Male Student Filmed Women in “All Gender” Washroom

A student at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan (UBCO) campus has admitted to secretly recording as many as 7 women while they used an “all gender” washroom on campus.

Sari Siyam, 22, pleaded guilty to one count of voyeurism in B.C. Supreme Court in Kelowna, B.C., last Friday. In the courtroom, Siyam, a fourth-year engineering student, read aloud an apology to one of the victims. The court also heard that Siyam told police he’d filmed another “five or six” students, who are still unaware of the crime against them.

Allegations brought against him by an anonymous woman had previously been dismissed by authorities. The identity of the first victim to come forward has been protected, though in an original report by the CBC, she is referred to by the pseudonym “Taylor.”

According to the CBC’s investigation, Taylor discovered Siyam recording her in the gender-neutral washroom in the Commons building in March of 2020 by pointing his iPhone under the stall divider.

Taylor filed a report with the RCMP and said that the officer in charge of her case, Const. Ryan Routley, initially supported her, but began to discourage her from pressing charges. Routley began to express concern over how such a conviction may negatively impact Siyam’s life, despite being aware of the “five or six” other victims.

The voyeurism charge to which Siyam pleaded guilty was only approved two weeks after CBC published an article in February 2021 detailing the woman’s experience. At that time, a second RCMP officer took over the case.

Siyam has been banned from UBCO’s campus but still takes classes remotely. His defense lawyer, Michael Oykhman, claimed he was struggling with his mental health at the time of the offense.

Siyam argued that he neither saved the video files nor uploaded them online.

He was sentenced to a conditional discharge with 12 months’ probation and has been ordered to obtain counseling and to send a written apology to Taylor. If he meets the terms of his sentence, he will not have a criminal record.

Terrorist Trans Inmate Filed False Rape Claims Against Female Inmates

A trans-identified male currently housed in a federal women’s prison admitted to filing false rape accusations against female inmates.

Cristina Nichole Iglesias, also known as Cristian Noel Iglesias and Kenneth R. West, is currently serving a 240 month sentence for threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction against officials at the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London in 2002.

In July of 2002, while incarcerated in the Federal Detention Center in Miami, Florida, Iglesias mailed a letter addressed to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London, the British counterpart of the United States Department of State.

The letter contained death threats and a powdery substance claimed to be Anthrax. The receipt of the letter in London caused significant disruption at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which was subsequently evacuated. After forensic tests, Iglesias was connected to the crime, and was charged with one count of threatened use of a weapon of mass destruction, to which he pled guilty.

Iglesias committed the offence while imprisoned for the similar crime of threatening to commit an act of terrorism, which he committed in 1997, and had previously committed the same offense and was jailed on yet another occasion in 1994.

At some point during his incarceration, Iglesias began identifying as a woman, and demanded transfer to a women’s facility. With the help of an ACLU lawsuit, Iglesias was ultimately transferred to the Carswell Federal Medical Center, a women’s institution in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2021 where the Bureau of Prisons now lists him as a female inmate.

Iglesias was also then provided access to makeup, panties, bras, and other “gender dysphoria” alleviating accessories after being diagnosed. The diagnosis was complete after a total of two hours and thirty minutes of “assessments” by a doctor from The World Professional Association for Transgender Health conducted over four months.

The ACLU also began assisting Iglesias with his demand for gender reassignment surgeries prior to his slated release date.

In December of 2021, a federal judge ordered the U.S. Bureau of Prisons’ Transgender Executive Council to evaluate Iglesias for the surgeries, marking the first time a judge had issued such an order on behalf of an inmate in federal custody. Iglesias was ultimately approved for the surgery, but a court filing is raising some eyebrows regarding Iglesias’ behavior while in custody.

As first reported by feminist activist Jennifer Gingrich, a December 27 court filing notes that Iglesias had admitted to submitting multiple false Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) against two female inmates in the institution in an attempt to front-run the sexual assault claims they were allegedly in the process of filing against him.

“Iglesias testified [he] filed the PREA complaint because [he] felt the two women were plotting to file their own false PREA lawsuits against [him] …”

The details of the women’s claims are not currently known, though they were dismissed as “false” in a testimony Iglesias gave at the time. Court documents also note Iglesias had then made a demand to be returned to a male facility.

Iglesias ultimately retracted his request for a transfer, but the Bureau of Prisons has stated that two other trans-identified male federal inmates have similarly voluntarily moved back to male prisons after becoming disinterested with staying in a women’s facility. Instances of trans-identified male inmates choosing to move back to men’s prisons have also occurred on the state level in the past.

Currently, Iglesias is slated for a move to another women’s institution in March, the location of which is in Florida. He, along with ACLU representatives, are currently claiming the Bureau of Prisons is unduly delaying his gender reassignment surgeries in an attempt to “run out the clock” prior to Iglesias’ December 2022 release date.

There are currently 1,500 federal inmates who identify as transgender. According to Keep Prisons Single Sex USA, almost 50% of trans-identified male federal inmates are in custody for sex offences. This is compared to just 11% of the non-trans male federal inmate population.

On January 13, the Biden administration restored Obama-era guidelines with respect to the housing and treatment of transgender criminals in the federal system, which claimed to place the trans inmate’s personal safety and comfort as a priority.

“Gender Neutral” Male Arrested After Sexual Assault of Woman

A Scottish man who repeatedly sexually assaulted a woman has been jailed for 23 months for his crime.

Laura Miller, a biological male who identifies as “gender neutral,” was sentenced at Inverness Sheriff Court in Scotland on February 11 after pleading guilty to the charge of sexual assault on the day his trial was set to begin.

As first reported in The Press and Journal, which uniformly referred to Miller by ‘they/them’ pronouns, the incidents took place in 2017 at a property on the Isle of Skye. Fiscal Depute Martina Eastwood told the Court that “on several occasions” Miller had sexually assaulted the woman while she was in a state incapable of giving consent.

On at least one occasion, Miller filmed himself while he was assaulting the woman. In the video, he is described as being seen “removing [his] victim’s clothing, exposing her private parts and touching [her] breasts.” He is also making vulgar sexual remarks of an offensive nature towards her. Details on Miller’s relationship to the woman as well as how he had access to her are currently unknown.

At sentencing, the defence attempted to argue that Miller was “somewhat settled” and in a stable living position with a partner and thus should be allowed to serve his sentence in a non-custodial manner. However, the Court noted that Miller had a previous criminal record and two past convictions resulting in imprisonment and his crime was “a matter of grave concern.”

Miller was ultimately sentenced to 23 months in jail, after which he will be required to remain on the sex offender registry for a period of 10 years.

Perhaps distressing for members of the public, Miller’s legal gender status and previous aliases are unknown and have not been reported, nor have the details of the past crimes he committed which the Court referenced at sentencing.

Additionally, according to Police Scotland policies, Miller’s crime may have been recorded as having been committed by a woman depending on how he self-identified at the time of his arrest.

In December of 2021, Harry Potter author JK Rowling brought international attention to Police Scotland’s self-identification-based recording, tweeting: “War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength. The Penised Individual Who Raped You Is a Woman.”

Despite the renewed outrage, the policies Rowling had been referencing have in fact been in place for many years. According to a 2019 statement from then-Cabinet Secretary of Justice Humza Yousaf, Police Scotland “require[d] no evidence or certification as proof of gender identity other than a person’s self declaration.”

Similarly, under current Scottish Prison Service guidelines, Miller would also be entitled to be sent to a women’s correctional institution, even if he has no legal documents demonstrating he has changed gender.

Violent Trans Activist Who Kicked Lesbian out of Pride Org. Quietly Detransitions

A male who identified as a lesbian and had the sole lesbian representative removed from Baltimore’s LGBTQ Commission while pushing lesbophobic sentiment in 2018 has quietly detransitioned.

Kodah Pipitone, *birth name John Francis, but also previously known as ‘Ava’, was instrumental in having lesbian advocate Julia Beck kicked off the commission and shunned as a “TERF,” then sponsored an event which advertised that “exclusionary” lesbians would be “hung [sic] by their necks.”

In 2018, then going by the name ‘Ava’, Pipitone was both president of Baltimore’s Transgender Alliance and an advocate for the global pimp lobby, the Sex Workers Outreach Project. In order to make the LGBTQ Commission as “inclusive” as possible, Pipitone was invited to their meetings by Mayor Pugh.

At a Pride parade in June of 2018, Beck marched with signs that read, “Dykes Don’t Like Dick”, “Lesbian NOT Queer,” and “Violence Against Lesbians is an Epidemic,” among other slogans. According to Beck in a piece she wrote for AfterEllenon her experience, “Bystanders cheered, clapped, and took pictures with us. Some whispered thanks while others shouted, ‘Go home TERFs!’ Twitter blew up trying to find the notorious dykes who crashed Baltimore Pride. I was doxxed and multiple friends, including one woman who was not a part of the protest, received threats.”

Beck’s statements at Pride prompted criticism from her entirely male colleagues on the Commission. During a meeting which took place that month, Pipitone asked Beck point-blank to identify his sex. She responded, “You’re male,” to which Pipitone replied by accusing Beck of violence. Over the course of the next few months, Pipitone actively campaigned to have Beck removed from her position.

In October of that same year, Jabari Lyles, the mayor’s liaison, scheduled a meeting with Beck to ask her if she believed that transwomen could be lesbians, and by December, Beck was unanimously voted out of the LGBTQ Commission.

Pipitone, meanwhile, was being featured in local media and was named one of Baltimore magazine’sFaces of Pride,” even as Beck was slandered in Gay Star News with the headline: “Lesbian TERF Booted as Leader of Baltimore’s LGBTQ Commission, Goes on Fox News.”

In 2018, Pipitone was granted $15,000 by a Johns Hopkins trust to create “affordable housing for the LBGTQ community.” The project, known as HostHome, would ultimately go on to raise nearly $90,000 in funding, but there would later be concerns raised as to what Pipitone had actually achieved with the money.

In 2019, Pipitone was invited to speak at the Women’s March in Baltimore and was subsequently protested by lesbian activists due to the violent rhetoric he’d directed at the lesbian community.

But Instagram posts by Pipitone show that he no longer identifies as a lesbian woman, having quietly detransitioned. Instead, he now advertises himself as a techno-futurist, tagging his selfies “biohacker” and advertises his desire to “reverse engineer age.”

Julia Beck slammed Pipitone in a recent Facebook post after having discovered he’s dropped his ruse, claiming that he’d “traded one cult for another.”

Having been a victim of Pipitone’s temporary venture into her identity, Beck said, “It’s fine to find yourself in life. If only the process for men like him didn’t involve traumatizing women or pretending to be one.”

*EDITED 22.02.14 to reflect John Francis Pipitone’s original given name.

Child Predator Arrested In Undercover Police Sting

An adult male who self-identified as a lesbian teenager was arrested on charges of attempting to entice a minor into sexual activity after being caught in a law enforcement sting targeting child predators.

Scarlet Shadows, also known by the screen name “Dragongurl69,” of West Rutland, Vermont, appeared in federal court on January 27, where the court heard that Shadows exchanged sexually explicit messages with undercover law enforcement officers for weeks before travelling from Vermont to Warren County with an engagement ring, condoms, and gifts for what he believed was an 11 year-old girl.

According to The Rutland Herald, the charge against Shadows, 31, is based on an affidavit written by FBI Special Agent Jenelle Bringuel, who specializes in investigating the sex trafficking of minors.

In the affidavit, Bringuel said an undercover officer pretending to be the guardian of an 11-year-old girl in foster care posted on a social networking site in December using terms “commonly associated with individuals seeking to find children for sexual purposes.”

On December 26, the officer received a reply from a person using the name “Dragongurl69”, who law-enforcement officers believe is Shadows. The undercover agent then began exchanging messages with “Dragongurl69.”

Shadows told the undercover agent that he was 31 but identified as a “middle,” which he described as identifying as a teenager, and said he didn’t want to “get arrested for sexual stuff with minors.”

On January 15, Bringuel sent Shadows several photos of an undercover agent that had been digitally manipulated to make her resemble an 11-year-old girl, according to the affidavit.

Later that same day, Shadows suggested having sexual contact with the child and “having her date me” and requested to speak with the child. Bringuel stated that she arranged to have a second undercover officer exchange text messages with Shadows while posing as the girl’s “mother.”

Shadows texted the girl saying her mother “wants me to teach you sex stuff” and added, “But up to you to lol (sic.)” The next day, Shadows sent messages establishing his age as 31 and urging the “girl” to keep his communications and the relationship confidential.

“We have to keep the relationship a secret. So to the public im gonna be your nanny but wen we are home we are girlfriends. Its just so we don’t get in trouble then when your not a minor we can express our love in public, Ok? (sic),” Shadows wrote according to the affidavit.

On January 18, Shadows sent messages describing imagined sexual abuse of the girl, which he said would be “more than kissing.” Shadows arrived in New York on January 26, at which time he was arrested. During questioning, he claimed the sexual texts were nothing more than “roleplaying.”

The Department of Justice release on Shadows’ arrest referred to him as a ‘woman’ and utilized ‘she/her’ pronouns to refer to him, something that has now been replicated in media reports. So far, no news outlets or government documents have noted that Shadows is a biological male who identifies as transgender.

If convicted, Shadows faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison, and will be required to register as a sex offender.

EXCLUSIVE: Prostasia Forced Academic Journal to Delete Critical Research

A Professor who criticised Prostasia had his research article on the activist organization erased after they allegedly bullied the publishing journal into deleting his work.

Dr. Alaric Naudé, a Professor focused on the social sciences and linguistics at Suwon University in South Korea, had his research on Prostasia removed from The British Journal of Sociology and History just 24 hours after it was first published on February 9.

When Dr. Naudé inquired with the Journal on the reason why, he was told Prostasia had contacted them and demanded its removal on the grounds that the group claimed it was defamatory.

The article, titled A Case Study via Sociolinguistic Analysis of [a] Covert Pro-Pedophilia Organization Registered as a Child Protection Charity, focused on how Prostasia claims to be for child protection but builds a narrative framing pedophiles as victims of “an oppressive social structure.”

In the work, Dr. Naudé interrogates Prostasia’s approach to so-called child safeguarding, and criticizes academics who don’t push back against their rhetoric. He also sources policies, quotes, and profiles directly from Prostasia’s own website to evidence his argument.

“I made an in-depth analysis of the claims made by these pseudo-child protection organisations and cross referenced their claims for validity against researchers who did not belong to the same ideological group,” Dr. Naudé explained to Reduxx, “What I found was that their claims had been debunked by respected researchers that stated the opposite of what Prostasia claimed.”

Dr. Naudé points to a study conducted by Finnish child safeguarding NGO Suojellaan Lapsia Ry, which found that pedophiles “being in contact with other users can exacerbate the problem. Users might justify each other’s behavior, thus perpetuating the cognitive distortion that [child sexual abuse material] use is acceptable.” He notes that Prostasia fully contradicts such findings, instead encouraging pedophiles to form social groups for the purposes of “support” and “destigmatization,” all while supporting the legalization of “artistic” child sexual abuse material and “fantasy outlets” for pedophiles.

“These ‘peer’ groups actually prevent people with pedophilic urges from getting help from a clinical psychologist,” Dr. Naudé says, continuing “Further, saying that pedophilia is innate sexuality actually makes it more difficult for pedophiles to direct their desires away from children. Prostasia is not helping.”

Dr. Naudé says he became interested in Prostasia while researching propaganda for a separate article he published in 2021, and a subsequent book on linguistics.

“During my research, I went into how propagandists stifle dissent by using laws that are meant to protect people but twisting them. During that time, I discovered the groundwork that had been laid for a pedophilic movement within academia, one that would lay semi-dormant until numbers were to their advantage,” he says, noting that he began to look into child protection policies and became aware of groups “claiming to want to protect children but whose linguistic markers denoted that something else was their intention.”

Dr. Naudé tells Reduxx that he feels a movement sympathetic to pedophilia has become deeply entrenched in academia.

“So much so that many academics are now emboldened to either soften the tone toward pedophilia by “destigmatization” or otherwise openly saying that it is not immoral at all,” he mentions Michel Foucault as well as the recent blowout with Old Dominion instructor Allyn Walker as examples.

“The fake-it-till-you-make-it approach taken by Prostasia and others poses a serious danger to children and wider society once these ideas become mainstream. Stigma exists for a reason.” Dr. Naudé goes on to note that children do not have the cognitive ability to learn about kink, which Prostasia often promotes, or most sexual behavior.

“Teaching children about ‘sex-positivity’ is what everyone else calls grooming. If Prostasia is a child protection organisation, then I suppose an abattoir is an animal rights centre,” Dr. Naudé concludes, noting that “The longer these organizations exist, the more powerful they become and the more corrupt the academia that supports them becomes.”

Child Safeguarding Laws in UK, US Framed As Anti-LGBTQ

New laws in the UK and US intended to stop children from accessing pornography and hold internet providers accountable for hosting child sexual abuse material are being framed as discriminatory by some LGBT news outlets and the ACLU.

On February 8, PinkNews published an article titled “Tory ‘porn-block’ ban could put LGBT+ users at risk,” outlining details on a political push in the UK to limit the ability for children to access pornographic websites and media.

The Online Safety Bill was recently revised to include a proposal that any site which hosts pornographic content have a legal duty to prevent children from accessing inappropriate content. According to a public announcement on the bill, this “could include adults using secure age verification technology to verify that they possess a credit card and are over 18 or having a third-party service confirm their age against government data.”

If the sites don’t implement proper verification, they may be fined up to 10 per cent of their total profits, or could even be fully blocked in the UK. Digital Minister Chris Philp said the bill was tweaked because it is “too easy for children to access pornography online.”

But the day following the announcement, PinkNews slammed the bill as putting LGBT+ people “at risk.” For comment, the outlet sourced Jason Domino, a “porn actor and sex worker rights activist.” Domino equates the bill to censorship, and seems to suggest that it is better to allow children to access pornography while “contextualising for children the fact that there is sex, there is reality, there is fantasy.”

Domino also states that the move to block children from accessing pornographic content lacks “pleasure-focused inclusivity.”

On Twitter, former barrister James Esses first alerted his following to the bizarre take from PinkNews, calling it “extraordinarily telling.”

Esses’ tweet quickly gained momentum, promoting discussion amongst those similarly confused by PinkNews‘ opposition. Replying, lesbian activist Eva Kurilova said “I understand privacy concerns online, but FFS this is to protect KIDS from PORN and it’s being spun as anti-LGBT. Lord give me strength.”

The UK isn’t the only nation introducing laws with the stated intention of limiting child access to pornographic content on the internet.

In the US, the EARN IT (Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies) Act has been proposed in Congress, part of which would remove legal indemnity from internet service providers who host child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and open them up to lawsuits for facilitating the hosting of such content.

In a February 2 article, Input Magazine painted the bill as harmful to the LGBT community. Similarly, the ACLU called the bill a “disaster … especially for the LGBTQ and Sex Worker communities.”

According to anti-porn education advocacy group Fight the New Drug, the average age of a child’s first exposure to porn is 11 years old.

Studies have suggested that boys frequently exposed to pornographic materials were 2-3 times more likely to perpetrate teen dating violence than their non-exposed counterparts. In 2017, a peer-reviewed study published in the journal of Trauma, Violence, and Abuse found that adolescent exposure to sexually explicit media was positively related to domestic and sexual violence “victimization, perpetration, and bystander nonintervention.”

New Genderfluid Dept. of Energy Hire is Public Kink Enthusiast

The newest Department of Energy hire is a genderfluid kink enthusiast with a penchant for leather puppy play and public displays of BDSM.

In January, Sam Brinton was quietly shuffled in as the deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Energy Department’s Office of Nuclear Energy. Brinton holds a degree in nuclear engineering from MIT, but what should have been a relatively benign bureaucratic selection has the internet abuzz with confusion.

Brinton, who identifies as genderfluid and uses they/them pronouns, seems to have a rather public history related to his pro-kink lifestyle.

In 2016, Brinton was profiled by Metro Weekly in a piece called Puppy Love. Brinton was photographed with his leather “pup,” another adult male who was photographed with what appeared to be an anal plug “tail.”

In the article, Brinton is one of many fetishists interviewed on his experience in the leather pup lifestyle. He is quoted as describing his relationship with “Nubi,” his human dog.

“I tell people that if you’re going to be a good handler, you have to listen well,” Sam says. “I can hear when Pup needs something faster, because of the difference in the grunts or the moans,” Brinton says, also noting: “I actually have trouble when we transition from pup play to having sex. Like, ‘No, I can’t have you whimper like that when we’re having sex,’ because I don’t want to mix that world. It’s interesting, because he doesn’t have to come out of pup mode to have me fuck him. I personally have to bring him out of pup perception for me. But then I’m still treating him as a submissive to me.”

According to the National Pulse, Brinton has also given lectures at Universities on LGBTQ kink and BDSM.

An archived article from The Polytechnic, the campus newspaper of the Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, reveals Brinton gave a kink seminar there in 2017. The lecture was titled “Ropes, Whips, & Kinks, Oh My!!” The Polytechnic notes that Brinton discussed various sexual fetishes, including adult babies, diaper play, humiliation, degradation, and more. He also reviewed “how to safely choke [a] partner” and demonstrated various rope bondage techniques on students.

In 2018, Brinton gave a similar talk at the University of Nebraska, a photo of which was shared on Instagram showing Brinton in a dress and high heels standing over three kneeling men in leather gear.

Brinton has also given a seminar on kink at the University of Wisconsin where, in 2018, he offered “live demonstrations” on the “tension forces of bondage, thermodynamics of wax play, physics of impact, and circuits of electro play!”

In addition to his kink advocacy, Brinton is also a drag queen who goes by the stage name Miss Radio Active.

In 2020, Brinton spoke at an LGBTQ+ event hosted by two Emerson College organizations, during which he claimed minors should not be challenged on their gender identity, stating: “When you question our gender identity or our sexual orientation, you are literally questioning whether you should exist. That’s how you get really young youths potentially considering suicide.”

Brinton has also loudly declared support for trans privileges, including allowing biological males to compete on women’s sports teams. In 2020, he told Reuters, “Supporting women means supporting all women — and transgender women are women.”

Pro-Pedophile Charity Head Arrested for Child Sexual Abuse Images

The President of a registered pro-pedophile activist charity called the Pedophile Associates of America has been sentenced on charges of possessing images of child sexual abuse for the second time.

Ian Andrew Zearley was first arrested in 2010 and was convicted of two counts of child pornography possession. At the time, the FBI had reported that Zearley’s hard drive contained over 600 child sex exploitation pictures and videos, including one over 19-minutes long of two men tying up and raping a 10-year-old boy.

Zearley was released approximately 6 years later, but was arrested again in 2019 on similar charges and pleaded guilty in 2021. On January 20, 2022, he was sentence to 15 years in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release.

The serial pedophile was arrested after law enforcement officials monitoring his internet access discovered Zearley had searched terms consistent with attempting to access child sexual abuse materials in breach of his release conditions.

According to the Department of Justice, Zearley had been searching for terms such as “real hardcore child porn” and “boys severely whipped and bleeding.” Zearley also authored two stories that described, in graphic detail, the rape and abuse of young boys.

Police then searched Zearley’s home and found electric shock equipment, pepper spray, a ski mask and pellet gun. Officers also found a list of children’s names, their ages and how Zearley knew each child. Children’s items, such as diapers, bottles and toys were also found, and Zearley’s computer contained eight CGI images depicting child sexual abuse.

Law enforcement also found a stack of business cards in Zearley’s basement naming him the president of the Pedophile Associates of America.

According to the IRS, the organization had been granted full IRS tax-exempt status in 2018, and was registered as an advocacy and educational entity.

The organization’s status with the IRS wasn’t revoked until May of 2021, and it was likely due to Zearley already being in police custody and not having filed the proper forms to maintain the exemption on time.

Reduxx can confirm that the IRS was aware of Zearley and had been alerted to his organization having registration with them in September of 2019.

At the time, a writer now with Reduxx contacted the IRS to clarify their policies on tax exemption for entities participating in the advancement or advocacy of the rights of pedophiles, and also provided information about Zearley and the Pedophile Associates of America, but a spokesperson for the IRS claimed it could not comment on specific taxpayers or cases.
