DENMARK: Woman Sued For $14k After “Misgendering” a Trans Activist And “Sissy” Fetishist

A Danish woman is being taken to court on allegations of harassment and defamation for referring to a trans-identified male with masculine pronouns. Lotte Ingerslev, a psychotherapist who is critical of gender ideology, “misgendered” Nadia Jacobsen while warning her female followers about the hardcore fetish pornography he produces.

On August 29, Ingerslev received a letter from Jacobsen’s attorney demanding she delete an article she had posted on her blog exposing his disturbing sexual behavior and his work consulting on “inclusivity” policies for the Danish Football Association (DBU). That article, originally published on March 6, was titled: “Man whose pornographic, fetish-focused videos are available for public viewing online helped draft DBU’s new ‘inclusive’ recommendations to allow men into girls’ changing rooms.”

The legal threat sent to Ingerslev also demanded she pay Jacobsen compensation of “no less than DKK 100,000” (approx. $14,000 USD), and accused her of harassment, defamation, and misgendering.

“Lotte Ingerslev has unlawfully violated Nadia Jacobsen’s privacy and honor by publishing on her website transkoen.dk an article that contains a number of information and images of an intimate nature, untrue claims, as well as by harassing Nadia Jacobsen in the article because of Nadia Jacobsen’s gender identity,” reads the letter, written by the lawyer Nikolaj Nielsen with the firm Kontra.

“As illustrated by the title of the article, Lotte Ingerslev chose to misgender Nadia Jacobsen throughout the blog post and consistently refer to Nadia Jacobsen as a man, as well as to use the pronouns he/his when she refers to Nadia Jacobsen in the third person,” it continues.

“In Danish law, it is generally recognized that deliberate misgendering of a trans person constitutes harassment.”

The lawyer further argued that Ingerslev’s decision to highlight Jacobsen’s homemade fetish pornography was done in an effort to “belittle” him, despite the fact that the content was posted online and available publicly. “The photos are completely irrelevant to Nadia Jacobsen’s voluntary work in advising and assisting sports organizations on inclusion and diversity, and the sharing had the sole purpose of belittling and harassing Nadia Jacobsen.”

Ingerslev’s blog post had documented the pornographic videos and images Jacobsen had posted to his social media and various fetish pornography websites. In one post made by Jacobsen to his now-defunct Tumblr account, nadiatv, he can be seen engaging with his male followers by way of gamifying his own sexual masochism.

The activity is known euphemistically as “sissy tasks” or “sissy challenges” and can involve a variety of sexual elements that the individual performing the activities promises to escalate in accordance with social media engagement.

In Jacobsen’s case, he had posted a photo of his genitals locked in a cage, or “chastity device,” while encouraging his followers to share the image. “I have gotten to a point where I don’t really want to masturbate like a boy anymore, so I will only be cumming like a woman,” Jacobsen wrote.

“To make it a little more interesting I am going to let you all decide for how long I should refrain from masturbating. I can’t wear a chastity cage all the time, but when I am home I will… For every ‘like’ you add one day. For every reblog you add 3 days… I will only come [sic] as a girl for the rest of my life.”

There are also several photos and videos of Jacobsen masturbating himself anally with a sex toy while pretending to be a woman and wearing lingerie. Within the transgender pornography fetish community, a man’s rectum is described using terms typically associated with female genitalia.

On Flickr, a platform well-known as a hub for men to share fetish photos and videos, Jacobsen is a member of nearly 200 fetish groups dedicated to the transgender pornography genres known as forced feminization and sissification, which involve the sexualization of men being made to “become” women or girls through sadomasochistic rituals.

Jacobsen has also saved a significant amount of fetish pornography to his “faves” album, including images from one account run by a man who uses AI in order to alter his face to resemble an underage girl, and another that involves an adult man dressing up as a young girl for sexual reasons.

He also follows hundreds of pornography and “sissy” accounts on Flickr. One particularly disturbing account followed by Jacobsen, Sissyslave Dizzy Miss Sizzy, belongs to a man who creates photos of himself while pretending to be a woman that involve themes of torture, rape, abduction, and sexual violence.

But Ingerslev’s blog post was not just highlighting Jacobsen’s disturbing social media history, but also noting that he was a member of a working group with the Danish Football Union and provided input on “the inclusion of multiple gender identities” in the sport. His inclusion in the working group likely developed as a result of his participation in a women’s volleyball team which, in 2021, resulted in his participation at the EuroGames in Copenhagen. The EuroGames offered “tournaments for female-identified, male-identified, and all genders teams”.

Jacobsen discussed his participation in the tournament on the podcast Trans Sporter Room in 2022 and condemned critics of male participation in women’s sports. “It’s the relentlessness, the lack of other things of their lives and they just keep coming at you,” he said. “They don’t have any qualms about bullying and at the same time they talk about being feminists. As a feminist, one should be an accomplice or an ally.”

“Online, especially on Facebook and Twitter, it’s insane the number people who comment and call us men and say we have an unfair advantage,” he added.

On November 24, 2023, the DBU published a statement announcing that “all genders are welcome in Danish football,” and promising to implement a new position within the organization for a “diversity officer.”

“DBU will make a structural investment for increased diversity. As one of the first things, DBU will hire a diversity officer whose expertise in, among other things, this area will help with inclusion,” the statement reads.

“Towards 2025, the goal is to create the framework for it to become possible in grassroots football for transgender people to play with the gender they identify as… The method is based on self-identification, which has already been introduced in German grassroots football, and the method aims to ensure that everyone feels included and welcome.”

Additionally, the DBU published a guidance on “inclusion” with Jacobsen’s input, which encourages Danish football clubs to permit men to enter women’s locker rooms and changing facilities.

“The dressing situation can be challenging for people with a different gender identity, and it is important that care is taken about the possible challenges, so that the dressing situation does not strain inclusion,” reads the document.

“All parties are encouraged to seek pragmatic solutions for changing facilities, which can satisfy different dressing needs and increase transgender, intersex and non-binary people’s sense of being welcome in community in the locker room.”

While filing a lawsuit seeking financial compensation from Ingerslev, both Jacobsen himself and his supporters have been harassing her online, indicating that the litigation claim is rooted in more than “defamation.”

In a blog post dated March 17, Ingerslev explained that within two days of her original report being published, her web hosting service had disabled access to the article without explanation.

Ingerslev noticed that several anonymous accounts were attempting to sabotage her. In one case, a man discussed on X his attempts to have her entire website removed and scrubbed from internet archives. Another account, using the name Marcus Mührmann-Lund, attempted to tarnish the reputation of Ingerslev’s psychotherapy consultation service, Angst-Strategier.

“Owner with serious mental and moral problems,” begins the negative review for Ingerslev’s company. “The owner makes a living, among other things, by stalking and exposing vulnerable minorities, in an attempt to oppress them. It gave me an extremely bad taste in my mouth while using the website,” wrote Mührmann-Lund.

Another individual who has been slandering Ingerslev online is presumed to be “queer feminist” Maia Kahlke Lorentzen, who is both administrator and moderator of a trans activist Mastodon community. Lorentzen has featured Jacobsen as a guest on a podcast episode about “inclusivity” titled “Kønskrigerne 2: It’s not about sport.”

But within the Danish trans activist network active on Mastodon, Ingerslev has also had photos of her home shared directly with Jacobsen. On March 7, just one day after she had published her article about Jacobsen, a user known as Cat Schroedinger sent him a GPS aerial photo of her home and included a link directly informing him of her address.

Jacobsen is also a member of an organization known as TransTjek, which calls itself a “research collective” and is made up of anonymous and public members. TransTjek has a history of contacting women’s employers to request their termination for expressing views they deem to be “transphobic”.

In one instance, an email was sent to a woman’s employer after she had written on social media that she did not think trans-identified males should have access to women’s shelters. The email, sent from a member of TransTjek, encouraged her supervisor to fire her.

Jacobsen has publicly thanked TransTjek for their support when announcing his plan to file a defamation suit against Ingerslev.

Since receiving the notice of litigation on August 29, Ingerslev has launched a crowdfunder on GoFundMe to request support for her legal fees. “Now we have – as far as I know – Denmark’s first criminal case with private prosecution for ‘misgendering’. — A man feels offended and harassed by (among other things) – repeatedly – ​​being referred to as a man,” she remarked.

On his own crowdfunder page, Jacobsen claims he has been “violently attacked”. The fetish pornography he made of himself, and his own comments about orgasming “as a girl”, Jacobsen claims is a “baseless accusation” used to promote the view that he is “a danger to women and children.”

“Not only for my sake, but also to ensure that transgender people in the future do not have to go and fear that the same thing will happen to them… It is time to put our foot down and say ‘stop’ to the anti-trans activists,” Jacobsen wrote.

The litigation against Ingerslev parallels a similar situation that occurred last year in the Netherlands. Women’s rights campaigner Lydia Daniel was informed by authorities that she was facing a criminal investigation after being reported to police by a trans-identified male for stating “a woman is an adult human female.”

The man who filed the legal complaint against her, Alexandra Erné, was revealed by Reduxx to having admitted to disturbing fetishes involving the sexualization of his transition, his “lesbianism,” and his continued access to women’s spaces, including the women’s locker room of a local fitness center.

Shockingly, the government-backed Dutch Human Rights Institute condemned Daniel for sharing fetish photos publicly uploaded by Erné, claiming that the images may have been “manipulated” in order to “humiliate” Erné, while referring to him as a woman.

EXCLUSIVE: Trans-Identified Male Inmate Who Impregnated Two Women at Female Prison Helped Convicted Killer Be Transferred To The Facility

Reduxx has learned that a man convicted of murder was transferred into New Jersey’s female-only prison after being mentored by a transgender convict accused of impregnating two female inmates. Jamie Belladonna, who is serving a 40-year sentence for beating a woman to death, worked with Demi Minor to secure his transfer to the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for women (EMCF).

Minor, 29, came to widespread notoriety in 2022 after it was revealed that he had been responsible for two pregnancies after being moved to EMCF while serving a 30-year sentence for the murder of his foster father. He had been transferred into EMCF in 2020, one year in advance of a change in prison policy sparked by a state Department of Corrections (DOC) settlement with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). The litigation, initiated on behalf of a convicted terrorist and diaper fetishist, resulted in the New Jersey DOC adopting prison placement policies on the basis of a self-declared gender identity.

On April 13, 2022, NJ Advance Media reported that the DOC’s external affairs executive director had confirmed that two women at EMCF had become pregnant after having “consensual sexual relationships with another incarcerated person,” later revealed to be Minor.

The news generated significant controversy, with multiple mainstream media outlets internationally covering the situation. As reports of the two pregnancies at EMCF generated concern and criticism, NJ.com interviewed Minor about the ordeal at the beginning of 2023, while describing him as a “woman” who had “had consensual sex with two other women imprisoned at the facility”.

“I do not think I am a threat to my fellow inmates, because I never harmed anyone. I chose to love,” Minor told the outlet.

When asked whether he believed the response to the sexual activity and pregnancies would have been similar if “all involved were cisgender,” Minor claimed to be the victim of discrimination. “The response would not have been the same if it involved all cisgender parties,” Minor stated, while glossing over the fact that women cannot impregnate each other.

“This response has happened solely because I am a woman who is transgender, and because of this, they view me as a man,” he added. “They have engaged in sex stereotyping, by assuming that I am a threat to the women who I had consensual relationships with. This discriminatory logic assumes that I am dangerous simply because of my gender identity.”

However, when Minor was first transferred into the women’s prison in August 2020, he boasted that “the conditions are so much better” than in the men’s correctional facility. “I have a better tie with the officers here than I have had in my entire 10 years of being incarcerated,” Minor shared in a post to Facebook.

In 2022 Reduxx spoke with Kokila Hiatt, a female inmate currently incarcerated at EMCF and who shared a wing with Minor. Hiatt told Reduxx that Minor struck her as opportunistic, using whatever claims he could to get what he wanted from the state’s Department of Corrections.

“He seems to jump onto whatever will get him what he wants. First it was the transgender [issue], to come to EMCF. Now it seems to be youth incarceration since he’s in a facility typically used to house youthful and young offenders,” Hiatt said.

Minor had previously operated a website called Justice4Demetrius.org. A LinkedIn account attributed to ‘Demi’ Minor describes him as an “entrepreneur” and “criminal justice advocate,” and cites him as the founder of “a grassroots organization advocating for criminal justice reform” called The Minor Society.

Hiatt also revealed that he had been trying to have sex with the female inmates from “the moment he was transferred in.”

In response to the public outrage over the pregnancies at EMCF, Minor was removed from EMCF in June of 2022, and was ultimately placed at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility (GSYCF) – a facility for inmates aged 18 to 30 years of age.

According to Minor, he is “the only woman in the jail that has make-up,” and he has been approached by “numerous sex offenders” who asked him how they could “get to Edna Mahan Correctional Facility.”

While housed at GSYCF, Minor launched a website and social media profiles called Justice 4 Demi, which he uses to promote himself as a victim of “transphobia” while demanding to be once again relocated to a female prison.

He has also presented himself as a persecuted “mother” who is being denied visitation rights to the child he says he “conceived.”

Social media posts made by Justice 4 Demi and seen by Reduxx show that after Minor was transferred out of EMCF, he collaborated with another male inmate and instructed him on how to secure a transfer to the women’s facility.

Last week, Reduxx revealed that a man serving a 40-year sentence for convictions that include beating a woman to death with a hammer had quietly been transferred into EMCF. Elliot Rivera Jr., 35, now calls himself Jamie Belladonna and is classified as a “female” within the state Department of Corrections (DOC) system. Rivera was previously housed in the same unit at GSYCF as Minor.

In fact, a video posted to Minor’s social media shows Rivera claiming that his hair grew back after receiving “medication” from a “transgender doctor” he names as Dr. Diana Finkel. Confusingly, on Minor’s Justice 4 Demi account, the video is captioned: “NJ State Prison is denying our sister Jamie visits with gender specialist doctors!”

In another video, Rivera holds up his white sneakers which are dotted with what appears to be blood. “They’re making me walk around in blood-covered sneakers that happened when I mutilated my genitals,” Rivera claims. Minor’s social media post reads, “Jamie’s sneakers are covered in blood and she is in crisis!”

Just like Rivera, Minor had also claimed to have mutilated his genitals by attempting to amputate his testicles with a razor, though the only evidence of this occurrence is a blog post he authored himself. “I started cutting again, and with a razor I begin making a incision to remove my testicle. In my head, I just wanted the pain to stop,” Minor wrote.

However, in a blog post by Minor dated April 24, 2022, he asserts that he does not believe that it is necessary to undergo surgery in order to self-identify as transgender.

“In fact [whether] some one does or does not choose to remove their penis does not define their gender… I realized that I needed to focus on doing things that make me happy,” he wrote.

In February 2023, Minor said that he had provided information to Rivera “about the transition process.”

“Another trans woman housed at Garden State Youth Correctional Facility has attempted to castrate herself. This marks the third woman including Demi to attempt to mutilate her genitals in the past year!,” the Justice 4 Demi account, created by Minor, posted to X.

“This woman knew very little about transitioning beyond that she needed hormones and wanted surgery. Demi showed this woman the information we had provided her about the transition process (DOC has basically never provided her any medical information about transition),” the post continued.

“Demi was able to tell this woman that her hormone levels were way too high. DOC has been pretty consistently incompetent when it comes to hormone dosage. She also told her about the mechanics of the surgery as well as how to request one. Equipped with this knowledge, this woman attempted to begin the process to request a surgery. This requires, among other things, diagnosis of gender dysphoria by two medical professionals and a letter from a mental health professional testifying to their soundness of mind.”

There have been multiple cases documented by Reduxx of male inmates informing fellow convicts on how to “transition” and demand a transfer to a women’s prison.

In one case, a trans-identified male who raped two 9-year-old girls before torturing and murdering his developmentally disabled cellmate was discovered to have been “offering” his “expertise” to policymakers on the issue of transgender inmate rights. While incarcerated, Patricia Elaine Trimble started taking female hormones and immediately began teaching other inmates about “gender dysphoria”. That mentoring, which has included helping other trans-identified males gain access to benefits after declaring a transgender identity, had allegedly earned Trimble the nickname “Mother.”

In a particularly disturbing example, a convicted serial killer currently incarcerated in the women’s ward at Rikers Island had targeted women, dismembered their bodies, and joked about eating their flesh. Harvey Marcelin, who calls himself Marceline Harvey, has said he did not claim a female identity until he met a transgender inmate at the Auburn state prison in 1993. Harvey claims to be a transgender lesbian and gained access to his third victim as a direct result of gender identity policies at a women’s homeless shelter.

More recently, a man convicted of beating an infant to death revealed that while in prison serving a 55 year sentence for the murder of the child, he had been informed about gender identity by another male inmate who went by the name of “Pearl.”

It was at that time that Jonathan C. Richardson, who calls himself Autumn Cordellioné after a former girlfriend, began to claim to be transgender. Last month the United States District Court of Indiana ruled that denying him “gender-affirming” plastic surgeries constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment.”

EXCLUSIVA: Deportista universitaria amenazada por hablar en contra de la participación de hombres que se dicen trans en el deporte femenino

El partido de voleibol femenino de esta noche entre la Universidad Estatal de San José y la Universidad Estatal de Colorado estará vigilado por montones de policías armados después de que una de las jugadoras de San José recibiera una escalofriante amenaza de muerte. Se cree que la amenaza es una respuesta directa al apoyo de Brooke Slusser a los deportes separados por sexo.

El 24 de septiembre, OutKick informó que Slusser se había adherido a una demanda contra la NCAA (Asociación Nacional de Atletismo Universitario) por permitir a hombres competir en deportes universitarios femeninos. Slusser, la colocadora titular y co-capitana del equipo de San José, ha sido la última en unirse a la demanda, alegando equidad y seguridad. Un destacado activista LGBT francés fue detenido y acusado de someter a una niña con una discapacidad grave del desarrollo a horribles abusos sexuales y físicos. Pierre-Alain Cottineau, de 32 años, fue arrestado el 23 de septiembre después de aterrizar en el aeropuerto de Nantes a su regreso de unas vacaciones en Túnez.

Cottineau era muy conocido en su región de Loira Atlántico por su activismo político, que incluía la defensa de la comunidad LGBT, la juventud y las poblaciones minoritarias. En 2021, se presentó a las elecciones departamentales bajo la bandera de La France Insoumise (LFI), un partido político de izquierdas que tiene una dura política de “tolerancia cero” con “comentarios o comportamientos sexistas, racistas, antisemitas o LGBTIfóbicos” entre sus miembros.

En 2018, Cottineau fue elegido presidente del Refugio Arco Iris (Le Refuge Arc-en-ciel) y organizó el primer “foro” de la comunidad para combatir la homofobia y la transfobia.

Durante una entrevista con FranceBleu, Cottineau se identificó como miembro de la comunidad LGBT, afirmando: “Sufrimos invisibilidad. Esta marcha está ahí para hacer comprender a la gente que las personas LGBTQI+ también existen en el campo [francés]”.

De forma inquietante, el respetado historial de Cottineau trabajando con “poblaciones vulnerables” puede haber contribuido a su aptitud para ser aprobado como padre de acogida, facilitando así el abuso de una niña pequeña con discapacidades.

Cottineau obtuvo la aprobación de los servicios de Bienestar Infantil para convertirse en padre de acogida el 1 de diciembre de 2023, solicitando específicamente criaturas menores de 6 años. Se le asignó rápidamente una niña de 4 años con discapacidad de desarrollo el 7 de diciembre de 2023, que fue llevada directamente a su casa.

Según Ouest-France, el Ayuntamiento dice haber “verificado dos veces” los antecedentes penales de Cottineau y afirma que el “procedimiento de aprobación, contratación y seguimiento regular […] no había revelado ninguna señal de alarma”.

El 13 de septiembre de 2024, la Oficina del Menor, una división de reciente creación dentro de la Policía Nacional francesa dedicada a combatir la violencia contra los menores, tuvo conocimiento de unos vídeos especialmente gráficos de abuso sexual infantil que circulaban por Telegram. El elemento clave: una cama de hospital que se veía en la grabación. En una semana, los investigadores pudieron localizar a la niña rastreando el canal de distribución del modelo exacto de la cama.

Al llegar al domicilio de Cottineau, la policía se enteró de que se había ido de vacaciones a Túnez después de hospitalizar a la niña.

El 23 de septiembre, Cottineau fue detenido en el aeropuerto a la llegada de su vuelo procedente de Túnez. En el interrogatorio policial, admitió haber abusado sexual y físicamente de la niña y haber distribuido vídeos a través de redes de pedofilia en Francia.

Cottineau confesó durante su detención ser un pederasta. Ha sido acusado de violación, tortura y barbarie.

Los investigadores están trabajando actualmente para determinar si hay más víctimas, y Cottineau permanecerá detenido a la espera de una vista. Se enfrenta a cadena perpetua si es declarado culpable.

EXCLUSIVE: Female College Athlete Threatened After Speaking Out Against Trans-Identified Males Participating In Women’s Sport

Tonight’s women’s volleyball match between San Jose State University and Colorado State University will be monitored by droves of armed police after one of the San Jose players received a chilling death threat. The threat is believed to be a direct response to Brooke Slusser’s support for single-sex sports.

On September 24, OutKick reported that Slusser had signed onto a lawsuit against the NCAA for allowing males to compete in women’s collegiate sports. The suit, which is being backed by the Independent Council On Women’s Sports (ICONS), charges that the NCAA knowingly violated the federal statute which guarantees equal opportunity for men and women in college education and in sports.

The lawsuit has been joined by a list of notable female athletes, including 12-time All-American swimmer and OutKick host Riley Gaines, Olympian Reka Gyorgy, and two-time NCAA champion Kylee Alons.

Slusser, the starting setter and co-captain of the San Jose team, was the latest to join the suit, citing fairness and safety. The news was significant as Slusser is a teammate of Blaire Fleming, a trans-identified male previously exposed by Reduxx for attempting to conceal his biological sex from his teammates.

Prior to transferring to San Jose, Fleming was participating in women’s volleyball in South Carolina for Coastal Carolina University. He appears to have fled to California just before the Save Women’s Sports Bill became law in the state, which would have prohibited him from continuing to play on female teams.

Since the Reduxx exclusive, Fleming’s participation in women’s volleyball has been closely monitored and hotly contested. Over the past month, four college teams have forfeited matches against San Jose in apparent protest of Fleming’s presence. Three of these teams are from the Mountain West Conference, and their forfeitures may result in significant penalties.

In joining the lawsuit against the NCAA, Slusser revealed there was significant turmoil within the San Jose team itself regarding Fleming’s inclusion. In a recent interview with OutKick, Slusser said: “It’s crazy to say, but it was an easy decision for me to join because it’s something I truly believe in.”

She added that she had received a tremendous amount of support after joining the suit, and that the reception had been largely positive amongst her colleagues.

“… 99% of it is just love and encouragement,” she said. “So, for me, it shows that I made the right decision to join. This is something that so many people do care about. It’s just that so many people are scared to talk about it.”

But while Slusser is being praised by many for her bravery, her outspoken support of single-sex sports has now also made her a target.

On October 2, a suspected threat against Slusser’s life was received by one of her teammates via Instagram. After being made aware of the threat, Slusser contacted police in Fort Collins, where she is presently staying ahead of tonight’s game against Colorado State University – one which is intended serve as the school’s “annual inclusive excellence game.”

Both San Jose University and Colorado State University were later informed about the threat against Slusser, and cooperated with Fort Collins Police to ensure the safety of the athletes.

Speaking to Reduxx, Slusser says there will be police escorting the athletes to and from their vehicles, locker rooms, and the gym. There will also be metal detectors installed at the entrance points, and armed officers will be present at the game in order to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance.

“After being shown the threat, it was a very uneasy feeling. Just because everything else that I’ve gotten so far – if it’s not in support of me – is just… hate mail, basically. Just people behind their screens saying hateful things that don’t mean anything to me,” Slusser said. “But reading that, it sent chills through me at first, just because that’s someone threatening to physically harm me.”

Though Slusser admits the attention she has received since joining the NCAA lawsuit can be overwhelming, she says she is steadfast in decision and undeterred by the threat.

“It’s not something I am stressing about or anxious about because it’s the right thing to do,” Slusser told Reduxx. “To my core I believe this is the right thing to do, and I think a lot of people agree with that. So it’s just dealing with the ebb and flow of how this situation is going to play out.”

Speaking to Reduxx on the threat received by Slusser, ICONS representative Marshi Smith slammed the NCAA for failing to protect female athletes.

“The NCAA must immediately eliminate male athletes from women’s teams and competitions. Collegiate female athletes are being placed in stressful, contentious, and increasingly threatening situations because both the Mountain West Conference and the NCAA have failed in their duty to protect female athletes from dangers both on and now off the court,” Smith said.

“We strongly condemn the threats against Brooke Slusser and call on the NCAA to take immediate, decisive action to end this madness. The safety and wellbeing of NCAA athletes cannot be compromised for even one more day.”

BREAKING: Prominent French LGBT Activist Arrested For Raping, Torturing Severely Disabled 4-Year-Old Girl

A prominent French LGBT activist has been arrested and charged with subjecting a severely developmentally disabled toddler to horrific sexual and physical abuse. Pierre-Alain Cottineau, 32, was arrested on September 23 after landing at Nantes Airport upon return from a vacation in Tunisia.

Cottineau was well-known within his region of Loire-Atlantique for his political activism, which included advocacy for the LGBT community, youth, and minority populations. In 2021, he stood for departmental elections under the banner of La France Insoumise (LFI), a left-wing political party that has a hard-line “zero-tolerance” policy on “sexist, racist, anti-Semitic or LGBTIphobic remarks or behavior” amongst its members.

In 2018, Cottineau was elected the president of The Rainbow Shelter (Le Refuge Arc-en-ciel), and hosted the community’s first-ever “forum” to combat homophobia and transphobia.

Cottineau, a professional caregiver and family aide, co-founded multiple activist organizations, including the Oudon Solidarity and Mutual Aid Collective, as well as the LGBTQI+ Association of Ancenis (EsAc). Since 2022, he has also contributed to the organization of the annual pride parade in Ancenis-Saint-Géréon.

During an interview with FranceBleu, Cottineau identified himself as a member of the LGBT community, stating: “We suffer from invisibility. This walk is there to make people understand that LGBTQI+ people also exist in the [French] countryside.”

Disturbingly, Cottineau’s respected history working with “vulnerable populations” may have contributed to his ability to be approved as a foster father, facilitating his abuse of a disabled toddler.

Cottineau obtained approval from Child Welfare services to become a foster parent on December, 1, 2023, specifically requesting children under the age of 6. He was rapidly matched with a developmentally disabled 4-year-old girl on December 7, 2023, who was then placed directly in his home.

According to Ouest-France, the Council claims that Cottineau’s criminal record had been “double-checked” and that the “approval procedure, recruitment, and regular monitoring … had not revealed any warning signs.”

On September 13, 2024, the Office of Minors, a newly-created division within the French National Police dedicated to combating violence against children, became aware of particularly graphic child sexual abuse videos being circulated through Telegram. Investigators were alerted by authorities in a bordering nation, who suspected the young victim in the video was a French national.

Immediately, investigators got to work to identify the child’s location using the few details they were able to ascertain from the video. The key element: a medical bed that was seen in the video. Within a week, investigators were able to locate the child by tracing the distribution channel of the exact model of the bed.

Arriving at Cottineau’s home, police learned he had gone on vacation to Tunisia after hospitalizing the child.

On September 23, Cottineau was arrested at the airport after arriving on his flight from Tunisia. Upon police interrogation, he admitted to sexually and physically abusing the toddler, and distributing videos through pedophile networks in France.

While in custody, Cottineau professed to being a pedophile. He has since been indicted for rape, torture, and barbarism.

Investigators are currently working to determine if there are additional victims, and Cottineau will remain in custody awaiting a hearing. He is facing life imprisonment if convicted.

EXCLUSIVA: Trasladan a un travesti condenado por matar a una mujer a martillazos a una cárcel de mujeres de Nueva Jersey

Reduxx ha sabido que un hombre que cumple una condena de 30 años por matar a golpes a una mujer de 55 años ha sido trasladado discretamente al Centro Penitenciario para Mujeres Edna Mahan (EMCF) de Nueva Jersey. Elliot Rivera Jr., de 35 años, ahora se hace llamar Jamie Belladonna y consta como “mujer” para el Departamento Penitenciario (DOC) del estado.

La pena total de prisión de Rivera asciende a 40 años, que se cumplirán simultáneamente, por dos condenas. En noviembre de 2011, fue condenado a una pena mínima obligatoria de 30 años por el asesinato de Patricia Cantaloupe en 2009. En otro caso diferente, Rivera fue condenado a 10 años de prisión por robarle el coche a una mujer de 57 años en el aparcamiento de un supermercado el 26 de febrero de 2010.

El 31 de julio de 2009, se llevó a cabo una investigación sobre la muerte de Cantaloupe, de 55 años, después de que un supervisor de mantenimiento del edificio informara de un olor extraño que salía de su vivienda. La investigación del homicidio, dirigida por el sargento Thomas Cassidy del Departamento de Policía de Sayreville y el investigador Scott Crocco de la Oficina de la Fiscalía del Condado de Middlesex, reveló que Cantaloupe había recibido múltiples golpes en la cabeza y había fallecido a causa de un traumatismo por objeto contundente. Un informe de la autopsia identificó el arma utilizada para matar a golpes a la mujer como un martillo.

El 4 de marzo de 2010, Rivera fue acusado de asaltar y robar el vehículo de una mujer de 57 años, y fue detenido por la policía de Spotswood.

A la mujer asesinada también le habían robado, y los informes de The Central New Jersey News afirman que las fuerzas del orden habían considerado a Rivera sospechoso del homicidio de Cantaloupe “a los pocos días” de empezar la investigación.

Nicholas Sewitch, fiscal adjunto del condado de Middlesex, dijo que los detectives se centraron en Rivera, antiguo conocido de la víctima, desde el principio de la investigación. “Siempre era, ‘¿Dónde está Elliot Rivera y qué está haciendo?'”, declaró Sewitch a la prensa. Las pruebas necesarias para acusarlo del asesinato se descubrieron horas después de su arresto por el robo del coche, aunque Sewitch se negó a dar más detalles al medio en ese momento.

Rivera cumplía su condena desde 2011 en la Prisión Estatal de Nueva Jersey (NJSP) en Trenton. En febrero de 2023, el sitio independiente de noticias The Appeal informó favorablemente sobre la situación de Rivera, enfocando la noticia como una “mujer trans” que fue encarcelada injustamente en un centro para hombres.

Después de comunicarse con Rivera por correo electrónico, The Appeal informó que “ella intentó extirparse los testículos cuando los funcionarios denegaron su solicitud de traslado a Edna Mahan”. Según declaraciones de Rivera al citado medio, en el proceso de mutilarse los genitales, el asesino convicto se cortó una arteria. Contó que había requerido atención médica de urgencia como resultado, pero el Departamento de Prisiones se negó a comentar sobre el asunto.

“Debido a lo hiriente que me resultó el lenguaje con esta negativa, al día siguiente me dispuse a mutilarme esta mierda que he estado rogando que me quitaran durante todo un año”, escribió Rivera. “Pero nadie me tomó en serio & luego denegarme diciendo que la razón principal es la misma cosa que he estado rogando que me quiten”.

En octubre de 2022, los legisladores de Nueva Jersey modificaron la política penitenciaria del Departamento de Prisiones para permitir a los funcionarios anular las preferencias de alojamiento de los presos que se dicen trans, no binarios o intersexuales. La política anterior otorgaba a los presos la “presunción” de ser alojados de acuerdo con su identidad de género autodeclarada.

Esta decisión se tomó tras el muy publicitado caso de Demetrius ‘Demi’ Minor, un hombre que se dice trans transferido a EMCF que dejó embarazadas a dos reclusas y que intentó tener relaciones sexuales con las mujeres desde el mismo momento de su traslado.

Reduxx ha entrevistado previamente a reclusas de Edna Mahan sobre la situación, quienes explicaron que tras la noticia de los dos embarazos en la prisión, Minor y otros cuatro reclusos masculinos fueron separados de las reclusas y reubicados en la Unidad de Personas Vulnerables (VPU) de Edna Mahan. Poco después, fue trasladado a un centro masculino en el Centro Correccional Juvenil de Garden State.

Al igual que Rivera, Minor también había afirmado haberse mutilado sus genitales al intentar amputarse los testículos con una cuchilla de afeitar, aunque la única prueba de esto es una entrada de blog que él mismo escribió. “Empecé a cortar de nuevo, y con una cuchilla de afeitar empiezo a hacer una incisión para extirpar mi testículo. En mi cabeza, solo quería que cesara el dolor”, escribió Minor.

“A decir verdad, la única familia que tuve está en el Centro Penitenciario Edna Mahan. Fue un grupo de amigos que me ayudaron a superar este dolor, de estar atrapado en un cuerpo que odio. Pasé muchas noches depresivas y a menudo quería que me quisieran”.

Curiosamente, tanto Minor como Rivera han estado alojados en la misma unidad del Centro Penitenciario Juvenil de Garden State, destinada a reclusos “vulnerables”.

Los funcionarios de prisiones citaron “preocupaciones reproductivas”, cuando denegaron el traslado de Rivera a Edna Mahan, según The Appeal. Rivera dijo al medio que se enfrentaba a la “hostilidad” en el NJSP para hombres y que estaba “rogando” a los funcionarios de la prisión que dejaran de llamarlo hombre.

Rivera también pide al Departamento de Prisiones que le proporcione cirugías de “afirmación de género”. “Es una tortura para mí porque sólo tengo la mitad de mi cirugía de abajo y estoy atrapado en la habitación todo el día con esta parte que no me pertenece”, dijo.

En 2019, una demanda de la ACLU contra el Departamento de Prisiones de Nueva Jersey acabó en un acuerdo que obligaba al estado a permitir que reclusos varones violentos se identifiquen como mujeres para acceder al Centro Correccional para Mujeres Edna Mahan. La demanda se interpuso en nombre de un recluso que se dice trans condenado por terrorismo, Daniel Demers, llamado en los documentos judiciales “Sonia Doe”. Reduxx fue el primer medio en revelar que Demers participa activamente en la comunidad de “pañales adultos (artículo en español)”, una subcultura fetichista en la que adultos se disfrazan y juegan el rol de bebés durante las relaciones sexuales.

Según testimonios anteriores proporcionados a Reduxx por mujeres encarceladas en Edna Mahan, entre los primeros hombres que fueron trasladados a la prisión después de que la ACLU saliera victoriosa en su demanda se encontraba un sádico asesino que se había jactado de beber la sangre de su víctima.

Perry Cerf fue condenado a 50 años de cárcel en 2003 por la brutal violación y asesinato de una mujer ecuatoriana víctima de trata con fines sexuales. Cerf, que ahora se hace llamar “Michelle Hel-loki Angelina” y está registrado como mujer por el Departamento de Prisiones, había sido encontrado vistiendo la ropa de su víctima y utilizando su identificación con la foto de él superpuesta a la de ella.

Un hombre que se dice trans, que se burló repetidamente en Internet de las mujeres críticas con la ideología de identidad de género y abogó contra los centros de ayuda para víctimas de violación sólo para mujeres, ha sido condenado a seis años y medio tras ser declarado culpable de violación. Alexander Secker, de 35 años, que usa el alias de Lexi Bowen, comenzó a identificarse como mujer en el período comprendido entre la agresión y sus vista judiciales, pero cumplirá su sentencia en una prisión masculina.

Los abogados y el juez de primera instancia se dirigieron al violador como “Sra. Secker” a lo largo del juicio y se refirieron a él con pronombres femeninos. Pero, durante la sentencia, el juez Jason Taylor KC dijo a Secker: “En el momento de cometer este delito, eras un hombre. Te identificabas como hombre y, según las pruebas, te sentías claramente atraído por las mujeres”.

Al informar sobre la condena, el medio de comunicación financiado por los contribuyentes, la BBC, hizo lo mismo, con un titular que describía a Secker como una “mujer trans” al tiempo que utilizaba una foto en la que aparecía con barba poblada.

Parece que la agresión tuvo lugar en Blunsdon, Wiltshire, el 23 de abril de 2021. La víctima, cuya identidad no se ha revelado para proteger su intimidad, había estado tomando algo una noche con Secker y parece que estaba “significativamente afectada por el alcohol”.

Aunque la defensa de Secker alegó ante el tribunal que el encuentro sexual fue mutuamente consentido, el juez no estuvo de acuerdo, diciendo que Secker estaba “centrada en su propia gratificación sexual”.

“Sugeriste llevarla a dar un paseo con el pretexto de que se le pasara la borrachera. La llevaste a un lugar apartado en el bosque. Fuiste capaz de ejercitar tu juicio, de tomar decisiones racionales y comprender la naturaleza y las consecuencias de tus acciones”, afirmó el juez Taylor. “No estabas desinhibido en ese momento por tus condiciones. No hay pruebas de que estuvieran tan presentes y convincentes como lo están ahora”.

Una declaración de impacto personal leída por la víctima en el tribunal describía cómo había quedado traumatizada por los abusos sexuales y que experimentaba “ansiedad, vergüenza y miedo insoportables” continuos. Se refirió a Secker simplemente como “Alex”, en lugar de usar su nombre “preferido”.

“Me quitó la confianza en la gente y en mí misma. La agresión me consumió de vergüenza y miedo”.

Corrina Wiltshire, detective de la policía de Wiltshire, agradeció a la víctima su comparecencia ante el tribunal el día de la sentencia de su violador, calificándola de “inspiradora”, y agregó: “Espero que esta sentencia dé a otras víctimas la fuerza para denunciar y ayudar a la policía a buscar justicia para ellas”.

“Este caso ha tardado mucho tiempo en llegar a este punto, pero me complace decir que la víctima ha confiado en la policía en todo momento y ha seguido con esto a pesar de los obstáculos”.

En el momento de su detención, la policía de Wiltshire se refirió a Secker como una “persona condenada por violación”, y agregó que la policía lo registró como varón, pero que el tribunal “lo juzgó como mujer”.

Como ya informó Reduxx (artículo en español), antes de su “transición”, Secker era conocido como un “cineasta galardonado” y padre de dos hijos. Secker también había sido especialista de medios creativos en Digital Writes, una organización benéfica registrada que recibe fondos del Consejo de las Artes del Reino Unido y que se describe a sí misma como una organización que “enriquece las experiencias creativas” de la juventud.

Reduxx descubrió perfiles de redes sociales (artículo en español) pertenecientes a Secker que demuestran que se burlaba y acosaba activamente a las mujeres críticas con la ideología de género. Parece que adoptó el nombre de “Lexi Bowen” después de su “transición” con la intención de lanzar su carrera como crítico de cine y YouTuber.

Subió su primer “videoensayo” en abril del 2023, en el que hablaba sobre el icónico thriller de Hitchcock Psicosis. El video, desconcertantemente, comienza con imágenes de la autora de Harry Potter, JK Rowling, dando un discurso sobre la libertad artística. Secker elogia sarcásticamente a Rowling, destacando sus éxitos, para luego decir abruptamente: “En fin, hablemos de Psicosis”.

Secker continúa para criticar en gran medida la película, acusándola de tener un “legado problemático” y de allanar el camino para “asesinos trans-codificados en el cine”.

Muchos de los videoensayos de Secker se centraban en criticar las películas de terror clásicas en las que aparecían villanos travestidos. Otro de sus vídeos trataba de El Silencio de los Corderos, a la que acusaba de tener un legado transfóbico.

“En los últimos años, la gente ha comenzado a reconocer el daño que le ha hecho a la comunidad transgénero… Independientemente de dónde te sitúes en el tema de la ‘legitimidad’ de su transidad, Buffalo Bill es un personaje trans y eso crea un problema”, dice Secker en el vídeo. “Y como mujer transgénero, puedo confirmar que la película tuvo un impacto negativo en mí y en quién soy”.

Reduxx también encontró un blog, hoy fuera de servicio, perteneciente a Secker en el que afirmaba que aparecía “regularmente” en BBC Wiltshire para hablar de películas.

En X, antes Twitter, Secker tiene múltiples publicaciones virales en las que condena a las mujeres críticas con la ideología de género. En una de esas publicaciones, hecha el 14 de mayo, que consiguió más de 5.000 ‘me gusta’, Secker especulaba que “Rowling había llevado su odio demasiado lejos”.

En mayo de 2024, antes de su sentencia por violación, Secker criticó a la célebre escritora JK Rowling por condenar la política del Centro de Ayuda a Víctimas de Violación de Edimburgo por permitir que los hombres se identifiquen como mujeres para tener acceso a mujeres traumatizadas víctimas de abuso sexual.

Rowling había compartido sus críticas a una declaración emitida por la Junta Directiva del Centro de Ayuda en respuesta a un tribunal que había concluido que no se estaba dando prioridad a las necesidades de las supervivientes. Cuatro meses más tarde, el director ejecutivo y travesti, Wridul Wadwha, dimitió de su cargo.

Secker parecía tener una especial animadversión hacia quienes querían poner fin a la transición médica de menores, acusando a quienes se oponían de tener “las manos manchadas de sangre”.

“Lo que tenemos que entender es que, aunque digan que están protegiendo a las mujeres y las niñas, aunque agarren sus perlas y griten que alguien tiene que pensar en la infancia, aunque usen palabras como ‘mutilación’ y ‘lavado de cerebro’ y ‘daño irreparable’, absolutamente nada de eso, ni una sola letra, significa ni por asomo lo que realmente quieren. Para el culto de los críticos de género, el único resultado aceptable es la erradicación total y completa de las personas trans”, escribió Secker en marzo.

En Medium, donde se describía a sí mismo como “una chica trans fanática del terror”, Secker escribió obsesivamente artículos sobre figuras críticas de género de alto perfil, como el escritor de comedia Graham Linehan, la diputada laborista Rosie Duffield, JK Rowling y la investigadora del NHS (Servicio Nacional de Salud británico), la Dra. Su última publicación en Medium fue el 9 de junio, justo un mes antes de ser condenado por violación.

En su publicación, titulada “Rosie Duffield es una tránsfoba intolerante”, criticaba tanto a la diputada laborista como al guionista de televisión Graham Linehan. “En 2023, Duffield dio “me gusta” a un tuit del abusador transfóbico y ex escritor de comedia Graham Linehan que parecía incluir un revisionismo del Holocausto, negando que las personas trans y los homosexuales fueran objetivos de los nazis”, escribió Secker. “También apareció en el podcast de Linehan y afirmó, falsamente, que a las criaturas trans se les permitía ‘cortar partes de su cuerpo y volverlas completamente infértiles’”.

Secker respondió: “A veces la nostalgia te hace añorar una época en la que un hombre podía violar legalmente a su mujer, por lo visto”.

En Bluesky, Secker llamó a Rowling “plebeya superficial e insegura que confundió el éxito con la inteligencia”. En una diatriba dirigida a Rosie Duffield, pidió a sus seguidores que “condenen la transfobia” y dijo que aquellos que no lo hagan son su “enemigo”.

Curiosamente, Secker también se quejó de que compartir fotos suyas “antes de mi transición” podría ser “traumatizante” para él.

“Sobrecompensé antes de salir del armario y me presentaba [muy] masculino. Es horrible. Me odio a mí mismo entonces y no necesito que me lo recuerden”, escribió.

El delincuente sexual convicto también ha afirmado haber sido víctima de violación por parte de una mujer. “Nadie niega que la violencia machista contra las mujeres es un problema, pero, mira… He sido víctima de agresiones físicas/sexuales, ANTES de salir del armario, por parte de mujeres”, escribió Secker en abril de 2023.

A principios de junio del año pasado, solo unas semanas antes de que Secker fuera condenado por la agresión sexual, reveló que había escrito a su diputada Michelle Donelan para “explicarle qué se conseguiría restringiendo la definición de sexo/género al “sexo biológico'” con respecto a las modificaciones a la Ley de Igualdad presentadas por la Comisión de Igualdad y Derechos Humanos (EHRC), que defienden los derechos de las mujeres basados en el sexo, incluido el derecho a instalaciones y servicios segregados por sexo.

EXCLUSIVE: Trans-Identified Male Convicted of Beating Woman to Death with a Hammer Transferred into NJ Women’s Prison

Reduxx has learned that a man serving a 30-year sentence for the fatal beating of a 55-year old woman has quietly been transferred into New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women. Elliot Rivera Jr., 35, now calls himself Jamie Belladonna and is described as “female” within the state Department of Corrections (DOC) system.

Rivera’s total prison term amounts to 40 years, to be run concurrently, on the basis of two convictions. In November 2011, he was sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of 30 years for the 2009 murder of Patricia Cantaloupe. In a separate case, Rivera was sentenced to 10 years in prison for carjacking a 57 year-old woman in the parking lot of a supermarket on February 26, 2010.

On July 31, 2009, an investigation was conducted into the death of 55 year-old Cantaloupe after a building maintenance supervisor reported an unusual smell coming from her residence. The homicide investigation, led by Sgt. Thomas Cassidy of the Sayreville Police Department and investigator Scott Crocco of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office revealed that Cantaloupe had been struck multiple times in the head and died from blunt force trauma. An autopsy report identified the weapon used to bludgeon the woman to death as a hammer.

On March 4, 2010, Rivera was charged with accosting and carjacking a 57 year-old woman’s vehicle, and he was arrested by Spotswood police.

The slain woman had also been robbed, and reports from The Central New Jersey News state that law enforcement had considered Rivera a suspect in Cantaloupe’s homicide “within days” of conducting the investigation.

‘Jamie Belladonna’, aka Elliot Rivera

Nicholas Sewitch, assistant Middlesex County Prosecutor, said detectives focused on Rivera, formerly an acquaintance of the victim, early on in the investigation. “It was always, ‘Where is Elliot Rivera and what is he doing?'” Sewitch told the press. Evidence needed to charge him with the murder was discovered hours after his arrest for the carjacking, though Sewitch declined to give further details to the news outlet at the time.

Since 2011, Rivera had been serving his sentence in the New Jersey State Prison (NJSP) in Trenton. In February 2023, independent news site The Appeal reported sympathetically on Rivera’s situation as a “trans woman” who was unjustly incarcerated in a men’s facility.

After communicating with Rivera via email, The Appeal reported that “she attempted to remove her testicles after officials denied her request to move to Edna Mahan”. According to statements made by Rivera to the outlet, in the process of mutilating his genitals, the convicted killer cut an artery. He claimed that he required emergency medical attention as a result, but the DOC declined to comment on the matter.

“Because of how hurtful the language was to me with this denial, the next day I was set to mutilate this crap that I’ve been begging to have removed for a whole year,” Rivera wrote. “But no one took me serious & then to deny me saying the main reason is the very thing I’ve been begging to have removed.”

In October 2022, New Jersey lawmakers amended the DOC prison policy in order to allow officials to override the housing preferences of trans, nonbinary, or intersex prisoners. Previous policy gave prisoners the “presumption” to be housed according to their self-declared gender identity.

The decision was made after the widely-publicized case of Demetrius ‘Demi’ Minor, a trans-identified male transfer into EMCF who impregnated two female inmates and had been trying to have sexual relations with the women from the moment he was transferred in.

Reduxx has previously interviewed female inmates at EMCF about the situation, who explained that following the news of the two pregnancies at the prison, Minor and four other male inmates were segregated from the female inmates and relocated to the Vulnerable Persons Unit (VPU) of EMCF. Shortly afterwards, he was transferred to a male facility at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility.

Just like Rivera, Minor had also claimed to have mutilated his genitals by attempting to amputate his testicles with a razor, though the only evidence of this occurrence is a blog post he authored himself. “I started cutting again, and with a razor I begin making a incision to remove my testicle. In my head, I just wanted the pain to stop,” Minor wrote.

“Truthfully the one family that I had is at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility. It was a group of friends who helped me get through this pain, from being stuck in a body that I hate. I went through many depressive nights, and often wanted to be loved.”

Curiously, both Minor and Rivera have been housed in the same unit the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility, designated for “vulnerable” inmates.

In previously denying Rivera’s transfer to EMCF, officials cited “reproductive concerns,” according to The Appeal. Rivera told the outlet that he was facing “hostility” at the NJSP for men and that he was “begging” prison officials to stop calling him a man.

Rivera is also calling on the DOC to provide him with “gender-affirming” surgeries. “It is torture for me because I only have half of my bottom surgery and so I’m stuck in the room all day with this part that doesn’t belong to me,” he said.

In 2019, an ACLU lawsuit against the New Jersey Department of Corrections resulted in a settlement which required the state to allow violent male inmates to self-identify into the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women. The lawsuit was launched on behalf of a trans-identified male inmate and convicted terrorist Daniel Demers, named in the court documents as “Sonia Doe.” Reduxx was the first to reveal that Demers is a vocal participant in the “adult diaper” community, a fetish subculture which involves adults dressing up and roleplaying as children during sex.

According to previous testimonies provided to Reduxx from women incarcerated at Edna Mahan, among the first men to be transferred to the prison after the ACLU was victorious in their lawsuit was a sadistic murderer who had boasted about drinking his victim’s blood.

Perry Cerf was handed a 50-year sentence in 2003 for the brutal rape and murder of a sex-trafficked woman from Ecuador. Cerf, who now goes by “Michelle Hel-loki Angelina” and is recorded as female by the DOC, had been found wearing his victim’s clothes and utilizing her identification with his photo superimposed over hers.

Un hombre que se dice trans de Chester, Reino Unido, se ha declarado culpable de incumplir una orden de prevención de daños sexuales al contactar con una criatura que se cree que tiene sólo 9 años para su abuso sexual.

Chloee-Mae Danvers, de 25 años, compareció en el Tribunal de la Corona de Chester el 13 de agosto y se declaró culpable de incumplir una Orden de Prevención de Daños Sexuales tras intentar ponerse en contacto con un menor de 18 años. Según las actas judiciales, Danvers específicamente mantuvo una comunicación sexual explícita con una criatura de 9 años. Además, incumplió la orden al usar alias en sitios web sin registrar los nombres de usuario ante la policía, y al borrar el historial de navegación de Internet.

El delito de Danvers se produjo cuando ya se enfrentaba a una sentencia por un delito sexual infantil distinto, concretamente el de posesión de una imagen indecente de categoría A de un menor, junto con la producción de dos imágenes de categoría B. Según la Fiscalía de la Corona, el material de abuso sexual infantil grabado de categoría A se define como el que representa “actividad sexual con penetración, actividad sexual con un animal o sadismo”.

La sentencia de Danvers, que según el fiscal Eric Lamb será inevitablemente “sustancial”, estaba prevista para el 25 de septiembre, pero Reduxx ha sabido que se ha retrasado hasta el 11 de octubre.

Antes de sus condenas, Danvers, un hombre que se identifica como mujer, participaba activamente en su comunidad LGBT local y se había identificado públicamente como jugador del “Trans & Enby Football Club en Liverpool” (Enby, NB, nobinario). En una página de GoFundMe, el club se describe a sí mismo como “centrado en las personas trans y no binarias” junto con la comunidad LGBT+ en general.
