Mexico: Trans Politician Interrupted Anti-Trafficking Conference, Screamed “Sex Work Is Work”

A conference on tackling human trafficking and migrant smuggling was interrupted when a transgender politician became enraged at a speaker suggesting that the sex trade should be abolished, calling it “hate speech.”

The second day of the 7th Congreso Latinoamericano y Caribeño sobre Trata de Personas y Tráfico de Migrantes (Latinamerican and Carribean Congress on Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling) was held in Mexico City on Wednesday, The annual Congress features speakers and politicians from Mexico’s Chamber of Deputies gathering to discuss ways in which to eradicate human trafficking. Wednesday’s panel featured a lecture by Spanish Sociologist Dr. Rosa María Cobo, a professor at the University of La Coruña.

Dr. Cobo gave a radical feminist perspective on human trafficking, and called for the abolition of the sex trade which she noted relied upon the exploitation of women and girls with few economic and social resources.

“Prostitution is not right, from an ethical and political point of view,” Dr. Cobo said, “It is not acceptable for a woman to become an [object] and it is not acceptable for a man to objectify and [commit] violence against women who have very few resources and who are vulnerable.”

At the end of her talk, Dr. Cobo was presented with a gift from Cecilia Márquez Alkadef, a member of Mexcio’s Chamber of Deputies, which is one of the key organizers of the annual Congress.

Just as Dr. Cobo was posing for photographs, a male voice could be heard furiously screaming through the auditorium.

On the event’s official livestream, the camera panned out to show an individual getting increasingly aggressive, yelling towards the stage before standing to yell out into the audience. The event’s host attempts to calm the individual down and request they respect the perspective that was presented by Dr. Cobo, but the man only became more enraged.

“This is hate speech! This is criminalizing my comrades! This is hate speech paid for with Government funds!”

The man was quickly identified as Maria Clemente, a trans-identified politician who was elected last year and became the first transgender person to enter Mexico’s Chamber of Deputies.

A member of the audience began to speak out against Clemente, yelling back in a sarcastic fashion, “Women were born to be whores?” To which Clemente responds, “Well I am a woman, and I am a whore!  It’s my job and and how my family eats! I love it!”

In another angle of the same altercation, Clemente can be heard chanting: “Sex work is work! Sex work is work!” Clemente also lashes out against one of the Congress officials attempting to calm him down when he is called ‘Sir,’ and begins to aggressively approach the podium yelling: “Maria! Maria! My name is Maria!”

Following Clemente’s outbursts, the Congress went to a recess. According to La Razon de Mexico, Clemente left and several other attendees withdrew. The Congress is holding its final meeting today.

A few clips of Clemente’s outburst taken by an audience member began circulating on social media on Thursday, with many Mexican feminists expressing outrage at his furious defense of prostitution, and derailing of a conference on human trafficking.

“I am not a psychologist but these people urgently need mental help. They’re not [okay], really. We see the same scenes. Hate, rage, violence, aggressiveness and a huge pathological ego. They kick like small children in adult bodies. It is not normal.” One commenter wrote in Spanish beneath one of the videos of the incident posted by Women’s Declaration International’s Mexico branch.

“How strange that [a trans-identified male] always has to be the center of attention in feminist spaces and even more so in a room full of female victims. And they have the nerve to say that they are disrespecting him, what was he doing in a congress on trafficking in the first place?” Another asked.

Many offered praise for Sonia Sanchez, the abolitionist who had engaged Clemente from the audience and defended women’s right to be free from sexual exploitation.

Sex-based violence against women in Mexico is considered to be among the highest in the world, with the country’s femicide rate continuing to rise even as the general homicide rate falls. 85% of human trafficking victims in the country are female, with women and girls overrepresented in every form of the crime, including organ trafficking, forced prostitution, and labor exploitation.

The lack of justice for female victims of sex-based violence have led to widespread unrest in Mexico, especially amongst the organized feminist activist community who have staged regular protests this year. In March, thousands of women marched the streets of Mexico City demanding greater protection from law enforcement and the Government.

UPDATE July 8/22: A spokeswoman associated with WDI Mexico responded to Reduxx‘s request for comment, and, in a Spanish-language statement, called Clemente’s behavior “an embarrassment.”

“Although this behavior leaves much to be desired, for [feminists] it is an opportunity to show the world the truth about transgenderism,” representative Laura Lecuona says, “These are not simply a few men on the margins of society fighting for their right to housing and work.”

Lecuona says this is not the first time Clemente has been recorded as having an explosive emotional outburst. In December of 2021, Clemente allegedly attacked Congressional cafeteria staff after they used the wrong pronouns for him.

“[Clemente] was the reason Deputy Gabriel Quadri was reprimanded by the National Electoral Institute for alleged expressions of ‘discrimination and transphobia,'” Lecuona explained, noting that the precedent of Quadri’s penalization had feminists worried as it acted as a warning against expressing any critical sentiment.

“Not all gender identity activists make such a fuss. Others are more subtle in their ways, but most of those who are influencers and have a certain platform, whether in traditional media or on social networks, are hostile to radical feminists and to anyone who does not agree with them.”

Women’s Declaration International is a statement which affirms the rights of women and girls based on sex, and denounces the impact gender ideology has had on women’s rights. It currently has over 32,000 signatories from 159 countries.

¡Es mi trabajo y cómo come mi familia! ¡Me encanta!”

German University Cancelled Biologist’s Lecture After Complaints from Trans Activists

A German university cancelled a biologist’s lecture on evolution after caving in to the demands of trans activists on the campus who called it “transphobic” for asserting there were only two sexes. The event, called The Long Night of Science, was scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 2.

Biologist and feminist Marie-Luise Vollbrecht, a PhD candidate at Humboldt University, was scheduled to give a presentation on the evolution of biological sex at The Long Night of the Sciences, a multidisciplinary annual event held at scientific institutions across Germany. The event is intended to use science as “an answer to fake news, conspiracy theories and fatal errors.”

Vollbrecht’s lecture, titled “Gender is not the same as sex. Sex, gender and why there are only two sexes in biology” was intended to demonstrate her research in her main area of academic interest, which includes neurobiology and animal physiology.

But Vollbrecht explains she was the victim of an abusive campaign launched by activists which demanded her talk be cancelled on the basis that her scientific research was bigoted.

“Two days before the event started, [trans activists] tried to intimidate me,” Vollbrecht told Reduxx, “They mass-reported me, they sent screenshots of my supposed ‘transphobia’ to my PhD supervisor. I had to delete about 1,000 tweets because I didn’t want my boss and everyone in the university to read my private Twitter account. They saw it as proof that I’m trying to hide [my] transphobia, but I was just arguing about science.”

Announcement for Vollbrecht’s lecture posted to the organizer’s site

The General Students’ Committee (Allgemeiner Studierendenausschuss, or AStA) sent an e-mail to the organizers of The Night of Long Science event wherein they claimed Vollbrecht’s views were “unscientific” and “hostile” to transgender people.

“At the Long Night of the Sciences 2022 this Saturday, July 2, Marie-Luise Vollbrecht is to give a lecture in the prominent Senate Hall directly in the main building of Humboldt University, in which she claims that there are only two biological sexes,” read the email.

“Not only is this thesis unscientific, but inhuman and hostile to queer and trans*! In addition, a few weeks ago, Vollbrecht, together with some other authors, published an inflammatory article Die Welt, in which she claims that public broadcasters spread ‘transgender ideology.'”

The email continued: “To provide such a person with the most prominent room of Humboldt University as part of a science event, we find absolutely wrong! We students oppose this and call for a rally of the AKJ (Working Group of Critical Lawyers) from 4:30 pm in front of the main building. Come in large numbers, be diverse and show Humboldt University and the public that we will not put up with this.”

The night before the event was scheduled to take place, AKJ utilized the university’s e-mail server to message the student body in order to denounce Vollbrecht and call for protesters to demonstrate outside of the Senate Hall.

In response to escalating pressure, university administrators decided to cancel Vollbrecht’s lecture on the premise that they could not provide security personnel to protect her or staff from the possibility of violence.

“They called me on Saturday morning some hours before I was supposed to give my presentation and told me that they had to postpone it for security reasons,” Vollbrecht said.

Despite her lecture’s cancellation, approximately 100 students protested outside of the building where The Long Night of Science was set to take place. A large banner attached to the gate of the Senate Hall, placed on top of the event poster, read, “No platform for anti-feminism, transphobia, right-wing ideology, and unscientific [views], f*ck off.”

On Monday, July 4, a spokesperson for AKJ, Stefanie Richter, published a statement to the group’s website which criticized university management’s refusal to condemn Vollbrecht, and demanded that the university “clearly name transphobia as such.”

Richter went on to call Vollbrecht a “TERF,” and declared that her lecture on biological sex was simply “a presentation of (alleged) facts.” On July 6, the General Students’ Committee sent the AKJ statement out to the entire student body, again using the university’s e-mail server.

Student transactivist protesters demonstrating against biologist Marie-Luise Vollbrecht’s lecture on the evolution of biological sex

Leading up to the events on July 2, Vollbrecht had co-authored an open letter with several other academics, published on June 1, calling for an end to “false reporting” on the issue of gender identity ideology and the drugs euphemistically referred to as “puberty blockers.” The letter has thus far been signed by over 1,600 individuals.

“The subject of ‘trans’ is brought to children and young people through public broadcasting, with the result that the number of children and young people treated for gender dysphoria has increased twenty-five-fold in less than ten years,” reads the statement.

Published in conjunction with the open letter, Vollbrecht and others in the field of science released a dossier titled “Ideology instead of biology in the ÖRR.” The ÖRR is the national broadcasting service of Germany, and academics had worked together to examine hours of media content produced and promoted by ÖRR. During the course of their research, they discovered “explicit sexual media directed at children and young adults” being promoted by government subsidized media channels.

In particular, Vollbrecht and the other academics involved highlighted a program aimed at young children which featured a man who identified as a woman. During the episode, which aired on March 27 to highlight the Transgender Day of Visibility, a man who goes by “Katja” showed off a collection of high heels and spoke of having been jealous of girls when he was younger. The program, targeted at children as young as four years old, introduced the concept of gender identity and promoted sex self-identification policies.

According to the dossier, another program that the ÖRR recommends for young people aged 14 and over introduces children to BDSM and pornography. A host named Leeroy explores adult sexual themes in his videos, including transsexuality, pornography, prostitution, rape, and pedophilia. Vollbrecht and the other researchers summarized their findings in an article for Die Welt, also published on June 1. It was the culmination of her research and criticism of national broadcaster ÖRR that resulted in a campaign of online harassment by transactivists.

Following intense media scrutiny of both Vollbrecht and the cancellation of her scientific lecture, she was afforded an opportunity to explain the contents of her presentation in an article published July 6 by Zeit Online:

“My lecture would have been about three things: to explain why there are only two sexes from a biological point of view; to make it clear that debates about social gender roles are something else; and to justify why I think it’s wrong to mix the two.”

She goes on to explain that unlike English, the German language does not distinguish between “gender” and “sex,” saying: “In English, the linguistic separation is made by the words sex for biological gender and gender for culturally determined gender roles. In contrast to the concept of gender in biology – sex – the definition with regard to gender identities – gender – remains unclear.”

Despite this, “the biological sex of humans is binary,” asserts Vollbrecht. “There are male and there are female people. We are born male or female and retain our sex until the end of life.”

While speaking with Reduxx, Vollbrecht insisted that she did not hold Humboldt University responsible, but felt that the trans activists who abused the mail server system to libel her should be held accountable. University administrators have proposed a future date for a debate, open to her detractors, which Vollbrecht has said she would participate in. Humboldt representatives have not responded to a request from Reduxx for comment at this time.

In response to the cancellation of Vollbrecht’s lecture, Austrian YouTuber Donna Krasniqi streamed a live discussion with Vollbrecht in which she presented the research she had been set to lecture on. The video has since been viewed nearly 100,000 times, with commenters frequently remarking that nothing controversial was said.

“I wanted to show what I was going to talk about, and that there’s nothing hateful in it. I feel most people are disappointed because they expected something more dramatic, but many people commented that this is just school biology. The talk I wanted to give was [made for] children,” Vollbrecht said.

“This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I never wanted to be exposed like that… or in the spotlight. But I am glad that I could demonstrate that we really have a problem with radical activists at universities,” she added.

“For months, I tried to tell people that a huge percentage of people now really believe that there are more than two sexes, and people in the science departments are really blind to it. I really hope that this now starts the conversation that we need to have.”

The response to the attack on Vollbrecht’s scientific lecture has been tremendous, with hashtags such as #HumboldtUni and #Geschlecht trending on Twitter. Even government officials have offered their perspectives on the situation.

The Minister of Education and Research, Bettina Stark-Watzinger, expressed concern over the university’s actions, and told Bild Zeitung, “Science thrives on freedom and debate… It must not be in the hands of activists which positions may be heard and which may not.”

Similarly, Bundestag Vice President Wolfgang Kubicki warned: “If we give in at this point and leave the playing field to the opponents of freedom of expression, it will have painful consequences for the freedom of all people in the country.”

This is not the first instance trans activist student groups opposing discussion of biological sex within academic settings. Last November, University of Sussex professor Dr. Kathleen Stock resigned after enduring years of harassment from transactivists calling for the termination of her employment.

According to Dr. Stock, her “tipping point” came when her University sided with those who had waged a campaign of “intimidation” against her, but she had since received support from the feminist community and prominent figures like Richard Dawkins and JK Rowling. Dr. Stock is set to give a lecture on “varieties of feminism” at a newly-established University in Austin, Texas, indicating that trans activists’ attempts to silence critical views are having the opposite of their intended effect.

UK: Tribunal Rules Maya Forstater Was Discriminated Against Due To ‘Gender Critical’ Beliefs

An employment tribunal has ruled that a women’s rights advocate was discriminated against after her contract was not renewed following tweets she made on gender ideology.

Maya Forstater was directly discriminated against and victimized when the Centre for Global Development (CGD), where she was a visiting fellow, did not renew her contract or fellowship and scrubbed her profile from their website. The groundbreaking decision comes as a hard-won battle by Forstater to secure gender-critical views as a protected philosophical belief under the United Kingdom’s 2010 Equality Act.

Forstater had initially brought her case against CGD to a London employment tribunal in 2019 after her contract was not renewed in March of that year, with her former employers claiming views she had expressed on social media were “offensive and exclusionary.” Forstater, a gender critical feminist, believes men cannot become women and had stated such.

Amongst her tweets brought for review included an analogy between trans-identified males and Rachel Dolezal, a white American woman who self-identified as Black, and another in which she wrote: “A man’s internal feeling that he is a woman has no basis in material reality.”

In December of 2019, a Judge at the tribunal had ruled against Forstater, claiming her views on women’s sex-based rights were “not worthy of respect in democratic society,” and calling her views “absolutist.”

But Forstater went on to appeal the decision at the employment appeal tribunal (EAT), and an appeals panel determined the previous Judge had “erred in law” in making his decision. The panel would go on to write in their ruling that Forstater’s views “may well be profoundly offensive and even distressing to many others, but they are beliefs that are and must be tolerated in a pluralist society.” Following the successful appeal, Forstater’s case was returned to the employment tribunal to determine if she had faced discrimination.

Today, the tribunal determined Forstater had been subjected to discrimination when her contract at CGD was not renewed on the basis of her views, upholding two complaints of direct discrimination and one of victimization.

In its judgement, the tribunal stated: “Absent an explanation from the respondents, the facts are such that the tribunal could properly conclude that the tweets were a substantial part of the reason why Ms Forstater was not offered employment; and the respondent’s evidence, far from proving the contrary, supports the finding that they were …” It continued, “We reminded ourselves that it would be an error to treat a mere statement of Ms. Forstater’s protected belief as inherently unreasonable or inappropriate.”

Any settlement or remedies owed to Forstater are to be determined at a later date.

In today’s decision, the panel determined the tweets by Forstater they had reviewed constituted her protected gender critical views.

Forstater wrote several tweets on the ruling, explaining in one that “the judgment is 81 pages. It is highly fact based. I did not harass anyone and there was never a claim that I did. This is not a license to harass people. Rather it is a recognition that in a democratic country people with different beliefs can express them and get along.”

In another, she said: “Employers take note: if people who think gender critical beliefs are not worthy of respect tell you to discriminate against us and you do, you could be liable.”

In an official statement, Forstater wrote that her case “matters for everyone who believes in the importance of truth and free speech. We are all free to believe whatever we wish. What we are not free to do is compel others to believe the same thing, to silence those who disagree with us or to force others to deny reality.”

She continued: “The tribunal has found that I was a victim of discrimination because I stated that biological sex is real and important, a view shared by the vast majority of people in this country. I hope employers will take note of the judgment.”

Feminists in the United Kingdom were particularly overjoyed with Forstater’s victory, and inundated her with praise and thanks for her hard-fought battle.

Onjali Rauf, founder of anti-sexual exploitation group Making Herstory and O’s Refugee Aid Team, tweeted out that she had to pull over as word of Forstater’s victory caused her to burst into tears while driving. “Just letting this moment sink in,” she wrote, posting a selfie, “And I wanted you to see one of the many millions of smiles you’ll have sparked today.”

Even prolific author JK Rowling took to Twitter to express gratitude to Forstater, calling her a “warrior.”

Rowling had first charged into the debate surrounding gender ideology in 2019 after expressing she “stood with Maya” following the announcement of Forstater’s case in a tweet which has over 262,000 ‘likes.’

But Rowling didn’t shy away from the firestorm of activist fury she had generated and instead doubled-down, continuously affirming herself as a vocal advocate for women’s sex-based rights and other parallel issues within the gender debate.

Forstater is the Executive Director at Sex Matters — a registered non-profit which campaigns to promote clarity about sex in public policy, law and culture. Part of the group’s stated values include that “[i]ndividuals should be free to hold and express diverse beliefs, and to express themselves about sex and gender identity, without sanctions or being labelled hateful.”

Icons Bette Midler and Macy Gray Come Out Against The Erasure of Women

Iconic stars Bette Midler and Macy Gray are facing backlash from trans activists but celebration from feminists after coming out against the erasure of women on the same day.

On July 4, Midler lashed out against terms such as “birthing people” and “menstruators,” calling on women to fight back against being reduced to body parts and functions.

Midler referenced the recent rollback of reproductive rights in the United States, which has seen an uptick in “progressive” politicians, activists, and institutions scrambling to use non-gendered language when discussing issues such as abortion and pregnancy in order to avoid accusations of excluding transgender people.

Midler’s passionate tweet has wracked up over 86,000 likes at the time of publication, with many feminists overjoyed to see Midler join the ranks of the other mega-celebrities who have put their careers and reputations on the line to speak out against the increasingly-powerful transgender lobby.

But while pro-woman advocates rejoiced, not all of the responses were supportive.

Some replies to Midler’s statement patronizingly suggested that she needed “education” on trans rights and inclusivity, arguing that women aren’t the only ones who give birth, get periods, or become pregnant.

Trans activist and actor, Nicole Maines responded to Midler saying: “That language is reflective of the reality that simply not just cisgender women menstruate or have need of reproductive healthcare. It takes away nothing from anyone to update and use accurate terminology as our understanding evolves.”

Maines’ claim that accomodating trans-identified males “takes away nothing from anyone” comes in ironic contradiction to the fact he had sued his school district to demand they give him access to the female restroom, attacking a law in Maine that had required school bathroom to be sex-segregated for the safety of girls. The ruling in Maines’ 2013 case resulted in the state being required to revise its laws to allow males to self-identify into female restrooms in schools.

Other respondents to Midler’s tweet, including Chicago Magazine editor Kris Vire, threatened to boycott Midler’s upcoming movie if she did not retract her pro-women statement.

But Midler wasn’t the only icon to come out on July 4 as being tired of the erasure of the female sex.

Legendary R&B singer Macy Gray also attracted controversy over similar statements she made while being interviewed by Piers Morgan.

Just 30 minutes prior to Midler’s statement, Morgan had tweeted out a clip from the interview with Gray for an episode of his upcoming show. During the interview, Gray said:

“I will say this and everyone’s gonna hate me but as a woman, just because you go change your [body] parts, doesn’t make you a woman, sorry.” During the interview, she went on to say: “But if you want me to call you a ‘her,’ I will, because that’s what you want. But that doesn’t make you a woman, just because I call you a ‘her’ and just because you got surgery.”

The moment the clip began to circulate, social media users leaped to called Gray a “TERF,” and even demeaned her as “transphobic garbage.”

When ITV broadcaster Jonathan “India” Willoughby stated Gray was “killing” what was “left of [her career],” the I Try singer responded simply: “Truth Hurts.”

https://twitter.com/MacyGraysLife/status/1544060627580239880
Today, Willoughby took to his Twitter to slam both Midler and Gray in a bizarre statement where he accused them of “internalizing fascist propaganda,” comparing the stars to “Goebbels, Stalin, Roy Cohn, and Jiang Qing.”

Social media users were quick to Willoughby, a trans-identified male, out for racism and anti-Semitism, especially as he appeared to compare Midler, a Jewish woman, to Adolf Hitler’s top propagandist.

This is not the first time Willoughby has faced criticism for using extreme imagery when attempting to push his narrative.

Willoughby has a reputation on Twitter for comparing individuals who disagree with him, including JK Rowling, to Hitler. Even other trans activists have called out his anti-Semitic behavior.

Shortly after the start of the Ukraine-Russia conflict, Wolloughby captioned a 2016 photo of children in a war zone “Trans kids saluting the adults who stand up against the might of the British Government, Press, and Gender Critical Cult.”

Recent research has shown “gender neutral” language to be detrimental to women’s physical and mental health.

Earlier this year, a collaboration of 10 women’s health researchers from Australia, the US, Europe and Asia argued that replacing words like “breastfeeding” with a gender-neutral counterpart such as “lactating parent” risks “reducing protection of the mother-infant [bond]” and “disembodying and undermining breastfeeding.”

Published in academic journal Frontiers in Global Women’s Health, the paper, titled “Effective Communication About Pregnancy, Birth, Lactation, Breastfeeding and Newborn Care: The Importance of Sexed Language,” argued that “imprecise or inappropriate terminology can have particular implications in policy which may affect many women and infants.”

UK: Trans-Identified Pedophile Jailed After Breaching Sexual Harm Prevention Order for Second Time

Joshua Harvey now identifies as a woman named 'Leah.'

A trans-identified pedophile is back behind bars after breaching a sexual harm prevention order for the second time.

Joshua Harvey, of Caerphilly, Wales, was initially imprisoned in 2018 on five counts of attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity. Harvey had sent lewd media of himself to a social media account he believed to belong to a 13 year old girl, but was in fact a decoy established by anti-predator vigilante group Guardians of the North.

According to the group, Harvey had asked the ‘girl’ for sex, and sent indecent photos and videos of himself. Shortly after, Guardians of the North alerted local police and turned over the evidence of Harvey’s acts. He was ultimately sentenced to 3 years and 8 months, but was released on condition in October of 2019.

Within two weeks of his release, Harvey had breached his conditions of not engaging with minors on two separate occasions. In the first incidents, Harvey made two teen girls working at a restaurant “uncomfortable.” He would begin by pestering one of the young workers, throwing food at her when she tried to ignore him. The girl would report Harvey telling her he had a “surprise” for her, and attempting to enter the employees-only area around the counter.

Three days later, Harvey had returned and found another minor girl working. He asked her if she was old enough to have sex, and invited her out on a date. He found out the girl’s name and phone number, and called her no less than 15 times.

On a separate occasion, Harvey had approached two young boys at a Remembrance Day event. A police officer witnessed the interaction and thought Harvey looked “over-familiar” with the youth. The officer was then approached by a member of the public, who stated Harvey had been loudly “bragging about being a pedophile.”

Harvey was sentenced to two years in prison for the 2019 breaches. While it is unclear when Harvey was released, by June of 2022 he was out of prison and once again violating the order stemming from his 2018 charges.

According to the South Wales Argus, Harvey, 27, has now been sentenced to 24 weeks in prison after police found unregistered electronic devices at him home. He pleaded guilty at Newport Magistrates’ Court today.

News reports related to the 2018 incident referred to Harvey as a man, but, by his next set of charges stemming from the 2019 breaches, he began being referred to by media as a “woman.”

A Wales Online article about Harvey’s case after approaching the minors in 2019 was headlined “Woman who ‘bragged about being a pedophile’ approached boys at Remembrance event,” and utilized feminine pronouns for Harvey.

At the time of the Wales Online report, Harvey had been confirmed as being housed in a men’s prison, but his placement for the latest breach will largely be dependent on whether or not he has obtained a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC).

Individuals can apply for a GRC for little as £5 and will be issued once a person has met certain requirements, one of which is having lived as a ‘preferred gender‘ for two years, something Harvey appears to have done.

Speaking to Reduxx on another case of a recently-transitioned pedophile, Dr. Kate Coleman, Director of Keep Prisons Single Sex, said GRCs will usually determine placement.

“Whilst under 1% non-GRC holders are in the female [prison] estate, 90% of those with a GRC are in women’s prisons. These include those convicted of the most serious violent and sexual offences and those with intact male genitalia,” Dr. Coleman noted, continuing: “A GRC isn’t a cast iron guarantee of getting into a women’s prison, but it increases your chances by an order of magnitude.”

Keep Prisons Single Sex is a campaign group focused on advocating for the single-sex rights of vulnerable female inmates. It currently has branches in the United Kingdom and United States.

“[GRCs] have successfully been obtained by prisoners serving sentences for the most serious violent and sexual offenses against women and children,” Dr. Coleman said, “We know that offending history and risk are not taken into consideration by the Gender Recognition Panel when making the decision to grant a gender recognition certificate.”

Joshua Harvey now identifies as a woman named 'Leah.'

Tres días después, Harvey  regresa y encuentra a otra menor trabajando.

Lesbians Assaulted By Trans Activists at Dyke March in Cologne

Women stating their opposition to males self-identifying as lesbian were attacked at a ‘lesbian’ pride march in Cologne, Germany, with one of the demonstrators being brutally choked by a male trans activist.

On July 2, a group of women gathered outside of Museum Ludwig and unfurled banners which defined lesbians as “female homosexual persons” and declared opposition to the ‘queer’ trend.

The women, comprised of members from Women’s Declaration International (WDI) Germany and LGB Alliance, also held up a flag bearing the Labrys symbol, a double-sided axe adopted as a pride symbol by the lesbian community in the 1970s.

The women were located on a balcony which was just above where the rest of the Dyke March participants were walking the street, and quickly caught the attention of the activists amongst the crowd.

According to a representative of WDI Germany who spoke with Reduxx on the condition of anonymity, trans activists within the march started playing a song which repeated the words “F*ck you,” and began hurling insults at the women as they stood with their signs.

Dyke March event organizer Annette Rösener can be seen in video footage shared on Twitter using her elbow to shove a young woman holding the lesbian pride flag. During the struggle, the Labrys flag, along with several other banners and signs, were stolen by trans activists.

Rösener then assisted others in replacing the pro-lesbian flag with a banner which read ‘Dykes Against Transphobia.’

An activist also lashed out against lesbians who who “exclude” males from their sexuality, grabbing a sign which read “lesbians don’t have penises” from a woman and attempting to destroy it.

But Rösener wasn’t the only one lashing out against the women peacefully demonstrating. A masked man rushed the young woman who had been holding the lesbian pride flag and put her in a headlock, wrapping his arms tightly around her neck.

Susanne, a member of the LGB Alliance, struggled against the assault, and was eventually released.

Speaking to Reduxx, Susanne said she wasn’t surprised about the attack on her group, but was taken aback by the violence from the trans activist towards her.

“I guess I was anticipating it, but not how sudden and violently it happened,” she explained, “I was scared I could die when the guy put me in a headlock.”

Susanne pointed out that when the organizers of the Dyke March tried to intervene, it was only to defend the man choking her as she struggled to free herself.

Photograph of the police report filed by the members of WDI and LGBA

A police report has been filed, but no arrests have yet been made. Charges listed in the report include robbery, theft, intentional simple bodily injury, insult and damage to property on streets, roads or squares.

But Susanne is not optimistic that action will be taken by the authorities.

“I’m not sure the police will be effective,” she said. “They seemed very confused as to why we were attacked at all. One of them suggested we were victims of a homophobic hate crime. Another one asked us if we were protesting against people changing ‘Geschlechtsidentität’ or ‘sex identity,’ the German word for gender identity.”

Violence against lesbian and women’s rights activists have been on the rise in recent years. Trans activists have assaulted women in various countries for protesting sex trafficking and resisting male colonization of lesbian identity and spaces.

In July 2021, Get The L Out UK posted video recordings showing lesbian demonstrators being physically assaulted by trans activists during Paris Pride. The women were voicing their opposition to males identifying into lesbianism.

In Paris a few months prior, a group of women with the Collective Against Pornography and Prostitution (CAPP) were attacked by transactivists while protesting against sex trafficking and male violence. The counter protesters pelted the women with eggs while spraying red paint in their eyes. Many of the women assaulted were survivors of the sex industry.

In March of this year, sex industry abolitionist feminists in Barcelona were confronted and threatened by “people in favor of prostitution.” The women had gathered for a protest planned by Catalunya Abolicionista Plataforma Feminista (CATAB) in Plaza St. Jaume, where they were surrounded by counter-protestors who attempted to assault them, but were prevented by police.

Politicians from both Germany’s Green Party and the Socialist Democrats are lobbying for a sex self-identification bill which previously would have allowed children as young as 14 years old to legally transition, regardless of parental consent.

Women’s Declaration International (WDI) staged protests against the proposed legislation. A petition written by members of WDI Germany asserted that the “Self-Determination Act” interferes with the rights of parents and endangers the well-being of children.

“Children from the age of 14 may therefore be exposed to unnecessary and irreversible genital-altering surgical interventions, which include the amputation of breasts, uteri, ovaries, and penises,” the petition reads. “Amputating healthy parts of the body or taking puberty blockers and hormones that damage the body cannot change a person’s sex. The law should not suggest that this is possible.”

Following the backlash, the legislation was amended to allow for parental consent for childhood medical transition; however, should parents express opposition, children can then file a petition with the court system and receive approval from judicial authorities.
