Pole Dancing For Kids? Pennsylvania Pride Event Scene Sparks Outrage

A TikTok of a child being taught how to pole dance at a pride festival in Pennsylvania is going viral, with netizens expressing outrage at the latest in what has been a long year for child safeguarding violations.

The video, which has now been deleted by its original uploader on TikTok, was brought to attention by @libsoftiktok on Twitter on August 4. It features a young boy in a rainbow tulle skirt and bandana being taught by a shirtless adult man how to use a free-standing stripper pole that was set up near the Harrisburg Capitol building.

The video appears to have originally been posted to TikTok by the child’s parent, as the caption reads: “Central PA Pride has a pole set up with an amazing instructor to assist. My kiddo is a natural!”

The video, which has over 400,000 views on @libsoftiktok’s account as of this article’s writing, has sparked widespread concern as many called attention to the obvious inappropriate nature of pole dancing for children.

In a statement given to Reduxx, Jaimee Mitchell expressed outrage at the viral scene, calling modern Pride activities “oversexualized” and inappropriate for kids.

Mitchell is the founder of Gays Against Groomers, a grassroots coalition which describes itself as fighting against the sexualization and indoctrination of children.

“Is it really any wonder why acceptance of gays has declined drastically over the past few years?” Mitchell asks, referencing a 2019 study that showed LGBTQ acceptance amongst young people was taking a sharp downturn. “If gay rights ever do get rolled back, it will be because of people like this. It must stop. For the kids’ sake and ours.”

Mitchell acknowledges that Pride events have become less kid friendly in recent years, and encourages parents to be cautious about touting young ones to the events.

“We believe the way pride is now, overly sexualized and full of kink, is not an appropriate place for children and parents should not bring them there.”

On Twitter, the original @libsoftiktok upload prompted over 3,500 primarily furious replies from people expressing disbelief at the lack of safeguarding.

“Not sure who is more grotesque: the adults actively enabling and participating, or the parents who happily encourage their kids to not only attend these vulgar Pride carnivals, but debase themselves during the attendance,” user Brad R. Torgersen wrote in response to @libsoftiktok’s upload.

“This will be the next thing on the school curriculum, disused as ‘exercise’ and any concerned parents objecting to their kids being sexualized will be denounced as hateful bigots,” the Family Education Trust tweeted.

While the Trust’s comment was likely intended to be tongue-in-cheek, just last year a business in Indiana came under widespread scrutiny after it began advertising actual pole dancing classes for children.

On October 1, 2021, a graphic began to circulate across Twitter from an Indiana-based business promoting pole dancing classes for children.

Tiff’s Pole Fitness, located in Jasper, Indiana, is a fitness company offering “pole fitness” classes. According to a class schedule, some of the offerings have distinctly sexualized themes, including one titled “flirty flow.” But the small business’ troubles arose when netizens noticed some classes were being targeted specifically at minors.

Tiff’s had posted a graphic to it’s company Facebook which advertised pole fitness classes for children aged 7-12. The graphic featured artwork of a Disney Princess from the popular kid’s movie Tangled hanging off of a vertical pole.

After the advertisement began to circulate and many expressed outrage, the business, owned by Tiffany Huebner, quickly deleted the Facebook advertisement, and instead tried to offer some justification for the classes, insisting pole dancing was not inappropriate for minors.

“I know it’s going to take time for everyone to drop the stigma of ‘it’s a stripper pole’… ” she wrote, directing users to a video from Eastern Europe of an 11-year-old girl performing in a “sports pole” competition.

The attempt at damage control was not well received, and Tiffany deleted the entirety of her business’ Facebook page for a period of time.

But on October 8, details emerged adding a decidedly different element to the already bizarre story, with a criminal record check revealing Tiffany’s husband had a 2009 conviction for child sex offenses.

According to TruthFinder, Maxwell Garrett Huebner was charged on March 11, 2009 of sexual misconduct with a minor. According to the report, Huebner was convicted of an offense under Indiana Code 35-42-4-9 – a sexual offense against a minor less than 16 years of age. Huebner would have been approximately 21 years old when the offense was committed.

Maxwell and Tiffany were married in September 2019, according to a Dubois County Marriage License registry, just months after Maxwell’s 10-year term on the Indiana Sex And Violent Offender Registry would have ended. It is unknown if she was aware of his criminal history, or if he had any close involvement with the children’s classes.

In the last few years, pole dancing as a form of “fitness” aimed at children has become increasingly popular, with multiple businesses offering classes aimed specifically at minors.

While Tiff’s appears to have scrapped their kids classes since the fallout, a recent article by Dance Bibles recommended pole dancing for children as a type of exercise to improve “strength, flexibility, and technique.”

The article writes: “Providing your child with the opportunity to learn pole dancing can be a fun way to help them build their self-esteem,” with photos supplied showing extremely young girls engaged in various pole dancing poses.

Trans Activist Accused of Sexual Assault Offering Hormones to Youth

A California-based trans activist offering cross-sex hormones to youth through the internet has a long history of sexual assault allegations, with accusations from multiple victims, including those who were minors at the time, who reported he abused them.

Eli Erlick, 27, is under fire after posting his plan to ship cross-sex hormones to young people through the internet without any medical oversight or prescription.

“If you need hormones, I work with a network of distributors to give you access. Everything is free, no questions asked,” Erlick wrote on May 23 in an Instagram post. “We have hundreds of doses of Testosterone, Estradiol and Spironolactone available right now. All are prescribed by doctors and unused.”

Erlick deleted the post shortly after it was shared by high-follower Twitter account @libsoftiktik and political commentator Matt Walsh, but archived copies of the declaration remain. Erlick also stated the move was in direct defiance to an increase in proposed legislation that would prevent minors from accessing medical ‘gender affirming’ hormones. The legislation has largely come in response to increasing evidence calling into question their risk for long-term negative side effects.

Before deleting, Erlick thanked Walsh for the “free advertising” on his Instagram story.

“This may be the first time someone has tried to dunk on me by publicly confessing to a federal crime,” Walsh said regarding the situation.

He added, “Here is Eli once again publicly admitting to federal crimes. As a member of a protected and privileged class, Eli believes this is all a joke. But I will make it my personal mission to ensure that this confessed drug smuggler faces the appropriate legal consequences.”

Walsh is now urging his followers to report Erlick to the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, meaning that it is more strictly regulated than other prescription drugs, even other synthetic hormones.

Yet this is not the first time Erlick has admitted to giving away hormones to those who lack a prescription or legitimate access. In March of 2021, he uploaded a video to YouTube boasting about getting surplus hormones in order to give away his own excess pills for free.

“Every month, for the past several years, I ordered a double dose of hormones and testosterone blockers. I save all the extra pills for my best friends, my closest lovers… I just hope these little pills can bring some joy into their lives.”

Erlick goes on to state that he had previously posted to Instagram asking for testosterone for a friend, only to have the request removed by the platform within hours. “I know it’s illegal,” Erlick said flippantly, but compared giving out cross-sex hormones to illegally jaywalking.

Erlick gained popularity due to being the youngest openly trans person in California. He became the first person under 18 years old in his home state to be approved by his insurance company for sex reassignment surgery (SRS).

Two years after his surgery, Erlick wrote on his Tumblr blog, “I feel as though getting surgery was not my own choice, but rather coercion … I still bought into the stigma that I wouldn’t have ‘truly’ been a trans woman had I not sought out the ‘correct’ medicine.”

At the age of 16, Erlick established TSER (Trans Student Educational Resources) in 2011 alongside another trans identified teenager, Alex Sennello. Erlick’s activism gave him access to trans-identified teenage girls, and several have since come forward with allegations that Erlick raped them.

One such victim described in a lengthy Tumblr post how she allegedly entered an “emotionally and sexually abusive relationship with Trans Student Educational Resources co-founder and Executive Director Eli Erlick” when she began volunteering for the organization.

In the post she stated that she was preyed upon by Erlick beginning from the start of the 2013 school year, and that Erlick used “social capital and authority” to his advantage. As a “vulnerable new member of the trans community,” she felt pressured to give in to Erlick’s “relentless” sexual harassment, which she said caused her to have regular panic attacks.

“I felt like the only way to make it stop was to give in,” the alleged victim wrote. “Coercing someone to have sex with you and making them feel like they cannot safely say no is rape. Eli Erlick raped me and continued to emotionally manipulate me into an abusive polyamorous relationship.”

She added that she believed the relationship was exploitative and that Erlick used her status as a “trans person of color” to benefit his own career.

The alleged victim wrote a detailed 17-page account of the alleged abuse Erlick subjected her to. Erlick responded by removing her as an admin on TSER’s Facebook page and reporting her to Facebook. She published her testimony on Medium and Tumblr. This was shared to TSER’s Facebook page by Sennollo, TSER’s co-founder.

In addition to the written testimony, the alleged victim shared screenshots of her Facebook Messenger conversations with Erlick. She called Erlick her “rapist” and “abuser,” something that he did not deny. Erlick apologized and said he would seek therapy but the victim said “no amount of therapy will make you any less inclined to abuse even a shred of power if you have it” and speculated that Erlick was paying a therapist to absolve him of his guilt.

In 2018, Erlick wrote an article accusing singer Ariana Grande of being anti-queer and racist. The article was not well received and many contacted the publication, INTO, to inform them Erlick had been accused of rape. They responded by removing his name from the article and cutting ties with him. Around this time, more allegations began to come forward.

In response to the article, one woman said that Erlick had her removed from a nightclub after she “called him out” for harassing her. She added that Erlick had a reputation in the San Francisco Bay area’s ‘queer’ community for having admitted to being a rapist and violently sexually abusing women.

The woman who made the claim received an outpouring of online abuse, causing her to double down on her statements. Transactivists called her a “white supremacist,” despite the fact that she had made it clear on social media that she was a Black woman. Her account was mass-reported by transactivists who argued that she had misgendered Erlick by referring to him with male pronouns. Shortly after, her account was permanently suspended.

Other still more disturbing allegations of sexual violence levied against Erlick have been made. Two posts made in September and November of 2016 by a young Black woman describe how Erlick allegedly kept “conquest lists” of which the majority of names were women of color. She explained that she hadn’t reported the sexual abuse Erlick perpetrated against her because she had looked up to him as a role model and consented to intimate activity – though she did not consent to being fisted. As a result of Erlick’s assault, she “bled all over the bed and felt sick and humiliated.”

Chillingly, the woman said, “I wasn’t the first person [he] did this to, and… I don’t think I’ll be [his] last.”

Another young woman, Danie Yun Diamond, wrote of how Erlick sexually abused her and attempted to silence her through a smear campaign, including labeling her a “TERF.”

“I recently found the courage within myself to speak publicly about my emotionally and sexually abusive relationship with Trans Student Educational Resources co-founder and Executive Director Eli Erlick,” Yun, who is of Korean descent, wrote in December 2016.

“Eli has exhibited the classic mentality of a rapist and abuser,” Yun continued. “Survivors come forth with their testimony against their abusers and abusers will try to silence them. Eli reported my post to Facebook to protect [his] own reputation.”

Yun, in an attempt to have her side of the story heard, publicly shared screenshots of conversations she’d had with Erlick.

After telling Erlick she had felt abused by his actions and behavior, Yun said she had been getting “flashbacks” to prior events, including “conquering QTPOC [queer trans people of color] spaces, fisting someone and making them bleed without their consent, [and] trying to make jokes about… having sex with a minor.”

Erlick responded by apologizing and telling Yun he had booked a therapy appointment. Unconvinced, Yun pleaded with Erlick to “drop out of activism,” and said, “Every day I am learning new horrors of how your abuse affected me… And I know that every day you are doing more abusive things. People have caught on. People know that you’re an abuser without having to be informed about it.”

Yun reportedly committed suicide at the beginning of 2019, less than three years after going public with the allegations of abuse against Erlick.

One of the final posts on her Tumblr read that she felt “completely isolated” and had had her “entire social space completely taken away.” She also described experiencing persistent PTSD related to her experience with Eli.

Irish “LGBTQ+ Inclusive” Football Team With Transgender Player Wins Women’s Junior Final

An Irish “LGBTQ+ Inclusive” football team beat out the female competition in the 2022 Junior J Shield Final, claiming a significant margin of victory in every placing that many attribute to the fact a biological male was on the team.

Na Gaeil Aeracha, which bills itself as Ireland’s “first explicitly LGBTQ+ inclusive” football club was forced to lock down its social media accounts following backlash as sport fans noticed one of the players appeared to be an older man.

Giulia Valentino, a male who identifies as a transgender woman, was playing against young women and girls in the Ladies Gaelic Football Junior J Shield tournament on July 27 and August 3 on behalf of Na Gaeil Aeracha. Photos from the event began to circulate on social media after sport writer Ewan MacKenna called attention to the results.

MacKenna posted a screenshot of Na Gaeil Aeracha’s policy on inclusivity from their now-private Instagram page in which the team reiterated that its players “may play at training or in a match for the team they best identify with, without restriction.” Another policy posted by the football club explicitly states that medical transitioning is not necessary. Curiously, the only restriction the club has is on non-binary players due to a lack of gender neutral competitions.

While MacKenna took no issue with Na Gaeil Aeracha itself, he noted that it was likely dangerous for a biological male adult to be playing against teenage girls.

MacKenna later replied to a user taking issue with his tweet calling out Na Gaeil Aeracha, stating: “I couldn’t and wouldn’t have tweeted about it if the club didn’t risk the health and safety of young girls and women in their pursuit of inclusivity.”

While Valentino’s exact age is unknown, in a 2021 panel interview he stated he had been playing sports for “over 30 years.” While he now lives in Dublin, Valentino is originally from Italy, and his LinkedIn states that he is presently employed as a program specialist for TikTok.

“I quit team sports when I started feeling uncomfortable with the male environment… Actually, I am playing rugby with a women’s team, and it is my first team experience after the transition,” Valentino stated during the panel.

Following MacKenna’s initial tweet, Na Gaeil Aeracha locked down its social media accounts as women’s rights advocates took the charge and called for the team to have their title removed for cheating.

Multiple women’s rights activists were rapidly banned following tweets about Valentino’s participation against the young female footballers, including popular UK-based feminist influencer Aja.

Aja had only recently had her account restored on an appeal after being suspended for a tweet in which she defended the rights of women with disabilities to same-sex carers.

Valentino performs at fetish clubs under the moniker DJ Mav and identifies himself as a “trans dyke.”

Prior to relocating to Dublin in 2019, he was a resident DJ at a BDSM venue called the Ritual and Torture Garden, performing at both of their locations in Rome and London. According to a post on Valentino’s SoundCloud page, he also performed at a bondage festival in Munich. He is currently the resident DJ for a fetish club in Dublin called Nimhneach, which means ‘painful’ or ‘sore’ in Gaelic.

Many of the photos on Valentino’s social media are of him in explicit fetish gear, or posing on stripper poles or in highly sexual venues.

Valentino was featured by The Everywoman Project in 2020, put on by The Stairlings Collective, a Dublin-based trans activist group. According to the Collective, the Project was “designed by young trans women to create a positive representation of trans people, to inspire confidence in others and to develop relationships with other members of their community.” His photo was projected onto the Collins Barracks Interior Courtyard as part of the Project.

Earlier this year, the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and Rugby Football League (RFL) in England banned trans-identified males from competing against female athletes in the sport’s contact categories, citing safety concerns.

“For all contact Rugby League … there will be a female-only category, in which players will only be permitted to play in the gender category of the sex that was originally recorded at birth,” the RFL said.

The RFU added that it also considered the merits of a case-by-case assessment process but it was no longer a viable option due to the “difficulties in identifying a credible test to assess physiological variables.”

Senior Woman Banned From Local Pool After Expressing Concern Over Male in Women’s Washroom

A senior woman who expressed discomfort regarding a trans-identified male in the women’s changing room at her local pool has been banned from using the facilities she frequented for over three decades.

Julie Jaman, 80, had been a guest at the YMCA-run Mountain View community pool in her small town of Port Townsend, Washington for over 35 years. Speaking to Reduxx, Jaman revealed that on July 26, she witnessed a trans-identified male using the female locker rooms at the pool, and became concerned due to the fact he appeared to be watching the little girls as they changed out of their bathing suits.

“I was showering [after a swim] and I heard a man’s voice … it was quite deep,” Jaman told Reduxx, “So I looked through the shower curtain. There was a man in a woman’s bathing suit, and he was near four or five little girls who were taking off their bathing suits. He was standing there watching them.”

Jaman observed the male through the opening in the shower curtain for a moment. Shocked by his presence and becoming increasingly distressed about his proximity to the children, she quietly asked: “Do you have a penis?” The male refused to answer, prompting Jaman to demand he leave the locker room.

Rowen DeLuna, the pool’s aquatics manager, was in the area at the time, and when Jaman appealed to her to remove the male from the restroom, DeLuna told her she was being “discriminatory” and threatened to call the police.

“She said, ‘you are being discriminatory, you are banned from the pool, and I am calling the police.’ I was totally stunned,” Jaman says, adding that she felt particularly vulnerable, being berated while nude. She quickly got dressed and left the changing room, immediately moving to leave the building. As she did, DeLuna continued yelling towards her.

“She said, ‘You are not following the [YMCA] values and principles,'” Jaman explained, noting that YMCA staff allegedly attempted to block her from leaving as she tried to go, telling her the police were on their way.

“I said ‘bullshit I can’t leave!'” Jaman scoffs, noting she immediately went to the Port Townsend Police Department, which shares a community complex with the pool. She explained what had happened to an Officer, noting it was extremely emotional for her.

“I kept thinking of those little girls, and it was really affecting me…” Jaman said, beginning to choke back tears, “It is affecting me right now. It was really unreal that would happen.”

The Officer gave her a card with the name of a Detective who was meant to call her later on, but she was ultimately contacted by Officer Mark Titterness, who took a formal report from Jamal on the incident.

The male in the locker room was identified by a local citizen journalist as Clementine Adams, a transgender employee of the YMCA, though Jaman says he wasn’t displaying any indication he was staff. According to a GoFundMe managed by Adams, he began identifying as a woman in December of 2021, but only announced his transition in April of 2022.

An active GoFundMe managed by Adams seeking funds for “bottom surgery.”

In response to her ban, on August 1, Jaman, who has been an active citizen of Port Townsend for 40 years, chose to stand outside of the pool with a sign intended to inform other women that males were using the women’s facilities inside. A small number of majority elderly women turned up to support Jaman.

On Facebook, trans activists encouraged each other to rally in counter-demonstration, with several showing up with LGBTQ Pride Flags and berating Jaman and her friends.

“They said: You can’t say those things. You’re being a bigot,” Jaman said, “They told men males can be women. I said I don’t agree with [your] ideology. I told them that in all my 80 years I had never run into this.”

While most pool patrons remained politely curious about Jaman’s sign, she says that at one point, a mother had her 9-year-old child come up to her and tell her she was being “hurtful” to the LGBTQ community.

Jaman also contacted Wendy Bart, the CEO of the Olympic Peninsula YMCA which oversees Mountain View pool. While she initially had to leave a message, Bart contacted Jaman later that day in what she described as akin to an interrogation.

“Even after I explained what happened, she kept asking ‘what did you say?'” Implying Jaman was not being forthcoming, “She said ‘that’s not what I have been told,’ and I asked her what she meant.”

Jaman says Bart informed her the Mountain View staff had claimed she had been vulgarly abusive towards the trans-identified male.

“She told me she’d heard I said something to the effect of ‘you’re going to use your penis to f*ck those little girls.’ I am an 80 year old woman! I do not speak that way! I told [Bart] that.”

When Jaman asked Bart why no signs had been posted informing women that males could potentially be in the locker rooms, she says she was told: “‘We post pride signs, and we assume that lets women know what to expect.'”

That same day, Jaman went to the Port Townsend City Council meeting to share her experience and issue a complaint on the community pool’s policy. In a three-minute speech she gave to the Council, she explained what had happened at the pool on July 26, and requested separate facilities be made available for females.

“The YMCA policies on gender identity use ‘pride’ as a euphemism to prevent discrimination against one group of people but at the expense of another group – women who don’t want to use all-gender bathing or dressing areas,” Jaman said in her address to the Council, continuing: “Just as the City has installed special doors and spaces for handicapped people, the YMCA should provide an all-gender changing area as well as binary facilities to accommodate all patrons.”

Jaman [L] speaking to City Council on August 1.

Following her speech, Jaman was met with boisterous applause and cheers by other local community members who had attended the council meeting. But another woman took the stand to oppose Jaman, stating she had driven from a distance to oppose Jaman’s perspective.

“I would just like to state that this individual is not a man identifying as a woman, this individual is a woman.” Rebecca Horasct of Sequim, Washington said, “It is inappropriate in this day and age for people to not recognize what transgender means.”

Following Horasct, a man took the stand to similarly call the gender binary “ridiculous,” and “unscientific,” adding that he found Jaman’s “bigotry deplorable.”

Multiple other citizens took the stand, most in support of Jaman and her concept of an exclusive alternative space for women and girls. One mother who was an active swimmer took the stand to state she felt that “little girls were just going to quit swimming” if they didn’t have an exclusive, safe space.

Mountain View pool has issued a press release in response to the protest, in which it states: “We will not tolerate bias, hatred, or discrimination that leads to the oppression of individuals or communities. We will ensure sustained and meaningful progress toward equity and human dignity for all.” The release also references Washington State Law 162-32-060.

The law states that public facilities must allow individuals access to spaces “that are consistent with that individual’s gender expression or gender identity,” continuing that if an individual expresses discomfort they should be “directed to a separate or gender-neutral facility.”

Reduxx reached out to Erin Hawkins, the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Mountain View Pool, for comment, and was told Jaman was permanently banned because she had violated the pool’s policies “repeatedly.” But when Hawkins was asked what other incidents Jaman had been involved in, and on what dates those incidents occurred, she was unable to give any specific details.

While Hawkins asserted Jaman had been extremely rude towards the trans-identified male staff member, she confirmed there was no evidence of what the pool staff had claimed she had said beyond their own self-reported incident writeup. Hawkins stated that the pool staff had not filed a police reported against Jaman, but were planning to in the future as a form of protection from her claims.

Hawkins added that her solution to females who felt uncomfortable changing around males were to use bathroom stalls, which are located in the same gender-neutral area. She also suggested closing the shower curtain was an appropriate solution for privacy and safety.

But Jaman doesn’t find this to be an acceptable guidance.

“The law says that if someone does not want to use the gender neutral dressing or toilet room, they can use an alternative. But it is up to the [pool] to provide that alternative. That’s the law. Last year, they said there was an additional space, but they have misconstrued that.”

On the issue of self-identification, Jaman says she was never active in the gender identity debate, having no form of social media, no smart phone, and limited knowledge of how to use a computer. She calls it a “radical cultural change” that she feels is eroding women’s right to dignity across the board.

Four decades ago, Jaman helped establish the first crisis shelter for women and children in the Port Townsend community after often offering up her own home as a safe space for women fleeing violence.

“We subsequently built Dove House, which was a shelter for women victims. I’ve now been told it’s for everyone. I don’t know if now they let men who identify as women in the women’s sleeping area … they don’t ask for sex anymore, they just ask for gender identity.” Jaman adds that she knows of many areas in the community that have become gender free-for-alls, and expresses concern for how it is being handled.

“I think there is something very wrong with cancelling out what’s a male and what’s a female. There is absolutely no way that a person who is any form of XY can possibly be an XX. There’s just no way.”

Jaman says she has been a Democrat voter, and was active in voter registration drives and anti-war protests in her younger years, but expresses weariness as to how this new push for ‘tolerance’ is manifesting.

“It’s darn-right confusing,” Jaman says. “I am from the old-school. I know what being discriminated is about. I know about human dignity. I marched against the Vietnam war. I know all about racial discrimination against people of color. I know about the need for tolerance … But I don’t get this.”

On her incident in the locker room, Jaman expressed some surprise when she learned Clementine Adams had only begun identifying as a woman within the last few months.

“I have been a woman for all of my 80 years. I don’t intend on changing. But it erases me. Because if that’s a woman… what am I?”

Internet Celebrity’s Incest Charges to Go Before a Grand Jury

The internet was abuzz with discussion after the Greene County Circuit Court of Virginia announced the case of Christian Weston Chandler will be brought before a Grand Jury to determine whether or not his felony charges will go to trial.

Chandler, widely known by his moniker Chris Chan, was arrested in August of 2021 after it was revealed that he had engaged in sexual relations with his 79-year-old mother, who reportedly has severe mental impairments. Chandler was charged with one count of incest the time of his arrest, and has been held without bail awaiting trial since.

But on July 29, the case was updated at the Green County Circuit Court revealing Chandler’s charges will be heard before a Grand Jury. A Grand Jury is comprised of civilians who are called to review a case prepared by the state. The purpose of the hearing is to determine if there is probable cause to believe the accused has committed the crime they have been charged with and should stand trial. In Chandler’s case, he would be standing trial on felony incest, which comes with a potential prison sentence of up to 12 years if found guilty.

Chandler was arrested in August shortly after audio was leaked in which he repeatedly admitted to having had sexual contact with his elderly mother, Barbara. The admissions took place while Chandler was on a call with an individual he reportedly thought to be a trusted friend, who was in fact recording the conversation for the purposes of leaking it to a Discord sever.

In the audio, Chandler states he had been “doing it every third night” with his senior mother. Later text messages sent by Chandler included grisly details about having performed oral sex on the elderly woman, even after she told him “stop.”

After the audio began to circulate, a flood of online sleuths began contacting local authorities, prompting them to conduct a welfare check on Chandler’s mother, Barbara, on July 30, 2021. Authorities removed Barbara from the home and brought her to a hospital where a physical assessment was conducted. While the results of the assessment were not released, Chandler was immediately issued an emergency protective order barring him from access to the residence he shared with his mother.

Shortly after being made temporarily homeless by the EPO, Chandler reportedly stole money from his mother’s bank account, which he had access to, in order to pay for motel accommodations and various cartoon toys. Some noted this move may have violated the EPO established by police.

Chandler has been considered a celebrity in some circles of the internet after first coming to attention in 2007 for his original comic Sonichu — a character representing a combination of Sonic the Hedgehog and Pikachu from Pokemon. The comics were extremely poorly drawn, resulting in memes and mockery. His life has spawned entire online communities who obsessively gather to discuss and share information on him, with some of those communities having been active for over a decade.

Chandler began calling himself a “lesbian-identified male” in 2014, shortly before coming out as transgender and adopting the name Christine. In 2016, Chandler announced on Facebook he had manifested a functional vagina and breasts after listening to YouTube hypnotization videos. Many speculate he simply mutilated his own perineum.

A pinned Twitter post made on July 11, 2021 reaffirms Chandler stating “I am female, please address and talk about me with the correct pronouns.”

After Chandler was arrested in 2021, discussion on social media surrounding his pronouns and transgender identity became widespread as users argued about whether or not to “respect” how he identified, despite the facts questions still existed about his intentions for transitioning.

After the announcement that Chandler’s case was going to be heard before a Grand Jury, his moniker ‘Chris Chan’ began trending on Twitter and re-igniting discussion around his pronouns.

Many trans activists have asserted that Chandler’s pronouns must be respected even if he is misrepresenting his trans identity, which some have noted Chandler himself once claimed was a ploy to have sex with lesbian women.

Prior to the August 2021 arrest, Chandler had a run-in with the law in 2014 after macing a GameStop employee during a disagreement over Sonic the Hedgehog. Chandler spent 3 nights in jail and was later handed a 6-month suspended sentence and a $500 fine on a misdemeanor conviction.

Chandler was initially identified as a ‘female’ by Police, but his sex has since been corrected to ‘male’ within the jail system. He was reportedly initially housed with women after being arrested, but has since been moved to the male section of the Central Virginia Regional Jail.

The Grand Jury will be hearing Chandler’s case on August 8.

Trans Serial Killer Being Housed in Women’s Prison on Rikers Island

A transgender serial killer is now being housed in the women’s facility on Rikers Island after being charged with the murder and dismemberment of a woman.

Harvey Marcelin, 84, who identifies as a transgender lesbian and uses the name Marceline Harvey, was arrested on March 4 for the murder of Susan Leyden, 68.

Leyden’s body was found in pieces scattered across the Brooklyn neighborhood of Cypress Hills, with her legs and headless torso being found on two separate days in March. The dismembered body’s proximity to Marcelin’s apartment led police to question him on the gruesome discovery as he was well-known as a murderer, having been convicted in the brutal deaths of two other women on two separate occasions in the past.

In 1963, Marcelin was arrested for shooting his then-girlfriend Jacqueline Bonds three times inside their Manhattan apartmet. He was sentenced to 20 years to life and was paroled in 1984. After his release, he went on to stab another female sexual partner to death, stuffing her corpse in a garbage bag and then dumping it on the street near Central Park.

Marcelin was arrested in 1986 for the second murder, but was once again released on parole in 2019. At the time, he told a parole officer that he had “a problem with women.”

Prior to the murders, Marcelin was accused of attempted rape when he was just 14 years-old; the allegation was made by a girl aged 8.

A 1963 psychiatric examination conducted by three doctors at Bellevue Psychiatric Hospital concluded Marcelin had “schizoid personality with sociopathic features” but was not deemed criminally insane nor psychotic. A hospital record from 1962 suggested he may have had “delusional grandiosity,” “suggestions of chronic schizophrenia” and “paranoid reaction personality.”

While is unclear how Marcelin met his third victim, it appears to have been only shortly after he was released from prison in 2019. One of his many Facebook profiles reveals that he had communication with Leyden around that time, and appeared to become somewhat obsessed with her.

A screen capture of one of Marcelin’s Facebook accounts, using photos of Susan Leyden as his own.

Marcelin used Leyden’s photo as his own profile image on more than one Facebook account and had repeatedly posted her picture to his Facebook pages. In October 2021, just months before Leyden was murdered, Marcelin responded to her with the comment, “Love personified.”

A recent New York Times article reveals Marcelin had been granted entry to the women’s shelter where Leyden resided, despite objections from the staff responsible for shelter intake. Anne Brennan, a nurse who oversees the intake of residents, told The New York Times that she had objected to Harvey being allowed entry to the women’s section of the shelter where Leyden resided — particularly in light of his long record of violence against women — yet her concerns were ignored by her supervisors.

“Apparently his feelings and identity were far more important than all the other women that were terrified of him,” Brennan said.

In April, Marcelin was reported as being housed in a male unit on Rikers Island, but records from the New York City Department of Corrections show Marcelin is now at the Rose M. Singer Center — Rikers Island’s only female facility. His birth sex is also listed as “female.”

The Rose M. Singer Center was recently the subject of widespread outcry after it was reported that a trans-identified male transfer had raped a female inmate after being housed there.

Ramel Blount, 33, approached a woman in the bathroom at Center on February 8, 2021. The victim had just finished showering when she was grabbed by her neck, held down, and sexually assaulted. Blount was convicted on lesser charges of attempted rape in April after accepting a plea deal, and was sentenced to 7 additional years in prison. The news of the assault only came to light following the conviction in May of this year.

Following his conviction, Blount appears to have been moved to the Elmira Correctional Facility, a maximum security prison for males in Elmira, New York.

Still at Rose M. Singer is Alex Ray Scott, a trans-identified male currently awaiting trial for the killing of Kenneth Savinski, 64, whom Scott allegedly met on a dating app.

New York City adopted a policy on transgender inmates in 2018, with inmates being housed based on their self-declared gender identity unless the outcome of a federally required safety assessment or the preferences of the inmate require alternative housing.

EXCLUSIVE: Trans Killer with a ‘Blood Fetish’ Married Female Inmate While Incarcerated in a Women’s Prison

An inmate at New Jersey’s only women’s prison has revealed to Reduxx that a violent trans-identified male transferred into the facility has been allowed to marry a female inmate while serving a 50-year-sentence for the brutal murder of a prostituted woman.

Perry Cerf, 39, was arrested for the rape and murder of 47-year-old Ecuadorian immigrant Flor Andrade in 2002. Cerf, who now goes by the name Michelle Hel-loki Angelina, was wearing his victim’s clothes and utilizing her identification when he was found by police.

Cerf had been stopped for speeding while driving her car in Demearst, New Jersey, and further investigation by police led them to the body of Andrade, whose naked and bound body had been dumped in a nearby ravine. He was charged with murder, felony murder, robbery, aggravated sexual assault, possessing a knife, providing false information to police, and various motor vehicle offenses.

While awaiting trial, Cerf penned a letter to The New York Daily News confessing to the crime and boasted of drinking the woman’s blood. As reported by The Record of Hakensack, Cerf bragged in graphic detail about the brutality he had inflicted on Andrade, and said he drank her blood “so I could allow this person to live vicariously through myself.”

Speaking to media in 2005, Cerf said he had no regrets about murdering Andrade. “Personally, I don’t like to say I regret things that I’ve done,” he said, concluding: “I feel bad because I got caught.”

During his trial for the 2002 murder of Andrade, prosecutors initially offered Cerf a 40-year sentence if he pleaded guilty to rape and murder. However, Cerf told authorities he didn’t want to enter prison on a sex-related charge and accepted a 50-year sentence to avoid a rape conviction.

Cerf’s deal as announced on the front page of The Record, October 3, 2022. Source: Archives/The Record.

“Going to prison on a sex charge would be a safety concern for me,” Cerf said at the time. He was being held among other men at New Jersey State Prison, where Cerf assaulted inmates and at one point was placed in solitary confinement for 23 hours each day. He had initially been placed in the mental health ward but was moved because of “aberrant behavior” against others.

Cerf was quietly transferred to the women’s facility at an unknown date after beginning to identify as transgender.

Speaking to Reduxx, a currently incarcerated woman at Edna Mahan stated that Cerf was recently allowed to marry a female inmate and that the pair are now living together in the same quarters.

Kokila Hiatt, who has previously spoken out against New Jersey Department of Correction’s decision to house male inmates in the women’s facility, told Reduxx Cerf had married Jennifer Pasquarello, a former middle school aide currently incarcerated for sexually abusing one of her male students.

Hiatt told Reduxx that a few men transferred to EMCF who have undergone vaginoplasty surgeries are “free to engage in sexual relationships with the women simply because they no longer have the capability to impregnate anyone. Angelina [Cerf] actually married a woman here and the facility is housing them together.”

Since becoming involved with Cerf, Pasquarello has begun identifying as non-binary. The wedding, which was held in the gym of Hiatt’s unit was described by Hiatt as a “spectacle … since everyone thinks his relationship with the girl is [bullsh*t]. He has essentially turned her into his puppet.”

Hiatt explained that Pasquarello and Cerf are now working together to enact something of a campaign of terror against the female inmates. The two frequently threaten women, and have on at least one occasion coordinated an assault on inmates who complained about their behavior.

Hiatt, who was housed in the same unit with the couple, said she was among the women specifically targeted by Cerf and Pasquarello for abuse. In order to avoid censorship by prison staff, Hiatt referred to Cerf by the female name he had adopted.

“[Cerf] frequently would threaten women. He threatened me one time because I was one of the ones who worked to get him and his (at the time) girlfriend Jennifer Pasquarello moved.”

“He told me that my laughing was going to ‘get me in trouble’ as he ground his fist into his other hand. He told another woman she was going to ‘take a trip,’ meaning a trip to the hospital.”

Hiatt and a few other women filed a formal complaint detailing instances of threatening and aggressive behavior in an attempt to have the two separated.

Cerf [L] and Pasquarello [R]. Source: The New Jersey Department of Corrections.

“They both lived in this unit on separate wings, but were allowed ample contact time with each other. After many complaints about their behavior the facility decided to move [Pasquarello]. When [she] got told to pack up, they devised a plan that would get them put in lock [solitary] together. Their plan was that if they couldn’t at least live in the same unit together then they would go to lock together,” Hiatt said.

This prompted Cerf and Pasquarello to formulate a strategy to assault two women who had made formal complaints.

“When [Pasquarello] was to be moved to another unit … they then hatched a plan to assault two other women. The [Correctional Sergeant] had called for extra officers to assist in the moves. [Cerf] screamed, ‘They’re sending teams to lock us, Jen,’ [and] at that point Jen screamed ‘Do it now!’Each went running down their respective wing to assault their individual intended targets.”

Within one week, according to Hiatt, Cerf was found ‘not guilty’ of his assault charges. Hiatt also stated that he was “receiving property in lock that no other inmate would have had access to,” such as his typewriter and a battery-operated shaver.

Pasquarello, however, was found guilty for assault and was out within a few weeks despite receiving a sentence of 90 days. Hiatt clarified that while “early releases from lock are not uncommon” and Pasquarello had no prior disciplinary record, it was “only after being involved with [Cerf] did a whole other side of her come out.” The marriage, said Hiatt, was allowed to occur regardless of the incident.

The married couple is being housed together, despite the fact that the facility separates immediate family such as sisters, mothers and daughters, Hiatt added.

Cerf was removed from the facility on July 5 to receive breast implants, subsidized by the state. For some time prior, Hiatt said, he had been “provided with prosthetic breasts to wear.”

Trans-identified male inmates are being prioritized over women for hormone treatment, even in circumstances where women are in medical need, multiple women told Reduxx. The men claiming a transgender status are able to receive hormones on the basis of a mental health treatment once they acquire a gender dysphoria diagnosis. They are also able to receive certain cosmetics for free which the female inmates have to purchase, in addition to the breast implants and hormones.

“Women cannot receive these things as ‘medical treatments’ because we are actually women and not diagnosed with a mental illness,” Hiatt stated. “Those types of things are not seen as medically necessary for conditions we may experience. A woman could have a mastectomy and not be able to get implants to replace her breasts because she is a real woman, but [in order to make Cerf] feel like a woman, he was provided with implants.”

“Whether it is men trying to become women or women trying to become men, both are accommodated. Real women who are going through menopause are not allowed hormone therapy as a palliative treatment for menopausal symptoms,” Hiatt explained.

Another female inmate at Edna Mahan, Michelle Tierney, affirmed Hiatt’s claims and added that women suffering from a medical condition called endometrial hyperplasia – caused by a lack of progesterone – were unable to receive hormone treatment. Moreover, women going through menopause are denied hormone replacement therapy, as are women who have had hysterectomies to treat cancer.

According to court records, Cerf suffers from “several mental diseases” and had on more than one occasion attempted self-castrations.

In 2005, he told his prison psychiatrist, Dr. Marina Moshkovich, that he wanted to murder the Associate Administrator Michelle Ricci by breaking her neck, hitting her in the head, beating her up, and choking her.

He had also grabbed his psychiatrist by the hair and attempted to beat her. He was served with a disciplinary report for threatening another person and for assault, and for fifteen other offenses for which were ultimately either dismissed or for which he was found not guilty.

Edna Mahan, New Jersey’s only correctional facility for women, continues to be a source of ongoing controversy.

Multiple women have come forward to reveal the ways in which conditions within the institution have changed since a settlement between the ACLU and state Department of Corrections was reached in 2021. The settlement stipulated that trans-identified male inmates must be housed on the basis of their gender identity, resulting in the transfer of multiple violent male offenders.

On April 13, 2022, the New Jersey Department of Corrections confirmed that two female inmates at Edna Mahan had become pregnant after sexual encounters with trans-identified male inmates housed there.
