologist, and I take care of real women. I have no skills to take care of MEN, even if they have shaved their beards and come to tell my secretary that they [have] become women. My GYNECOLOGICAL examination table is not suitable for examining men. You have specialized and very competent services to take care of men like you,” Acharian wrote, emphasizing his text with capitalized letters. “Thank you for informing TRANS people to never come for consultation with me.”

The trans-identified male who had attempted to set up an appointment with the gynecologist then contacted the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins to complain about the incident. Soon after, trans activist organization SOS Homophobie made a public statement condemning the doctor as “transphobic.”

“We denounce the transphobic and discriminatory remarks of gynaecologist Victor Acharian in Pau. Transphobia is a reality with serious consequences, particularly in access to health. It affects the entire territory.” The organization also tagged Bérangère Couillard, France’s Minister of Equality between Women and Men and the Fight against Discrimination, in an apparent effort to have Dr. Acharian investigated.

After the incident became widely publicized, Dr. Acharian defended himself while apologizing for his emotional reply.

“I reacted spontaneously, out of anger, and I felt I’d been unfairly attacked. I reacted with very clumsy words that may have offended. I’m well aware of that, I’ve expressed my regrets on several occasions,” said Dr. Acharian, while adding, “Just because it’s a cavity doesn’t mean it’s a classic vagina.”

In 2021, Acharian had made a similar comment to an individual who used the name using the name Tuncay CILGI, after they had left a one-star review without comment. Acharian responded: “Dear Sir. I do not know you. You cannot know me, since I am a gynecologist, and I only treat women. As for your political militancy, that does not concern me.”

On December 16, 2024, the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins sentenced Acharian to a five-month suspension, followed by a one-month probationary period. During that time, if the gynecologist is found to have engaged in transphobia or denied another trans-identified male patient, he would be sanctioned again.

“We are pleased to have confirmation that what happened that day was totally abnormal,” the trans-identified male’s lawyer said.

Trans activist organization SOS Homophobie posted a statement to their website suggesting that the doctor’s actions were potentially “also punishable by criminal sanctions.”

Women’s rights advocate Margeurite Stern, who has also been harshly criticized by SOS Homophobie, commented on the situation on X. “Gynecologists are trained to treat WOMEN’s genitals. Not inverted penises or cavities created using pieces of colon or peritoneum,” Stern said. “We live in a world of lunatics.”

Last September, Stern endured a terrifying ordeal after an explosion was set off at a building where she was scheduled to speak as part of a conference, titled Comment L’idéologie Transgenre Détruit des Vies? (How Transgender Ideology Destroys Lives). The event sought to discuss the harms of both medical transitioning and the aggression of trans activism. But even before the event was set to officially begin, the venue – a private school founded by right-wing Member of Parliament Marion Maréchal-Le Pen – was targeted for sabotage.

Security camera footage caught one unidentified individual setting off an explosive device. The explosion set fire to the electrical meter of the adjacent building, resulting in a power outage for some local residents. This occurred while trans activists had been vandalizing the front of the institute with threatening slogans.

Vandalism on the ISSEP building’s front read: “Dirty TERF,” an acronym which stands for ‘trans-exclusionary radical feminist’ and is often used as a pejorative to harass or threaten violence against women who oppose gender identity ideology.

The explosion and threatening message occurred after police cancelled a demonstration organized by over a dozen various trans activist and so-called feminist organizations, including SOS Homophobie, as well as NousToutes Rhône, Solidaires Rhône, Ensemble ! 69, VIFFIL-SOS Femmes, PS du Rhône, Filactions, Les Ecologistes 69, SOS Homophobie, Jeune Garde, and le Planning Familial.

Convicted Pedophile Who Owns Multinational Surrogacy Empire Charged with Sexual Assault of Young Employee

A prominent surrogacy agency in Europe is under investigation following accusations that its pedophile owner sexually assaulted an employee. José María Hill Prados, 63, is being accused of forcing a young employee to perform sexual acts as part of his employment with Gestlife.

Gestlife is one of the largest surrogacy firms in Europe, operating offices in 11 countries dedicated to facilitating child exchange contracts. On its site, it boasts that it has helped “2100 children be born,” and that over 55% of its clientele are “LGBTQIA+ couples.” But authorities in Barcelona are now investigating the company after an employee came forward to accuse the owner of sexual assault.

According to the complaint, the 20-year-old victim, who will be referred to as Alejandro, was in a precarious financial situation when he came upon a job advertisement on Instagram which promised regular work with a stable income. His confidence was bolstered by the fact that he knew the job offer to have associations in the “gay world.”

Interested in applying for the position, Alejandro responded to the advertisement and was connected with a man named “Albert,” who was in fact Gestlife’s owner, José María Hill Prados, using a false name. The two began chatting over Telegram via messages which automatically set to be deleted after 60 seconds.

During their conversation, Prados, as “Albert,” offered Alejandro employment “in exchange for him maintaining a sexual relationship with the head of the company,” referring to himself. Because Alejandro was struggling to make ends meet, and the salary far exceeded his current compensation, he accepted the job.

At the time, in April 2021, Alejandro did not have many friends, and similarly lacked a strong relationship with family members, making him particularly vulnerable to influence.

The Gestlife website offers vague employment opportunities and allows interested parties to submit an application.

Alejandro was then scheduled for another interview with Prados, this time in person, who once again took on a fake identity of “Diego.” Under the false identity, Prados questioned Alejandro about his sexual interests and if he would be “willing to let himself be penetrated.” Prados also stated that the victim must agree to sexual intercourse once a week.

However, over time, the situation worsened. Prados took Alejandro to his home in Premià de Dalt, Barcelona, where he sexually assaulted the young man in order to “verify” that the nature of his employment contract was “understood.” Prados then contracted Alejandro as an office worker for Gestlife.

Prado’s demands for “sexual favors” quickly became constant, and Alejandro was forced to endure being raped by the convicted pedophile several times a week while also being threatened by him. In his legal complaint, Alejandro states that he was raped by Prados repeatedly, even after he asked him to stop, and that the surrogacy business owner would, at times, refuse to wear a condom.

Though Prados continued to use the fake identity of “Diego,” Alejandro soon discovered his real name, and learned that Prados had previously been sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually abusing two children, and for creating illicit pornography of the acts he subjected them to.

As previously reported by Reduxx, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), a Paris-based consortium of investigative journalists, exposed Prados as a serial child sexual abuser who, before entering the surrogacy industry, founded a Russian children’s foster organization called Padres para Siempre (Parents forever).

In 1996, Prados, who was 36 at the time, was investigated by a Barcelona court for the crime of corruption of minors and several more sexual assaults of which his four adopted children, aged between 12 and 17, were reported to be victims. However, the details of the case were sealed from the public.

Defense lawyer Jordi Rojo used Prados’ children, those he abused, to argue against his imprisonment, and told the court that his client “loves his children very much and is very concerned about what could happen to them now.” The four minors, two brothers aged 17 and 16 and another two boys aged 13 and 12, had been taken into the care of the Generalitat’s Children’s Department during the court proceedings.

On the day the children were expected to testify in court regarding the allegations, they suddenly backed down and denied that they had ever been sexually abused. As the children had not yet made a statement on the record, Prados could not be convicted.

But soon afterwards, in 2007, Prados was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually abusing two children at the Casal Dels Infants del Raval center for minors in Barcelona. Prados was alleged to have exposed the children to pornographic films in order to groom them at his home in Cervelló, Spain, where he also sexually assaulted them. Prados was convicted of raping both of the children and for creating pornography of the assaults.

During court proceedings, it was alleged that there were more than 30 children who had been victims of rape and sexual abuse at the hands of Prados and nearly a dozen other men while he worked at the Casal Dels Infants del Raval. A total of 13 individuals were arrested in addition to Prados. It has come to be known as one of the most shocking modern pedophilia scandals in Barcelona.

The sentence was ultimately anonymized, with Prados’ identity being obscured as ‘Carlos Jesús’ by the court. However, his identity, along with the identity of one of the child victims, was later revealed after the boy came forward to recant his allegations and claim that he was pressured into making the accusations. But the judge disagreed, finding that there was sufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. Prados would go on to serve his full prison sentence.

In 2015, Prados set up a surrogacy company called Subrogalia based in Spain, according to corporate records. The company, one of over a dozen currently owned by Prados, was quickly mired in controversy and allegations of child trafficking.

Prados’ business partner in the ventures is Didac Giménez Sánchez, who has been revealed to have been one of the child victims Prados had been convicted of raping in 2007.

Sánchez (left) seen sharing an office with child sexual abuser Prados (right) in a photo shared to Subrogalia’s Twitter profile that was quickly deleted. Source: El Confidencial.

The OCCRP probe into Prados’ extensive criminal empire found that Subrogalia had been investigated in at least two countries out of the nine where it now operates. Alleged crimes include selling and trafficking of babies, in addition to providing clients with infants that were not biologically related to them.

Subrogalia has operations in as many as nine countries, according to the OCCRP, including Russia, Greece, and, briefly, Mexico. But the primary source of the company’s revenue can be traced to its clinics in Ukraine. The OCCRP investigation cites a former manager who said that, before the war, women in Ukraine bore approximately 100 babies annually for paying parents, each earning the company around €8,000 (approx. $8,600 USD) in profit.

Before the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, the Eastern European nation earned a reputation as an international hub for the sale of babies through surrogacy contracts. The industry has been known to target women who are struggling financially, offering them payments of approximately $11,000 for a healthy baby – more than three times the average yearly salary in Ukraine.

In order to distance the company from the litigation, Subrogalia Ukraine rebranded as Eurosurrogacy in 2017. Concurrently, Subrogalia Spain was renamed to Gestlife.

Prados’ enterprises have a specific focus on providing gay men children, and Gestlife boasts that the majority of its clients are gay couples and single men.

“More than 55% of our parents are single men, gay couples, or single gay men, who, at a certain point in their lives, have received the call of parenthood. Surrogacy for gay couples, or for single men, is the best way to achieve parenthood, due to the practical impossibility of a successful international adoption process. The number of surrogacy cases in Spain has, in the last two years, surpassed the number of international adoptions,” reads Gestlife’s website on a page aimed at “LGBT” customers.

Prados and Sánchez were also business partners with one of the largest IVF clinic chains in the world, the BioTexCom Clinic in Kiev, which has implanted embryos for about 95 percent of Eurosurrogacy’s Spanish clients.

In 2018, Sergii Antonov, a Kiev-based lawyer specializing in the medical field, told the press that of the estimated 2,000 infants born through surrogacy in Ukraine every year, nearly half were through BioTexCom.

BioTexCom told the press that its management was unaware of Prados’ criminal record when they went into business together. This claim is not entirely without merit: in addition to his surrogacy network, Prados is also the figure behind a shadowy corporation dedicated to burying and erasing incriminating information from the internet.

“We erase your past,” boasts Eliminalia, a business led by the convicted pedophile, which has netted millions in revenue over the past decade for restoring the online reputation of hundreds of clients who have been convicted and investigated in 54 countries for corruption, money laundering, sexual abuse and drug trafficking.

Earlier this month, Reduxx received a legal threat via email ostensibly sent on behalf of Diego Sánchez Giménez, the alias of Didac Giménez Sánchez, Prados’ victim and business partner. The email demanded the full retraction of Reduxx‘s article naming Prados and Sánchez.

“The content of the article links my client to criminal activities, specifically child trafficking, document forgery and fake marriages, in an unfounded and gravely defamatory manner, causing irreparable harm. These allegations are entirely false, lack evidentiary support, and have been refuted in various judicial instances,” read the email, which was signed Alvaro Rocha.

But while claiming to be a communications from “legal counsel”, the email was sent from a business address linked to a company known as iData Protection. Reduxx discovered that Prados had recently renamed his criminal online reputation enterprise Eliminalia to iData Protection – meaning that the legal threat demanding the removal of incriminating information about his various corporations had come directly from Prados himself.
