A trans-identified male in Argentina has been arrested following a months-long undercover operation into his clandestine bar and brothel. Carolina Juárez was reportedly the owner of the secretive business, where multiple exploited women and a young girl were forced to sell sex.
The investigation into Juárez was first launched in October of last year by the National Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DDI), Argentina’s law enforcement body in charge of managing investigations into organized crime, complex crime, and federal crimes. Through tips, authorities became aware of an unlicensed, private bar being operated out of a secretive commercial space in the Buenos Aires municipality of La Costa.
But detectives quickly learned that the illegal bar was also operating as a brothel, with several exploited women being forced to sell sex by Juárez. Local prosecutor Walter Mercuri then instructed police to go undercover and infiltrate the bar, with detectives having to pose as customers and contact Juárez via WhatsApp to gain access to the premises.
The undercover agents visited the bar periodically over two months to collect hidden camera footage and recorded evidence of illegal activities. During the course of the investigation, the agents discovered that Juárez was also prostituting a young girl, offering her to pedophile clients through private WhatsApp groups.
On January 26, the DDI raided the bar and arrested Juárez and a number of his male clients. The minor was rescued and has brought for medical and psychological treatment.
Juárez was charged with the promotion and facilitation of prostitution of children under 18, and his devices have been seized for further forensic examination.
During his arrest, Juárez was searched and escorted by female police officers, suggesting he will be treated as a “woman” by investigators.
Juárez is one of a number of trans-identified males in Argentina who have been arrested after forcing women or children into prostitution. As previously reported by Reduxx in 2022, a prominent trans-identified “sex worker” was arrested on charges of sexually victimizing 30 people, some of whom were minors. Daniel Ariel Araya Segura, better known as Paloma León, kept the victims in slave-like conditions, where they were forced to be available to sell sexual services 24 hours a day. The victims were routinely threatened, beaten, and even had their government social assistance checks stolen by León.
Argentina is considered one of the most “trans friendly” countries in the world, and was one of the first nations to introduce comprehensive gender self-identification laws.
In 2012, it passed the Gender Identity Law, allowing individuals to change their legal sex on official documents without requiring surgery or judicial approval. The law also mandated access to hormone therapy and “gender-affirming care” as part of universal health coverage. In 2021, the senate passed the Diana Sacayán–Lohana Berkins Law, which established that the national public sector must reserve at least 1% of its positions and vacancies for trans people.

A French gynecologist has been sanctioned by medical authorities after a trans activist group reported him to the Minister of Equality for comments which they deemed to be “transphobic.” Dr. Victor Acharian, who operates in the Pau region, has been prohibited from practicing medicine for five months, with an additional one-month probationary period.
In August 2023, a trans-identified male and his partner visited Dr. Acharian’s office in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. After a few minutes of waiting, the secretary told the man that the doctor had refused to see him.
“I told her that I’m not competent, but I can guide you. I can refer you to services that can take better care of you. But after I said that, things went south,” gynaecologist Victor Acharian told Euronews, while referring to the trans-identified male with feminine pronouns.

“I thought I was being honest when I said it wasn’t my speciality. I don’t know how to treat them,” he added, while stating that this was the first time someone claiming to be transgender had requested an appointment at his office.
The trans-identified male allegedly shouted, “You’re transphobic!” while leaving the clinic. According to Dr. Acharian, the patient then began reacting violently to the refusal and insulted the staff.
The trans-identified male’s partner left a negative Google review for the gynecologist’s clinic, complaining that Acharian refused to provide services to him. “It was my trans partner’s first appointment. He refused to see her, his secretary threw us away coldly. I advise against [visiting]. Never again,” the review stated.
In response, the doctor remarked that his practice was only open to patients who were “real women.”
“SIR, I am a gynecologist, and I take care of real women. I have no skills to take care of MEN, even if they have shaved their beards and come to tell my secretary that they [have] become women. My GYNECOLOGICAL examination table is not suitable for examining men. You have specialized and very competent services to take care of men like you,” Acharian wrote, emphasizing his text with capitalized letters. “Thank you for informing TRANS people to never come for consultation with me.”
The trans-identified male who had attempted to set up an appointment with the gynecologist then contacted the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins to complain about the incident. Soon after, trans activist organization SOS Homophobie made a public statement condemning the doctor as “transphobic.”
“We denounce the transphobic and discriminatory remarks of gynaecologist Victor Acharian in Pau. Transphobia is a reality with serious consequences, particularly in access to health. It affects the entire territory.” The organization also tagged Bérangère Couillard, France’s Minister of Equality between Women and Men and the Fight against Discrimination, in an apparent effort to have Dr. Acharian investigated.
After the incident became widely publicized, Dr. Acharian defended himself while apologizing for his emotional reply.
“I reacted spontaneously, out of anger, and I felt I’d been unfairly attacked. I reacted with very clumsy words that may have offended. I’m well aware of that, I’ve expressed my regrets on several occasions,” said Dr. Acharian, while adding, “Just because it’s a cavity doesn’t mean it’s a classic vagina.”
In 2021, Acharian had made a similar comment to an individual who used the name using the name Tuncay CILGI, after they had left a one-star review without comment. Acharian responded: “Dear Sir. I do not know you. You cannot know me, since I am a gynecologist, and I only treat women. As for your political militancy, that does not concern me.”
On December 16, 2024, the Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins sentenced Acharian to a five-month suspension, followed by a one-month probationary period. During that time, if the gynecologist is found to have engaged in transphobia or denied another trans-identified male patient, he would be sanctioned again.
“We are pleased to have confirmation that what happened that day was totally abnormal,” the trans-identified male’s lawyer said.
Trans activist organization SOS Homophobie posted a statement to their website suggesting that the doctor’s actions were potentially “also punishable by criminal sanctions.”
Women’s rights advocate Margeurite Stern, who has also been harshly criticized by SOS Homophobie, commented on the situation on X. “Gynecologists are trained to treat WOMEN’s genitals. Not inverted penises or cavities created using pieces of colon or peritoneum,” Stern said. “We live in a world of lunatics.”

Last September, Stern endured a terrifying ordeal after an explosion was set off at a building where she was scheduled to speak as part of a conference, titled Comment L’idéologie Transgenre Détruit des Vies? (How Transgender Ideology Destroys Lives). The event sought to discuss the harms of both medical transitioning and the aggression of trans activism. But even before the event was set to officially begin, the venue – a private school founded by right-wing Member of Parliament Marion Maréchal-Le Pen – was targeted for sabotage.
Security camera footage caught one unidentified individual setting off an explosive device. The explosion set fire to the electrical meter of the adjacent building, resulting in a power outage for some local residents. This occurred while trans activists had been vandalizing the front of the institute with threatening slogans.
Vandalism on the ISSEP building’s front read: “Dirty TERF,” an acronym which stands for ‘trans-exclusionary radical feminist’ and is often used as a pejorative to harass or threaten violence against women who oppose gender identity ideology.
The explosion and threatening message occurred after police cancelled a demonstration organized by over a dozen various trans activist and so-called feminist organizations, including SOS Homophobie, as well as NousToutes Rhône, Solidaires Rhône, Ensemble ! 69, VIFFIL-SOS Femmes, PS du Rhône, Filactions, Les Ecologistes 69, SOS Homophobie, Jeune Garde, and le Planning Familial.

A prominent surrogacy agency in Europe is under investigation following accusations that its pedophile owner sexually assaulted an employee. José María Hill Prados, 63, is being accused of forcing a young employee to perform sexual acts as part of his employment with Gestlife.
Gestlife is one of the largest surrogacy firms in Europe, operating offices in 11 countries dedicated to facilitating child exchange contracts. On its site, it boasts that it has helped “2100 children be born,” and that over 55% of its clientele are “LGBTQIA+ couples.” But authorities in Barcelona are now investigating the company after an employee came forward to accuse the owner of sexual assault.
According to the complaint, the 20-year-old victim, who will be referred to as Alejandro, was in a precarious financial situation when he came upon a job advertisement on Instagram which promised regular work with a stable income. His confidence was bolstered by the fact that he knew the job offer to have associations in the “gay world.”
Interested in applying for the position, Alejandro responded to the advertisement and was connected with a man named “Albert,” who was in fact Gestlife’s owner, José María Hill Prados, using a false name. The two began chatting over Telegram via messages which automatically set to be deleted after 60 seconds.
During their conversation, Prados, as “Albert,” offered Alejandro employment “in exchange for him maintaining a sexual relationship with the head of the company,” referring to himself. Because Alejandro was struggling to make ends meet, and the salary far exceeded his current compensation, he accepted the job.
At the time, in April 2021, Alejandro did not have many friends, and similarly lacked a strong relationship with family members, making him particularly vulnerable to influence.
The Gestlife website offers vague employment opportunities and allows interested parties to submit an application.
Alejandro was then scheduled for another interview with Prados, this time in person, who once again took on a fake identity of “Diego.” Under the false identity, Prados questioned Alejandro about his sexual interests and if he would be “willing to let himself be penetrated.” Prados also stated that the victim must agree to sexual intercourse once a week.
However, over time, the situation worsened. Prados took Alejandro to his home in Premià de Dalt, Barcelona, where he sexually assaulted the young man in order to “verify” that the nature of his employment contract was “understood.” Prados then contracted Alejandro as an office worker for Gestlife.
Prado’s demands for “sexual favors” quickly became constant, and Alejandro was forced to endure being raped by the convicted pedophile several times a week while also being threatened by him. In his legal complaint, Alejandro states that he was raped by Prados repeatedly, even after he asked him to stop, and that the surrogacy business owner would, at times, refuse to wear a condom.
Though Prados continued to use the fake identity of “Diego,” Alejandro soon discovered his real name, and learned that Prados had previously been sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually abusing two children, and for creating illicit pornography of the acts he subjected them to.

As previously reported by Reduxx, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), a Paris-based consortium of investigative journalists, exposed Prados as a serial child sexual abuser who, before entering the surrogacy industry, founded a Russian children’s foster organization called Padres para Siempre (Parents forever).
In 1996, Prados, who was 36 at the time, was investigated by a Barcelona court for the crime of corruption of minors and several more sexual assaults of which his four adopted children, aged between 12 and 17, were reported to be victims. However, the details of the case were sealed from the public.
Defense lawyer Jordi Rojo used Prados’ children, those he abused, to argue against his imprisonment, and told the court that his client “loves his children very much and is very concerned about what could happen to them now.” The four minors, two brothers aged 17 and 16 and another two boys aged 13 and 12, had been taken into the care of the Generalitat’s Children’s Department during the court proceedings.
On the day the children were expected to testify in court regarding the allegations, they suddenly backed down and denied that they had ever been sexually abused. As the children had not yet made a statement on the record, Prados could not be convicted.
But soon afterwards, in 2007, Prados was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually abusing two children at the Casal Dels Infants del Raval center for minors in Barcelona. Prados was alleged to have exposed the children to pornographic films in order to groom them at his home in Cervelló, Spain, where he also sexually assaulted them. Prados was convicted of raping both of the children and for creating pornography of the assaults.
During court proceedings, it was alleged that there were more than 30 children who had been victims of rape and sexual abuse at the hands of Prados and nearly a dozen other men while he worked at the Casal Dels Infants del Raval. A total of 13 individuals were arrested in addition to Prados. It has come to be known as one of the most shocking modern pedophilia scandals in Barcelona.
The sentence was ultimately anonymized, with Prados’ identity being obscured as ‘Carlos Jesús’ by the court. However, his identity, along with the identity of one of the child victims, was later revealed after the boy came forward to recant his allegations and claim that he was pressured into making the accusations. But the judge disagreed, finding that there was sufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. Prados would go on to serve his full prison sentence.
In 2015, Prados set up a surrogacy company called Subrogalia based in Spain, according to corporate records. The company, one of over a dozen currently owned by Prados, was quickly mired in controversy and allegations of child trafficking.
Prados’ business partner in the ventures is Didac Giménez Sánchez, who has been revealed to have been one of the child victims Prados had been convicted of raping in 2007.

The OCCRP probe into Prados’ extensive criminal empire found that Subrogalia had been investigated in at least two countries out of the nine where it now operates. Alleged crimes include selling and trafficking of babies, in addition to providing clients with infants that were not biologically related to them.
Subrogalia has operations in as many as nine countries, according to the OCCRP, including Russia, Greece, and, briefly, Mexico. But the primary source of the company’s revenue can be traced to its clinics in Ukraine. The OCCRP investigation cites a former manager who said that, before the war, women in Ukraine bore approximately 100 babies annually for paying parents, each earning the company around €8,000 (approx. $8,600 USD) in profit.
Before the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, the Eastern European nation earned a reputation as an international hub for the sale of babies through surrogacy contracts. The industry has been known to target women who are struggling financially, offering them payments of approximately $11,000 for a healthy baby – more than three times the average yearly salary in Ukraine.
In order to distance the company from the litigation, Subrogalia Ukraine rebranded as Eurosurrogacy in 2017. Concurrently, Subrogalia Spain was renamed to Gestlife.
Prados’ enterprises have a specific focus on providing gay men children, and Gestlife boasts that the majority of its clients are gay couples and single men.
“More than 55% of our parents are single men, gay couples, or single gay men, who, at a certain point in their lives, have received the call of parenthood. Surrogacy for gay couples, or for single men, is the best way to achieve parenthood, due to the practical impossibility of a successful international adoption process. The number of surrogacy cases in Spain has, in the last two years, surpassed the number of international adoptions,” reads Gestlife’s website on a page aimed at “LGBT” customers.
Prados and Sánchez were also business partners with one of the largest IVF clinic chains in the world, the BioTexCom Clinic in Kiev, which has implanted embryos for about 95 percent of Eurosurrogacy’s Spanish clients.
In 2018, Sergii Antonov, a Kiev-based lawyer specializing in the medical field, told the press that of the estimated 2,000 infants born through surrogacy in Ukraine every year, nearly half were through BioTexCom.
BioTexCom told the press that its management was unaware of Prados’ criminal record when they went into business together. This claim is not entirely without merit: in addition to his surrogacy network, Prados is also the figure behind a shadowy corporation dedicated to burying and erasing incriminating information from the internet.
“We erase your past,” boasts Eliminalia, a business led by the convicted pedophile, which has netted millions in revenue over the past decade for restoring the online reputation of hundreds of clients who have been convicted and investigated in 54 countries for corruption, money laundering, sexual abuse and drug trafficking.
Earlier this month, Reduxx received a legal threat via email ostensibly sent on behalf of Diego Sánchez Giménez, the alias of Didac Giménez Sánchez, Prados’ victim and business partner. The email demanded the full retraction of Reduxx‘s article naming Prados and Sánchez.
“The content of the article links my client to criminal activities, specifically child trafficking, document forgery and fake marriages, in an unfounded and gravely defamatory manner, causing irreparable harm. These allegations are entirely false, lack evidentiary support, and have been refuted in various judicial instances,” read the email, which was signed Alvaro Rocha.
But while claiming to be a communications from “legal counsel”, the email was sent from a business address linked to a company known as iData Protection. Reduxx discovered that Prados had recently renamed his criminal online reputation enterprise Eliminalia to iData Protection – meaning that the legal threat demanding the removal of incriminating information about his various corporations had come directly from Prados himself.

A trans-identified male in Edmonton, Alberta, has been charged after allegedly sexually assaulting multiple women at a women’s shelter in the city. Mika Lin Katz, 37, is also known as Michael Collins.
On January 24, the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) issued a press release on the incidents, revealing that Katz had first come to their attention in August of 2024 after two women came forward to report they had been victimized by Katz. Following an investigation, Katz was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault.
Despite the serious nature of the charges, Katz was then released with conditions, including to not contact or communicate with any of the complainants; not possess any weapons, firearms or ammunition; and not be within 50 meters of any women’s shelter in Alberta.

However, two additional victims have since come forward and reported that Katz had also victimized them in August of 2024 at the same shelter. The incidents took place on different days. On Thursday, January 23, Katz was re-arrested by EPS and faces two additional charges of criminal harassment and sexual assault.
The EPS is now asking any additional complainants to come forward, as Katz is believed to have potentially victimized more women.

Reduxx has identified multiple social media profiles believed to belong to Katz, including one where he claims to have started taking cross-sex hormones in January of 2024. Katz identifies himself using “she/her/they/them” pronouns, and utilizes a “transgender pride” banner across several of his Facebook accounts.
On one of his Instagram accounts, Katz calls himself a “woman trapped in a man’s body”,” and follows a number of transgender and lesbian-focused pornography accounts.
Katz also operated a profile on ChatKK, a free chat site, seeking “female friends” explicitly, and claiming to have been “widowed due to unforseen” circumstances.

This is not the first incident involving a trans-identified male being accused of sexually assaulting women at a female shelter in Canada.
In April of 2023, a man was apprehended in Windsor, Ontario, in relation to a sexual assault that had taken place at a local women’s shelter. The suspect was identified by Windsor Police Service as 32-year-old Desiree Anderson, also known as Cody D’Entremont. Anderson, who appears to have since detransitioned, was later acquitted of the charges after his lawyer argued that the victim was not credible.
Similarly, in 2022, it was reported that a woman was allegedly raped by a sex offender at a women’s shelter in West Parry Sound after the predator identified as transgender in order to gain access to the facility.
Shane Jacob Green, 25, was arrested on August 24, 2022, by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). At the time, the OPP issued a notice stating Green had been charged with two counts of sexual assault, four counts of failing to comply with a probation order, and one count of failing to comply with a release order. But it was later revealed that the crimes had occurred while Green was staying in a local women’s shelter.

Despite Canada’s vast size, there is only one known single-sex shelter in the country.
Vancouver Rape Relief (VRR), located in the province of British Columbia, is Canada’s oldest rape crisis shelter. In 2019, it was stripped of its city funding after asserting it had a right to provide services exclusively to females. Trans activists successfully lobbied the Vancouver city government to make the shelter’s funding contingent on accepting males who identified as transgender.
As a result of its hardline stance on being exclusively for women in need, VRR was targeted by trans activists repeatedly in incidents of disturbing vandalism which included nailing the corpses of dead animals to its charity shop door.

A notorious neo-Nazi in Germany has announced his gender transition and is actively pursuing women who “misgender” him under the nation’s new self-identification law. Sven Liebich, who now goes by the name “Maria-Svenja,” is a convicted criminal with a history of violence and “incitement to ethnic and racial hatred.”
Liebich first began to identify as transgender in 2024, with the knowledge of his newfound gender identity coming to the attention of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution in the federal State Saxony-Anhalt. The Office confirmed to BILD that they had been informed of his changes in December of 2024, having observed Liebich for years because of his involvement in extremist groups.
According to the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung, the gender changes by Liebich were processed at the registry office in the city of Schkeuditz, Saxony, and have been official since December. But Liebich has not altered his external appearance, and still “presents” as a male. When questioned about this, Liebich claimed it was due to a fear of discrimination.
Since beginning to identify as a “woman,” Liebich appears to have taken immediate advantage of Germany’s new gender self-identification law, which came into effect in November of 2024 and imposes harsh penalties for “discrimination.”
This legislation, also known as the Self-Determination Act, significantly relaxed the requirements for changing an individual’s legal sex marker or name, removing a previous prerequisite of psychological assessments or judicial approval. The Act also imposes fines on those who are found guilty of failing to treat someone as their self-declared gender.
Liebich is now seeking damages for “discrimination” from people who correctly identify him as a biological male. One of his targets, Josefine Barbaric, is the chairwoman of Nein, lass das! e.V. (No, don’t do that!), an association dedicated to protecting children from sexual violence.
After hearing about Liebich’s gender change, Barbaric took to Instagram to address the implications of the Self-Determination Act, expressing concern that violent men now have the ability to request housing in women’s prisons.
Barbaric has now received a letter from Liebich’s lawyers demanding that she remove her Instagram post and cease using male pronouns for him. Liebich is requesting €15,000 in compensation from Barbaric, along with covering the costs of his legal representation.

Reduxx has exclusively obtained the legal threat, sent from the Andreas Wölfel law firm in Tröstau.
In the letter, Liebich is referred to as “Ms. Marla-Sven Liebich.” It states that Barbaric has “violated the legally anchored disclosure ban according to Paragraph 13 of the Self-Determination Act as well as the personal rights of their client” by “inaccurately“ referring to Liebich with male pronouns.
The letter further states that revealing the former sex and name constitutes “serious violations of Liebich’s privacy rights,” leading to “public humiliation” and “significant mental strain.” Barbaric’s Instagram post, they argue, has incited ”feelings of discrimination, humiliation, and reputational damage” for Liebich.
Liebich’s legal team has set a deadline of January 24 for Barbaric to pay €15,000 in compensation for the distress she caused, in addition to €1,375.88 in legal fees. Barbaric is also being ordered to sign a cease-and-desist declaration, which would entitle Liebich to collect a €10,000 fine from her if she were to ever misgender him in the future.
If Barbaric does not comply with all these demands by the end of business day today, Liebich’s lawyers will seek an injunction against her through court.
Speaking to Reduxx, Barbaric speculated that trans activists may have reported her to Liebich, as they routinely target her for expressing criticism of the Self-Determination Act.
Barbaric has spoken out against the Act in her capacity as a child safeguarding expert, noting that correctly identifying biological sex is critical in her line of work as pedophiles have explicit sex preferences in their victims. Barbaric has said that biological sex is part of a pedophile’s paraphilic sexual preference disorder.
Barbaric is a well-regarded advocate for children, and has even published an educational book recommended by police and government officials which helps children develop the confidence to set boundaries around their own bodies.

“I will not be silenced. Our voice is for the children. This case alone illustrates that in Germany, the abnormal has become the norm. Collective delusion and ideological distortions contribute nothing to the protection of children and women in Germany; indeed, they achieve the opposite,” Barbaric told Reduxx.
Despite currently seeking damages for discrimination, Liebich is currently on trial for incitement and defamation in a separate criminal matter. Last August, he was sentenced to one year and six months in prison without parole for the crimes, but he is challenging the verdict at Leipzig Regional Court.
If sent to prison, Liebich has stated that he will seek to be housed in a women’s correctional facility.
Germany’s radical self-identification law makes it difficult to prevent males, even those convicted of serious crimes, from being moved into women’s prisons.
Prior to the law coming into effect, renowned defense attorney Udo Vetter warned NiUS that only very well-founded exceptions could be made to prevent the transfers after a male declared himself to be a “female.” The burden of proof to refuse such a transfer lies with the state and can only be ensured by court-appointed experts in cases involving very serious crimes.
A recent report by Die Welt revealed that a series of trans-identified male prisoners, incarcerated across Germany, have repeatedly sexually assaulted and harassed female inmates and prison staff.

In Vechta, a women’s prison in Lower Saxony, three sexual assaults were reported between 2023 and 2024 by the same trans-identified male offender. Although the trans-identified man was not named, it is known that he was convicted for possession of images of child sexual abuse.
While the survey provided some insights into the implications of housing trans-identified men with women, comprehensive data is impossible to obtain. This is because so-called “trans- and non-binary identifying inmates” are only recorded as such if they request special provisions due to their gender identity.

A Scottish NHS Trust is seeking to ban a nurse and her lawyers from referring to a trans-identified male doctor, who used the female changing rooms multiple times, as a “man” during the course of an employment tribunal.
Nurse Sandie Peggie is going up against NHS Fife in a legal battle set to take place next month. The case relates to interactions between Peggie and Dr. Theodore “Beth” Upton, a trans-identified male doctor, at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy in 2023.
Despite being a biological male, who Peggie asserts “looks like a man” to hospital patients, the two encountered each other in the female changing rooms at the hospital multiple times after they first met in August 2023. On at least one of those occasions, Peggie had been in the process of changing and was only wearing her bra and trousers when Upton entered the changing room.

During another interaction on Christmas Eve of 2023, Upton declared that he had “as much right to be there as her,” leading to an argument that resulted in Peggie being suspended from work and an investigation into her for “bullying.”
Jane Russell urged employment judge Sandy Kemp to force Peggie and her legal team to refer to Upton in “neutral terms” throughout the case. She claimed it was “simply a matter of courtesy” to use the preferred pronouns of someone, and that it was “troubling” to have Upton “repeatedly and deliberately” misgendered.
“I’m afraid the way the claimant and her representatives are conducting this case is a form of activism, that in my submission, is contributing to a climate of hostility and hatred towards trans people, which is actively harmful and has actively harmed the second respondent. It shouldn’t be allowed,” Russell argued.

“It is simply not acceptable for a party to litigation and a witness to face harassment in the course of a tribunal hearing,” she continued.
She further claimed that due to non-binding guidelines that state that courts should not be “a forum for abuse,” any further misgendering would be tantamount to “state-sanctioned harassment.”
In response, Naomi Cunningham, representing Peggie, argued that the fact of Upton’s biological sex is “right at the heart” of her case. “The claimant can’t put her case, clearly and forcefully, without using correct-sex pronouns, as opposed to preferred pronouns,” she said.
“We don’t seek to police Ms. Russell’s language, they are entitled if they wish to use preferred pronouns, even if they are counter-factual,” she added. She further confirmed that Peggie’s legal team was not attempting to force the other side to use male pronouns, in what would be a similarly “wholly unreasonable” attempt to police language, but did want the court itself to refer to Upton only in neutral language, or as the “second respondent.”
Judge Kemp said that he would issue a ruling on the judgement prior to the tribunal commencing on February 3. He has already ruled out a previous request from NHS Fife and Upton’s team to hold the proceedings behind closed doors and keep Upton anonymous.

Court records have revealed that the state of Washington paid for a transgender child rapist to undergo “gender affirming” procedures while housed in a women’s prison in Gig Harbor. Brooke Lyn Sonia, formerly known as Brett David Sonia, is serving time for the horrific sexual abuse of a young girl.
Sonia was convicted on dozens of charges related to the rape and exploitation of a child. He had first initiated contact with the minor in Strafford County, New Hampshire, where he began sexually abusing the girl and photographing the lewd acts. But he would later transport the victim across state lines to Los Angeles County, California where he would continue to sexually exploit her.
Early news coverage from the case suggests that the girl, who was 13 at the time, had been groomed by Sonia into creating child sexual exploitation material. Jury selection in Strafford County was said to be “difficult,” with over one dozen potential jurors admitting they would not be able to sit on the case due to its highly disturbing nature.
As a result of the crimes being committed in two different jurisdictions, Sonia was tried in both California and New Hampshire.
In 2005, Sonia was convicted of 20 combined counts of committing a lewd act upon a child and possessing child pornography in Los Angeles County, California. The next year, he was convicted in Strafford County, New Hampshire, on charges of repeatedly raping the young girl and photographing the assaults. Many of the crime’s details were considered so graphic they were deemed “not fit for print” at the time.
As previously exclusively revealed by Reduxx, Sonia was ultimately handed sentences in both states, with the latter taking the lead in his prison term. After a minimum of 22.5 years are served towards his New Hampshire sentence, which maxes out in 2047, a Los Angeles County court will decide whether he is to serve additional time in California.
But after being incarcerated, Sonia wasn’t kept in New Hampshire.
As part of the Interstate Corrections Compact (ICC), Sonia was sent to Washington to serve a portion of his sentence in 2016, one year after beginning to identify as transgender. The ICC allows states to share correctional resources, and move inmates to cross-border facilities which may be better suited to their needs. Sonia was moved between multiple male facilities in Washington, and left a trail of complaints and lawsuits with regards to not being given adequate access to “gender affirming care,” such as women’s underwear and laser hair removal.
In 2020, Sonia was offered a settlement in one of those cases promising him “gender affirming care” in a “reasonable timeframe.” After finally being moved into the women’s estate in 2022, Sonia was evaluated for multiple procedures, including breast implants, a vaginoplasty, and laser hair removal.
In 2023, Sonia launched another lawsuit, claiming he wasn’t being provided “gender affirming care” in a timely fashion in accordance with his 2020 settlement. Sonia claimed this was “cruel and unusual punishment” and violated his human rights.

Brett David Sonia, also known as Brooke Lyn, was convicted of raping a young girl.
But the Department of Corrections contested Sonia’s claims, and a rebuttal was filed showing that Sonia had received a substantial amount of “gender affirming care” on the taxpayer dime.
According to the records, Sonia underwent a “zero depth” vaginoplasty in May of 2023. This procedure involves rearranging the tissues of the penis and scrotum to create the superficial appearance of a vulva without creating an internal canal.
The Washington Department of Corrections also stated that they purchased Sonia a personal Intense Pulse Light hair removal device, which he was allowed to use in the WCCW medical facility. Following his vaginoplasty, Sonia was also referred for facial hair removal via electrolysis at a local clinic, and has been transported to regular appointments by prison staff.
In August of 2024, a court dismissed Sonia’s claims that a violation of his Eighth Amendment rights had occurred, citing the extensive efforts the Department of Corrections had made to accommodate Sonia’s needs for “gender affirming care.” The judgement was finalized and entered in December.
In 2023, a source with a family member incarcerated at the Washington Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) came forward to speak with Reduxx and pass on information from female inmates who claimed that Sonia frequently “changes” his gender identity, and has reportedly told some of the female inmates that he still identifies as a man.
Like Sonia, Lotusflower was also provided taxpayer-funded “gender affirming treatment” after being housed at the Washington Correctional Center for Women (WCCW) in the form of breast implants.
In May of 2023, Reduxx learned from an internal source that Lotusflower had reportedly been “gifted” a Victoria’s Secret bra by the facility despite the brand not being an approved retailer allowed into WCCW.

A trans-identified male from Iran is being held in a women’s prison in Germany after being arrested on charges of committing multiple arson attacks. Due to strict privacy laws in Germany, the man is known only as Bahar S., and he has refused to allow the press to take photos of him in court.
The 43-year-old is known to be an Iranian national without German citizenship who came to the country as a refugee. Throughout 2024, Bahar committed a number of crimes throughout Berlin while participating in pro-Palestine protests, including three arson attacks, four assaults on police officers, and at least two instances of anti-Semitic vandalism.
In January of 2024, Bahar dumped 5 liters of gasoline in front of the Iranian embassy, and attempted to set it ablaze – but his match went out prior to hitting the fluid. The next month, Bahar committed a similar act in front of the U.S. embassy, where he successfully set a police cruiser on fire during a pro-Palestine protest. Two police officers were inside the cruiser at the time.
Between April and May of 2024, Bahar assaulted police officers on four separate occasions, but he would only be taken into custody in October after he was caught in connection to three anti-Semitic vandalism incidents – two at Kottbuser Tor, and one at Schönleinstraße – in which he spray painted a Star of David intertwined with a swastika.
This past week, Bahar declined to appear in court, and instead had a statement read out through his lawyer reading: “My actions were purely symbolic. I experienced police brutality and the criminalization of people who show solidarity with Gaza in Germany. That triggered deep frustration and hopelessness in me. For a brief moment, flames should be visible on the instruments of the German government. I did not intend to endanger people and used only small amounts of lighter fuel. I can estimate that, I studied physical chemistry. Today, it is clear to me that I shouldn’t repeat these actions, as they will not lead to any results.”
According to the Berliner Zeitung, a court spokesperson confirmed that Bahar is being housed in Berlin’s women’s prison. The verdict in his case is expected to be delivered on January 31. If sentenced to prison time, Bahar will likely remain in the female estate.
In 2021, Berlin introduced gender self-identification policies in correctional facilities, psychiatric units, and pre-trial detention, leading to men, including dangerous sex offenders and pedophiles, being transferred to units with women.
Among the German federal states, Berlin stands out for transferring the most men into women’s prisons. According to official information from Berlin’s Senate Department for Justice, since 2023, “15 individuals registered as male at birth have been incarcerated in Berlin’s women’s prison.”

Berlin’s Ministry of Justice describes 15 men in a women’s prison as a “small number” and has refused to disclose the nature of their crimes, claiming it is a “risk to the anonymity of these individuals.” The Ministry of Justice has also cited “stigmatization” as a reason against releasing information on their crimes.
Bahar is not the first trans-identified male to come to Germany as a refugee and commit serious crimes. In May of 2024, Reduxx reported on a man from South Africa who stabbed a Syrian security guard to death in a refugee shelter in Potsdam, Germany.
The perpetrator, who identified as a “woman,” fled the scene, leading to an extensive manhunt.
Bizarrely, only three hours after the manhunt began, the perpetrator himself called the police to report that he had been a victim of discrimination regarding his so-called gender identity in an Edeka supermarket close to the crime scene.
The officers recorded his complaint as a “transphobic incident” without initially realizing he was linked to the Potsdam manhunt. He was apprehended a day later and charged with manslaughter. His trial is expected to commence soon, following the Berlin homicide squad’s search for witnesses.

A trans-identified male in Australia has been sentenced to just over 4 years in prison for the horrific sexual abuse of his own 5-year-old daughter. While the offender was given the pseudonym of “Hilary Maloney” by the court, Reduxx can exclusively reveal the pedophile as Autumn Tulip Harper.
Reduxx has chosen to withhold Harper’s male birth name in order to protect the identity of the victim.
Harper, 25, was first identified as a suspect in the production of vile child sexual abuse content after an American pedophile he had been communicating with was arrested in September of 2023. A forensic examination of the pedophile’s devices found that Harper had sent him pornographic images and videos of a young girl via Discord. After identifying Harper as the owner of the account the content had originated from, police in the United States notified Australian authorities of their findings.
On September 15, 2023, police raided Harper’s home in Clayton South, Victoria, and seized his electronic devices. An examination of his cellphone found he had produced 77 files categorized as child abuse material between May and June of 2023. The female child in the materials was identified as Harper’s own 5-year-old daughter.

According to court records, Harper had been in an online BDSM relationship with the American pedophile, who encouraged him to sexually abuse his daughter in exchange for words of validation.
Harper sent the other man a range of images of his daughter, including of her naked, in the shower, and of him sexually posing with her. The court also details there were several videos of Harper kissing the child’s labia, naked buttocks, and licking her anal region. In one of these videos, Harper is heard asking the girl if she “likes it” to which the child clearly responds “no.”
From an analysis of the video and photo evidence, police determined that Harper had directly sexually abused the girl on at least 19 separate occasions in the course of just one month. The sexual abuse media was exclusively sent to the American, who Harper viewed as his “Master.” The man would then heap praise upon Harper, telling him how “impressed” and aroused he was by him, and calling him a “good girl.”
Despite being arrested for the serious crime in September of 2023, Harper was released on bail and was allowed to remain free throughout the duration of the trial.
Harper had shared custody of his daughter with his ex-partner, who only learned of the abuse after police notified her. In a victim impact statement, she spoke of the profound emotional toll the abuse had taken on her daughter, and stated that the child had begun inexplicably “acting out” around the same time the abuse would have started.
“Looking back, the behavioral issues all started from around the time that you were doing these things to her,” the girl’s mother said in court. “I’ve been through a lot in my life but this is the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. To have a child with someone and have your trust in them, even after breaking up and co-parenting, and then find out they’ve done these things … I am just constantly in fear, thinking if her own father could do this to her, what stops a stranger from doing the same? This has completely ruined my trust in others.”
During the trial, forensic psychiatrist Dr. Rajan Darjee was called upon to interview Harper and create a profile of his offending. Disturbingly, Darjee framed Harper as though he were a “female” who had been “pressured” by a male into committing the offenses.
“… This pattern of sexual abuse is one which a more dominant male pressurises, manipulates and/or coerces a female who has access to a child, usually her own, to sexually abuse that child and/or to make that child available to him to sexually abuse,” Darjee wrote in his report to the court, characterizing Harper as though he were a “mother” experiencing dire circumstances.

Referring to Harper using feminine pronouns, Darjee wrote: “She felt the man she connected with cared for and was nice to her, and due to her low self-esteem, lack of assertiveness, loneliness, submissiveness and desperation to be noticed and cared for, it was easy for him to pick up on her vulnerability and manipulate her into the master/slave relationship where he took control of her life. He then involved her in sexual exchanges and then coerced her to sexually abuse her daughter and take videos and photos to share with him. She was not inherently motivated by deviant sexual interests or any other motive, except doing what he told her and keeping him happy, to sexually abuse her daughter.”
Darjee told the court that Harper would not need any “specific interventions to prevent further sexual offending” and dismissed the need for sex offender treatment. He also denied that Harper had a paraphilic disorder, and argued that Harper had no sexual attraction to children.
Darjee further described Harper as “hormonally female” at the time of his offending.

Harper was represented by Isabelle Skaburskis, who identified herself as “Mx. Skaburskis” to the court. Notably, the defense claimed that Harper had “identified as female” since 2019, but photos of Harper from that year show he had a notably masculine appearance at that time.
Reduxx has also been made aware through a source close to the case that Harper had initially been charged under his birth name, suggesting that he only changed his legal identification during the course of the proceedings. Due to his criminal circumstances, he likely would have had to apply for explicit permission to pursue the change from the Secretary of the Justice Department.
Delivering the sentence on August 26, 2024, Judge Nola Karapanagiotidis highlighted Harper’s “gender dysphoria” and experiences with “transphobia” as mitigating factors, and appeared to accept the defense’s argument that he only committed the abuse to be “validated … as a woman and a sexual person.”

Judge Karapanagiotidis reviewed Harper’s “personal circumstances” prior to announcing the sentence, emphasizing that Harper’s mother had been “homophobic and hateful” during his upbringing, and disapproved of his early attempts to wear women’s clothing. She also noted that his ex-partner, the mother of the victim, had not fully validated his gender identity after he expressed it.
“Compounding matters, you had only started to transition in around 2021 and your gender identity was not fully accepted by those around you, including [ex-partner]. Your Counsel submits that at the relevant time you were ‘completely lacking connection in [your] life’ and were experiencing ‘pervasive feelings of rejection and lack of self-worth,'” the Judge stated.
Harper was ultimately sentenced to 4 years and 9 months imprisonment, a steep drop from the maximum 25 year sentence that was available. Prior to delivering the decision, Judge Karapanagiotidis noted that the sentence was lenient, noting: “the sentence that I am about to impose on this charge is lower than the standard sentence.”
He will be eligible for parole just 2 years and 6 months into his sentence.

A Swiss LGBT activist has quietly launched a new “family counseling” practice while under investigation for offenses related to sexually exploiting minors at the Queer youth charity he co-founded with his husband.
In 2024, Swiss prosecutors opened an investigation into a gay couple for alleged abuses they committed while operating the Sozialwerk.LGBT+ group, a “safe space” for “queer youth.” While their identities were initially withheld by the Swiss press, Reduxx quickly identified the men as being Holger Niggemann and his husband, Björn Niggemann.
The Niggemanns co-founded the organization, receiving financial support from local governments, the city of Chur, and various non-profit foundations to work with children as young as 13.

Last April, local media interviewed fifteen individuals who had come into contact with the Niggemann’s through Sozialwerk.LGBT+, but the vast majority opted for anonymity, citing fears of being threatened or pursued by the couple.
Holger, 42, is alleged to have had sexual contact with two 17-year-olds who had sought help for bullying with his organization. Holger was a board member of the group at the time, while his husband Björn was the business manager. The two men are said to have had a three-way sexual relationship with one of the teens, a 17-year old boy, according to a report by Tages-Anzeiger.
According to statements from the teenage victim, he moved in with the married couple while he was still a minor. Distressed at what was reportedly an abusive situation, the 17-year-old wrote on social media that he was in a “a toxic, polyamorous relationship, and it’s tearing me apart.” He also communicated that “when this is over, I’ll have to get my brain fixed. I can’t take it anymore. I will end it.”
Numerous documents are said to substantiate what happened in the group, including text messages, emails and voice messages, reports Tages-Anzeiger. Other board members of Sozialwerk.LGBT+ also came forward to speak to press and confirm their knowledge of what had been happening.
Daniel Huber, a former board member of the association, reported the couple to public prosecutor Annina Grob, and made a statement to media condemning the Niggemanns for their behavior towards the vulnerable youth in their care.

“For us, the behavior of the two is a total abuse of power, and the young people also felt that way. I brought it up again and again,” said Huber, who attended the meetings as a teenager before joining the board in a leadership role. “It is important not to look away from such behavior.”
According to former board members who spoke to press, the Niggemann’s sexual relationship with the boy also led to heated discussions within the organization.
“That this relationship was completely inappropriate from both a professional and moral standpoint was clear to everyone. But one of them could [argue] extremely well. I suddenly felt very conservative for opposing it,” one person said, alleging that one of the Niggemann’s had emotionally or politically manipulated other members of the organization into staying silent about the sexual impropriety.
As the discussions among the board members became increasingly heated, Holger and Björn sent long text messages to colleagues, aiming to justify their behavior.
“In public child and youth work, it was common for a long time for youth workers to have sexual contact with young people,” one of the Niggemann’s reportedly claimed. “In Berlin, street children were placed with pedophilic offenders until the 1990s because only these people could love children,” he went on to say, referring to the Kentler Project in Germany, an experiment which placed foster children into the homes of pedophiles.
Sexuality was apparently a recurring theme in Holger’s approach to youth work. Several individuals report that Sozialwerk.LGBT+ had a “sexualized atmosphere” despite catering to children. The Niggemann’s reportedly often offered teenagers a box full of sex toys like dildos, leather straps, bondage gear, whips, or anal plugs.
Following the allegations of child sexual abuse with pending legal proceedings against Holger and Björn,Sozialwerk.LGBT+ dissolved. “Given the circumstances, the youth center (…) can no longer function as a safe space for young people,” declared the then-chairwoman, Viktoriya Schiefer.
Prior to the 2024 revelations, Holger’s other organization, treffLGBT+, had already been facing criticism for instructing youth to use terms like “fuck holes” and “front holes” for vaginas, to emphasize “intended function.”
On his website, Holger specifies that he should be referred to using the pronouns “sier,” denoting his non-binary identity, and underscores that counseling children and adolescents on partnerships and sexuality has always been a key focus for him.
While Holger has refused to comment on his new venture to Tages-Anzeiger, his attorney has confirmed that he is legally permitted to establish and operate his office, where he also offers family counseling. The fee for a 90-minute session ranges from 100 to 150 Swiss Francs (approximately 100 to 160 US dollars).
In December of 2024, Reduxx received a notice from the attorney representing the Niggemanns demanding the deletion or significant amendment of our April 2024 article on the case, stating that a civil suit or criminal charges would be pursued unless we complied. We have not.
The alleged incidents at Sozialwerk.LGBT+ is not the first instance where an organization focused on “LGBT+ youth” has been accused of enabling the abuse of vulnerable adolescents. As previously reported by Reduxx, two men from Scotland reported that they were groomed and sexually exploited as minors while utilizing services provided by LGBT Youth Scotland.

LGBT Youth Scotland, originally known as the Stonewall Youth Project, is recognized as Scotland’s national charity dedicated to “LGBTI young people.” It engages with individuals aged 13 to 25, offering programs in schools, organizations, and businesses.
The charity was established in 1989 and rebranded in 2003, coinciding with the appointment of James Rennie as CEO, who was convicted and sentenced to lifelong restrictions in 2009 for running what was labeled as Scotland’s “largest pedophile network.”
