Violent Sex Offender Begins Identifying as Transgender, Requests More Lenient Sentence

A Canadian mixed martial arts fighter convicted of multiple sexual assaults has begun identifying as a woman and is now blaming his sexist past on “gender dysphoria.” Jody Matthew Burke, 46, who has been classified as a “dangerous offender,” has now adopted the name Amber and has asked to be referred to by female pronouns in court, something the Crown and Defense have respected since last Wednesday. He is also requesting an alteration to his sex offender status which would grant him a more lenient sentence for his most recent conviction.

Burke was convicted of sexual assault on three separate occasions and was placed on Canada’s federal sex offender registry for violent sex crimes committed in 2005 and 2014 in Ontario and British Columbia, respectively.

He met his most recent victim in a halfway house in Montreal, Quebec, while serving a three-year sentence he was handed in 2014 for the sexual assault of a woman in British Columbia.

Burke, who claims to have realized his true sexual identity sometime between 2019 and 2021 is now filing a claim to have his sex offender status downgraded to a “delinquent to control,” which would earn him a more lenient sentence.

“He constantly doubted [his victims’] fidelity and accused them of wanting to seduce other men,” reads the motion to have Burke declared a “dangerous offender.” In fits of jealousy, he would strangle them until they fainted.

As reported by La Presse, Burke’s lawyer intends to have an expert testify, at a future hearing, that his violent past is linked to “gender dysphoria,” a type of psychological distress linked to the feeling of dissociation from one’s body.

“I had to go through my own process to identify that I was not a man,” he explained, saying that he once had a homosexual affair that destabilized his perception of his “gender identity.” But more recently, Burke said he began to feel as though he “had the balls to become a woman.”

Burke stated that has gathered a collection of photos that represent the physical attributes of the woman he desires to become. Burke also told the court that he would like to begin his ‘gender reassignment’ process in a hospital rather than a prison.

“It would be preferable to have the services and support” of such an establishment, he asserted before Quebec Court Judge Jean-Jacques Gagné.

Judge Gagné, who also presided over Burke’s 2021 hearing for violent sexual assault, had previously noted that Burke had a capacity for manipulation, and had deliberately deceived the victim in his last case. He never disclosed to his partner, Brigitte Jobin, that he was on the federal sex offender registry for violent sex crimes.

“Mr. Burke did seduce until the mask fell. To be perfectly sure that the complainant continually needed him, he cut off all ties that united the victim and her relatives. The isolation was almost total,” the Judge said.

Judge Gagné found Burke guilty of all five charges he faced since his arrest in 2017. He was convicted of sexual assault, sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault causing bodily harm, assault, and uttering threats.

According to court reports of Burke’s 2014 criminal case, he had forced his victim to drink his urine and kiss his feet. When the woman reported the abuse to police, she was found to have bruises on her body, and she told authorities that Burke once held a knife to her throat. Burke was also convicted of sexual assault with a weapon in 2005.

While giving testimony during his B.C. case, Burke said: “With my size, I could scare the shit out of anyone. I am aware (the victim) feared me. She had a reason to fear me.

“Making wrong decisions is a sign of weakness. Pushing someone so far they fear you is unhealthy and dangerous.”

In the 2005 Montreal case, Burke and the victim knew each other for four months before they married, at which point he began to physically abuse her. The abuse once resulted in her hospitalization and a fractured rib that the victim said went undiagnosed.

Former inmate-turned-advocate Heather Mason, a representative of Canadian Women’s Sex-Based Rights, spoke with Reduxx about Burke’s ‘gender dysphoria’ defense. Mason says she was not surprised by Burke’s sudden decision to declare a female identity, adding that in her experience “predators will take advantage of any opportunity given to them.”

“I have seen other cases where violent men have blamed their former male selves for their violent behavior. It gives them an excuse for their actions. Labeling themselves as trans makes them untouchable and gives them the power and control they so desperately want,” Mason explained.

Mason then referred to the case of Randy West Lindley, who now calls himself Cara-Ann, a man from B.C. who blamed his “former male side” for an incident of criminal violence. Lindley beat a woman with a tire iron, striking her 20 times before trying to strangle her.

It is expected that Burke will go on to request a transfer to a women’s correctional facility, said Mason. “I believe he will try to gain access to the women’s prison. If he is denied, he will start a Human Rights claim that opens the door to him receiving money because [Correctional Services of Canada] has discriminated against his gender identity.”

When asked about the need for women’s prisons to remain segregated by sex, Mason added that it was “essential” for the privacy, safety, and dignity of female inmates.

“Incarcerated women are our most vulnerable women in society and have been subject to incredible amounts of physical and sexual abuse at the hands of men like Burke. [Canada’s] female federal prison system consists of 50% of Indigenous women. They are over-represented and are impacted the most by policies that create mixed-sex spaces.”

Canada has recently experienced multiple instances of high-risk male offenders self-identifying as ‘women,’ and federal legislation adopted in 2017 enshrines gender identity as a protected characteristic.

Late last year, a violent male criminal was placed in a women’s jail during his trial after abruptly, and quietly, claiming to be transgender during the proceedings.

Yostin Murrilo, 25, was responsible for the 2018 murder of Rhoderie Estrada. Murillo had broken into Estrada’s Toronto-area home with an accomplice, looking to rob the residence. But finding the mother-of-three inside, Murillo instead sexually assaulted her, the heinous crime being committed while Estrada’s young daughters were sleeping just meters away down the hall.

It is unclear if Murillo had ever identified as a woman prior to being arrested for Estrada’s murder, and the criminal’s lawyers requested the court not reveal his gender status and continue to use masculine pronouns for him throughout the trial. Murillo’s no-questions-asked claim of being transgender was only used for the purposes of jail placement, which was also hidden from the court.

In Canada, both the provincial and federal levels allow male convicts to demand transfers to women’s prisons and community facilities based on self-declaration, often regardless of their physical anatomy or legal identification documents.

La ex reclusa convertida en defensora Heather Mason, representante de Canadian Women’s Sex-Based Rights, habló con Reduxx sobre la defensa de Burke de “disforia de género”. Mason dice que no le sorprendió la repentina decisión de Burke de declarar una identidad femenina, y agregó que en su experiencia “los depredadores van a aprovechar cualquier oportunidad que se les dé”.

Pro-Pedophile Organization Placing Propaganda Letters in UK Libraries

An organization that campaigns to destigmatize pedophilia has been slipping propaganda into books at libraries in major UK cities. A representative for the internet-based group Virtuous Pedophiles, Bly Rede, claims to have stuffed books with the handwritten letters in Bristol, Northampton, and Manchester.

Rede has been documenting his actions using the official Virtuous Pedophiles Twitter account. On July 21, Rede wrote that he was living in Bristol as a person with “an attraction to pre-pubescent children,” and estimated there were over 3,500 people in the community who were like him.

Virtuous Pedophiles is a group which states its goal is to “reduce the stigma attached to pedophilia.” On its online support group, it claims to have 6,000 members.

Rede launched a project to leave hand-written letters in major UK libraries by stuffing them in books. The letters plead for more tolerance towards “non-offending pedophiles.”

“For all of my adult life – and some time before – I have been aware I have an attraction to children. I realized this when I was fifteen. I have never acted on this sexual attraction, never sexually abused a child, nor used illegal material online. I never will,” reads the letter Rede left at a library in Bristol.

“We stay silent not out of shame (since we have done nothing harmful), but out of fear of what others like you will think of us. One by one, we are beginning to speak out, despite the risks,” Rede added.

The letter-writing campaign was seemingly inspired by a Twitter poll Virtuous Pedophiles held on its official account, asking respondents what they might do if they discovered a letter from a pedophile. The majority, 68%, responded that they would “read it.” The official Twitter account for the group is primarily followed by trans activists, self-declared “minor attracted people,” furries, academics, and journalists.

Seemingly encouraged by the positive response, Virtuous Pedophiles posted an update on July 21, informing their followers that the organization’s director, Rede, would begin inserting into books letters stating that most pedophiles do not sexually abuse children.

Initially, Rede gave a specific location for the first letter, left at a library in Bristol on July 21. He said he had tucked it between pages 222 – 223 of Letters From a Life: The Selected Letters of Benjamin Britten. Britten was a prominent English composer and pianist, who was known to have a questionable affinity for adolescent boys. A 2006 book by John Bridcut, Britten’s Children, described his relationship with young boys, and asserted that he had an “age of attraction” of 13. Britten once explained his ability to write so well for children by stating that he saw himself as a 13 year-old.

One of Britten’s most well-known works, the opera The Turn of the Screw, based on the novella by Henry James, is set at an English country residence called Bly House – from which Bly Rede appears to have derived his alias.

An update posted later the same day revealed that the letter had been removed, though no further explanation was given. Following this, fewer details regarding the exact location of the letters were revealed.

His third letter, according to an August 13 tweet, was “tucked into a book for professionals on helping adolescents with problems” at Manchester Central Library.

Rede has contributed to California-based organization the Prostasia Foundation, registered charity many have described as “pro-pedophile” due to its advocacy for the decriminalization of child sexual abuse materials and the legalization of sex dolls designed to resemble children.

In September 2021, Rede spoke with Candice Christiansen, a sex-addiction therapist who serves on the United Nations Human Trafficking Task Force, on her show titled “The Prevention Podcast.” Christiansen is the creator of the website The Global Prevention Project, where she has published submissions from self-professed pedophiles.

“In 2019, MAPs began reaching out asking us to share their stories. Our clinical team decided that having a MAP Blog was a good alternative to those who had contacted us wanting to have a voice but not being able to come on our podcast,” the site states.

One submission published to the ‘MAP blog’ is by Rede. In March 2020, Rede wrote a blog post titled “We Have to Protect Children – Including the Ones Who Are Pedophiles.” Disturbingly, Rede refers to “child pedophiles” and “minor pedophiles,” and asks, “In our eagerness to prevent the abuse of children, what if there is one group of children we are overlooking?”

Rede claims that research supports his belief that “most child sexual abuse is not carried out by pedophiles at all,” yet links to an academic publication which instead asserts that “child pornography offending is a valid diagnostic indicator of pedophilia.”

The term “minor attracted person” was first coined by another pro-pedophilia lobbying group called B4U-ACT, which was founded in 2003 by convicted child rapist Michael Melsheimer. Melsheimer explicitly stated that the purpose of the organization was to normalize pedophilia where the National Association of Man-Boy Love had failed to do so.

On pederast forum BoyChat, Melsheimer advised his fellow pedophiles that the new approach would be focused around garnering public sympathy by falsely claiming the intention was to prevent child sexual abuse by humanizing pedophiles.

To the members of BoyChat concerned Melsheimer’s organization would attempt to prevent them from sexually abusing children, he asserted: “Be assured you will find no current reference to the prevention of offending. You can take that to the bank.”

Speaking to Reduxx on the campaign by Virtuous Pedophiles, Dr. Alaric Naudé says it’s “utter propaganda” that most pedophiles are non-offending.

“We don’t know how many [pedophiles] there are. So how can you claim most of them don’t offend? It doesn’t make any sense. We don’t have any figures or a control … If we look at different data from different countries, it’s approximate that a pedophile will abuse between 3 to 5 children before they are caught.”

Dr. Naudé is a Professor focused on the social sciences and linguistics at Suwon University in South Korea. Earlier this year, Prostasia pressured The British Journal of Sociology and History to remove a research article he had published which expressed concern about their organizational goals.

The article, titled A Case Study via Sociolinguistic Analysis of [a] Covert Pro-Pedophilia Organization Registered as a Child Protection Charity, focused on how Prostasia claimed to be for child protection but advanced a narrative framing pedophiles as victims of an oppressive social structure.

Dr. Naudé says he became interested in pro-pedophile activists groups while researching propaganda for a separate article he published in 2021, and a subsequent book on linguistics.

“During my research, I went into how propagandists stifle dissent by using laws that are meant to protect people but twisting them,” he says, noting that he began to look into child protection policies and became aware of groups “claiming to want to protect children” but whose linguistic markers denoted that something else was their intention.

“It’s important to remember that pedophiles don’t just groom children,” Dr. Naudé tells Reduxx, “They groom the environment, and adults within the environment, so they are able to sexually abuse children without being noticed.”

Dr. Naudé takes particular issue with Virtuous Pedophiles claims about “child pedophiles,” which he says is just a ploy to “groom the public” into normalizing pedophilia.

“Children generally have affection for other children — that is normal between a similar age group. So what they’re doing is trying to say that children or teenagers who have some attraction to children in their own age group, or even slightly younger, are pedophiles. They are grooming kids into thinking they are pedophiles, when in fact they are just going through normal development.”

Dr. Naudé says there is plenty of help available for those who fear they might sexually abuse a child, but activists promoting the normalization of “minor attraction” don’t actually want it.

“If a person has pedophilic tendencies, they can go to a psychiatrist and they can be helped. There is cognitive behavioral therapy, which can be quite effective. But that’s if someone wants to change. The people who are using this ‘MAP’ terminology… they do not want to change. They use this as a cover.”

Organización deja cartas con propaganda pro-pedofilia en bibliotecas del Reino Unido

Britten una vez explicó su capacidad para escribir tan bien para niños diciendo que se veía a sí mismo como un niño de 13 años.

Una de las obras más conocidas de Britten, la ópera The Turn of the Screw, basada en la novela de Henry James, está ambientada en una residencia de campo inglesa llamada Bly House, de la que Bly Rede parece haber tomado su alias.

En septiembre de 2021, Rede habló con Candice Christiansen, una terapeuta que trata la adicción al sexo y que trabaja en el Equipo de Trabajo de las Naciones Unidas sobre la Trata de Personas, en su programa titulado “The Prevention Podcast”. Christiansen es la creadora del sitio web The Global Prevention Project, donde ha publicado alegatos de pedófilos autoproclamados.

“En 2019, los MAP se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para compartir sus historias. Nuestro equipo clínico decidió que tener un Blog MAP era una buena alternativa para aquellos que nos habían contactado queriendo tener una voz pero que no podía venir a nuestro podcast”, dice el sitio.

Uno de los alegatos publicados en el ‘blog MAP’ es de Rede. En marzo de 2020, Rede escribió una publicación en el blog titulada “Tenemos que proteger a los niños, incluidos los pedófilos”. Es alarmante que Rede se refiera a “niños pedófilos” y “pedófilos menores de edad”, y pregunta: “En nuestro afán por prevenir el abuso de niños, ¿qué pasa si pasamos por alto un grupo de niños?”

Rede afirma que las investigaciones respaldan su convicción de que “la mayoría del abuso sexual infantil no es llevado a cabo por pedófilos en absoluto”, pero enlaza una publicación académica que afirma en cambio que “la ofensa de pornografía infantil es un indicador de diagnóstico válido de pedofilia”.

El término “persona atraída por menores” fue acuñado por primera vez por otro lobby a favor de la pedofilia llamado B4U-ACT (Before You Act, antes de que actúes), que fue fundado en 2003 por el pederasta convicto Michael Melsheimer. Melsheimer declaró explícitamente que el propósito de la organización era normalizar la pedofilia donde la Asociación Nacional de Amor Hombre-Niño no había podido hacerlo.

En el foro de pederastas BoyChat, Melsheimer informaba a sus compañeros pedófilos que el nuevo enfoque se centraría en obtener la simpatía del público al afirmar falsamente que su intención era prevenir el abuso sexual infantil para así humanizar a los pedófilos.

En declaraciones a Reduxx sobre la campaña de Pedófilos Virtuosos, el Dr. Alaric Naudé dice que es una “propaganda absoluta” lo de que la mayoría de los pedófilos no comente infracciones.

“No sabemos cuántos [pedófilos] hay, así que ¿cómo puedes decir que la mayoría de ellos no delinquen? No tiene ningún sentido. No tenemos cifras ni control… Si observamos diferentes datos de diferentes países, vemos que un pedófilo abusará aproximadamente de entre 3 y 5 niños antes de ser detenido”.

El Dr. Naudé es profesor dedicado las ciencias sociales y la lingüística en la Universidad de Suwon en Corea del Sur. A principios de este año, Prostasia presionó a The British Journal of Sociology and History para que eliminara un artículo de investigación que él había publicado en el que expresaba preocupación por los objetivos de la organización.

El artículo, titulado A Case Study via Sociolinguistic Analysis of [a] Covert Pro-Pedophilia Organization Registered as a Child Protection Charity, se centró en cómo Prostasia afirmaba estar a favor de la protección infantil, pero promulgaba una narrativa que ponía a los pedófilos como víctimas de una estructura social opresiva.

El Dr. Naudé dice que se empezó a interesar en los grupos de activistas pro-pedófilos cuando investigaba propaganda para un artículo diferente que publicó en 2021, y un libro posterior sobre lingüística.

“Si una persona tiene tendencias pedófilas, puede ir a un psiquiatra y se le puede ayudar. Existe la terapia cognitivo-conductual, que puede ser bastante efectiva. Pero eso es si alguien quiere cambiar. La gente que usa esta terminología ‘MAP’… no quiere cambiar. Usan esto como una tapadera”.

Mother Removed From Support Group After Trans Male Complaint

A Reddit post describing a mother being removed from a support group for offending a trans-identified male is sparking outrage amongst feminists on social media as many women ask why a male was in the support group to begin with.

On August 22, Reddit user thats-so-raven- made a post on the r/MTF subreddit describing having had a woman removed from a support group because she was “transphobic.” The user, who has since been suspended from Reddit, stated he had been a participant in a trans-friendly motherhood support group and had pushed the center to bar a woman from attending anymore for suggesting motherhood was a female-exclusive experience.

“Last week one of the other moms (cis) said something extremely transphobic to me during our session. I won’t say it outright but it was along the lines of ‘you will not understand xyz’ because of not being cis,” u/thats-so-raven- wrote, continuing that he then challenged her on her comment during the session before complaining to the support group coordinator.

“Our coordinator agreed with my concerns and said that hostile behavior is not welcomed. She said that the transphobe would be banned from not only the support group but the center entirely,” the user wrote, concluding the post by noting the woman was from a “lower income and a disadvantaged background” but that he did not feel any guilt from having her removed from the support group.

“You cannot expect me to care for someone who doesn’t believe that I don’t deserve rights. And someone who thinks that I am less of a mother than she is.”

On r/MtF, a subreddit dedicated to trans-identified males, the majority of the comments expressed support for the user’s actions, with many praising the woman’s suspension from the support group.

“You shouldn’t feel guilty for having someone get banned for invalidating others feelings in a support group. Seems like the right thing to do in any support group,” one user commented, with another replying: “It’s amazing that someone can be a bigot to us then people treat them like the victim when we don’t lay down and take it.”

In the comment section, the original poster continued that he feared the other mothers in the support group may also be “secretly transphobic” for maintaining a friendship with the woman despite her ban.

The same day as the post went live, Males of Reddit shared a screenshot of the post on its more than 22,000 follower-strong Twitter account, prompting outrage and discussion. As of this article’s writing, the post has more than 1,400 likes and hundreds of retweets and responses.

“My mom suffered preeclampsia in both pregnancies, hence why my brother and I were preemies (7m and 6m). With him she almost bled to death, how TF could that larper understand and empathize with that experience? Or the one about the obstetricians’ violence and disregard?” one Twitter user wrote in response to Males of Reddit’s post.

Males of Reddit followed up to their screenshot by also posting screenshots of moderator-deleted comments using Reveddit, an archive which tracks deleted posts and comments across the entire website. Unsurprisingly, most of the deleted comments expressed criticism of the original poster’s actions, with one summarizing the post as “a non-mother removed a mother from a mother’s support group.”

Most of the comments deleted were done by transgender Reddit moderator Drewiepoodle, who just last year was exposed for having been inviting minors to his private residence for ‘gender affirming’ hormones with no parental or medical oversight.

While some Twitter users expressed disbelief at the authenticity of the Reddit post, this wouldn’t be the first time a gender ideology resulted in a women being removed from a female-specific service over claims of “transphobia.”

A woman in the United Kingdom was banned from accessing a resource center for rape survivors after expressing discomfort with a trans-identified male who had taken to attending the women’s counseling sessions. The pseudonymous Sarah Summers has spoken extensively about her experience, and subsequently chose to launch a legal challenge against Survivors’ Network as a result of their refusal to provide female-exclusive trauma support groups.

In July, a Canadian domestic abuse survivor was evicted from a transitional shelter in Vancouver, British Columbia for disagreeing with policies with allowed trans-identified males to be housed in the residence with the female victims.

Earlier this year, another post on r/MtF made the rounds on social media and even resulted in mainstream media coverage after a male posted photos of himself attempting to breast-feed a newborn baby in order to affirm his gender identity. On social media, many new and breast feeding mothers noted they’ve noticed an increase in men attending breast-feeding support groups.

Una publicación de Reddit que describe como echan a una madre de un grupo de apoyo por ofender a un hombre identificado como trans está provocando indignación entre las feministas en las redes sociales, ya que muchas mujeres se preguntan qué hacía un hombre en un grupo de apoyo para madres.

El 22 de agosto, el usuario de Reddit thats-so-raven hizo una publicación en el subreddit r/MTF en donde cuenta haber expulsado a una mujer de un grupo de apoyo por “tránsfoba”. El usuario, cuya cuenta ha sido suspendida, declaró que había participado en un grupo de apoyo a la maternidad trans-friendly y había presionado para que echaran a una mujer por decir que la maternidad era una experiencia exclusiva de las mujeres.

“La semana pasada, una de las otras mamás (cis) me dijo algo extremadamente transfóbico en la sesión. No lo voy a repetir exactamente, pero fue algo así como ‘no vas a entender blah blah’ porque no eres cis”, escribió u/thats-so-raven, que pidió explicaciones a la usuaria por el comentario hecho durante la sesión para luego ir a quejarse a la coordinadora del grupo de apoyo.

“Nuestra coordinadora se mostró de acuerdo y dijo que tal comportamiento hostil no es bienvenido. Dijo que iba a expulsar a la tránsfoba no solo del grupo de apoyo, sino del centro también”, escribió el usuario, que concluye la publicación señalando que la mujer provenía de un “entorno desfavorecido y tenía pocos ingresos”, pero que no sentía ninguna culpa por haberla expulsado del grupo de apoyo.

“No puedes esperar que me preocupe por alguien que no cree que yo merezca derechos. Y alguien que piensa que soy menos madre que ella”.

En r/MtF (subreddit Male to Female, “de hombre a mujer”), un subreddit dedicado a los hombres transidentificados, la mayoría de los comentarios expresaron su apoyo a las acciones del usuario, y muchos elogiaron la expulsión de la mujer del grupo de apoyo.

“No debes sentirte culpable por hacer que echen a alguien por invalidar los sentimientos de otros en un grupo de apoyo. Parece lo correcto en cualquier grupo de apoyo”, comentó un usuario, y otro respondió: “Es increíble que alguien pueda ser intolerante con nosotros y que luego la gente la trate como la víctima cuando no nos callamos y no lo aceptamos”.

En la sección de comentarios, el autor original continuó diciendo que sospechaba que las otras madres en el grupo de apoyo también eran “secretamente tránsfobas” por mantener la amistad con la mujer a pesar de su expulsión.

El mismo día en que salió la publicación, Males of Reddit compartió una captura de pantalla de la publicación en su cuenta de Twitter de más de 22,000 seguidores, lo que provocó indignación y discusiones. Males of Reddit hizo un seguimiento a su captura de pantalla y publicó también capturas de comentarios eliminados por el moderador utilizando Reveddit, un archivo que rastrea las publicaciones y comentarios eliminados en todo el sitio web. Como era de esperar, la mayoría de los comentarios eliminados expresaban críticas a las acciones del autor original, y uno resumió la publicación como “un no madre eliminó a una madre del grupo de apoyo a madres”.

Trans Pedophile Still Free After Attempting to Meet Child, Baby for Sexual Abuse

Berkeley Police allowed a suspected pedophile to walk away from a sting conducted by predator hunters despite being shown evidence that he had been expressing interest in molesting multiple children, including an infant.

On August 20, anti-pedophile vigilante group Predator Poachers uploaded footage of a sting they conducted in Berkeley, California to YouTube involving a trans-identified male who had been purportedly seeking to meet a 9-year-old for the purposes of sexually abusing her.

The girl was in fact a decoy established by the group as part of a months-long investigation into the man, who went by the name Sophia Westfall.

Speaking to Reduxx, predator hunter Alex Rosen says Westfall first contacted the decoy’s Instagram account in April, and soon after began initiating sexual conversations with the child.

Rosen is a full-time anti-pedophile vigilante, and he and his small team have traveled across the United States conducting stings on predators since 2019. Ample evidence is gathered prior to a confrontation, and police are then called.

Rosen told Reduxx that the sting uploaded on the 20th had actually been conducted on June 7 when he and his team were in California.

“Sophia was one of the reasons we were in California but we actually had multiple suspects in the state,” he explained, noting that Sophia had been picked up by two different decoys on two different platforms — Instagram and Telegram. Rosen says both decoy accounts had been populated using altered and AI-generated photos.

Rosen provided Reduxx a number of screenshots belonging to conversations Westfall had with the decoy. Westfall tells the girl that he masturbates to thoughts about her, and suggests a number of ways he wants to molest her.

“I’m thinking of other things too, but maybe tickles too,” Westfell wrote in one message, “Kisses and touches all over. Kisses between your legs especially!”

Disturbingly, Westfall suggested that he wanted to sexually abuse the girl’s 6-year-old sister, saying “well, you know I love young girls. I’m just excited thinking how fun it could be to play in bed with both of you!”

The decoy then advised Westfall she also had a 1 year old sibling, stating “she’s probably too young” for sexual activity, to which Westfall replied: “That doesn’t bother me. Never too young to start learning!”

While Westfall would ultimately establish a meet up with the decoy purporting to be 9-years-old, he also communicated with a separate one of Rosen’s decoys on encrypted chat service Telegram. That decoy was also intended to be a 9-year-old girl.

“He sent some very illegal stuff to our decoy on Telegram,” Rosen says, noting that it included extreme child sexual abuse material appearing to show very young children being sexually assaulted. Westfall also gave suggestions to that 9-year-old decoy on how to pleasure male genitals.

“Some people like stroking a hand up and down over it… or you can wrap your mouth around the tip and lick or suck,” Westfall says, continuing: “It can absolutely be exciting.”

The filmed confrontation took place at Strawberry Creek Park in Berkeley, where Westfall thought he would be meeting with the 9-year-old he had been interacting with on Instagram. Instead, Rosen and his team showed up with a bundle of evidence they had printed off.

In the dramatic video Rosen uploaded to YouTube on the 20th, Westfall is seen wearing knee-high-boots, a skirt, a pink top and a hat littered with trans pride flag buttons. He immediately attempts to walk away from Rosen when he is confronted, and is even defended by unknowing locals in the park who believe he is in need of assistance.

Westfall continuously says “leave me alone,” and “I don’t want to talk to you,” while hiding his face behind a medical mask. He refuses to answer any of Rosen’s questions, and simply paces across the park repeatedly.

At one point, the police show up — apparently called by bystanders who believed Rosen was harassing an innocent individual.

Rosen is seen trying to show police his bundle of evidence, and explains to multiple officers what his investigation had uncovered. But, disturbingly, police do not detain Westfall, and allow him to leave the park — which is full of children — without resistance.

Rosen tells Reduxx he was shocked by that decision.

“Based on what we showed them … It should have been an instant arrest. Especially with the lewd [images] he had sent. I have never had a predator who was trying to molest a 1-year-old, and unfortunately there have been a few, that was not arrested on the spot.” Rosen says, “[Police] said they needed to gather more evidence and check with the District Attorney. But a place like Berkeley, like New York City, they are known for not locking up criminals.”

Predator Poachers, Rosen’s team of anti-pedophile vigilantes, says they had calculated for a poor police response due to the location of the sting, but they had still been confident an arrest was going to be made because the evidence was damning.

“I was well-aware that I was doing this catch in Berkeley, and I knew what that meant for cop response. But I thought even then… this is just too bad that cops are going to make an arrest. I was that confident. Especially with [the suspect] sending my decoy child sexual abuse material. But I was wrong, sadly.”

Rosen also notes that Police had expressed frustration with him when he “misgendered” the suspect.

Predator Poachers has successfully initiated arrests in multiple states, and that 80% of the other suspects he had confronted in California had been arrested the day of his stings or in the days after he spoke to police, but Westfall still has not been charged with any crime.

“This person said they wanted to molest a 1-year-old. They sent child sexual abuse material on Telegram. There was horrific, horrific sh*t. All I can say is, we’ve gotten people arrested for a lot less.”

Reduxx reached out to the Berkeley Police Department, which did confirm it had an open case number related to the incident, and suggested the matter was still under investigation.

While Westfall deleted the Instagram profile he used to contact the 9-year-old decoy, he has an additional account on the platform. While it is now defunct, the profile was primarily focused on taking photos of women in public without their consent.

Westfall often placed extremely sexual captions beside the stealth images, and even featured photos of what appeared to be young girls he had taken.

On Twitter, Westfall is still active and posting. Amongst retweets of pornography, Westfall engages with trans activists and sometimes speaks on trans-related issues. The day after the sting, Westfall retweeted a post arguing it was “puritan sex negativity” to try and argue “drag and queerness” wasn’t inherently sexual.

His profile features a link to a defunct WordPress blog he maintained titled SaphikoSophia.

In 2015, Westfall made a post to the blog in which he praised a book titled The Perils of Protecting Children from Sex.

World’s Youngest Trans Model Has Two Trans Parents, Will Have “Gender Surgery” At 16

A 10-year-old child is making headlines as the world’s youngest trans model to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week after representing the Trans* Clothing Company brand.

Noella McMaher was a model at New York Fashion Week in February, but the child’s story has begun to receive additional media attention after it was announced that the 10-year-old had been signed on for modeling gigs until November.

According to Noella’s parents, the child began expressing gender dysphoria around age 2.

Referring to the boy using feminine pronouns, Noella’s mother stated: “She would refuse to wear boy clothes and have tantrums because she was so young. She knew what she wanted, but didn’t have the words to say it … I should have known earlier, as she hated anything masculine, so I brought her to a gender clinic.”

At age 4, Noella was “socially transitioned,” referring to a process in which a child is “affirmed” in their chosen gender identity by presenting as that gender while in public. It was around this time Noella’s mother said she brought the child to therapy at the gender development clinic at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. During the appointments, Noella told a gender counsellor he was a “girl.” By Age 6, Noella’s legal documentation had already been changed.

But information on the child’s family is often left out of the glowing profiles.

Dee McMaher, Noella’s biological mother, is a social justice advocate who identifies as non-binary, appears to be on hormone replacement therapy, and recently had a cosmetic mastectomy. Both she and her current partner are females who identify as trans masculine.

According to the Point Foundation website, McMaher, neé Kalick, has been an “advocate and educator” for transgender children for 10 years — roughly since around the time Noella was born.

In 2019, McMaher and Noella were featured in People’s World during a legal episode in which McMaher was fighting for full custody of her child from her biological father, Timothy McCord.

According to McMaher, McCord had been opposed to 4-year-old Noel’s transgender identity. McCord and McMaher had been separated at the time, but the father had visitation rights and the two parents shared child-care duties during the week while she was at work. At the time, McMaher was employed at the Rainbow Family Support Center as a transgender advocate, and McCord’s visitation often included making dinner and putting Noella to bed.

In July of 2016, McCord caused a fracture in Noella’s arm, something McMaher stated happened while he was forcing Noella into “boy pajamas.” McCord is reported to have then given Noella medication and sent the child to sleep. The next morning, after Noella expressed pain, McMaher reported McCord to child protective services and he was arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse.

McMaher also fought to have McCord charged with a hate crime, but the court determined there was not enough evidence to do so. In 2018, McCord pleaded to a lesser charge and was handed probation rather than jail time. He is currently employed as an analytical chemist in Chicago, having previously worked as a medical examiner and toxicologist for Cook County, Illinois.

In 2019, McMaher married Ray, a biological female who also identifies as transgender and works in “LGBTQ health justice.”

That year, Noella and McMaher were profiled in Chicago Parent, wherein it was stated McMaher has planned for Noella to have “gender surgeries” at age 16, but would start the child on puberty blockers and hormone therapy before then.

McMaher and her partner appear to have another young infant they are raising as non-binary, referring to the child as a “theybie” who is often photographed in a jumper which reads “genderless is more.”

Speaking to Reduxx on the case, Sinead Watson expressed incredulity at the disturbing details.

“I cannot believe this child was affirmed at such a young age. I cannot believe this child – this baby – was deemed wrong as young as 2.” Watson says, “And legal changes as 6? This whole case is abhorrent.”

Watson is a vocal member of an active and growing online community of detransitioners – people who began, but ended and sought to reverse a gender transition. Watson had taken testosterone for 3 years after deciding she identified as male, but later realized her feelings came from a struggle with misogyny and trauma. Watson has been open about her experience being immediately “affirmed” by clinicians, with all of them failing to investigate her history of mental wellness concerns.

“That this child’s parents both happen to be ‘trans’ or ‘queer’ is no surprise to me. They are forcing their own ideological ideas onto their innocent baby.” Watson says the phenomenon is not new to her, and that she’d seen stories of parents transitioning gender non-conforming children as early as 2015.

“As with the social contagion among vulnerable children, we’re seeing more and more parents with Münchausen syndrome by proxy. It’s not the kids who are trans – it’s the parents who want them to be trans.”

On the family’s plans to have Noella undergo “gender surgeries” at 16, Watson calls it “child abuse” in no uncertain terms.

“So many children will be harmed by this in the future. So many. I can say nothing else other than I am absoulutly disgusted by what these people are doing to this poor child. Unforgivable.”

Childhood transition has become a growing concern in recent years as many have witnessed an explosion in both gender clinic locations and the prevalence of “trans kids.” According to Gender Mapper, North America has seen the amount of pediatric gender identity clinics grow from a mere handful to “over 200” in just 10 years.

On February 25, the National Academy of Medicine in France issued a release to its professional members noting that it had become aware of a “sharp increase in demand” in youth and adolescents seeking gender identity services.

The Academy called it an “epidemic like phenomenon” and cautioned clinicians to take caution when dealing with youth presenting with gender identity concerns.

But French medical professionals were not alone in their concern. Globally, multiple countries and health authorities have taken steps to try and stop or restrict childhood transition, citing negative longterm consequences for the child.

In April, the Florida Department of Health has issued a press release discouraging all forms of medical and social treatment for ‘gender dysphoria’ in children and adolescents. The Department pointed to a report out of Sweden in which a trans-identified female child who was prescribed puberty blockers at 11 went on to develop severe medical side-effects. The girl developed severe osteoarthritis in her spine after 5 years on the medication. Her height was also stunted, and X-Rays demonstrated a number of abnormalities in her skeleton.

Even “social transitioning” has come under scrutiny, with some detransitioners noting that it is not without its negative long-term consequences.

According to Dr. Leor Sapir, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, “social affirmation” often puts children on the pathway to full medical transition.

In a thread published today, Dr. Sapir noted: “Schools are not being ‘supportive’ or ‘inclusive’ when they adopt ‘affirming’ policies. Instead, they are potentially changing the course of psychosocial development and putting kids on track to becoming sterile, sexually dysfunctional, and lifelong wards of the medical industry.”

Un niño de 10 años está siendo noticia por ser el modelo trans más joven del mundo en desfilar en la Semana de la Moda de Nueva York representando a la marca Trans* Clothing Company.

Noella McMaher, nacido varón, fue modelo en la Semana de la Moda de Nueva York en febrero, pero la historia del niño no ha tenido una amplia difusión hasta ahora. Muchos medios lo elogian y tratan de pionero al enterarse de que el niño de 10 años ha sido contratado para trabajos de modelo hasta noviembre.

Según los padres de Noella, el menor comenzó a expresar disforia de género alrededor de los 2 años.

Refiriéndose al niño, que usaba pronombres femeninos, la madre de Noella declaró: “Ella se negaba a usar ropa de niño y cogía berrinches porque era muy joven. Sabía lo que quería, pero no tenía las palabras para decirlo … Debería haberme dado cuenta antes, ya que odiaba cualquier cosa masculina, así que me lo llevé a una clínica de género”.

A los 4 años, a Noella le hicieron la “transición social”, que es el proceso por el cual un niño es “afirmado” en su identidad de género elegida al presentarse como de ese género en público. Fue por aquel entonces que la madre de Noella llevó al niño a terapia en la clínica de desarrollo de género en el Hospital Infantil Ann & Robert H. Lurie de Chicago. Durante las sesiones, Noella le dijo a un consejero de género que era una “niña”. A los 6 años, Noella ya tenía la documentación legal cambiada.

Pero a menudo se omite información sobre la familia del niño en esas reportajes entusiastas.

Dee McMaher, la madre biológica de Noella, es una defensora de la justicia social que se identifica como no binaria, parece estar en terapia de reemplazo hormonal y recientemente se sometió a una mastectomía cosmética. Tanto ella como su actual pareja son mujeres que se identifican como trans masculinas.

Según el sitio web de la Point Foundation, McMaher, Kalick de soltera, ha sido una “defensora y educadora” de niños transgénero durante 10 años, aproximadamente desde el momento en que nació Noella.

En 2019, McMaher y Noella aparecieron en People’s World en un episodio legal en el que McMaher peleaba con el padre biológico, Timothy McCord, por la custodia total de su hija.

Según McMaher, McCord se había opuesto a la identidad transgénero de Noel, de 4 años. McCord y McMaher estaban separados en aquel momento, pero el padre tenía derechos de visita y ambos progenitores compartían las tareas de cuidado del niño durante la semana mientras ella estaba en el trabajo. Por aquel entonces, McMaher estaba empleada en el Centro de Apoyo Familiar Rainbow (Arco Iris) como defensora transgénero, y las visitas de McCord a menudo incluían preparar la cena y acostar a Noella.

En julio de 2016, McCord le provocó una fractura en el brazo a Noella, algo que McMaher declaró haber sucedido cuando el padre le estaba obligando a Noella a ponerse un “pijama de niño”. Parece que McCord le dio pastillas a Noella y lo mandó a la cama. A la mañana siguiente, cuando Noella dijo que tenía dolores, McMaher denunció a McCord a los servicios de protección infantil y éste fue arrestado acusado de abuso infantil agravado.

McMaher también luchó para que McCord fuera acusado de un crimen de odio, pero el tribunal determinó que no había pruebas suficientes para eso. En 2018, McCord se declaró culpable de un cargo menor y se le otorgó libertad condicional en lugar de tiempo en prisión. Actualmente trabaja como químico analítico en Chicago, habiendo trabajado anteriormente como médico forense y toxicólogo para el condado de Cook, Illinois.

En 2019, McMaher se casó con Ray, una mujer biológica que también se identifica como transgénero y que trabaja en “justicia para la salud LGBTQ”.

Ese año, Noella y McMaher salieron en Chicago Parent, donde se puede leer que McMaher ya tenía planeado que Noella se sometiera a “cirugías de género” en cuanto cumpliera los 16 años, e iba a empezar el proceso dándole bloqueadores de la pubertad y terapia hormonal antes de esa fecha.

McMaher y su pareja parecen tener otro bebé que están criando como no binario, se refieren a él como un “theybie”(¿”ellebebé”?) y a menudo sale en las fotos con un jersey que dice “agénero es mejor”. 

Hablando con Reduxx sobre el caso, Sinead Watson expresó incredulidad ante esos detalles alarmantes.

“No me puedo creer que este niño haya sido afirmado a una edad tan temprana. No me puedo creer que este niño, este bebé, haya sido considerado “equivocado” a los 2 años”. Watson dice: “¿Y los cambios legales a los 6? El caso entero es aberrante”.

Watson es una voz muy activa de una comunidad en línea dinámica y creciente de detransicionadores, personas que comenzaron, pero pararon y trataron de revertir la transición de género. “Al igual que con el contagio social entre niños vulnerables, estamos viendo cada vez más padres con síndrome de Münchausen por poder. No son los niños los que son trans, son los padres los que quieren que lo sean”.

Sobre el plan de la familia de que Noella se someta a “cirugías de género” a los 16 años, Watson lo llama claramente “abuso infantil”.

“Muchos niños sufrirán daños por esto en el futuro. Pero tantos. Solo puedo decir que estoy completamente asqueada por lo que esta gente le está haciendo a ese pobre niño. Es imperdonable”.

La transición infantil se ha convertido en una preocupación creciente en los últimos años y muchos han sido testigos de una explosión tanto en las cantidad de clínicas de género, como en la prevalencia de los “niños trans”. Según Gender Mapper, América del Norte ha visto crecer el número de clínicas pediátricas de identidad de género de un mero puñado a “más de 200” en solo 10 años.

El 25 de febrero, la Academia Nacional de Medicina de Francia emitió un comunicado a sus miembros profesionales señalando que se había dado cuenta de un “fuerte aumento de la demanda” en jóvenes y adolescentes que buscan servicios de identidad de género.

La Academia lo llamó un “fenómeno epidémico” y advirtió a los médicos que tengan cuidado al tratar con jóvenes que presentan inquietudes de identidad de género.

Pero los profesionales médicos franceses no estaban solos en su inquietud. A nivel mundial, varios países y autoridades sanitarias han tomado medidas para tratar de detener o restringir la transición infantil, citando consecuencias negativas a largo plazo para el menor.

En abril, el Departamento de Salud de Florida emitió un comunicado de prensa para intentar impedir todas las formas de tratamiento médico y social para la “disforia de género” en niños y adolescentes. El Departamento señaló un informe de Suecia en el que a una niña que se identificaba como trans se le recetaron bloqueadores de la pubertad a los 11 años y que desarrolló efectos secundarios médicos graves. La niña desarrolló osteoartritis severa en la columna vertebral tras 5 años con el medicamento. Su altura también estaba atrofiada, y los rayos X demostraron una serie de anomalías en su esqueleto.

Incluso la “transición social” ha sido objeto de escrutinio, y algunos detransicionadores señalan que no está exenta de consecuencias negativas a largo plazo.

Según el Dr. Leor Sapir, miembro del Instituto Manhattan, la “afirmación social” a menudo pone a los niños en el camino hacia la transición médica completa.

En un hilo publicado hoy, el Dr. Sapir señaló: “Las escuelas no están siendo ‘solidarias’ o ‘inclusivas’ cuando adoptan políticas de ‘afirmación’. Al contrario, están cambiando potencialmente el curso de desarrollo psicosocial y llevando a los niños a convertirse en estériles, sexualmente disfuncionales y pacientes de por vida de la industria médica”.

DEVES: Aussie Parents Risk Criminalization If They Don’t “Affirm” Child’s Gender Identity

The enactment of the Change or Suppression (Conversion) Practices Prohibition Act 2021 makes it unlawful for anyone to fail to affirm the declared gender identity of another person under threat of criminal sanctions, including fines and incarceration, in the Australian state of Victoria. 

The bill was sold to the public as a measure to prevent the trauma that can be caused caused to same sex-attracted people through harmful and abusive practices intended to change or suppress their orientation. The evidence relied on for these practices was largely historical, from overseas jurisdictions and could be dealt with under existing laws.

Despite there being no evidence that anyone in Victoria had been subjected to conversion or suppression practices on the basis of their gender identity, the normalization of a manufactured category associating sexual orientation and gender identity meant that both were included in the legislation.

The Conversion Act was so broadly drafted that it bans any conduct (including a conversation) by any person directed towards any second person on the basis of the second person’s sexual orientation (or gender identity) where the conduct is intended to “suppress or change” the second person’s sexual orientation (or gender identity) or induce the second person to suppress or change their sexual orientation (or gender identity).  

And it’s not only parents that run the risk of criminalization. Health care providers, spiritual advisors, teachers, or caregivers could be captured and denounced by this legislation. In fact, even those outside of the jurisdiction of Victoria are subject to the Act as it has extra-territorial application.

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, the statutory body tasked with administering and enforcing the act, warns that exploratory conversations, or adopting a “wait and see” approach, could be an offence.

This act is the harshest and most punitive globally to date. “Change or suppression” conduct causing “psychological harm” could result in 5 years’ imprisonment or a $100,000 fine, or, for serious psychological harm, 10 years imprisonment or a $200,000 fine. This will increase up to a $1 million fine for organizations. 

On August 13, the Daily Mail reported that Victorian parents are finding themselves in the position of being unable to access counseling for their child, and are living in fear of supporting their child to do anything other than affirming their child’s declaration of a gender identity, even in situations where their child has mental health co-morbidities, is neuro-atypical, or suffering bullying, trauma or bereavement.

The criminal penalties remove a parent’s ability to protect their child from accessing experimental hormone treatments that could leave them with a myriad of problems. Recent studies have revealed these problems could include major, sustained health concerns such as infertility, organ failure, arrested cognitive development, and osteoporosis. Further, it puts children on the pathway to irreversible surgeries with high rates of complications and need for revisions, and lifelong dependence on pharmaceuticals. 

Compassionate mental health care desperately needed by vulnerable youth has now been put on chill. Some psychologists and therapists are going to completely avoid treating minors due to the fear of being captured by the criminal sanctions in the act should they fail to actively affirm the declared gender identity of the person presenting for care. 

Victoria is home to Australia’s largest children’s gender clinic – the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne Gender Service – overseen by Associate Professor Dr. Michelle Telfer, the clinic treats children (even those under 8 years old) and continues to claim “puberty blockers are reversible.” Dr. Telfer served on the board of the Australian Professional Association for Transgender Health from 2014 to 2020 and is a strong advocate for the transitioning of children. During an interview he conducted in 2021, he boasted of an underage female patient he’d treated: “I can help this child have a boy’s body.” And how many people can do that?”

On a panel hosted by the WA Government and ACON – the taxpayer subsidized charity that promotes medical transitioning – Dr. Telfer downplayed the rising numbers of detransitioners by relying on the Amsterdam Cohort of Gender Dysphoria Study (an out-of-date, overseas study of mostly male adults) to pretend it is not an increasing issue and saying “I really dislike the word detransition ’cause it’s a really horrible word.”

The clinic at Royal Children’s Hospital is reputedly modeled on the now-disgraced Tavistock children’s gender clinic, recently ordered to close its doors with the impending release of the damning Cass Report that documented systemic failures, absence of data and ideological capture that compromised consistent, impartial and clinical care.

Earlier this year, the French Medical Academy cited the rapid increase in child patients seeking gender affirmation at the Hospital as part of a release they issued warning clinicians to exercise caution in treating “trans kids.” They called it “an epidemic-like phenomenon,” noting that in 2003, only one child at the Royal Children’s Hospital had been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, while today it is treating nearly 200.

In 2016, the Victorian government enabled gender self-identification with the creation of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Act, which allowed children and adults to change the sex on their birth certificate every 12 months without a need for “sex affirmation surgery.” Attorney-General Jill Hennessy’s second reading speech for the Conversion Bill stated that there is no evidence that gender identity can change, putting these two bills into conflict and a clear demonstration of the typical incoherence of law and policy that protects gender identity ideology.

The attorney general’s position ignored the growing chorus of voices of detransitioners who regret undergoing social transition, hormonal interventions or irreversible surgeries, while ignoring the multiple medical studies that conclude the majority of children presenting with distress about gender come to accept their natal sex during puberty without the need for any medical intervention.

The parliamentary debate over the conversion bill was characterised by extravagant displays of emotion and hyperbole for those in favour relying on dramatic examples of hurt feelings and perceived exclusion, starkly juxtaposed by those in opposition who pleaded for more time, alternative views to be acknowledged and included, and the mounting evidence against socially and medically transitioning children to be considered. 

In parallel to the situation in the UK, many Australian federal and state government departments, organizations, corporations, institutions, banks, law firms and universities are signed up to ACON’s programs with the purpose of embedding the ACON worldview on gender and sexuality into Australian public life. Active allyship must be demonstrated, remaining neutral or impartial can attract sanctions, and in some jurisdictions, such as Victoria, resistance is now unlawful, attracting criminal prosecution.  

The two taxpayer funded media platforms, SBS and ABC, are both signed up to the ACON Pride in Diversity scheme, Australia’s version of Stonewall. Modelled on Stonewall’s Diversity Champions Workplace Equality index, organisations are benchmarked against other organisations by earning points on ACON’s Australian Workplace Equality Index by complying with requirements detailed in an onerous submission form to promote and report favourably on trans and gender identity issues, but penalised with loss of points for reporting critically. 

As a result, the growing global scandal surrounding the interference in the integrity of the minds and bodies and children on the basis of gender identity is largely ring-fenced from the Australian public with the notable failure of many mainstream media outlets to cover this issue impartially and without bias; depriving Australian families of critical information, leaving them unable to assist their distressed children, and living in fear of criminal penalties if they refuse to consent to their child being medically “affirmed.”
