UK: Mother Sentenced After Trans Activist Complained to Police

Trans activist Ivy Burrows (L) and Feminist Chinzia Ogilvie

A woman has been sentenced on charges of sending an “offensive and obscene message” after getting into a row with a trans-identified male on social media who subsequently reported her to police.

Chinzia Ogilvie, 43, was sentenced at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on June 10 to community service and rehabilitation on hate-motivated charges related to a Twitter disagreement. Ogilvie was called in for questioning by police in January after engaging in an online debate with trans-identified male “Ivy” Burrows in October of 2021. Burrows had become offended and filed a police report.

According to Yahoo News, Judge David Robinson told Ogilvie her views on gender ideology were not criminal but her “behavior became criminal,” with the offensive messages “demonstrating hostility” to a transgender person.

Speaking with Reduxx on the incident, Ogilvie explains Burrows was the first to initiate the interaction during the incident that would later be reported to police.

“Ivy started [the argument] by tweeting a picture of the suffragettes with the trans colours through them and [he said] we had appropriated the suffragettes to create hate.” Burrows had tagged Ogilvie in the post, an apparent attempt to bait her into an argument.

Ogilvie, a mother of two, says she responded to Burrows’ tweet by defending girls’ right to privacy and ability to access female-exclusive environments for their safety, “I explained that he will frighten our little girls by insisting he has a right to use female facilities.”

Burrows then tweeted out a photo of Ogilvie with her hair edited to show the trans pride flag colors, and called her out by her full name while claiming she was putting him in danger with her defense of single-sex spaces. At the time, Burrows was using an account not affiliated with her identity.

The feminist explains Burrows was the first to call her derogatory language, labeling her a “pedophile,” something that was later brought up in court by Ogilvie’s legal representative.

Ogilvie responded to the bizarre claim by matching Burrows’ accusation, telling him it was pedophilic for an intact man to seek to use female-only spaces with young girls present. She also told Burrows to keep his male genitalia out of women’s single sex spaces.

Shortly after, Burrows reported Ogilvie to the police. He stated in court that the conversation, as well as repeated misgendering, had left him feeling “scared” and “distressed.”

In court, Ogilvie’s legal representative, Tim Sparkes, argued that Burrows was not ‘a vulnerable victim’ but a ‘political activist.’ Burrow’s had previously spoke on politics related podcasts where he was described as a “local activist.”

Ogilvie told Reduxx that this exchange was not her first encounter with Burrows over social media. She had previously engaged with Burrows several times on a Facebook page called “Portsmouth politics” where Burrows was an active member. It was from there that Burrows knew Ogilvie’s identity and began to advertise it on his Twitter.

Ogilvie had her first hearing in May during which she explained to the court that she was unclear with regards to the administrative processes, and even had confusion on what she was being charged with.

She repeatedly insisted, “I don’t know what I’m pleading to” and “I do not understand some of the points,” but later pled guilty to the charges despite her uncertainty, only discovering later that it was a hate crime-related offense.

Speaking with Reduxx, Ogilvie said she pleaded guilty to “get it over with” and to avoid extending the court case which would cause distress to her family.

Ogilvie was ultimately given a one-year community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation days. She was also ordered to pay £300 compensation, a surcharge of £95 and costs of £85 and handed a restraining order not to contact the victim for 12 months.

As an act of defiance, she wore a “trans women are men” sticker to court and a t-shirt that stated the definition of mother (a female parent). When asked why she did this, Ogilvie explained that she supports the work of Standing for Women, a UK based campaign group.

During the trial, the prosecution brought up a previous incident involving Ogilvie at a feminist demonstration.

In March 2021, Ogilvie and a friend attended a Reclaim These Streets/Violence against Women protest in Portsmouth. They carried a flag displaying the definition of ‘woman’ as an adult human female when four men and three women reported to be Anti-Fascists ran at them and grabbed the flag. Two men then pushed Ogilvie.

The probation service told the judge in the pre-sentence report that the flag which Ogilvie displayed during that event was “transphobic.”

After receiving her sentence, Ogilvie exited the court house and, when asked by a reporter what she thought of the sentence, said “it’s a load of shit.”

Ogilvie isn’t the first woman in the United Kingdom to face legal consequences for feminist speech on social media.

In 2019, a mother was arrested in front of her children and held in police detention for 7 hours after being reported for ‘dead-naming’ a trans-identified male online. In addition to her arrest, Kate Scottow had her electronic devices seized and held by police for months after being released from custody.

Trans activist Ivy Burrows (L) and Feminist Chinzia Ogilvie

EXCLUSIVE: Female Inmate Describes Sexual Harassment by Violent Trans-Identified Male Housed In Women’s Prison

A female inmate has come forward to reveal that she is being targeted for sexual harassment by a violent trans-identified male being housed alongside the women. Amy Locane, an actress known for her role in Melrose Place, spoke to Reduxx from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in New Jersey.

In an exclusive interview with Reduxx last month, Miseka Diggs, a woman currently incarcerated at EMCF, described how a convicted murderer named Neil LaBranche — who now goes by the name Nikita Selket — had been showering with women at the facility, causing them to feel uncomfortable and “violated.”

Neil LaBranche. Source: NJDOC.

LaBranche, who is 6’7 and serving a thirty-year sentence for the murder of his roommate in 1995, is currently recorded as a “female” inmate by the New Jersey Department of Corrections. He is one of 27 men who have been transferred into EMCF since November of 2021. The decision to move male inmates into female facilities was the result of a legal settlement between state officials and ACLU New Jersey reached last year.

“When [LaBranche] came in and got into the shower next to me I felt violated in every form possible! I couldn’t believe that I was showering with a person with genetic male parts,” Diggs said. LaBranche is allegedly also watching women as they shower, with a “smile, as if [he] liked what was happening.”

During the interview, Diggs noted that LaBranche had been targeting one female inmate in particular, who she did not name at the time. It was Diggs’ testimony that inspired Locane to come forward.

“I was the girl in the shower,” Locane says, “[LaBranche] was in the shower when I went in there. When I came out, [he] was just sitting there with [his] legs together.”

Amy Locane and Brendan Fraser in the 1994 film ‘Airheads.’

Locane said that she had decided to leave some of her clothing on, and exited the shower wearing her undergarments. “We engaged in small talk. I was wondering why [he] was still there. I left quickly.”

The following day, LaBranche approached Locane in the showers and asked if he could write her a letter.

She refused his advances, at which point he sat down next to her. LaBranche told Locane that he was born with both “male and female parts” but that his ovaries had been removed when he was young. He then pulled down his shorts, ostensibly to show a surgery scar, and exposed his penis to Locane. LaBranche is not known to have any disorder of sexual development.

As Locane moved to leave, LaBranche told her that he had been sexually aroused while watching her shower. He went on to say that he wanted to “cuddle” with her.

Locane describes having to scout out the showers to ensure LaBranche was not present before quickly washing, frightened of encountering him again. Shortly after, LaBranche was moved from Locane’s section of the facility over something unrelated to her incident, something the female inmate says she was relieved over.

Locane, who starred opposite Johnny Depp in Cry-Baby, is currently in prison due to a sentencing loophole some legal experts described of being “unheard of.”

In 2010, Locane was involved in a fatal car accident after driving while under the influence. Two years later, she was sentenced to three years in prison after a judge determined mitigating factors were sufficient to provide a lenient sentence — Locane had no previous criminal history, and one of her young children had a serious health condition at the time. Her defense had also noted at the time that the car she’d hit had moved into her lane when she had the right-of-way, which was accepted by the court.

Locane served her sentence, and was released on parole in 2015.

After being released, Locane became a “model citizen.” She visited schools to talk about the dangers of drinking and driving, and became a substance abuse recovery coach who worked with women struggling with addiction.

But in 2020, after living 5 years in the community, a court re-sentenced Locane to 8 additional years in prison on the same charges, claiming the previous judge had been “too lenient.” A petition launched by her family to release her has over 6,600 signatures at the time of this article’s publishing.

“This whole situation is outrageous. I was sent back to prison after being an unoffending citizen on the same charge because the judge questioned my remorse. How would she know? Did she ever have a conversation with me?” Locane says, expressing that the movement of male inmates into the women’s facility made serving the extra time even more difficult.

Locane said that while she was not opposed to men identifying as transgender, she did not agree with the current policy implemented by the state of New Jersey which allows men to self-declare their sex as “female” without undergoing surgery or taking hormones.

“There are people in here who are taking advantage of the system [while] there is an actual medical process that can gauge their sincerity.”

Locane says that when she arrived to the facility after being re-convicted of the same crime, she was put in a focus group with female inmates who were told that males being introduced to the facility was similar to racial integration.

“The woman said, ‘well, it’s like when whites and blacks were segregated. Now they’re not. It’s the same thing.’ Miseka and I have spoken abut that analogy being completely ridiculous,” Locane says, “Someone’s biological parts are completely different from skin color.”

Women in two separate detention facilities have reported that those who feel threatened by male transfers are discouraged from voicing concerns through various means. Female inmates in both New Jersey and California have reported to Reduxx that solitary confinement is being used to ‘punish’ women who file reports about the behavior of the male transfers. The threat of isolation can be a serious one in an environment where community and routine can be used to improve mental health outcomes and quality of life.

Sagal Sadiq, an inmate at the Central California Women’s Facility, recently went on a 28-day hunger strike after being placed in solitary confinement for filing a grievance against a trans-identified male inmate. Sadiq was hospitalized after experiencing the impact of starvation.

In April, the New Jersey Department of Corrections confirmed that two female inmates had become pregnant in the women’s estate following sexual encounters with one of the trans-identifying male inmates being housed at Edna Mahan.

Amy Locane and her family in a 2020 Women's Day photo.

Me fui rápido.”

“Anti-Transphobe” Surveillance Extension Now Illegal in Norway

A browser extension designed by an alleged rapist to target social media users who express “transphobic” or “anti-LGBT” views has been banned in Norway, thanks in part to the effort of a feminist advocacy group.

Shinigami Eyes was created to mark users across Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Tumblr, and more as “trans-friendly” or “anti-trans” by color-coding their accounts in red or green after users are recorded for their views without their knowledge or consent. The creator has previously admitted that the vast majority of those coded red are women. Notable “marked” people include tennis star Martina Navratilova, Harry Potter author JK Rowling, and British journalist Julie Bindel. According to some users of the extension, the entirety of popular UK parenting forum Mumsnet is ‘marked’ red.

Last year, the browser extension came under fire by a number individuals and organizations due to perceived data privacy and safety concerns. Among those who petitioned for the extension’s ban, Electronic Frontier Norway and Women’s Declaration International (WDI) Norway filed reports about the extension to The Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

In December 2021, Bjørn Erik Thon, Director-General of Datailsynet, moved to issue advanced notice that the extension would likely be banned in the country.

“We believe that [Shinigami Eyes] has no legal basis for the processing of personal data, and we therefore intend to impose a ban on the browser extension in Norway,” he said, adding that Shinigami Eyes jeopardized people’s freedom of speech.

“A practice where individuals are profiled and highlighted as trans-friendly or transphobic based on subjective assessments will have unfortunate consequences for the freedom of expression on the internet,” Thon stated.

On June 14, the authority issued a final decision that the extension was in breach of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). Under this legislation, it is illegal for organizations to unnecessarily collect and process data from EU citizens.

WDI Norway was first to announce the news on their Twitter.

The browser extension takes its name from popular Japanese animation Death Note. In the anime “having the shinigami eyes” means being able to see people’s names and the time they have left to live just by looking at them.

The extension was created by Laurelai Bailey, born Wesley, an American trans-identified male. Bailey identifies as a “trans sex worker” and was previously in the U.S. armed forces prior to coming out as transgender.

Laurelai Bailey, the creator of “Shinigami Eyes.”

In 2015, an individual came forward to state that Bailey had committed sexual assault. Bailey faked his suicide shortly after, blaming an alleged victim for his actions in the process. Since then, Bailey has been accused by multiple other individuals of rape and molestation and was described by one victim as a “sexual predator.” The year prior to the explosion of allegations, Bailey reportedly sent child sexual abuse material to a journalist he disliked in an effort to have them investigated by police.

Bailey is known for expressing violent sentiment towards women online during the time he frequented social media, calling for trans activists to work to have ‘TERFs’ fired and run out of their homes.

“Perhaps if trans women smacked you in the face with a baseball bat every time you said some ignorant hateful s**t, you would learn,” Bailey threatened on Twitter.

In addition to creating Shinigami Eyes, Bailey once collaborated with Allison Woolbert, born Dennis, on a similar project known as TERF Tracker. Woolbert is a trans-identified male who was the executive director of the Transgender Human Rights Institute (THRI) until it was revealed that he had been convicted of raping a child in 1991.

Responding to the news of the extension’s ban, WDI Norway said they were pleased with the outcome of their efforts and decision from Datatilsynet, but had some overall reservations about the state of women’s rights in the nation.

“We are happy this obviously illegal technology has been banned in Norway. We are, however, still concerned that the authorities are still trying to ignore the risks trans activism pose against women and girls,” a spokesperson said.

As previously reported by Reduxx, Norwegian feminist Christina Ellingsen recently revealed she was under investigation by police for “hateful” tweets in which she stated males could not be lesbians or mothers. As a result of Norway introducing gender identity into the hate crime legislation in January 2021, Ellingsen could face up to three years in prison if found guilty.

Referring to this case, WDI Norge stated: “Woman run the risk of jail for saying ‘men can’t be mothers.’ Men who claim to be women in Norway are afforded a level of protection that the sex-class they are imitating do not have.”

“Trans activism is an aggressive, pseudo-scientific and misogynist ideology which enables men to abuse sympathy and to get a free pass for their hatred against women,” the WDI spokesperson continued, still noting that they took issue with Datatilsynet stating that Shinigami Eyes may have had a legitimate use.

“There is a willingness to give men who claim to be women leniency when caught doing something clearly illegal with the explicit purpose of ruining women’s lives.”

Statue of Penised “Woman” Displayed in Switzerland

A statue being displayed at Switzerland’s Art Basel event is being described as the “first ever sculpture depicting a nude trans woman.” The figure, based on a 3D-scan of the artist’s body, depicts a naked man with male genitalia standing on a pedestal with the word “woman” carved prominently at the base.

The display was designed by American trans-identified male activist Jade Guanaro Kuriki-Olivo, who uses the moniker “Puppies Puppies” and will be publicly installed at the intersection of Freie Strasse and Bäumleingasse in Basel.

In an interview released today, Olivo, whose given name is Andrew, told The Art Newspaper: “My continued existence is revolutionary, and I need to be hyper-present in the world. It is important for me to have this sculpture in the public sphere.”

Olivo frequently poses nude in photographs and public appearances. On April 26, Olivo posted on Instagram that he had given a series of lectures as a visiting artist at Northwestern University where he spoke to a class while lying naked on a bed. The event’s description contained a warning for nudity and “sexual actions.”

That same week, Olivo boasted of having walked naked across the campus of Rice University wearing only a trans flag draped across his back.

The post was made the same day Olivo spoke at Rice University as a part of the institution’s visiting artist lecture series. “I’m ready to fuck it up… I’ll be naked, I’ll show them what trans liberation is all about,” Olivo said in an announcement he posted to social media.

Speaking with Art Review in 2020, Olivo said, “The majority of my performances for the last year have been naked. I have done four already.” The title of these performances is Naked Self (Transitioning). “I also want these performances to document the ways in which my body and appearance have changed the longer I’m on hormone replacement therapy. My testicles have shrunk. I barely produce sperm anymore.”

Graphic descriptions of Olivio’s genitals have been a central focus of his art, with Olivio having made multiple art displays based on feminizing his male genitalia.

Last October, Olivo painted the words “woman with a penis” on the outside of the Fitzpatrick Gallery in Los Angeles, where he displayed photographs of his penis and anus which he captioned, “This is not a penis. This is an enlarged clitoris” and “This is not an anus. This is a vagina with exterior ovaries.”

Olivo also recently presented an exhibition in Berlin highlighting corrections to what he deemed “transphobic” language used for genitals. Among the murals was the phrase, “Woman with a Penis,” and a definition of the term “trans woman” as a “woman with an enlarged clit and exterior ovaries.” Olivo also compared his anus to a pornographic word for a woman’s genitalia.

An April 18 post to Olivo’s Instagram denounces women he describes as “TERFs”. The term is an acronym for “trans-exclusionary radical feminist” that is used as a slur, often accompanied by a threat of violence, towards women who do not accept that men can change their sex.

“Can we take the radical out of the term TERF? There’s nothing radical about being a TERF it’s actually the majority of cis women and lesbian women,” Olivo wrote.

The exhibition also featured a pornographic video of Olivo in women’s lingerie titled, “I often feel like I’m being f*cked over by a white man.”

On June 18, Olivio is set to “recreate” a performance work by legendary Cuban artist Ana Mendieta at Art Basel. The performance, an untitled scene, was originally performed by Mendieta in response to the brutal rape and murder of a nursing student as a commentary on violence against women and girls.

UK: Trans Activists Push To Strip Funding From LGB Youth Helpline Effort

Trans activists are furious after a UK-based charity announced it had been granted funding to create a new helpline for lesbian, gay and bisexual young people.

On June 10, LGB Alliance announced on their social media pages that they had been awarded funding from the National Lottery Community Fund in an effort to establish a helpline to support lesbian, gay and bisexual young people. The Alliance was founded in 2019 in opposition to Stonewall’s stance on gender identity issues, specifically that of medically transitioning children, which the Alliance argues is a form of gay “conversion therapy.”

According to the organization, the recently-announced helpline effort aims to support persons aged 13-25, as well as their family and friends, by facilitating up to 60,000 calls per year.

In their announcement on Twitter, LGB Alliance state that the phone lines will be operated by a fully-trained staff of professionals.

LGB Alliance went on to state that there is currently no “dedicated national service of this type for LGB young people” and that they helpline will help fill a gap in existing provisions.

Speaking with Reduxx, Kate Barker, the Managing Director of LGB Alliance, said that the charity was “thrilled” to receive the funding.

“This grant was the culmination of months of work by a brilliant team of volunteers who were truly delighted by the news. We believe young lesbian, gay and bisexual people deserve to know that being same-sex attracted is natural,” Barker said.

“[LGB young people] should be able to speak to someone who accepts them just as they are – their bodies and who they are attracted to. We say, unequivocally, you’re amazing and being same-sex attracted is valid, positive and to be celebrated.”

While women’s rights advocates and LGB people expressed excitement at the news, trans activists immediately slammed the decision as ‘transphobic’ and ‘exclusionary’ as the focus would not be on transgender-identified people.

“This is harmful. LGB is nothing without the T. @LottoGoodCauses do us a good cause and support trans lives just as much as others.” User @domvlogs user said in response to the funding announcement.

“There is something deeply sinister about groups that aim to protect marginalized social groups but pointedly NOT trans people. Especially children. That is so despicable,” wrote another.

One Twitter user even went so far as to state that the helpline was “going to kill kids,” with the tweet receiving over 24,000 ‘likes’ at the time of this writing.

Multiple helpline services currently exist in the UK which support LGB, transgender, and “queer” people. One such example is Switchboard, which has been in operation since 1975. Specific helpline services exclusively for trans people are also available, such as Mindline Trans which “is an emotional and mental health support helpline for anyone identifying as transgender, non-binary, genderfluid.”

Despite similar services existing that specifically support those with issues relating to gender identity, trans activists have begun pushing back against the National Lottery Community Funds decision to grand LGB Alliance funding, and have launched a campaign urging people to file complaints in an effort to get the grant pulled.

One activist, Kieran James, posted a copy of his complaint on social media. The message read: “I beg you to reconsider this decision, taking into account the profound distress, anxiety and fear of the LGBTQ+ community that such a blatantly exclusionary project could be allowed to exist.”

Rob McDowall, chair of Welfare Scotland, also stated that he would be “raising concerns” with the National Lottery Community Fund over this decision.

Reacting to the backlash, Kate Barker says, “whilst the response from LGB people was overwhelmingly positive, we were disappointed by others who appear to be vehemently anti-choice.”

Barker points out that there are many existing specialized support services for people with specific gender identifications, but none exclusively for same-sex attracted youth.

“The view that lesbian, gay and bisexual young people should be denied the same opportunity to be helped smacks of homophobia.”

Barker’s sentiment was shared by many, some of whom took to the National lottery Community Fund’s Twitter replies to thank them for supporting the initiative.

“It’s 2022 and homophobes are giving LGB Alliance a hard time. They deserve the money to do what they do to help support [same sex attracted] people. Thank you for the support”, one user wrote.

This is not the first time trans activists have fought against a decision to award LGB Alliance grant funding.

In April, the London Community Foundation (LCF) awarded LGB Alliance a £9,400 grant to produce a film to make a film to celebrate the Jubilee, with a focus on the experiences of gay men. But due to backlash by trans activists following the announcement of the grant, LCF withdrew the funding.

Since LGB Alliance’s inception, trans activists have also frequently petitioned against their charity status, taking particular issue with their position that sexual orientation is based on biological sex rather than gender identity.

Last year, trans activist organization Mermaids, which promotes the medical transitioning of children, launched a formal complaint against the UK Charity Commission in an effort to appeal their decision to grant LGB Alliance charity status. Crowdfunding the effort, Mermaids has since raised over £73,000 to fund their legal campaign.

Mermaids CEO, Susie Green, is known for having taken her 16 year old son to Thailand for sex reassignment surgery due to its illegality in the United Kingdom. In 2017, Green gave a Ted Talk in which she noted that she and her husband penalized her son when he was a child for being ‘too feminine’ prior to him beginning to identify as a ‘girl.’

Mermaids, which has been described by some as a political lobby group, had once endorsed the services of controversial service GenderGP, an online gender clinic.

Dr. Michael Webberley of GenderGP was recently found guilty of recklessly prescribing puberty blockers and cross sex hormones to patients as young as 9. Amongst the ethical violations that were uncovered about his practice was a case wherein he had prescribed hormone replacement therapy to a 17-year-old girl with autism “when it was not clinically indicated, and without establishing whether the risks were lower than the risks to the patient’s mental and physical health.” The patient took her own life 3 months later.

Mermaids has since removed GenderGP from their website, but discussions about the service have continued to be found on Mermaids’ website forums since then.

Some forum members report GenderGP has less “invasive questions” compared to the gender clinic at Tavistock, which recently came under fire from whistleblowers concerned about the clinic performing ‘conversion therapy‘ on gay youth.

“Don’t Misgender Them”: Trans Activists Defend Ezra Miller’s Pronouns Amid Child Grooming Allegations

Growing controversies surrounding Ezra Miller’s history of violent and predatory behavior are being sidelined as trans activists appear to be more concerned about ensuring members of the public don’t ‘misgender’ the Flash star. Miller, who is biologically male but identifies as non-binary, has stated he prefers the pronouns they/them/it and zir.

Miller has been making headlines this week after a mother took to Twitter to state that her daughter had effectively been ‘brainwashed’ by Miller, and that she had not been able to contact her. Environmental activist Sara Jumping Eagle told her followers that her daughter, Tokata Iron Eyes, has not had a phone since January of this year, and that her family has been unable to locate her.

Jumping Eagle says her daughter and Miller met at Sioux Standing Rock territory when Iron Eyes was just 12 years old in 2016. Miller had been visiting the No Dakota Access Pipeline protests that had gained widespread notoriety at the time.

Miller, who was 23 at the time, began an inappropriate relationship with the young girl. Her parents claim he gave her LSD, alcohol, and other drugs to gain “control” over her. When Iron Eyes was 14, Miller flew her and a few other members of the Standing Rock Sioux out to London to visit the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them studio set.

During the trip, Jumping Eagle says Miller was only prevented from sleeping in the same bed as her daughter by a chaperone. Miller later offered to pay for Iron Eyes’ education at Bard University, which her family says created a sense of “indebtedness” to him. She later dropped out and left with Miller.

Early on, Miller had begun exhibiting what Iron Eyes’ parents call a pattern of “cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior.” On June 7, a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court granted a protective order which would require Miller to stay away from Iron Eyes, but they have been unable to locate either one of them to serve the documents.

While Iron Eyes allegedly put out a statement to her Instagram explaining she was safe, her parents had already noted that Miller had control of her social media.

On Friday, The Los Angeles Times reported that they had obtained a copy of the court order, which noted that Miller “uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.” Multiple incidents of impropriety are listed.

In the same fashion as Miller, Iron Eyes, who is now 18, allegedly now identifies as non-binary and transgender as well, as goes by the name “Gibson.”

Despite the severity of the disturbing allegations mounting against Miller, some trans activists have been more focused on policing those not properly abiding by Miller’s non-binary identity.

On TikTok, anyone addressing Miller by masculine pronouns is swiftly corrected, while on Twitter, posts have wracked up thousands of ‘likes’ calling for Miller’s non-binary identity to be respected while discussing the allegations against him, and mocking those who want to focus on the crimes rather than his preferences.

“Ezra assaulting women doesn’t mean it’s okay to misgender them. You don’t get to dead name or misgender ppl just bc you don’t like them or do something bad. That’s transphobic. Fuck Ezra Miller. BUT STOP MISGENDERING THEM,” @AussieRavenclaw tweeted.

Some social media users even suggested Miller’s actions were on par in severity with misgendering.

“People will really claim to be an ally or claim to support non-cis people until that said person does something bad. Yeah, they (ezra) might be a horrible person, but we shouldn’t step down to their level and be a bad person too by misgendering them,” another user wrote on Twitter.

According to Sara Jumping Eagle, Miller has been using his identity to shield himself from criticism, calling those who express concern about her daughter “transphobic.”

Jumping Eagle says: “If anybody questions Ezra’s actions, Ezra says they’re being racist or transphobic, which is not the case in our case. It’s about not hurting people. Don’t take advantage of people.”

Miller’s behavior has been the subject of widespread controversy over the years, starting with a 2020 incident in Iceland in which video footage was released of Miller choking a young female fan and throwing her to the cement.

In March of this year, Miller was arrested after becoming hostile at a karaoke bar in Hawaii. During the incident, he aggressively pulled a microphone from a 23-year-old female and began shouting obscenities, and the police were subsequently called. In Police body cam footage, Miller was heard informing an Officer of his pronouns, and claiming Police would be committing a hate crime by misgendering him again.

Miller also became irate with the fact that a male police officer had been assigned to conduct the search of his person, to which he responded: “I’m transgender non-binary and I don’t want to be searched by a a man. I claim my fourth amendment rights!”

In his most gruesome assault, which took place in April of 2022, one month after the last incident, the 29-year-old was arrested for second-degree assault. Police reported that he was accused of throwing a chair at a 26-year-old woman, and leaving her with a half-inch gouge on her forehead. Miller was charged with disorderly conduct and only fined $500 for the attack.

According to her parents, Tonkata Iron Eyes was with Miller in Hawaii during these incidents. In less than one month on the Islands, Miller was the subject of 10 Police calls.

Miller is hardly the first violent male to use his gender identity as a shield for his inappropriate behavior.

Last year, Christian Weston Chandler, a long-standing internet icon, was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting his intellectually disabled mother. Like with Miller, Chandler’s pronouns were rapidly defended by trans activists on social media.

Offline, a pedophile in the United Kingdom was recently released into the community after a court decided prison would be too difficult for him due to his transgender status.

Dutch “Pro-Pedophilia” Activist Arrested in Mexico After Attempting to Purchase Child

A Dutch national who campaigned for “pedophile rights” has been detained in Mexico after allegedly attempting to arrange for the purchase of a child.

Nelson Maatman was arrested in Mexico City on June 5, after an anonymous tip was handed to the Mexican prosecutor’s office indicating that he intended to purchase an adolescent and sell child sexual exploitation material.

Upon arrest, police found Maatman in possession of 4 terabytes (4000GB) of child sexual abuse material across a number of external storage devices. Maatman also had photos of children in his clothing pocket, a weapon, and drugs.

After his arrest, Mexico City Attorney General Ernestina Godoy told press that Maatman had been identified as the leader of an international pedophile and child pornography network.

Maatman, 27, had fled the Netherlands in February while facing charges related to the possession of over 10,000 pieces of child sexual exploitation material found during an investigation at his home two years prior. He was released into the community pending trial under the condition that he not leave the country. Maatman was allegedly seeking political refugee status in Mexico.

Between 2014 and 2021, Maatman allegedly managed a website that pushed for the legalization of sex with children, claiming that they are capable of consenting to sexual relations.

In 2020, the same year that his home was raided, Maatman attempted to re-establish the banned pedophile association Vereniging MARTIJN, a pro-pedophile activist organization similar to NAMBLA which advocated for the normalization of pedophilic sexual abuse.

MARTIJN was banned and dissolved by the Supreme Court of the Netherlands in 2014 because its members promoted the sexual abuse of children. Two other former members, Marthijn Uittenbogaard and Norbert de Jonge, were sentenced in March to prison terms of four and six months for continuing the association. Uittenbogaard also founded The Party for Neighborly Love, Freedom, and Diversity (PNVD) in 2006, which advocates for legalizing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) and lowering the age of consent to 12 years old.

Maatman protesting with a “child lovers” flag in 2021. The butterfly logo is constructed out of four hearts: a big blue for man, a big pink for woman, a small blue for boy, a small pink for girl. The butterfly logo is used by pedophile organizations all over the world.

For years, Maatman has attended Pride events in Amsterdam. In 2021, he was photographed carrying a rainbow flag that he had fashioned to add a baby pink and blue pro-pedophile symbol. As the founder of ‘Kinderbevrijdingsfront’ (Children’s Liberation Front) Maatman was spreading flyers which called for legalizing sexual intercourse with children.

In 2019, at another Amsterdam Pride event, Maatman was detained by police for promoting pedophilia. At the Pride walk, he was promoting “Pedo Pride” and handing out leaflets which read, “Fight for an inclusive pride! All sexual minorities should be welcome at pride. The community should be inclusive and give space to children, youth, and the people who love them, nepiophiles, pedophiles, hebephiles and ephebephiles (NPHE). Love knows no age and should be celebrated. It’s time to once again support instead of exclude (sic) one another. It’s been 25 years since NPHEs were officially part of the community. We need to be whole again. Support love!”

In February of 2020, Maatman gave a talk at the University of Amsterdam arguing in defense of pedophilia. The University of Amsterdam later issued an apology for inviting Maatman as a guest lecturer.

During his speech he spoke highly of professor Gert Hekma, a Dutch sociologist and former University of Amsterdam professor in the fields of gender and sexuality who has written extensively in support of pedophilia as a “sexual variation.”

“Dutch universities are one of the last places I can speak frank (sic),” said Maatman. “Until 1994 pedophiles were part of the International Lesbian and Gay Alliance which just so happened to be 25 years ago. Not only that, but up until 2001 pedophiles were a common partaker in Pride Events in the Netherlands, and not just here,” he stated during his presentation.

The International Lesbian and Gay Alliance is now known as the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Intersex Association, but has retained its acronym of ILGA. In 1994, the ILGA was expelled from its consultative status with a United Nations body for having ties to multiple pro-pedophila organizations including MARTIJN and the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).

Reminiscing about the past movement to lower the age of consent while lecturing at the University of Amsterdam, Maatman spoke positively of how “political parties from left to right were talking in favor of children and youth rights over their sexuality, about lowering or abolishing the age of consent, child pornography and erotica was openly sold at every newsstand in the Netherlands.”

Maatman continued: “There were pedo advocacy groups out in the open, pedo outings and movie nights, the Dutch Association for Sexual Revorm (NVSH) even had a group of over a thousand children, mobilized in a group called kindervuistje (childfist), the fist being the sign of resistance, of revolution, of emancipation, fighting for their rights to possess over their own bodies,” Maatman said.

The Netherlands, the first country to initiate the medical practice of halting children’s puberty by means of drugs referred to as “puberty blockers” in 1996, is a global hub for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

According to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)’s annual report published on April 26, 62% of all CSAM globally is hosted by European Union nations. Out of the 156,300 URLs which included CSAM hosted on servers in EU member states, 66% were from the Netherlands. The country also accounts for 41% of the global hosting.

Maatman isn’t the first “pedophile rights” activist to be detained on charges of participating in the sexual abuse of a child.

As previously reported by Reduxx in February, Ian Andrew Zearley was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being found in possession of child sexual abuse material.

The serial pedophile was arrested after law enforcement officials monitoring his internet access discovered Zearley had searched terms consistent with attempting to access child sexual abuse materials in breach of his release conditions.

According to the Department of Justice, Zearley had been searching for terms such as “real hardcore child porn” and “boys severely whipped and bleeding.” Zearley also authored two stories that described, in graphic detail, the rape and abuse of young boys.

Zearley was the President of the Pedophile Associates of America — which had been granted full IRS tax-exempt status in 2018, and was registered as an advocacy and educational entity. The organization’s status with the IRS wasn’t revoked until May of 2021, and it was likely due to Zearley already being in police custody and not having filed the proper forms to maintain the exemption on time.
